Unsere Recordings laufen oft so: Michi schickt mir eine Aufnahme mit Gesang und akustischer Gitarre, die er mit dem iPhone in einem One Take gemacht hat,, dazu den Text und ich probiere dann, das in ein Arrangement zu packen. Da ich so bin, wie ich bin, wird dann oft Synth-Pop draus und meine grössten Helden, die Pet Shop Boys, feiern gerade ihr 40jähriges. Ziemlich genau so lange nehmen Michi und ich gemeinsam auf, dazwischen gab es auch schon mal 20 Jahre Pause. Ich habe jedenfalls gestern diesen neuen Song "Christmas at home" mal als Demo für Michi (ausgefaded bei der zweiten Strophe) eingespielt und das Ergebnis hat mich einfach sehr berührt, weil Michi auch einen tollen Text geschrieben hat und die Tonfolge vielleicht auch Tennant/Lowe gefallen würde. Der Take ist nicht richtig gemixt, es war nur ein Versuch mit der Gesangsspur und meine Stimme ist halt meine Stimme ... das Foto zur Demo-Version zeigt mich übrigens im Kindesalter zur Christmas-Zeit at Home. Michi gefällt der Take jedenfalls und daher werden wir gemeinsam probieren, daraus was wunderbares für uns zu machen. Eigene Musik, das bedeutet einfach tolle Erinnerungen. Ich wollte den Take aber einfach publishen, weil ich Freude damit habe. This is the new and improved system for the Platinum Group. We now have two signals here and also some other things have been changed. And in this video we’re going to take a look at how to test a system like this. To do that, first of all, we need to select the right expert advisor in MetaTrader. I have now selected here in the strategy tester the version from July the 14th. And that is already the first criterion. You should, when you create a new system, always create a new version for every change, even if it means a little more work. But then you always have the possibility to go back to the last working version if you ever made a mistake. This is today’s date, July the 20th, 2023. So I want to test for a full year. And here on the Inputs tab, I first set everything to the default values. If I now start the test here, then I see the strategy tester with the information on the chart. But we want to save some time. That’s why I’ll pause this here and we’ll do the test without the visual mode. This should be relatively quick in the optimized version. Here, you can already see how the progress is developing. The total test time is given here with about two minutes. And I will fast forward the video to the end of the test in a moment to show what the result is. So as you can see, the system survived. But of course we didn’t make a profit here. The reason is: The default settings are meant to make a system profitable in the long run over a long period of ten or more years. But that can be wrong for some years. And of course you can optimize such values, now. We start here by changing the values for the curve and for the position size and start the test again. Okay, the second strategy test is done. This already looks quite good. However, this could be much more profitable here. So in the next step, I go a little higher with these two values and start the test again. This also worked, but it is not yet profitable. Let’s set the position size to four times because the drawdowns here were not really high. And let’s see if we can optimize this. So this test is also done and this time we are at about 11.3% profit with a moderate risk. That’s about what I see as a realistic profit expectation. Of course, you can go much, much higher here now with these values, but that wouldn’t work for every year. In 2003, I started my testing. I could change this accordingly and that would then work with the default settings for 20 years. But I’m pretty sure these settings here would be too aggressive at some point in this long term test. So we can just test by doubling the values here again and see what happens. Okay, this strategy test is also over. And this time we would have made 45,000 profit. That would be 45% for a $100,000 account. And of course, on this chart here, it all looks totally easy and smooth. But the people who really take profit in trading are the people who can take drawdowns like this here without manipulating their own system. And that always works best when you don’t need the money. And I believe that the percentage of Platinum members who have the nerve to endure such drawdowns, and who also have the money to go through such developments here is above average. And if you are already a Platinum member, then you can use the new version from the Platinum system as an optional update in the next few weeks. I myself don’t like forced updates. That’s why there is always the possibility to continue using the previously approved version. I will use the next few days to do some more extensive testing to make sure that the system does not ship with serious bugs. Nevertheless, it’s safe to say that this is still a version in beta status. If you click on the chart above, you can see how many tests I do every day. And the basic idea is to make such a system more and more stable. And there’s really nothing better for that than a large number of realistic tests. I think that’s it for this video. This test should also be finished in a few seconds. I’m quite happy with the result, because this time we would have made $55,000 profit with a $100,000 account. That was it so far. Das hier ist das neue und verbesserte System für die Platin Gruppe. Wir haben jetzt hier zwei Signale und auch einige andere Dinge wurden verändert. Und in diesem Video wollen wir uns mal anschauen, wie man so ein System testet. Um das zu tun, müssen wir im MetaTrader zunächst einmal den richtigen Expert Advisor auswählen. Ich habe jetzt hier im Strategietester die Version vom 14.7. ausgewählt und das ist bereits das erste Kriterium. Man sollte, wenn man ein neues System erstellt, immer eine neue Version für jede Veränderung erstellen, auch wenn das etwas mehr Arbeit bedeutet. Aber dann hat man immer die Möglichkeit, zur letzten funktionierenden Version zurückzukehren, wenn man mal einen Fehler gemacht hat. Das hier ist das Tagesdatum der 20.7.2023. Ich möchte also für ein komplettes Jahr testen und hier unter der Reiterkarte Eingaben stelle ich zunächst einmal alles auf die Standardwerte ein. Wenn ich jetzt hier den Test starte, dann sehe ich den Strategietester mit den Angaben auf dem Chart. Wir wollen uns aber etwas Zeit sparen. Darum halte ich das hier mal an und wir machen den Test ohne den visuellen Modus. Der sollte in der optimierten Version relativ zügig vonstatten gehen. Hier wird bereits angezeigt, wie sich der Verlauf entwickelt. Die Gesamt-Testzeit wird hier mit etwa zwei Minuten angegeben und ich werde gleich das Video vorspulen bis zum Ende des Tests, um zu zeigen, was für ein Ergebnis dabei herauskommt. So, wie man sieht, hat das System überlebt, aber wir haben natürlich hier keinen Profit gemacht. Der Grund dafür ist: Die Standardeinstellungen sind dafür gedacht, über einen langen Zeitraum von zehn oder mehr Jahren ein System langfristig profitabel zu machen. Das kann aber für einzelne Jahre mal falsch sein. Und natürlich kann man solche Werte jetzt optimieren. Wir fangen hier mal an, indem wir die Werte für die Kurve und für die Positionsgröße verändern und starten den Test erneut. Okay, der zweite Strategietest ist durch. Das sieht schon ganz gut aus. Das könnte allerdings hier deutlich profitabler sein. Also gehe ich im nächsten Schritt jeweils etwas höher mit diesen beiden Werten und starte den Test noch mal. Auch das hat funktioniert, aber profitabel ist das noch nicht. Setzen wir mal die Positionsgröße auf das Vierfache, denn die Drawdowns hier waren nicht wirklich hoch. Und schauen wir mal, ob wir das optimieren können. So, auch dieser Test ist fertig und diesmal liegen wir bei etwa 11,3% Profit mit einem moderaten Risiko. Das ist in etwa das, was ich als realistische Gewinnerwartung sehe. Natürlich kann man jetzt hier mit diesen Werten auch viel, viel höher gehen, aber das würde nicht für jedes Jahr funktionieren. Im Jahr 2003 habe ich mit meinen Tests begonnen. Ich könnte das hier entsprechend umstellen und das würde dann mit den Standardeinstellungen für 20 Jahre funktionieren. Aber ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass diese Einstellungen hier an irgendeinem Punkt in diesem Langzeit-Test zu aggressiv wären. Wir können ja einfach mal testen, indem wir die Werte hier noch mal verdoppeln und schauen, was passiert. So, auch dieser Strategietest ist zu Ende und diesmal hätten wir 45.000 Gewinn gemacht. Das wären 45% für ein 100.000 $ Konto. Und das sieht natürlich auf diesem Diagramm hier alles total einfach und geschmeidig aus. Aber die Leute, die im Trading wirklich Profit machen, sind die Leute, die solche Drawdowns hier aushalten können, ohne ihr eigenes System zu manipulieren.

Da wird dann aus der Dunstabzugshaube eine Filteranlage um Alienviren abzuwehren oder das Aufrollen des Staubsaugerkabels simuliert das Aufladen des Kernreaktors. Jens Merkl war für die Demo-Version des Kampagnen-Storyspiels in Freiburg, wo wir nach dem Testspielen die Zeit für ein gemeinsames Interview genutzt haben, um über die Entstehung des Projekts, die Schwierigkeiten während der Entwicklung und die Zukunftsaussichten gesprochen haben. Spaceship Unity – Season 1.1 soll bei Pegasus im Herbst pünktlich zur SPIEL-Messe erscheinen und mit Season 1.2 in 2023 fortgeführt werden.

Jawohl ja! Das Eigenhosting ist nun endlich abgeschlossen - ein kurzes Update und nun auch ein letztes!Wie in den Episoden, die sich direkt um das Thema Eigenhosting gekümmert haben, schon bekannt gegeben - in Folge 10, um genau zu sein - berichte ich nur noch im Rahmen von normalen Blogposts über den Fortschritt. Und, was soll ich sagen. Der nächste Meilenstein ist erreicht... auch wenn ein Blog nie fertig ist und WordPress auch immer was Neues einfällt... aber seit heute bin ich wirklich fertig, so mit allem! Was die letzten großen Baustellen waren und warum ich euch ein Cookie-Banner empfehlen möchte - mehr dazu jetzt! ...hat am Ende die meiste Zeit gekostet: Cookie Banner / Bild-/Quelle: privat Ich habe meinen Umzug bereits für beendet erklärt, aber auch durchblicken lassen, dass noch einige Baustellen zu erledigen sind. Dazu gehört die WordPress-Datenaustauschschnittstelle JSON, die leider eher undokumentiert als Datenschleuder im gesamten Internet ihr Dasein fristet bis zum ausstehenden Cookie-Banner. Und nun ist es, zu Ende August, endlich geschafft: Mein Eigenhosting ist angekommen, wo es hin sollte, bei 100 %! Ich hoste, ich betreibe, ich befülle und ich administriere - nein, keine Panik, nicht schon wieder ein Theme-Wechsel! - nun meinen Blog selber! Ich muss gestehen, dass die letzten 10 % ja immer die sind, die man normalerweise unerledigt unter den Tisch fallen lässt, was kein Hahn danach kräht. Wenn aber hier so wichtige Dinge wie "JSON-Schnittstelle schließen" als auch "Cookie-Banner" auf der Liste steht, beißt man die Zähne zusammen und geht weiter Richtung 100%. Das mit der JSON-Schnittstelle ist für mich aus mehrfacher Sicht peinlich: zum einen, da ich die bereits über meine Spielwiese und vor dem Umzug von WordPress zu mir geschlossen hatte und auch der kurzfristige Theme-Wechsel an sich nicht noch fast eine Woche hätte brauchen müssen, bis keine Daten mehr abzufragen waren. Das hätte mir und meinen Sicherheitstools rund um die Uhr etliche Mails und Alarmierungen erspart, da Kids und sonstige Möchtegern-Hacker es immer und immer wieder versucht hatten, hier in meinen Admin-Bereich zu kommen. Aber Nutzername, der schon in den wenigsten Fällen korrekt erraten oder ausgelesen wurde, ist eben nicht alles. Da kommt ein unfassbar langes Passwort und dann noch zwei, drei weitere Hürden, bis der Admin-Bereich seine diversen gesicherten Türen öffnet. Aber nicht schlecht, die Statistik: WordFence Sicherheitsbericht geblockter Länder: fleißige Versuche für nichts / Bild-/Quelle: privatJSON ist nun endlich und unwiederbringlich weg - damit sank die Zahl der Angriffe auf null. Wer hätte es gedacht. Nun war, neben Kleinarbeit und ein bisschen Anpassung und schick machen noch das Wichtigste offen: mein Cookie-Banner. Ich hatte mir einen ausgesucht, der auch ein Tipp meines rheinwerk-Buches war. Allerdings wäre der kostenpflichtig gewesen, aber, bei dem, was Abmahnungen kosten, war der Preis pro Jahr fair. Installation und Ersteinrichtung, alles super. Als ich dann Details nacharbeiten wollte, waren plötzlich Felder nicht mehr anklickbar und Inhalte nicht änderbar. Und, das schlimmste, da es das Topfeature für mich war: Ich konnte den Cookie-Scanner, der meine ganze Seite untersucht und mir alle heimlichen und unheimlichen Setzer von Cookies auswirft, nicht mehr starten - und damit kein aktuelles Bild der Lage bekommen. Also war guter Rat teuer - bis ich durch Zufall einen Newsletter bekam, mit genau einer Empfehlung für ein Cookie-Banner. Auch Mareike von #teamstreber wechselte gerade von ihrem bisherigen Anbieter auf einen neuen... und hatte gleich noch 10 € Preisrabatt fürs erste Jahr ausgehandelt. Kurze Mail, kurze Rückantwort: das Teil hat einen Scanner und schon war ich zahlender Premiumkunde. Aber hey, doch nicht etwa ohne weitere technische Schwierigkeiten? Ach, ihr kennt mich zu gut - natürlich nicht! Wer das PlugIn von WordPress lädt, lädt immer nur eine Demo. Mit der kann man schon ganz viel machen, aber man muss es deinstallieren und dann mit dem Kauf eine Zip-Datei in WordPress hochladen. An sich sollte der Upload alleine genügen, um die Demo-Version zu überschreiben - aber warum sollte das bei mir auch klappen? Also hatte ich erst meine liebe Mühe, die Demo-Version so weit zu deaktivieren, dass ich sie löschen konnte. Gar nicht so einfach, wenn ein Scanner sich quer und tief durch wirklich JEDE deiner WordPress-Seiten frühstückt! Also, nix mit drei Mausklicks ist das PlugIn weg, von Wegen. Ich saß da schon ein wenig länger, bis ich es löschen konnte. Und dann: Upload. Läuft - ewig... nur ein Reload nach 20 Minuten brachte Besserung. PlugIn aktiviert - und neu eingerichtet, ebenfalls mit Scanner über alle Seiten. Und: das Ergebnis war gigantisch. Weniger als erwartet und nichts, was mich überraschen würde: Ich selber setzte nicht auf Cookies! Und, wie schon mal erklärt: YouTube, also Google, ist schon der Hammer der Unverschämtheit... aber jetzt mit meinem Banner mit einem Klick ausschließbar, ohne den Komfort der restlichen Seite zu verlieren! Aber fragt nicht, was das für Mühen und Zeit gekostet hat - und was trotzdem schieflief: endlich fertig, zeigt sich das Banner plötzlich auf allen Seiten wieder erneut an. Das ist lästig, wenn man sich vom Start - 1. Klick - zu einem BlogPost - 2. Klick - zu einem Menüpunkt - 3. Klick - navigiert - und auf jeder neuen Seite erneut den Cookies zustimmen oder sie eben ablehnen oder selektiv zulassen möchte... Nur: diesmal musste der Support ran, das war nichts, was ich hätte einstellen oder ändern können. Und dann auch noch die Meldung, dass das PlugIn nicht lizenziert wäre und daher nicht funktionieren würde: in Rot, fett und inmitten des Cookie-Banners... HILFE! Lösung kam dann montags: eine Mail mit einer neuen Version, einfach Hochladen, ersetzt die installierte Version und gliedert sich problemlos in die weiteren künftigen Update-Ketten ein. Und: alle Fehler weg! Nix mehr rote dicke fette Unlizenziert-Meldung. Und auch erscheint das Banner nur noch, wie es soll, einmalig. Nach Zustimmung oder Ablehnung oder individueller Einstellung - ist Schluss! Und damit ist nun auch meine Webseite fertig. Den Umzug hatte ich ja schon für erfolgreich abgeschlossen erklärt und heute, mit kleiner Story rund um was wieder alles nicht so sollte wie ich wollte endet nun auch dieser Blog - mit einer Erfolgsmeldung: Ich bin fertig! Und das alles noch im August - auch wenn er erst Anfang September erscheint. Und dafür, dass ich mein Altvertrag am 24.08. abgelaufen ist, ich aber schon ein paar Tage vorher mit dem Umzug loslegen konnte, ist alles im Rahmen und trotz allem mit weniger Schwierigkeiten abgelaufen, als gedacht! Und ab jetzt geht es mit ungeahnten neuen Möglichkeiten weiter an die Seiten und viele neue hochqualitative Inhalte! Sophie* fragt: “Liebe Frau Saalfrank, ich habe eine Frage, die fürchte ich viele Familien betrifft. Wie gehe ich mit "Ausdrücken", den dazu passenden "Zeichen" und was wir früher als "Assi-Sprache" bezeichnet hätten um? Vielleicht kurz als Hintergrund: wir haben zwei 8 Jahre alte Jungs (Zwillinge) und ein zweijähriges Mädchen, sind also eine fünfköpfige Familie. Bis zur Einschulung hielt sich alles noch im Rahmen. Die Jungs sind in England geboren worden und haben dort den Großteil ihrer Kindergartenzeit verbracht. Zwar gab es dort im Kindergarten auch den sogenannten "Toilet Humor", aber es hielt sich alles in Grenzen. Doch sobald sie eingeschult worden sind hier in Deutschland, dauerte es wenige Wochen und sie hatten die gesamte Palette an Ausdrücken und Zeichen drauf – von Mittelfinger, ‘Halt die Fresse’, ‘Hey Digger’ und so weiter. Ich muss es wahrscheinlich nicht weiter ausführen... Wir hatten schon etliche Gespräche, aber auch Streits wegen dem Thema. Vor allem, weil sich die Sprache nicht nur auf den Schulhof begrenzt, sondern auch im Familienalltag leider Einzug erhalten hat. Natürlich schnappt auch die Kleine die Sprache ihrer Brüder auf, ohne zu wissen was sie da eigentlich sagt. Daher meine Frage, wie geht man damit um, in einer Gesellschaft in der es ok zu sein scheint, dass ATU mit dem Mittelfinger direkt neben dem Schwimmbad Reklame macht? Wir als Eltern versuchen den Kindern zu vermitteln, dass eine solche Umgangssprache unpassend und oft respektlos ist. Mit Erklären, darüber sprechen, Regelungen finden, Punkte sammeln, etc. kommen wir gerade überhaupt nicht weiter. Auch als "gutes Beispiel voranzugehen" funktioniert nicht: mein Mann und ich benutzen eine solche Sprache nie, weder vor den Kindern, noch ohne sie. Anna* schreibt: “Liebe Frau Saalfrank, unser Sohn Fritz ist nun seit September in der Schule und es schien ihm auf den ersten Eindruck ganz gut zu gehen. Aber nach ein paar Wochen wurden wir Eltern von der Lehrerin zu einem Gespräch gebeten. Anscheinend versucht Fritz durch sein Verhalten einerseits die Aufmerksamkeit der Lehrerin – er braucht offenbar oft extra Aufforderungen mitzumachen – und andererseits durch Quatsch-machen die Anerkennung seiner Mitschüler*innen zu bekommen. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass ihm auch immer mal wieder Dinge oder Leute “peinlich” sind, z.B. eine Freundin, mit der er früher gerne gespielt hat. Das wundert mich bei einem 6-jährigen Kind. Ich dachte, das kommt erst später, in der Pubertät vielleicht. Heute nun brach er schwer in Tränen aus, weil er nicht wollte, dass seine kleine Schwester (4 Jahre) zum Laternenumzug seiner Klasse mit käme. Sie sei ihm peinlich. Andere Kinder würden ihn wegen ihr ärgern und sagen, sie sei eine Heulsuse. Es macht ihm sehr viel aus. So viel, dass ihm seine kleine Schwester peinlich ist, was meinem Mann und mir schier das Herz gebrochen hat. Im Gespräch mit ihm habe ich ihn gefragt: “Du weißt schon, dass Du ein toller Junge bist, oder?” Und er antwortete: “Ja, so Mittel.” Eine ähnliche Antwort hatte er auch mal der Lehrerin gegeben, weswegen diese in unserem Gespräch auch darauf zu sprechen kam. Ich glaube, dass es ihm an gesundem Selbstbewusstsein mangelt und dass ihm deswegen diese Hänseleien so schwer zu schaffen machen und dass er auch deswegen diese extra Aufmerksamkeit von der Lehrerin und seinen Mitschüler*innen braucht. Mein Mann und ich machen uns Vorwürfe: Was haben wir falsch gemacht? Wie können wir ihm helfen? Wie kann man das Selbstbewusstsein eines Erstklässlers stärken, dass ihm seine Schwester nicht peinlich ist, sondern er stolz auf seine Familie ist? Er sagt selbst, dass er mehr Zeit mit mir “alleine“ möchte und zugegebenermaßen hole ich ihn nur 2 mal die Woche von der Schule ab, ansonsten machen das seine Omas. Habe ich ihm zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit zukommen lassen? Ich arbeite schon seit er ein Jahr alt ist mindestens 24-32 Stunden pro Woche und er verbrachte und verbringt daher recht viel Zeit bei seinen Omas. Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass er glücklich und selbstbewusst ist. Ich möchte ihn für sein Leben stärken, dass er seinen Selbstwert nicht von irgendwelchen hänselnden Gleichaltrigen ziehen, sondern aus sich selbst schöpfen kann. Ich überlege, meinen Job etwas zu reduzieren, damit ich ihn in diesem ersten Jahr, was anscheinend doch recht schwer ist, besser unterstützen kann. I 1980’erne blev han med lp’en ‘Born in the U.S.A.' superstjerne, en status, han frivilligt fasede sig ud af i det efterfølgende årti.  Springsteen er både romantiker og mytoman, men hans arbejderklassebaggrund betyder, at hans tekster altid er funderet i rå realiteter og altid står på underhundens side. Få har som ham sunget om afstanden mellem den amerikanske drøm og landets mere beskidte virkelighed. I det 21. århundrede er hans musik i stigende grad blevet politisk: Han var således yderst kritisk overfor Bush-administrationen, og støttede varmt Barack Obama gennem dennes præsidentperioder. Begge showets værter fik en epifani, da de i maj 1981 oplevede Springsteen fyre et 30-sangs langt sæt af i Brøndbyhallen. Og det er da også især årene 1973-1987, ‘Rockhistorier' fokuserer på, for i den periode peakede Springsteen, hvor han leverede den stribe mesterværker, hans renomme bygger på.
