Betwixt The Sheets: The History of Sex, Scandal & Society

Behind the impressive relics the Romans left behind lurks a much darker story: that most of Rome was built on the back of enslaved people. It's shocking to know that up to 30% of Roman society was made up of enslaved people. So how was this represented in every day life? What was life like for different enslaved people in the Roman empire? And was freedom ever a possibility?Joining Kate today is Roman historian Emma Southon, whose new book Servus: The Moving, Enthralling True Story of Slavery in the Roman Empire takes us back to this world. This episode was edited by Hannah Feodorov. The Pleasure Zone with Milica Jelenic - Diamond Host Toying with better sex can transform the way couples experience pleasure, connection, and intimacy. Toying with sex isn't just about adding gadgets to the bedroom—it can be about discovering what your body wants, communicating desires, and making sex more playful. Toying with better sex can also help break routines, spark curiosity, and create new opportunities for pleasure and connection. In this episode, we'll explore five provocative talking points: Why Toys Can Make Sex Better Toys, Communication & Consent When One Partner Isn't Into Toys Solo Pleasure Meets Partnered Sex From Routine to Adventure 5 Key Takeaways Sex toys can be tools for self-exploration. Learning what you enjoy can make it easier to communicate your preferences and desires with a partner. Adding toys can create more pleasure, connection, and intimacy. Curiosity and play can help move sex beyond routines that have become predictable or stagnant. Consent and communication are essential. Regardless of how long you have been together, introducing or using a toy requires conversation and consent. Choose what works for your body—not what is popular. Different bodies enjoy different types and levels of stimulation, so the most talked-about toy may not be the right one for you. Solo pleasure can become part of partnered pleasure. Exploring a toy yourself and then showing your partner what works can open communication and create new opportunities for play together. Sarah reveals the most disturbing fact Susie says we've ever learned on the show--it's a statistic about men's underwear and we are NOT OK (and clearly, neither are men). We find out about Matt Damon's (female!) stunt double, and why she is our badass bitch of the week. We hear what the secret is to being a "supermover" in old age, and we aspire! Sarah talks about her love of Thrifty Ice Cream, and how one business owner is keeping it alive. We hear how a group of students is solving cold cases and we discuss how some relatives of criminals like Charles Manson worry the evil acts of their family member might reflect on their own characters.00:00 - Brain Candy Club and Tombstone Philosophy02:06 - Keypad Installation and Appliance Woes11:52 - Unveiling America's Top Romantic Destinations18:01 - The Disturbing Truth About Men's Underwear Habits26:49 - Meet Devin Dalton, Matt Damon's Female Stunt Double29:26 - Simple Tests to Gauge Your Functional Fitness34:14 - The Unsung Heroines of Stunt Performance41:21 - How Fast Walking Boosts Brain Health in Old Age47:02 - The Surf Shop Keeping Thrifty Ice Cream Alive51:23 - Al's Job Impact and the Joy of Fidget Toys53:36 - High School Students Reignite Unsolved Murder Investigations56:51 - Exploring the Legacy of Charles Manson's Family01:02:44 - Final Thoughts and Community Engagement Brain Candy Podcast Website - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/Brain Candy Podcast Book Recommendations - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/books/Brain Candy Podcast Merchandise - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/candy-store/Brain Candy Podcast Candy Club - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/product/candy-club/Brain Candy Podcast Sponsor Codes - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/support-us/Brain Candy Podcast Social Media & Platforms:Brain Candy Podcast LIVE Interactive Trivia Nights - https://www.youtube.com/@BrainCandyPodcast/streamsBrain Candy Podcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/braincandypodcastHost Susie Meister Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/susiemeisterHost Sarah Rice Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/imsarahriceBrain Candy Podcast on X: https://www.x.com/braincandypodBrain Candy Podcast Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/braincandy (JOIN FREE - TONS OF REALITY TV CONTENT)Brain Candy Podcast Sponsors, partnerships, & Products that we love:Go to https://thrivecausemetics.com/braincandy for an exclusive offer of 20% off your first order.Visit https://www.carawayhome.com/braincandypod to take an additional 10% off your next purchase.TDM-RESERVATION: 1. Three days. Seventeen hours. Twelve jurors, five possible verdicts, and a door nobody can see behind.Day three of deliberations in the Lindsay Clancy trial ended Monday afternoon with no verdict and instructions to come back Tuesday. Robin breaks down where the case actually stands...the criminal responsibility standard, what "not guilty" would really mean here, and why the jury's request for the pill bottles and the knife tells you they're doing the work. Then the sidewalk: the pink shirts, the twenty-five-plus Etsy designs, the defense attorney fan merchandise, the free coffee at a verdict watch, and the fact that somebody bought the Duxbury house.Plus a viral post arguing that a not-guilty verdict from a nine-woman jury is grounds for repealing the Nineteenth Amendment, and the math problem that argument doesn't survive. And in Philadelphia in the House of Horrors case...fifty hard drives, five urns, four missing women, no bodies, and what investigators say they found on one of those drives this week, which is something Western media very much claims doesn't exist as a theory. Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/we-saw-the-devil-unfiltered-political-analysis--4433638/support.Website: http://www.wesawthedevil.comPatreon: http://www.patreon.com/wesawthedevilRobin's Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/robin_wstdTwitter: http://www.twitter.com/WeSawtheDevilInstagram: http://www.instagram.com/wesawthedevilpodcast.TikTok: tiktok.com/@wesawthedevilpolitics

Moving beyond common myths, he explains why testosterone is often a red herring for erectile issues, how the physical habits of masturbation "train" the body to struggle with real intimacy, and provides a breakdown of pelvic floor and mental exercises that can clinically treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation without relying on medication. What to expect in this episode: The Testosterone Red Herring: Why a drop in testosterone isn't the primary driver of erectile issues, with clinical data showing that only about 5% of erectile dysfunction cases are actually caused by low testosterone. The Role of Obesity: How endocrine-active fat cells (adipocytes) actively convert testosterone into other hormones, making physical health and cardiovascular conditioning far more critical than artificial hormone boosters. Death Grip Syndrome: How years of masturbating with a tight, dry hand grip trains the penis to expect 100 to 130 PSI of pressure, making it physically impossible to stay aroused by a partner's body, which naturally only produces 5 to 30 PSI. "Don't Skip Dick Day" Exercises: A breakdown of a clinical trial where targeted pelvic floor exercises completely cured ED in 40% of men and significantly improved it in another 35%—a therapeutic impact directly comparable to Viagra. Separating Orgasm from Ejaculation: A lesson in the physiological mechanics of tantric sex, explaining how strengthening pelvic muscles allows men to control the urethral pathway to experience prolonged pleasure and delay ejaculation. The Theory-Crafting Hack: Why performing complex math or theory-crafting optimal video game rotations (like calculating warlock DPS meters in Molten Core) in your head during intercourse is a highly effective, clinical technique to slow down premature ejaculation. Redefining Normal Timing: Why the average sexual encounter lasts only 3 to 7 minutes, and why the ultimate goal should be managing performance anxiety and letting go of the shame that kills erections, rather than chasing unrealistic, hour-long standards Learn more about your ad choices. 0219 Female Led Relationships: Using Edging for Control, Connection, and Denial

    Krystine's FLR Podcast

Leave us a messge!!////RE-RELEASE////In this back catalog re-release of Krystine's FLR Podcast, I talk about edging and how it can be used inside a female-led relationship. This episode is the first part of a three-episode plan where I wanted to talk about edging first, then orgasm denial and orgasm control, and then eventually bring my subbie on to talk about whether these things are actually necessary for a successful long-term female-led relationship.I start by breaking down the stages of orgasm, because understanding arousal matters if you are going to talk about edging. Edging is basically getting yourself or your partner right to the edge of orgasm, stopping the stimulation, letting things calm down, and then starting again. It can be done alone or with a partner, and it can create stronger orgasms, more awareness of your body, and a deeper sense of connection.I also talk about why people need to know their own bodies before they can expect a partner to know what works for them. Masturbation, sex toys, communication, and self-exploration should not carry shame. If you do not know what feels good to you, how are you supposed to explain that to someone else?Inside an FLR, edging can be used in a lot of different ways. It can be punishment, reward, foreplay, denial, connection, mindfulness, or just something fun and hot to explore together. For me, the most interesting part is how intentional it can make both partners. You have to pay attention. You have to know your partner's signs. You have to communicate what you want from the experience. The biggest takeaway is that edging is another tool you can use in your relationship if it works for you. It does not have to be part of every FLR, but it can absolutely add power, control, anticipation, and connection when both people are into it.5 Talking PointsWhat edging actually isI explain edging in simple terms: getting yourself or your partner right to the edge of orgasm, stopping stimulation, letting the body calm down, and then starting again. Why edging can make orgasms strongerOne of the biggest reasons people practice edging is because it can make the final orgasm feel more intense, last longer, or feel more powerful.Know your body before expecting someone else to know itI talk about why self-exploration matters. If you do not know what turns you on or what feels good, it is much harder to communicate that to a partner.Sex toys are not a threatI push back on the idea that a woman using a vibrator or toy means her partner is not enough. Toys can add sensation, variety, and intensity. They should not automatically be taken as an insult. How edging can fit into an FLREdging can be used as punishment, reward, foreplay, denial, or connection. Like everything else in a female-led relationship, how you use it depends on your dynamic, your communication, and what works for both of you.To find that Audio versions of the FLR Skool courses, just click here.Or FLRSkool SubscribeSupport the showWant to keep this conversation going?Join us inside FLRSkool.com — where real couples are having real conversations about female-led relationships! Feeling stuck lately? This episode of Love, Sex & Tarot reframes that stuck feeling as an invitation to rest, not a failure to fix. Host Acacia breaks down why decision fatigue happens when you're forced to choose without enough information — and why giving yourself permission to pause (instead of spiraling into anxiety) is the healthiest move you can make right now. Pulling cards on love, self-talk, and asking for help, this reading dives into the emotional weight of divorce, breakup energy, and unfulfilled relationships, plus why isolating yourself only makes healing harder. Acacia shares real talk on speaking kindly to yourself, the power of reaching out for support, and practical steps — from opening your own savings account to picking up a new hobby — to prepare for the life change that's already in motion. After that Neoborn turns to Chinese cabbage dipped in formaldehyde and sold in Australia, but fear not, he offers a solution anyone can do to stay healthier. Later he takes the Havasupai trail in Arizona, a mother slashed after asking for directions. NC then investigates Network for Hope in Kentucky, the organ outfit HHS began decertifying under RFK Jr. after procurement started while patients still showed signs of life. He closes on the 1980s Pizza Hut revival and the real reasons people are driving back to those rooms, and finally on schools that spent three trillion and left three in ten proficient, and on heaven starting from within.Music guests: Big Sexy, Carlyle, Inoxidables, Van Hechter 00:00:00 On This Day Today - (no freedom yet)00:06:06 Big Sexy: Hiding in Romeo00:09:46 Fined for Not Having the App00:18:28 Carlyle: Without the Weed00:21:51 Formaldehyde Cabbage and Eating Where You Live00:30:14 Inoxidables: Sirena00:33:59 Wash Your Fruit and Veggies: Pesticides, Glyphosate, and Bayer00:44:00 Neoborn Caveman: Counterfeit Love00:46:28 A Hike, a Knife, Tolerating Crime00:56:08 Van Hechter: Boy Problems01:00:20 Organ Harvesting Comes Home: Network for Hope01:06:57 Big Sexy: This City Knows My Name01:10:17 Retro Pizza Hut, Hollowed-Out Schools, and Heaven Within01:23:05 Neoborn Caveman: Final ShowKey TakeawaysAmerica was founded as a republic by the people for the people. Moving away from the high-stakes, dramatic gestures often seen in movies, he breaks down the science of social environments, the developmental stages of attraction, and why a grand confession of love is almost guaranteed to sabotage your chances. What to expect in this episode: The Friends-to-Lovers Blueprint: Why the dreaded "friend zone" is actually the most common path to romance, with data showing that 70% of couples start out as friends. You'll also learn why you must play the long game, as the average successful transition takes 21.9 months. The Open vs. Closed Field Dynamics: How dating apps act as "open fields" where physical attractiveness is virtually the only deciding factor. In contrast, "closed fields" (like work projects or friend groups) naturally highlight deeper, highly attractive traits like humor, reliability, and shared values. Small Talk is a Red-Flag Filter: Why the primary goal of small talk isn't actually to get to know someone, but rather a crucial "safety assessment" designed to weed out catastrophic red flags before you invest your energy. Why Grand Confessions Backfire: How blurting out a dramatic, high-stakes declaration of love maximizes psychological uncertainty, panics your friend, and forces them to pull away from the friendship entirely to regain safety. The Six Destabilizing Triggers: The specific events that shake up a stable friendship and can trigger romantic feelings, ranging from supportive bonding during a personal crisis to the sudden threat of competing relationships. The One-Sided Exclusivity Trap: Why closing yourself off to other dating options while waiting around for a friend actually decreases your chances of being with them, and how third-party interest often serves as the catalyst they need to realize their feelings. The Art of Reducing Uncertainty: A practical guide to navigating the transition by systematically managing behavioral, mutuality, definitional, and future uncertainty. Karen is the host of Taboo to Truth: Life & Sex After 50, a shame free space for honest conversations about sex, desire, dating, relationships, menopause, and intimacy after 50. Combined with reconnecting with an old flame, discovering the realities of menopause, and a life changing visit to a sexual medicine practice, that moment sparked a calling she never saw coming. We explore the changes that happen in midlife bodies and relationships, including menopause, perimenopause, hormone therapy, and shifting libido for both women and men. Karen offers a shame free approach centered on communication, body awareness, pleasure over performance, and emotional connection, reminding us that great sex is a full body, full heart experience. The conversation also dives into foreplay as an all day practice, what Karen calls "sex snacks," and the difference between spontaneous and responsive desire. Allana vulnerably shares her own experience of introducing her Yoni to a partner for the first time, opening a deeper conversation about asking to be honored rather than waiting for someone else to know what we need. We also talk about: ● Why your sex span should equal your lifespan ● How men can better support partners through menopause ● Spontaneous versus responsive desire ● Why women have affairs to leave and men have affairs to stay ● Sex snacks and keeping intimacy alive outside the bedroom ● Porn, the death grip, and difficulty reaching orgasm ● Religious shame, guilt, and learning to let go in the body ● Introducing your Yoni to a partner as an act of sacred honoring ● Tantric sex, connection, timing, and trust ● Alternative relationship structures and honest communication ● Why judgment is the enemy of pleasure and curiosity is the cure ● How suppressed sexuality can come out sideways ● Raising sexually healthy children who become open adults This episode is a reminder that pleasure is not a luxury. It is a birthright. Our bodies, at every age and stage, are worthy of attention, tenderness, curiosity, and delight. Karen makes it easier to laugh, exhale, ask the questions we were never taught to ask, and reclaim a vibrant intimate life at any age. Let's talk about what actually happens when real people finally stop holding back in the bedroom… because the best sex education doesn't always come from experts. Sometimes it comes from a husband who spent months asking for something his wife wasn't sure about, or a couple whose 20 year marriage took a very unexpected turn on a dance floor in Anchorage, or a woman who spent years unable to orgasm with a partner and finally got there in the last way she ever expected. In this episode I'm reading three real listener success stories out loud, and I promise you will learn something from every single one of them. ABOUT EMILY: Emily Morse is a Doctor of Human Sexuality, author and host of the #1 rated Sex with Emily podcast. In the meantime, we talk about Amanda Knox's decision to try her hand at comedy, and why we think maybe she should do literally anything else. We debate whether it's inappropriate for her to make light of a murder or whether being wrongfully accused means she is a victim too, thus giving her more freedom to make jokes. We hear about a golf cheater and how his life is ruined over the dumbest lie ever told. We find out about an uber driver who has been in jail for years for accidentally transporting marijuana. We debate the rights of a surrogate who refused to terminate her pregnancy despite the agreement she'd made with the birth parents. We discuss why microwave beeps are so annoying. We hear about a football team who used "color theory" to intimidate their opposition in the locker room. We find out why wedding gifts in Japan have less value now and we learn why reading literally any book makes you less likely to die.Brain Candy Podcast Website - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/Brain Candy Podcast Book Recommendations - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/books/Brain Candy Podcast Merchandise - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/candy-store/Brain Candy Podcast Candy Club - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/product/candy-club/Brain Candy Podcast Sponsor Codes - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/support-us/Brain Candy Podcast Social Media & Platforms:Brain Candy Podcast LIVE Interactive Trivia Nights - https://www.youtube.com/@BrainCandyPodcast/streamsBrain Candy Podcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/braincandypodcastHost Susie Meister Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/susiemeisterHost Sarah Rice Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/imsarahriceBrain Candy Podcast on X: https://www.x.com/braincandypodBrain Candy Podcast Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/braincandy (JOIN FREE - TONS OF REALITY TV CONTENT)TDM-RESERVATION: 1. Even before co-authoring the New York Times best-seller, Chris was on a wild ride. After receiving a BA in English and American literature in 1984, he spent the next two decades traveling around the world, pausing in unexpected places to work at decidedly odd jobs (e.g., gutting salmon in Alaska, teaching English to prostitutes in Bangkok and self-defense to land-reform activists in Mexico, managing commercial real estate in New York's Diamond District, helping Spanish physicians publish their research). In his mid-30s, Chris decided to pursue doctoral studies in Psychology. Drawing upon his multi-cultural experience, Chris' research focused on distinguishing the human from the cultural, first by focusing on shamanism and ethnobotany—studying how various societies interact with altered states of consciousness and the sacred plants that provoke them—and later, by looking at similarly diverse cultural perspectives on sexuality. If you dig this podcast, will you please leave a short review on Apple Podcasts? Sex is everywhere. It shapes culture, relationships, health, identity, and how we connect, yet somehow it remains one of the hardest things for us to talk about honestly. This week on ALLSMITH, Bryce sits down with Wendy Strgar, founder of Good Clean Love, author, entrepreneur, and longtime advocate for better conversations around sexual health, intimacy, and lasting love.We explore why sex still carries so much discomfort and shame, what happens to desire in long-term relationships, how our bodies and relationships change with age, the influence of porn and modern culture, women's sexual health, and why great intimacy might have far less to do with performance than we think. This isn't just a conversation about sex. It's a conversation about communication, curiosity, vulnerability, health, and learning how to love another human being well.IN THIS EPISODEWhy we're still uncomfortable talking about sexSexual shame and where it comes fromWhy desire changes in long-term relationshipsLove vs. attractionMismatched libidoSex, marriage, and parenthoodPorn and modern expectationsPerformance vs. genuine intimacyWomen's sexual health and the vaginal microbiomeHormones, aging, and changing bodiesCommunication and emotional safetyWhat it takes to sustain loveWhat it actually means to be a great loverBIG IDEASSex is everywhere. What happens when one partner wants sex and the other doesn’t? Mismatched desire- or desire discrepancy is one of the most common issues Dr. Jenni Skyler and Daniel Lebowitz see among couples, and it’s a topic they’re asked about again and again. For this special episode of Sex and the Psyche, we’re turning the tables and putting Jenni and Daniel in the hot seat! Our friend Karen Bigman, host of Taboo to Truth, generously invited Jenni and Daniel onto her podcast for a candid conversation about desire discrepancy, intimacy, shame, and the challenges couples face when their libidos don't match. We’re so grateful to Karen for allowing us to replay this conversation here on Sex and the Psyche, giving our listeners a chance to hear Jenni and Daniel as guests and get a behind-the-scenes look at how they answer the questions they’re usually the ones asking. In this first part of the two-part conversation, Jenni and Daniel explore why desire discrepancy happens, what it can look like in long-term relationships, and why the partner with lower desire is never simply “the problem.” They also talk about why some men shut down or go silent when they’re struggling sexually, how shame can take over in the bedroom, and how the right words can open the door to a much more honest and compassionate conversation between partners. A huge thank-you to Karen Bigman and Taboo to Truth for sharing this conversation with our Sex and the Psyche audience. Be sure to listen to Part 2 for more of Jenni and Daniel in the hot seat! And while you're at it, check out Taboo to Truth wherever you listen to podcasts. You may discover your next favorite show! Zach steps out of the host chair for this one. In a swap with Heather Shannon of Sex for Couples, Zach is the guest, and the conversation goes straight at a question most couples never ask out loud: what is sex actually for, and does that answer change over the life of a marriage? Zach, who's been married almost thirty years, and Heather dig into why frequency becomes the default target when quality and clarity would serve couples better. The conversation moves through the different eras a long marriage passes through, the anthropological reasons couples tend to hit a reset every few years, and the idea that any long marriage is really four or five different marriages stitched together. Zach shares specific, practical scenes from his own relationship, including a three hour float down a river with his wife where they talked about sex without ever touching, and describes a couple in his practice who solved their standoff by simply negotiating who gets what on which night. Heather brings in patterns she sees in her own client work, particularly the tendency to take sexual disconnection personally and the exhausting decision fatigue around initiating. Together they name two questions Zach uses to open nearly every session on this topic: what's it for, and what counts. The takeaway isn't a technique. It's a shift in framing, from sex as an obligation or a performance with a pass or fail outcome, to sex as something couples can actually get better at on purpose, the same way they'd get better at any skill they cared about. For anyone who's felt the pressure of "we should be having more sex" without ever stopping to ask what sex is supposed to accomplish, this conversation gives language for that gap, and permission to define it differently.Key TakeawaysFrequency is the wrong target. The better question is whether the sex you're having is actually good, and whether you're willing to get better at it on purpose.Sex is a skill, not a talent you either have or don't. It can be learned, practiced, and improved the same way any hobby can.Ask "what counts?" Narrow definitions of sex (intercourse only, simultaneous orgasm only) create a lot of ways to fail and very few ways to succeed.Intimacy is broader than sex. Physical closeness that isn't sexual, and sexual conversation that isn't physical, both count and both matter.Spontaneity is a myth for anything you actually care about. Couples plan meals, workouts, and sleep. Sex deserves the same intentionality. When you don't want sex, get specific about what you don't want. It's rarely your partner. It's more often boredom, exhaustion, or feeling obligated.A long marriage isn't one marriage. It's several different eras, and checking in roughly every three years, with a therapist or a trusted person, helps couples pivot into the next one.The most durable relationship habit isn't avoiding conflict, it's getting good at repair, and doing more of what your partner likes while doing less of what they don't.Guest InfoThis episode centers on a conversation between Zach and Heather Shannon, LCPC, CST (she/her), an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and host of the podcast Sex for Couples. Heather refers to working directly with clients around sex and communication in relationships throughout the conversation.Listen to Sex For Couples: podfollow.com/askasextherapistWebsite: HeatherShannon.coSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

.Susie spun the birthday wheel at her favorite dive bar, and she'll be riding that high for a while. Sarah watched a documentary called Big Chicken where a comedian looks into the health effects of fast food fried chicken for 28 days, and we learn what he experienced by eating a ton of fried chicken. We discuss the ways your personality can change if you want it to, and we consider how our personalities changed after we were on reality tv. Sarah explains why she is accused of being a "pick me" girl, why she chooses optimism, and how she adjusted her natural tendencies over time. Susie shares what it felt like when she went on tv at 18 and how it changed how she experienced the world and gave her social anxiety in certain environments. We debate whether people should be making out in public, and discuss the rise in people policing public displays of affection.Brain Candy Podcast Website - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/Brain Candy Podcast Book Recommendations - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/books/Brain Candy Podcast Merchandise - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/candy-store/Brain Candy Podcast Candy Club - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/product/candy-club/Brain Candy Podcast Sponsor Codes - https://thebraincandypodcast.com/support-us/Brain Candy Podcast Social Media & Platforms:Brain Candy Podcast LIVE Interactive Trivia Nights - https://www.youtube.com/@BrainCandyPodcast/streamsBrain Candy Podcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/braincandypodcastHost Susie Meister Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/susiemeisterHost Sarah Rice Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/imsarahriceBrain Candy Podcast on X: https://www.x.com/braincandypodBrain Candy Podcast Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/braincandy (JOIN FREE - TONS OF REALITY TV CONTENT)Brain Candy Podcast Sponsors, partnerships, & Products that we love:Get 40% off your first order PLUS get a free item in every box for life when you go to https://www.hungryroot.com/braincandy and use code braincandyGet $10 off your first month's subscription and free shipping when you visit https://nutrafol.com and enter promo code BRAINCANDYTDM-RESERVATION: 1.
