Neste mês de dezembro, o assunto em destaque no "Questões de Família", com o comentarista José Eduardo Coelho Dias, é relacionamento, baseado em números de estrutura familiar e união conjugal no Brasil. No último mês de novembro, o Censo Demográfico 2022, do Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), trouxe um "raio-X" do tema. No episódio desta segunda-feira (01), início da série, o destaque é a informação que a união sem casamento ultrapassou os matrimônios pela 1ª vez no país. Os dados fazem parte do questionário da amostra do Censo 2022, sobre nupcialidade e estrutura familiar.

O Observatório Feminino aborda neste domingo (30) um tema que expõe a violência contra a mulher no Brasil. A partir de dezembro, filhos de vítimas de feminicídio, crianças e adolescentes que tiveram suas vidas marcadas de forma permanente, devem começar a receber a pensão garantida por lei.O benefício assegura um salário mínimo mensal, atualmente R$ 1.518. Para ter direito, a renda familiar per capita deve ser igual ou inferior a 25% do salário mínimo. O decreto nº 12.636/2025 também garante o benefício a filhos de mulheres trans vítimas de feminicídio e a dependentes sob tutela do Estado.O pedido deve ser feito pelo representante legal da criança ou adolescente, com exceção do autor do crime. A análise e a concessão ficarão sob responsabilidade do INSS.O valor representa uma forma mínima de reparação diante de uma perda irreparável. "Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) have three basic parts: the antibody part, the cytotoxic chemo, and the linker that connects the two. First, the antibody part binds to the target on the surface of the cell. Antibodies can be designed to bind to proteins with a very high level of specificity. That's what gives it the targeted portion. Then the whole thing gets taken up by the cell and broken down, which releases the chemotherapy part. Generally, [ADCs] have some kind of cytotoxic mechanism related to many of the chemotherapies that we use in practice, without attachment to the antibody. Some of them can be microtubule inhibitors, vinca alkaloids like vincristine. Some of them can be topoisomerase I (TOP1) inhibitors like irinotecan. Some can be alkylating agents that cause DNA breaks. So, again, looking back at the arsenal we have of cytotoxic chemo, these can all be incorporated into the ADCs." TS 5:54 "I want to talk about a case where the biomarker is being tested, but the biomarker isn't the target that you're looking for. One good case of this is a newer agent that was approved called datopotamab deruxtecan. The datopotamab portion is specific to a target called 'trophoblast cell surface antigen 2' (TROP2), which is expressed on the surface of many epithelial cancers. This agent was first approved in hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer, and received accelerated approval in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with an EGFR mutation. ... The antibody looks for a target, TROP2. But in both of these cases—in the breast cancer and the NSCLC—you're testing for expression of different mutations or lack thereof. You're not looking for expression of TROP2. There's more research that needs to be done about the relationship between TROP2 expression and the presence or absence of these other biomarkers, but until we know more, we're actually testing for biomarkers that aren't the target of the ADC." TS 10:22 "There are common adverse advents to antibodies and chemo in general. Because we have both of these components, we want to watch out for the adverse effects of both of them. Antibodies, as with most proteins, can trigger an immune response or an infusion reaction. So, many ADCs can also cause hypersensitivity or infusion reactions. The rates of that are really variable and depend on the actual antibodies themselves. Then you have the cytotoxic component, the chemotherapy component, which has its own characteristic side effects. So, if we think of general chemo side effects—fatigue, nausea, bone marrow suppression, alopecia—these can [occur] with a lot of ADCs as well." TS 15:34 "The rate of ocular toxicity in [mirvetuximab soravtansine] is quite high. The manufacturer reports that this can occur in up to 60% of patients. With rates so high, the manufacturer recommends a preventive strategy. For this particular agent, [they] recommend patients have required eyecare. ... This ocular toxicity is something we do see in other ADCs that don't have the same target and don't necessarily have the same payload component. For example, tisotumab vedotin and again, datopotamab deruxtecan, can both cause ocular toxicities and both would have required ocular supportive care." TS 20:08 "Overall, I feel like the future is incredibly bright for these agents. There have only been around a dozen therapies approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) despite this idea—the first agent came out in 2000. So, 25 years later, there are only around a dozen FDA-approved treatments. But there are so many more that are coming through the pipeline. And as we're discovering more biomarkers and developing more specialized antibodies, it's only natural that more ADCs will follow." TS 26:50

Neste episódio, homenageamos Joelmir Beting, que morreu em 29 de novembro de 2012, aos 75 anos, após complicações decorrentes de um AVC hemorrágico. Você vai acompanhar o momento em que o filho Mauro Beting anuncia a morte do pai ao vivo, no Terceiro Tempo, da Rádio Bandeirantes; uma matéria especial no Jornal Primeira Hora que, a partir de entrevista a Paulo Galvão ao programa Sofá Bandeirantes, faz um balanço da vida de Joelmir; entrevistas à galera do Na Geral e a Milton Neves. A Trajetória de Joelmir BetingProfissionalmente, tudo começa em 1957, quando chega a São Paulo e logo ingressa na Rádio Pan-Americana — a atual Jovem Pan — e nos jornais O Esporte e Diário Popular. Em 1961, cria a placa em homenagem a um gol de Pelé e assim se torna responsável pela inspiração da expressão “gol de placa”. Décadas depois, Pelé devolve a placa para Joelmir com outra homenagem: “Do autor do gol de placa ao autor da placa do gol.” Joelmir troca o Esporte pela Economia depois de uma partida entre Palmeiras e Corinthians, em que não se limita ao papel de comentarista e faz desaforos aos torcedores adversários. Em 1970, lança uma coluna diária na Folha e, depois em O Globo. Paralelamente, Joelmir segue no rádio e, em 1975, chega ao telejornalismo como âncora da Bandeirantes, onde permanece até 1985. Neste período tem uma primeira passagem marcante, a partir de abril de 78, na bancada do Jornal Gente, ao lado de José Paulo de Andrade e Salomão Ésper. Em 85, na Globo, assume colunas no Fantástico e no Jornal Nacional e participações na Excelsior, CBN, GloboNews. Fica no grupo da Família Marinho até 2003, quando retorna ao Grupo Bandeirantes, onde segue como comentarista e âncora por quase uma década.Ao longo da carreira, colecionou prêmios. Cine Brasil celebra 20 anos com produções dedicadas ao cinema afro-brasileiro e à diversidade cultural. A estreia em Berlim teve sala lotada e presença do cineasta Antonio Pitanga, grande homenageado deste ano. Cristiane Ramalho, correspondente da RFI em Berlim O festival acontece no cinema Babylon – uma charmosa e quase centenária sala no bairro central de Mitte. O evento costuma atrair um vasto público formado, sobretudo, por brasileiros e alemães que vivem em Berlim. Em sua noite de estreia, uma gelada quinta-feira (20) de outono, a mostra exibiu “Malês”, dirigido e estrelado por Antonio Pitanga. A homenagem ao ator e diretor baiano é o reconhecimento do que a sua obra representa “para o cinema, o teatro, a televisão – e para a identidade negra brasileira”, diz o criador e curador do festival, Sidney Martins. O trabalho do cineasta está presente ainda em outros três filmes. Além do documentário “Pitanga”, de Beto Brant e Camila Pitanga, atriz e filha do diretor, serão exibidos “Casa de Antiguidades” e “Oeste Outra Vez”, que também contam com atuações do artista. Nesta edição, que marca os 20 anos do Cine Brasil, serão exibidos 15 filmes. Entre os destaques, está “Kasa Branca”, de Luciano Vidigal, que “é o segundo longa produzido pelo grupo Nós do Morro, que virou Nós do Cinema, lá do Vidigal (comunidade carioca)”, lembra o curador. O diretor de “Kasa Branca”, primeiro cineasta negro a ganhar o prêmio de melhor direção no Festival do Rio, em 2024, também está em Berlim para participar da mostra. Há ainda diversos filmes que farão a sua estreia internacional na capital alemã, como “Família de Sorte”, de Viviane Ferreira, além de longas como “Luiz Melodia, no Coração do Brasil”, de Alessandra Dorgan, “Vitória”, de Andrucha Waddington e Breno Silveira, e “Virgínia e Adelaide”, de Yasmin Thayná e Jorge Furtado. Para além dos estereótipos Martins conta que resolveu criar o festival, em 2005, para homenagear os negros e oferecer uma perspectiva que fosse além da forma estereotipada como eles geralmente eram apresentados na cinematografia brasileira – algo que sempre o incomodou. Para isso, o curador garimpava obras no Brasil que pudessem “retratar os afrodescendentes de uma forma mais humana e real” do que aquela que era tradicionalmente mostrada pelas televisões e filmes brasileiros. Nessa época, porém, ainda era difícil reunir películas suficientes para compor a mostra. Em 2007, o festival – que surgiu como “O Negro no Cinema Brasileiro” -, torna-se mais abrangente, e passa a se chamar Cine Brasil, incluindo outras temáticas relevantes para a sociedade brasileira, mas sem perder o foco original. Produção cinematógrafica negra se multiplicou Hoje, a produção do cinema negro se expandiu, diz o curador. São muitos os filmes que revelam “uma visão cinematográfica da história contada pelos negros e sobre os negros brasileiros”, observa Martins. A audiência do festival também mudou. Formada majoritariamente por alemães em seu início, a mostra passou a atrair cada vez mais brasileiros a partir de 2022. Hoje, eles representam 60% do público do Cine Brasil, segundo o curador. A plateia ganhou ainda um perfil mais jovem – o que pode estar ligado às redes sociais. Mostra vai passar por cinco cidades alemãs “A participação do público é muito importante, e está crescendo. Ele é o nosso grande patrocinador. Isso nos dá força e energia para continuar”, diz Martins. A consolidação da mostra trouxe este ano parceiros como a Embaixada do Brasil em Berlim, por meio do Instituto Guimarães Rosa, a Embratur, a TAP e a organização alemã Brot für die Welt. Nesta edição há também sessões gratuitas de filmes falados em português para alunos da escola pública bilíngue Grundschule Neues Tor, em Berlim - um incentivo à formação de espectadores infantojuvenis. Há também um bate-papo diário com cineastas brasileiros. Mas chegar aos 20 anos não foi fácil. Após uma fase de forte crescimento, o festival atravessou um período de turbulência, agravado pela pandemia e pelo governo Bolsonaro. Martins, que também é gestor cultural, ator e mestre de capoeira, conta que chegou a vender um carro no ano passado para viabilizar a mostra – e só aí entraram os patrocínios. “Criar um projeto é mais fácil do que manter”, admite. Apesar de todas as dificuldades, o brasileiro garante que jamais pensou em desistir da ideia. A retomada está vindo aos poucos. Este ano, o Cine Brasil – que chegou a 23 cidades em seu período áureo - vai passar ainda por Frankfurt, Colônia, Düsseldorf e Freiburg. Em Berlim, a mostra fica em cartaz até a próxima quarta-feira (26/11).
