Pocket Ninjas! What more needs to be said? The Kaiju Hollywood Bad Boys Brandon, Martin and Luke had on returning champion and all around great guest Mitch Kamaiopili to get into this really bizarre movie that could only come from 1997 (after being shelved for many years). Highlights include child republican ninjas, Robert Z'dar dream sequences and a movie that can only be described as pure editing hell.

Oral Arguments for the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit
Alexis Kyriakpoulos v. Robert Z.Maigetter,etal.
A někdo mi řekne: Tak ti to začíná, co? „Umím si to představit,“ říká.Opravdu usnul mezi zápasy mistrovství světa? Tyká si se sportovci? A čí byl nápad, nechat komentovat Jakuba Voráčka? Poslechněte si celou epizodu.

Was macht Hapag-Lloyd mit Daten? Czego sporty walki mogą nauczyć dzieci i młodzież? Trener gwiazd ekranu i konsultant filmowy.

„Bagman“ (Môj príbeh o taške a ceste k lekárovi) Nanešťastie, väčšina ľudí z cudziny bude musieť využiť časom aj služby špecialistov a špecialistiek. Cudzincov a cudzinky môžu lekári zaplaviť množstvom odporúčaní. Ďakujem svojim hosťom a hostkám: Sarah Doherty Sirlova, Suzanne Taylor, Navid a Robert Zanetti. Podcast moderuje Jeremy Hill.

Nevděčná role, moderní člověk by jej stále přerušoval otázkami: „A jak to víš… A kde to bylo… A kdy to bude?! A, počkej, ještě jsi neřekl… Nepřeskakuj, prosím, dolož to!“ A Jan nemá takový hlasový fond, jako má Robert Záruba a nebo míval Josef Laufer, kteří často z posledních sil vršili věty s maximální slovní frekvencí. A má jen omezené informace. A tady mluví o propasti a jejích podobách... Deep fake!

It’s turkey week here at Not a Bomb and to celebrate the gang discusses what might possibly be the biggest turkey of all time - the 1991 direct-to-video action film, Samurai Cop. This film stars one of the worst wigs in cinema history and a man who has become known as “The Face”. Joined by our good friend, Nathan Atkinson, the guys examine what makes Samurai Cop such a “special” movie. Is it the awkward sex scenes? The fact a man changes ethnicity after burning? The dialogue and ADR? Or, simply that the film’s hero wears a ridiculous wig for half the movie?Samurai Cop is directed by Amir Shervan and stars, Matt Hannon, Robert Z.Dar, Mark Frazer, Gerald Okamura.
Tom welcomes an always popular guest back to the program, Dr. Marc Faber. Marc feels, "The economy is currently in a dead-cat bounce and that peak economic levels seen in 2018-2019 will not come back for a long-time… and by a long-time… years." Marc questions the belief that government and central banker actions create prosperity. This may be true in the short-term, but it likely has very negative consequences in the long-term. Governments are not very productive, and most things can be done far more efficiently in the private sector. Marc discusses how he has seen firsthand the socialist and communist systems of the world and how they are a disaster for personal and economic freedom. He says, "Socialism always brings less freedom and unpleasant rulers." The Fed finances the state, and today many people are earning more staying at home than actually working. The government will undoubtedly have to institute further programs to support the populace. The problem with rising assets is that it further increases wealth concentration. This, in turn, increases social tensions, and this instability can cause further hardships for the populace. It's vital for a society to due what is right and not do things like make the stock markets go up. He discusses the changes that have occurred in South-East Asia to create prosperity, particularly over the last twenty years. In terms of relative success, many Chinese are now as prosperous as Americans. Also, China's infrastructure is quite new and modern in comparison to other countries. Time Stamp References:1:10 - Recovery and risks.2:40 - Long-term Fed Policy consequences.8:20 - Fed paving the way for more socialism.11:10 - Money printing, asset prices, and unemployment.14:50 - Contrasting China Vs. the West24:10 - Investing where you have an edge.31:00 - Expectations for gold and silver36:43 - Book recommendations. Our second block of Shitty Movie Summer has begun! It's now Shane Wilson's turn to contribute and he comes out swinging for the fences with 1991's Samurai Cop! In this cult-classic G-movie, the 'Samurai Cop' Joe Marshall, who has been trained by 'the masters' in Japan, is a tough cop from San Diego who is in LA to help capture the fledgling but dangerous Katana Gang. This film stars The Maniac Cop, Joe Cordell, aka Robert Z'Dar (RIP) as our top-billed baddie who isn't even the main character, and Matt Hannon, aka Matt Karedas as our title character, Samurai Cop. This film has it all: awkward sexual innuendos, casual cultural appropriation, pseudo casual racism/stereotyping, not one but two token stereotype characters, and a creepy blue van. Yes. This early 90s cult gem has it all. So sit back and listen to the Plotaholics discuss Samurai Cop!Other topics of discussion:Bryan is binging The Goldbergs!Shane is watching Unsolved Mysteries!Support the show (https://plotaholics.com)

We're talking about the end of the sub-genre, the piano proficiency of silver screen icon Robert Z'dar, and Len's own career! Don't miss out!

This week, Frank-cis and Reverend Zach watched 1990’s “A Gnome Named Gnorm”. This film had us asking such questions as; is this children’s movie? If it is, why is Gnorm so frightening? Why does Anthony Michael Hall, a cop in LA in the 90’s, not carry a gun? Why is Gnorm’s one magic power so lame? How do a horse and a dog talk to each other? Why would they name the bad guy “Z’Dar” when the bad guy’s henchman is the actor Robert Z’Dar!?!? Why does Robert Z’Dar think Gnorm is a human baby? Why does Gnorm eat paper? Is Frank-cis the foremost expert in “real” gnomes? And other questions! Join us for this Hot Dog! Edited by- Zach, Music Composed by Nick April.
Our third episode focuses on the small window of films made in Hollywood between 1930 and 1934, known usually as 'Pre-Code'. The censorship rules of the 'Hays Code' was introduced to Hollywood studios in 1930 but was not actually enforced until late 1934. During these years studios were pumping out films testing the limits of propriety, usually with strong central female characters using their wiles to break out of poverty and marital drudgery. This month's He's a Keeper is devoted to the charming Melvyn Douglas. Lastly, an honourable mention to the late Setsuko Hara. Sources: A Woman’s Face (1941) Dir. George Cukor. [DVD] MGM. Samurai Cop is an absolute gem of a bad movie. A samurai cop and his side-kick go after the Yakuza, that notorious Japanese organized crime outfit. However, it's set outside of Los Angeles. And there's barely a Japanese person to be found. The samurai cop (Matt Hannon) has a Bon Jovi / Friends / Fabio hairdo that proves to be distracting, not only for aesthetic reasons but also for what we described as "hair continuity issues." We discuss second unit footage and cutaways, both of which are used amply here. The film's villain utters lines like "I want his head on my piano!" And we've also got the incomparable Robert Z'Dar (Maniac Cop)
