In this Enneagram 8 episode, Sissy and David sit down with longtime friends (and parents of six young adults between them) Amy Fenton and Brian Camp. They share how their “eightness” showed up early—taking charge in childhood, pushing back on authority, and feeling fiercely independent—and how those same traits now benefit their kids through strength, decisiveness, advocacy, and protection that help children feel deeply safe and supported. Amy and Brian also talk honestly about the harder parts of being an eight parent: quick overreactions, bulldozing with intensity, needing to be heard and “right,” and how fear can sit underneath their need to control. With stories from tossed Xboxes to “conversations about the conversation,” they share practical tools they're using now—walking away, pausing, asking “Do you want to try that again?”, owning their mistakes, and choosing presence over certainty—so their kids experience them as strong, honest, deeply loyal parents who always have their back. Resources mentioned: Christian Sexuality: Raising Kids Amy's Cream of Taco 1 lb of browned ground beef1 half pint of whipping cream (yes, I did say whipping cream)1 lb Velveeta cubed2 cans of Chili with no beans2 can of chili hot beans - found in the bean section, not the chili section1 can of RotelPut all ingredients in a crock-pot for a few hours on low, allowing the cream to heat and thicken the mixture. Place in a bowl and put the Chili Cheese Frito's on top. You can top with sour cream, shredded cheese, pico, lettuce, etc. It is even better reheated, and it is a fall favorite at our house. Engage with scripture readings, heartfelt devotionals, and collective prayers that draw you into the heart of God's love. Embark on this year-long voyage through the Bible, and let each day's passage uplift and inspire you. TODAY'S EPISODE: Welcome to the Daily Radio Bible Podcast, where Hunter invites us to gather around the Scriptures on this fourth day of December, day 340 in our year-long journey through the Bible. In today's episode, Hunter guides us through Ephesians chapters 5 and 6, and Psalm 119, reflecting on God's love, the call to live as children of light, and the deep longing for spiritual renewal. We meditate on the ways Scripture reminds us of God's goodness and our true identity in Christ, even in times of wandering or uncertainty. As we enter the Advent season, Hunter leads us in heartfelt prayer, encouraging us to wait, hope, and receive courage for the day ahead. Today's episode is also a time to remember and honor the generous partners who make this ministry possible, and an invitation for listeners to join in partnership and support. Gather with us, warm your spirit by the fires of God's love, and let His joy be your strength as we journey together through His Word. TODAY'S DEVOTION: Training our ears to hear God's word. What is it that we're doing each day as we gather for this podcast journey? Hunter reminds us: we're training our ears to hear the voice of our Shepherd. We're coming—day after day—to the Scriptures, not simply to accumulate knowledge, but to be attuned to the heart of God, to see who he is and who we have become in him. David, in the psalm, confesses, "I have wandered away like a lost sheep. Come and find me." Even in our wandering, even as we lose our way, there is One whose voice still finds us, who heals, restores, and makes all things new. It is David's commitment—anchored in his practice of meditating on God's word—that keeps him turning back, again and again, to the One who will not abandon or forget him. What David struggled to communicate—his yearning to be found and restored—Jesus fulfills with perfect clarity. Jesus reveals that God is good, that he is the Father of lights, the source of every good and perfect gift. All humans find their origin in him, and all are welcomed into his family. And even though we can forget this, especially in the dark nights or wandering seasons, the Scriptures are there to help us remember both who God is and who we are: redeemed, made new, and deeply loved. Let the word of God train our hearts in this way of love. Let it shape our understanding of ourselves—beloved, forgiven, renewed. Let it remind us of the Father's unwavering goodness and Jesus's invitation to be made new, again and again. That's a prayer Hunter holds for himself, for his family, and for you. May it be so. TODAY'S PRAYERS: Lord God Almighty and everlasting father you have brought us in safety to this new day preserve us with your Mighty power that we might not fall into sin or be overcome by adversity. And in all we do, direct us to the fulfilling of your purpose  through Jesus Christ Our Lord amen.   Oh God you have made of one blood all the peoples of the earth and sent your blessed son to preach peace to those who are far and those who are near. Grant that people everywhere may seek after you, and find you. Bring the nations into your fold, pour out your Spirit on all flesh, and hasten the coming of your kingdom through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.   And now Lord,  make me an instrument of your peace.  Where there is hatred let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon.  Where there is doubt, faith. Where there is despair, hope.  Where there is darkness, light.  And where there is sadness,  Joy.  Oh Lord grant that I might not seek to be consoled as to console. To be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love.  For it is in the giving that we receive, in the pardoning that we are pardoned, it is in the dying that we are born unto eternal life.  Amen And now as our Lord has taught us we are bold to pray... Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our tresspasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not unto temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the Kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. Loving God, we give you thanks for restoring us in your image. And nourishing us with spiritual food, now send us forth as forgiven people, healed and renewed, that we may proclaim your love to the world, and continue in the risen life of Christ.  Amen.  OUR WEBSITE: www.dailyradiobible.com We are reading through the New Living Translation.   Leave us a voicemail HERE: https://www.speakpipe.com/dailyradiobible Subscribe to us at YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@Dailyradiobible/featured OTHER PODCASTS: Listen with Apple Podcast DAILY BIBLE FOR KIDS DAILY PSALMS DAILY PROVERBS DAILY LECTIONARY DAILY CHRONOLOGICAL

From Battlefield to Boardroom: A Global Legacy of Courage, Compassion & Leadership This week, the Team Never Quit Podcast welcomes a truly extraordinary guest: Dr. Sudip Bose — emergency physician, Iraq War veteran, entrepreneur, medical innovator, and one of the world's most dynamic voices at the intersection of medicine, military leadership, and business. Few leaders embody resilience and global perspective the way Dr. Bose does. His story spans continents, combat zones, emergency rooms, and corporate boardrooms—all shaped by deep heritage and a lifelong commitment to service. A Legacy Rooted in Courage and Heritage Born in the United States to parents who emigrated from Kolkata, Dr. Bose carries a powerful cultural heritage. Fluent in Bengali and proud of his lineage, he is a descendant of: ·         Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, legendary freedom fighter ·         Jagadish Chandra Bose, pioneering scientist ·         Satyendra Nath Bose, the physicist behind the concept of bosons Their spirit of bravery, intellectual curiosity, and innovation lives on in Dr. Bose's own journey. Leadership Forged in War Dr. Bose's leadership was tested early—on the front lines of Iraq as a U.S. Army physician under the most intense combat conditions. He earned the Bronze Star Medal for his service and was entrusted with treating Saddam Hussein after his capture. More than the accolades, the battlefield taught him the principles that guide his life: ·         Stay calm when others panic ·         Find clarity in chaos ·         Turn adversity into opportunity ·         Let heritage and values anchor global impact These lessons follow him into every trauma bay, boardroom, and keynote stage he steps into today. From the ER to the Global Stage After returning from combat, Dr. Bose transitioned into civilian life—continuing his work as an emergency physician while expanding his influence across medicine, media, innovation, and policy. His roles include: ·         Executive Producer of Desert Doc, the Telly Award–winning Amazon Prime docuseries revealing the realities of emergency medicine ·         Founder of The Battle Continues, a nonprofit supporting injured combat veterans ·         EMS Medical Director for the largest geographic hospital coverage area in the U.S.—19 counties and 38,000 square miles ·         Advisory Board Member for DrB.ai, a global digital health platform increasing access to affordable care ·         Trusted Advisor to the U.S. Congress on healthcare policy ·         Keynote Speaker for Fortune 500 companies and major financial institutions Across everything he does, Dr. Bose bridges healthcare, military discipline, and business strategy—helping leaders thrive in high-stakes environments. This is a masterclass in courage, clarity, service, and global leadership—told by a man who has lived it on every front line imaginable. In this episode you will hear: • [My sister] She's a CEO but sometimes she's the CEO of my chaos. (7:46) • I basically started med school at 21; I got my MD at 25. (8:59) • I remember sitting with my dad and asking him: “What can I do where I don't have to study?” (10:58) • Things that are just tragic and sad; they shape you later. You don't realize it at the time. (11:47) • I think if they had an award in high school for least likely to go in the military, I might have gotten that award. Guess what? In Junior high – 6th grade – I weighed 49 pounds. I was tiny. I didn't hit 5' tall until my sophomore year of high school. (12:33) • I'm in the books as the Illinois state champion in wrestling, because nobody could match my weight division. (13:11) • You don't realize how your world can change in a moment, and what seems like irrelevant work or homework or assignments later in life might save your life. (16:32) • In Iraq, I find myself cooped up in this ambulance. An armored 5-7-7 track medical vehicle with metal wheels, jostling to the next section of Bagdad or Fallujah and then the vehicle comes to a screeching halt, the back door opens and you hop out like a frog jumping out of a blender. And you find yourself on the front lines of the battlefield. (21:33) • There are the mental challenges of losing people you know. (22:52) • You love [life] saves where you can have them unite with their family. (27:11) • Within hours of getting there, there were two soldiers that came in and I had to pronounce dead. You just realize, wow, you are in it now. (31:19) • You cant take care of everyone, but by training my medics, I multiplied myself. (34:02) • [Marcus] You scored the number 1 in the nation on your medical exam board; You scored at the top of the Army physical fitness test; A Bronze Star; Recognized by CNN as a CNN hero; You're one of the leading physicians in the world; [You served] The longest combat tour since WWII; You treated Saddam Hussein. (52:26) • I evaluated [Saddam Hussein] shortly after his capture. (56:10) • You have to put your feelings, emotions, everything side, so you can focus. (57:45) • Somebody told me I might be the only person who has ben face to face with Saddam Hussein and shaken hands with George W. Bush. (58:38) • The people who gave their lives, their vision, their limb, made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. Those people wrote the blank check, up to and including the cost of my life. That's what keeps me motivated. (59:48) • The journey keeps going forward and the battle continues… (75:55) Support Dr. Bose:    - Website: https://www.docbose.com/    - IG: https://www.instagram.com/drsudipbose?igsh=MWZhbjJqNXNxazk2aA==    - Watch “Desert Doc” —>  https://tr.ee/Wds2TOBWTP    - YouTube —> https://tr.ee/DlNDNGdGo0 Support TNQ   - IG: team_neverquit , marcusluttrell , melanieluttrell , huntero13   -  https://www.patreon.com/teamneverquit Sponsors:   - Tractorsupply.com/hometownheroes   - Navyfederal.org        - mizzenandmain.com   [Promo code: TNQ20] - Dripdrop.com/TNQ   - ShopMando.com [Promo code: TNQ]   - meetfabiric.com/TNQ   - masterclass.com/TNQ   - Prizepicks (TNQ)   -  cargurus.com/TNQ    - armslist.com/TNQ    -  PXGapparel.com/TNQ   - bruntworkwear.com/TNQ    - Groundnews.com/TNQ    - shipsticks.com/TNQ    - stopboxusa.com {TNQ}    - ghostbed.com/TNQ [TNQ]   -  kalshi.com/TNQ   -  joinbilt.com/TNQ    - Tonal.com [TNQ]   - greenlight.com/TNQ   - PDSDebt.com/TNQ   - drinkAG1.com/TNQ   - Hims.com/TNQ   - Shopify.com/TNQ

Along his journey, John always set out to be himself in a world that repeatedly told him he was too big, too soft-spoken, too smart, too different. In this conversation, John brings us into parts of his internal world that are hard for any of us to talk about: navigating shame, identity, belonging, and the responsibility of not shrinking so others can stay comfortable. He talks about the cost of visibility, and the radical power of deciding that your worth is not up for negotiation. In this episode, we explore:How to move from clarity to conviction in your personal and professional lifeWhy vulnerability is a core strength of courageous leadershipThe key to creating relationships rooted in empathy and presenceHow to develop moral courage — and know when to walk awayWhat it means to lead from your first principlesThrough stories drawn from sport, psychology, and leadership, John challenges our cultural obsession with individual achievement and redefines what it means to succeed — not by how high you climb, but by how deeply you care and how many people you lift along the way. ___________________________________________________Links & Resources:Subscribe to our Youtube Channel for more conversations at the intersection of high performance, leadership, and wellbeing: https://www.youtube.com/c/FindingMasteryGet exclusive discounts and support our amazing sponsors! What happens when you stop trying to perform success and start building a life that actually feels aligned, honest, and sustainable?    In this episode, Nicole sits down in person with 5/1 Manifesting Generator and Enneagram expert Tracy O'Malley to talk about what real transformation looks like behind the scenes—not the polished version sold on social media. Tracy shares why she's done with manipulative marketing and "cute spiritual content," even if it means sacrificing clicks, and how staying true to her soul's blueprint has shaped her business and impact. Tracy reveals the hidden patterns that drive so many high-achievers: earning love through performance, becoming "the strong one," or constantly chasing the next achievement as proof of worth. Nicole and Tracy reflect on the defense mechanisms they both built and the moment they realized transformation isn't a makeover—it's a daily practice of curiosity, compassion, and integration. They talk about how identity, leadership, and relationships change when you stop operating from survival mode and begin operating from integrity. They also pull back the curtain on a side of entrepreneurship few people speak about honestly: the messy internal politics of business friendships and collaborations. Tracy describes the codependency, opportunism, and heartbreak she's seen behind "women supporting women" branding, and why so many ambitious, well-meaning leaders end up exhausted and lonely even as their businesses grow. Ultimately, this conversation is an invitation to disrupt old patterns, honor your deeper calling, and build a life you're not just successful in—but present for. It's a reminder that mastery doesn't come from the perfect strategy, but from knowing yourself well enough to stop abandoning who you are, even when it's uncomfortable, inconvenient, or unpopular. The Worst Mass Shooting in U.S. History: A Retired Las Vegas Police Officer Shares His Story. On October 1, 2017, the world witnessed the deadliest mass shooting by a lone gunman in American history. More than 22,000 people were gathered for the Route 91 Harvest music festival on the Las Vegas Strip when gunfire erupted from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel. In just ten minutes, a 64-year-old attacker fired over 1,000 rounds into the crowd, killing 60 people and wounding hundreds more. The total number of injured would eventually rise to approximately 867 as panic swept through the venue. The powerful episode is streaming for free on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and most every major Podcast platform. For many, the details of that night came through breaking news on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms. But for the officers responding to the scene, including Retired Las Vegas Metro Police Captain Josh Bitsko, the horror unfolded in real time inside the hotel. Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast social media like their Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Medium and other social media platforms. A Night That Changed Las Vegas Forever The shooter had meticulously prepared his vantage point: two adjoining suites, 24 firearms, thousands of rounds of ammunition, and high-capacity magazines. Fourteen of the rifles were .223-caliber semi-automatic weapons; others included .308-caliber rifles and a revolver. Investigators would later confirm that the gunman fired 1,058 rounds, 1,049 of them aimed toward the festival grounds from nearly 500 yards away. Look for supporting articles about this and much more from Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast in platforms like Medium , Blogspot and Linkedin . Shortly before the attack began at 10:05 p.m., a Mandalay Bay security guard discovered a barricaded door on the 32nd floor. Moments later, he was struck by gunfire through the shooter's door and was able to radio the hotel for help even while wounded. A maintenance worker also encountered the danger and helped relay the message: this was no routine call, someone was firing rapidly and indiscriminately. Meanwhile, concertgoers below initially mistook the gunfire for fireworks. But as bursts of 80 to 100 rounds echoed across the Las Vegas Village fairgrounds, panic set in. The crowd struggled to escape the fenced-in venue as bullets rained from above. Available for free on their website and streaming on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Youtube and other podcast platforms. The shooter paused only briefly during reloads and while confronting the security guard. By 10:15 p.m., the gunfire had stopped. The suspect then turned his revolver on himself. Inside the 32nd Floor: Captain Josh Bitsko's Experience Amidst early confusion, reports of shots from multiple hotels, uncertainty about the shooter's position, police officers made their way to the Mandalay Bay. At 10:17 p.m., officers reached the 32nd floor. Guided by the wounded security guard, they began clearing rooms one by one while evacuating terrified guests. The Worst Mass Shooting in U.S. History: A Retired Las Vegas Police Officer Shares His Story. Retired Captain Josh Bitsko, then a sergeant, was one of the officers who ultimately breached the shooter's room. Between 10:26 and 10:30 p.m. Using explosives, Bitsko and his team entered Room 32–135, where they found the shooter deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot. The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast episode is available for free on their website , Apple Podcasts , Spotify and most major podcast platforms. Bitsko would later supervise another officer-involved shooting just weeks afterward, a separate critical incident involving a double-homicide suspect. Both events left lasting emotional impacts and deepened his understanding of trauma within law enforcement. Beyond the Headlines: Leadership, Trauma & Resilience Today, Josh Bitsko shares his experience through his book, The Courage to Live, an exploration of leadership under pressure, surviving trauma, and finding clarity in moments of chaos. In it, he opens up about the realities of critical incidents and the therapy journey that helped him process the weight of his police career. He also founded Bitsko Consulting, where he leads high-impact tabletop training designed to prepare agencies for real-world emergencies. His programs focus on communication, decision-making under stress, leadership development, and understanding operational gaps before the next crisis hits. Gospel Daily with Josh Weidmann Moving On: Finding the Courage to Keep Going, Part 1Series: O Little Town of Bethlehem Scripture: Genesis 35:16-32 Episode: 898 Scripture Summary: In Genesis 35:16–32, Jacob and his family travel from Bethel toward Ephrath (Bethlehem), where Rachel goes into difficult labor and dies giving birth to Benjamin. Before her death, she names the child Ben-Oni ("son of my sorrow"), but Jacob renames him Benjamin ("son of my right hand"). Rachel is buried near Bethlehem, and Jacob sets up a pillar to mark her grave. The passage also notes that Reuben, Jacob's eldest son, sleeps with Bilhah, Jacob's concubine, which deeply dishonors his father. The chapter concludes by listing Jacob's twelve sons and the death of Isaac at 180 years old. He is buried by his sons, Esau and Jacob. Key themes include: loss and grief, birth through sorrow, family tension, and the continuation of God's covenant line through Jacob's sons.

Are you feeling stuck in a career you find meaningless, wondering if you'll ever find your true calling? This week on Everyday Better, Leah Smart sits down with Sister Monica Clare — an Episcopal nun, spiritual counselor, and the creator behind the TikTok account @nunsenseforthepeople. Her path to the convent was anything but direct. For decades, she chased one career after another in Hollywood — acting, advertising, comedy, PR — all while ignoring the quiet truth she'd known since childhood: her true calling was to become a nun. In this powerful conversation, Sister Monica shares how she learned to stop listening to the world around her and finally start listening to herself. She opens up about the values exercise that changed everything, the somatic signals that told her she was on the wrong path, and why “plan A” doesn't have to mean certainty — just courage. Together, she and Leah explore how any of us can uncover our calling, navigate fear, build self-esteem, and make meaningful changes one small step at a time. If you've ever wondered whether you're on the right path — or worried that you're not — this episode will help you reframe failure, tune into what moves your heart, and get clearer on the life you're truly meant to live. You can find her book ”A Change of Habit: Leaving Behind My Husband, Career, and Everything I Owned to Become a Nun” here. I think at some point all of us have fantasized about what it would be like to leave everything and start over with a clean slate. I know I have.  But not many of us actually do it.  Let me introduce you to Jacqueline Das who at the age of 54 realized that her life no longer felt like hers. There was so much more that she wanted to do and experience so she made a bold midlife pivot  to leave everything and move across continents to Budapest to start over.      After moving, she took a full year “off” — no job, no safety net, just space to breathe, explore and re-center. She calls her gap year  the most transformative time of her life — giving her confidence, resilience and a renewed sense of identity.   In this episode we dig into what it means to step out of your comfort zone mid-life, learning  to trust yourself, and how to embrace the unknown as fertile ground for transformation.  We also talk about the gifts of getting out of you comfort zone and what she has gained from this experience: A broader worldview — immersing herself in a new culture, making friends, building community among people she initially didn't know and didn't speak the language. Adaptability and what she calls “FIO” — “Figure It Out” — skills that forced her to get resourceful and rise to unknown challenges.  A deep re-connection with self-belief, confidence, and freedom. As she says: “the more we get out of our comfort zones, the more confident and liberated we feel.” If you've ever asked, “Is this all there is?” or “What if I started over?” — this conversation may just give you the courage to try.

In navigating two separate households as a child, a transition of faith, the losses of a child, a marriage, a career, and the sudden death of my ‘chapter two'—my soul love—I've become well-acquainted with the darkness of deep loss, grief, and the grit of burning resilience. I care deeply about equipping others with the ability to adapt to life's unavoidable conflicts, trauma, tragedies and stressors. Learning to live with adversity and grief in a culture that is pain-adverse can feel impossible and incredibly lonely, but there are ways to move forward (rather than moving on), rebuild and reclaim joy. I know this, because I've lived it time and time again—and so can you.” Katie is also the Assistant Director of the Waymakers initiative (with Chad Ford & Patrick Mason), and planner of their conflict resolution workshop series, REPAIR. Dr. Chad Ford writes about Katie's roll in their recent workshop to "Maintaining Love during Faith Transitions" with these words: “Katie came up next. She spoke about her own faith transition in the most vulnerable way possible. She reminded us of both the fragility of change and the bravery it takes to find truth and belonging, especially when that means making choices that ask ourselves and others to leave behind old versions of ourselves. There were tears flowing as Katie, in her own graceful way, reminded us what it means to be human.” Thank you, Katie, for your courage to share your story—which helps all of us better understand grief and more tools to help others walking this road. Thank you for your bridge building work in our community. Thanks for all you are doing to bring us together as the same human family. A specially curated programme honours its rich legacy as the historic and enduring home of modern and contemporary art in London. In tribute to the centennial year, a first-of-its-kind initiative, a group exhibition entitled Fear Gives Wings to Courage was staged across all 15 galleries on Cork Street in the Summer, with each gallery presenting a response to a central theme conceived by Tarini Malik, curator of modern and contemporary Art at the Royal Academy of Arts, London.Fear Gives Wings to Courage has been commissioned in three parts as a response to the curatorial theme conceived by Malik. This is comprised of Fear Gives Wings to Courage Part I; a new edition of the Cork Street Galleries Banners Commission forming an outdoor element of the exhibition on view until the end of 2025; Fear Gives Wings to Courage Part II; a presentation of works within each participating gallery space, on view from 11 to 25 July 2025; and Fear Gives Wings to Courage Part III; CATALOGUE Issue 8:0, guest-edited by Malik, which coincided with Frieze London 2025.Taking its title from Jean Cocteau's seminal 1938 work La peur donnant des ailes au courage(Fear Giving Wings to Courage), the exhibition celebrates 100 years of Cork Street and the transformative potential of artists' voices both within gallery spaces and outside of them. Gesturing to the street's long-established cultural history, the exhibition's theme recalls Cork Street's pioneering role in transforming London into a hub for international art practices in the twentieth century, while also making it one of the key platforms in Europe for the expansion of Surrealist and Dadaist movements.13 years after Freddy Mayor established the first gallery on Cork Street in 1925, Peggy Guggenheim opened her 'Guggenheim Jeune' gallery in 1938. While hosting her first show with the famed polymath Jean Cocteau, the gallery stirred up significant controversy due to his painting La peur donnant des ailes au courage (Fear Giving Wings to Courage), which was confiscated by British customs authorities upon arrival in the United Kingdom. Similarly, this exhibition nods to the necessity of the gallery ecosystem in encouraging, upholding and presenting artists' practices that are assertions of agency in the face of societal and political pressures. The galleries on Cork Street were asked to respond to the theme with artists' work that can be thought of as emblematic of Cocteau's unabashed vigour and Guggenheim's abiding belief in supporting artists. The galleries were also encouraged to profile artists who continue to draw from the legacies of Surrealism, not as a mere style or movement within the Western canon, but rather as a state of mind; a fluid, boundless approach of navigating notions of the self and society that transgress borders and temporalities. We're taught to be grateful for what we have — but what about when gratitude starts to feel like a cage? What about when we feel the tension of wanting more, yet feeling…like we'll be too much, or others will judge it, or it'll completely disrupt our lives?Let's move past that limitation, and step into the courage to want more. I'm talking about how to embrace desire without guilt and why wanting “more” — more freedom, more meaning, more joy — doesn't make you ungrateful or selfish. You'll learn how to tell the difference between healthy, grounded desire and fear-based striving, and how to honor your growth without apologizing for it.If you've ever felt guilty for wanting more — in your work, your relationships, or your life — this conversation will help you reframe desire as an act of courage, not greed.Because courage isn't about settling. It's about expanding.
