We all carry subtle beliefs that shape how we see ourselves—thoughts like “I'm not enough,” “I'm not worthy,” or “I'm not lovable.” These limiting beliefs often start in childhood or are passed down through generations, quietly influencing our mindset, relationships, and sense of self-worth.In this episode, I dive into the first half of the most common “I am not” stories and share ways to start noticing them in your life. How Everyone Else In Your Life Is DESTROYING Your Aspirations, Dreams and Goals
If you've ever felt stuck in the cycle of losing weight, regaining it, and then starting over again, you're not alone. Today we're unpacking yo-yo dieting. Why it happens, what it does to your body, and how to finally break free. Yo-yo dieting often starts with extreme calorie restriction, leading to rapid weight loss that looks successful on the surface. But beneath the scale, your body is losing muscle, becoming inflamed, and stressing your hormones. Inevitably, the restrictive approach becomes impossible to maintain, weight creeps back on (often as fat rather than muscle), and the cycle repeats, sometimes with even greater difficulty losing weight each time. We'll dive into the hidden consequences of yo-yo dieting, from slower metabolism and muscle loss to leptin resistance, where your hunger and fullness hormones stop working properly. This not only makes weight loss harder but also increases cravings, fat storage, and frustration while taking a serious toll on mental health. But it's not all bad news. Breaking free from yo-yo dieting is possible by shifting focus from quick fixes to long-term, sustainable habits. We'll talk about the importance of fueling your body, rebuilding metabolic health, and supporting your hormones with balanced nutrition and consistency. You'll also hear about our client Kayla, who went from eating less than 1,300 calories per day without results, to eating hundreds more, feeling better than ever, and finally seeing her body respond. Her story proves that nourishment, not restriction, is the foundation for lasting health. If you're tired of the yo-yo rollercoaster, this episode will give you clarity, encouragement, and practical steps to move toward real, sustainable change. When we are overcome with emotion it is very easy to lose sight of the fact that the pain is temporary but if we can learn that our pain and emotions come and go in waves, perhaps we can gain some mindfulness and perspective as we experience those things in the moment. This meditation aims to help the meditator remember to ride the wave of the present moment. One breath at a time.

In this episode, I share a fresh perspective on why rest is essential for productivity—through the lens of agriculture. Just as farmers rotate crops and allow fields to rest to maintain soil health, we too need scheduled breaks to protect our focus, creativity, and long-term output.I talk about:The silent crisis of soil depletion and what it teaches us about sustainability. Why rotating crops and letting fields rest is the perfect metaphor for how we should structure our own work. The importance of proactively scheduling breaks (like cool-off weeks) before life forces us to rest through burnout, sickness, or accidents. What a cool-off week actually looks like in practice: serving clients, answering emails, maintaining—but not pushing for new projects. How to embrace being a “B minus” worker for a week and why your B minus is probably still a solid B.This episode is about reframing rest not as laziness, but as a vital strategy for longevity, health, and sustainable productivity.00:00 Introduction to the Cool Off Week00:34 Understanding Soil Health and Agriculture02:18 The Importance of Resting Fields03:16 Government Initiatives and Soil Health04:03 Applying Agricultural Principles to Productivity05:24 Practical Tips for a Cool Off Week07:04 Conclusion and Final ThoughtsJoin the Focus Room: https://monthlymethod.com/focus-room/ ★ Support this podcast on Patreon ★

What if your big “aha” moment isn't actually the thing that changes everything? In this episode, Kevin and Alan unpack the truth behind success and learning. They explain why the "aha" moments people chase are just small parts of a much bigger picture. The real change happens not in those flashes of insight but in what you do afterward. From starting a business to chasing personal goals, it's not the ideas or intentions that matter most; it's the action, consistency, and willingness to adjust along the way. This episode is packed with encouragement to set real goals, keep working even when it's not flashy, and to stop waiting for the perfect moment to begin.Learn more about:
Do you ever feel like someone twists your words to make you the problem? Or maybe they guilt-trip you with, “After everything I've done for you…” Or act “concerned” just to control your choices? These aren't just frustrating behaviors—these are psychological manipulation tactics designed to make you doubt yourself, feel guilty, and stay compliant. In this episode of The Positivity Xperience, we're breaking down:
In Luke 14, Jesus observes the guests of a dinner (being hosted by one of the leading Pharisees) essentially playing tic-tac-take your seat of honor. The Lord uses the opportunity to give at teaching on humility that is still of song of heaven's love for our hearts today.

The 5D Academy with Zarathustra explores universal wisdom to foster total freedom from suffering in all areas of your life; health, wealth, love, and self. Each Academy podcast contains valuable insights and takeaways to become the best version of yourself and create an authentic, fulfilling life. Zarathustra transmits 5th Dimensional Quantum frequencies in each episode with transformational tools while discussing different topics to help you maintain this new frequency in your daily life.Zarathustra has created a practical system of transmitting the truth to his audience allowing transformation and freedom from suffering. Spiritual development requires an open heart. It is virtually impossible for a seeker to advance to higher consciousness if they don't love themselves. The belief system which has been ingrained in our cellular memory from childhood that we are not good enough results in a conditioned mind. The conditioned mind holds the false belief that there is something missing in our lives, that we are incomplete, that we need to gain something in order to become happy and whole, which is not true. After a life time of searching, Zarathustra has blended a practical system of Eastern and Western methods and techniques to help the Academy members to free themselves from anxiety, negative thoughts, lack of self-love and self-acceptance and destructive emotional patterns through a systematic way to raise your vibration to 5D Vibrational Frequency, which enables you to live a vibrant life of freedom and happiness. The Key Elements To Freedom:Zarathustra recognizes continuity and consistency are the key elements to freedom. Negativity can pile up on us through out our life. So much so that it is very easy to start to believe that nothing good will ever happen. People will suggest affirmations and law of attraction and many are skeptical that those things will ever work for them. The trust is that they will work only if we believe they will. They won't work, if we believe they won't. We have to retain ourselves to not feel silly thinking positively. That silly feeling is resistance and cynicism creeping back in. This meditation aims to help the meditator regain some peace and balance while reminding them that good things can happen, if only you just believe they can. One breath at a time.

I Don't Have A Lot Of Friends.. And Why You Shouldn't Either
Loneliness is a deeply human experience, one that touches us in moments of transition, heartbreak, or even quiet everyday life. This episode explores what loneliness really means, how to recognize it, and the ways it can call us either back to connection or into the gift of solitude. Listeners will be guided through practical steps to reconnect, reflect, and release the need for understanding from others, turning loneliness into an opportunity for growth, peace, and self-acceptance. AffirmationI acknowledge the presence of loneliness without fear or shame. I recognize it as part of being human, and I choose to see it as a gentle invitation to reconnect with others, or to nurture my own heart and embrace quiet moments as spaces for reflection and growth. I release the need to be perfectly understood by anyone else. I am learning to understand and accept myself fully. In this journey, connection, peace, and love will find their way to me again. In this revisited Think Thursday episode of the Alcohol Minimalist podcast, Molly Watts returns to a timely and deeply relevant conversation about our brilliant human brains and how we can consciously shift from fear to purpose. Originally aired in January during a time of political unrest and uncertainty, this episode reminds us that fear—though natural—is not a permanent state.Molly explores how neuroscience explains our brain's hardwired fear responses and how those responses often lead us into coping behaviors like doom scrolling, overeating, or pouring a drink. But instead of retreating into old habits, she invites listeners to pause, activate their prefrontal cortex, and take purposeful action.Drawing on Fred Rogers' famous advice to “look for the helpers,” Molly encourages us to take it one step further—by becoming the helper. Helping others not only builds community, it also restores our own mindset and emotional health. This powerful episode blends neuroscience, mindfulness, and compassion to offer a clear path through uncertainty by leaning into generosity and contribution. In This Episode:Why fear and uncertainty trigger coping behaviorsThe role of the amygdala and how it keeps us on high alertHow to re-engage the prefrontal cortex for better decision-makingThe self-coaching model Molly calls the Behavior Map-Result CycleWhy acts of service and helping others can shift your mindsetReframing fear as an opportunity to take actionResources Mentioned:Breaking the Bottle Legacy– Molly's book and resources to change your drinking habitsLearn about the Behavior Map-Result Cycle and how to apply it to your relationship with alcoholRevisit more Think Thursday episodes at mollywatts.com/podcastPerfect For:Anyone feeling overwhelmed by current eventsListeners looking to reinforce healthy coping strategiesThose exploring the intersection of emotional health and drinking habitsPeople seeking inspiration to take empowered, meaningful action ★ Support this podcast ★
