The God Frequency isn't just another vibration in the universe—it's the original source code of reality itself. Think of it as the fundamental programming language that creates everything we experience. It's not something separate from you or something you need to reach toward—it's the very substrate from which all existence emerges, including you. Throughout history, we find what I call "frequency artifacts"—evidence of people who momentarily accessed this state of consciousness. These artifacts appear across cultures and time periods: the inexplicable precision of ancient megalithic structures, artwork that seems to defy the knowledge of its era, mathematical discoveries that appeared simultaneously to different people across the globe with no communication between them. These aren't coincidences—they're evidence of direct access to the God Frequency. History gives us fascinating examples of individuals who seemingly tapped into this frequency, often by accident. Nikola Tesla described receiving complete designs for his inventions in flashes of insight. Mozart claimed entire symphonies would arrive in his mind fully formed. Einstein's breakthrough on relativity came during what he described as a thought experiment that transcended normal cognition. What they all experienced wasn't divine intervention in the religious sense—it was momentary alignment with the God Frequency that allowed them to perceive reality beyond conventional limitations.

Pat Casey is a USA Triathlon Level 2 Coach, CSCS, Team USA Age Group Coach, and Retul certified bike fit expert. His background as an elite road cyclist stemmed into his consulting and coaching career, which allows him to combine his love of cycling and triathlon with his devotion to helping people improve their quality of life, and realize their athletic potential through endurance sports. Pat grew up in St. Louis, Missouri where he spent the months he wasn't playing ice hockey riding his mountain bike. He was introduced to cross country racing and joined the St. Louis-based cycling team when he was 15. At this time, Pat also got a job as an aspiring bike mechanic, and to this day, still wears his “mechanic hat” after 13 years in bike shops.  During summer of 2012, Pat rode his bike from San Francisco, CA to Boston, MA in support of Partners in Health, a Global Health organization that had largely inspired his move to Alabama after graduation. Getting back to racing in Alabama, Pat found himself on the podium and moved up in Category quickly with help from his coach at the time, Heather. Instead of continuing on his path towards graduate school, Pat wanted to see where his dream of professional bike racing would take him.  In 2014, Pat and Heather loaded up and moved their lives to Park City, Utah and Pat joined the Canyon Bicycles-Shimano Domestic Elite Cycling Team. He spent the following spring and summer months (2015 and 2016) traveling the US on the domestic PRT (Professional Road Tour) Circuit, followed by a year with the New Orleans-based team, Palmer Cycling who would help get him to a myriad of PRT events in the role of Rider and Director for the small squad.  In this role, Pat found himself more useful as a team leader and coach than as a rider. In 2018, racing has become an outlet for competition, but Pat's passion for coaching and devotion to his athletes has outdistanced his desire to spend as much time on the road.  He still races as a Cat 1 in Utah, and you can find him at Tuesday Night Worlds races at RMR, and the occasional weekend criterium. https://www.peakstatefit.com pat@peakstatefit.com

Her interest in coaching definitely stemmed from being coached by some of the best coaches in the World. She experienced first hand how sport shapes a person to become more confident and resilient. Monday we talked about What's Driving Your Behavior…    Today I want to talk to you about the topics of Pleasure or Pain? …this is a topic that really helped me…and still work on to this day.   NOTE-Consumers in the Marketplace shifting to Pain… So its very important to “UNDERSTAND HUMAN BEHAVIOR' …This will affect your business life …More importantly it affects your personal life   Tony Robbins one of best teachers of this...    He is known for topic of teaching how to use our Personal Power   Question:  What stops us from using our power?   Answer:  Human Behavior controlled by FEAR   Better put…..We want to avoid Pain, Rejection, Failure    If you Dig Deeper we ultimately are DRIVEN by (2) PAIN or PLEASURE   We know what to do... We know what we want... Then why don't we do it? Why don't we follow through? What prevents you from taking action?   ANSWER…Two forces keep you from Your Goal….PAIN or PLEASURE   Let me give Examples: Ladies…why do you put on makeup…pleasure or pain Gentlemen…why are you afraid to approach a Woman…pain or pleasure   When we don't take action (use power)…we procrastinate Procrastination is the opposite of Taking Action…   Why do we procrastinate?…pain or pleasure… We believe “not taking action” is we have less pain than pleasure   Ultimately the PAIN outweighs our PLEASURE   Key #1 You MUST learn how to control the two areas FOR RESULTS in life …it will affect your ENTIRE life…You KNOW this   Example… -diets or losing weight *why do we eat bad foods….PLEASURE outweighs PAIN -finishing your work project or homework *why don't we do these…Procrastination...PAIN outweigh PLEASURE -sleeping in…pain or pleasure -relationship, connecting….pain of rejection vs pleasure of connection ..every area of your life follows this pattern   *Avoiding PAIN is always HIGHER than Gaining PLEASURE...   KEY #2 We are wired to “avoid pain”…we will do anything to avoid it we will do anything to avoid the pain of taking action or pleasure of associate …this is the POWER OF DREAM BUILDING…more on that later   So…we need to learn to how our behavior is DRIVEN so we can change it -does that make sense? Assignment: Identify What your Motivators or Demotivators or actual Drivers are… Identify Behavior patterns that are not in alignment with what you want… …write them down specifically this week...   KEY #3 Major Factor Influencing these two Emotions: Understand that your Beliefs…Experience…PAST creates your ultimate view, belief and reaction to these two things (pain and pleasure)   Example …relationship sabotage….still driven by pain and pleasure …success ceiling at work or business… …past failures in personal, business, relationships...   George, What is a Solution to this problem of Pain and Pleasure… Robbins says you need to learn to Recognize and Influence the Pain or Pleasure you connect to your Goals or Things you want in Life…   Key #4 CREATE LEVERAGE with Pain or Pleasure …YOU DO THIS BY CREATING A POWERFUL “STATE” …more on this Friday, but I want to unpack a few more things …we must “understand why” to really make change (awareness) …then we can create the change and take control   NOTE: as a Marketer or Business Owner, you will increase your results when you learn to associate or influence the Pain or Pleasure People associate with your Product…   Example… Companies like Coke, Pepsi associate with Music Artists   Asset Protection Company…Lawsuit, Taxes, Protection Real Estate, Stock Investing, etc.   ROBERT STUBERG….principle…we need to learn to Make our Goals a MUST How do we do this? Proactively or Reactively People that hit Rock Bottom have so much pain they Reactively… People that are Prosperity Driven Learn, Understand, Plan and Create…   SUCCESS SECRET…WHAT YOU FOCUS ON WILL CREATE IN YOUR LIFE   Examples: -working out or diet -business hustle or grind -relationship and connection   Learn to LINK… 1-not taking action to More Pain  2-taking action to crystal clear Pleasure (DREAM BUILDING)    Robbins….Use Pain or Pleasure instead of Pain or Pleasure using YOU!!   Tomorrow I want to talk with you about Creating an Abundant Mindset …this includes identifying Limiting Beliefs and Your Story... The 5 Key steps to greatness For The Busy Entrepreneur  There is so much science backed evidence in 2016 to show that being able to control your mindset is how Athletes do incredible feats of super human abilities, where MMA fighters are jumping off the fence that surrounds them to do a kick, or skate boarders jumping over the great wall of china, or child Prodigies owning HUGE BUSINESSES before they are 16 years old. The wold has changed, and everyday it keeps moving forward... So..how are you doing dealing with it? How are you coping the pace that life seems to be flying by you? What these incredible athletes and child prodigies have in common with you is that you are on a journey also, to perfect your Mindset By Design. Which means you can get control of your mind, therefore your emotions. Once you do that you are able to step into a peak version of yourself (A Peak State) and have the right beliefs, attitudes and are laser focused on what you want to are determined to go make it happen, no matter what it takes..... This is all anyone since the dawn of time has ever done to create anything, and this now is what you are going to do..! BRAIN TRAINING: On your best day, the day you can remember now you felt so proud, confident and determined about yourself. Maybe it was a time doing a sport, that you love, when you were about to go on and you looked around at where you were, and that feeling in your stomach changing from nervous to calm and that little voice said in your head said, THIS IS GOING TO BE AMAZING, LETS DO THIS..! Read it again and this time read it slower so you can feel the words.. Great, now whether you could or could not remember a time like that in your own became irrelevant.
