    Lewis Caralla is in his 16th year in the Division 1 Football Strength & Conditioning industry, and the author of the newly released, Fire Lighters 365: Daily Motivational Messages for Coaches, Athletes, and Leaders. He is currently serving as  the  University of Charlotte 49ers Director of Strength and Conditioning. (2023) Caralla has served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Georgia Tech Football (2019-2022), prior to that he was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Buffalo (2018), where he was named Football Scoop's 2018 Coach of the year, His other her career stops also include director strength and conditioning at Louisiana-Lafayette (2016-17) and North Texas (2015) and serving as an assistant at Michigan 2012-2014), Mississippi State (2011) and Georgia Tech (2010-11). His career began with an internship at South Florida in 2007.     Retired Major Donny Bigham served 27 years of service to our Nation in the Marine Corps and the US Army with deployments to Bosnia, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Yemen. He was the First ever Strength and Conditioning Coach for the US Army (Conventional Forces) for the past six years while in uniform. Instrumental in being part of the team that changed the US Army Physical Fitness test after almost 40 years and co-authoring the Occupational Performance Assessment Test for initial screening of future Soldiers.     Rudy Reyes is a retired Recon Marine, and a current actor on Fox's show Special Forces: The Ultimate Test and SAS: Who Dares Wins. He is also an author of 2 books, including Hero Living, and founder and supporter of Force Blue a conservation organization gear towards cleaning and protecting the world coral reefs.At the age of 18, he then began to study martial arts, training in Kung-Fu, eventually winning the title of International Jing Woo Martial Art College Champion, multiple times. In sum, his martial art achievements are over 20 medals, 14 of which were gold. He worked various jobs, from construction to table bussing, while simultaneously training as a kickboxer, in an effort to provide stability and discipline for himself and his brothers (who he also got into kickboxing.)In 1998, Rudy found himself watching a film covering orphans in Kosovo who's parents were killed by their own countries snipers. Rudy, at the age of 26, was so compelled to do something to help, decided to enlist in the United States Marine Corps (USMC).Rudy enlisted in the USMC as a infantryman, and graduated as the honour grad and iron man of Boot Camp and School of Infantry. Rudy, due to his merit and initiative, was granted an opportunity to try out for Recon. The Reconnaissance Marine Community is 300 strong, between 5 units, making it the most prestigious and difficult group in a Marine Corps of 300,000. A group that no man may sign up to join but must be invited and prove their worthiness to earn the title of a United States Recon Marine.After being a special forces operator for three years, during which Rudy became a “schooled-out“ (paratrooper, combat diver, demolitions expert, scout sniper, closed quarter combatant, and SERE trained) Recon Marine, Rudy was called for his first combat reconnaissance mission in 2001 in Pakistan – a preparation mission for USA's Special Ops insertion to Afghanistan. Once the war officially started, his team ran operations that located and destroyed Al Qaeda within Afghanistan. After leaving the military, Rudy spent time in Africa where he trained wildlife preserve rangers in anti-poaching tactics and later went on to found ‘Force Blue' a Veteran Non Profit which pairs former Special Operators with Marine Scientists to work rebuilding and restoring coral reefs, saving turtles, and working within the conservation community. He also competes and trains people for Adventure Racing and Martial Arts.  In 2008, Rudy appeared on the HBO miniseries Generation Kill, aseven-part series based on Rolling Stone reporter Evan Wright's 2004 book of the same name. Rudy plays himself, depicting his time as a member of the lead combat force that entered both Afghanistan and Iraq. Matt was featured in the documentary Westside Vs The World and now owns and coaches out of his gym, Ludus Magnus Gym on the west side of Columbus, Ohio.Matt grew up in Indiana, raised by a hard working, middle class family. His mother was a nurse, and his father was a Marine and truck driver. When he was six years old, Matt was hit by a car going 50 mph, which took a toll on his physical development. After undergoing 12 months of full leg casts and 12 months in a boot, his legs were underdeveloped.Four years later, Matt discovered lifting. It allowed him to see he was capable of anything, despite what he had gone through during recovery from his injuries.     Jesse "Tha Monstar" Williams is an Australian native NFL defensive tackle that paved his own path from Brisbane to the Super Bowl Williams played Juco football for 2 years before becoming the #1 recruit in the nation for the University of Alabama, where he was a starter on the defensive line for the 2011&2012 National Championship teams under Nick Saban. The Seahawks chose him in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Williams became the first Australian to win a Super Bowl ring as a member of Seattle's 2013 team. He was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of his 3rd NFL season, he returned in a very short window but the repercussions of the kidney removal eventually led to  his retirement. He now resides back in Brisbane where he is training and coaching the next generation of Australian Grid Iron Football players, along with making the rounds as a speaker sharing his story.On the podcast, Jesse tells his incredible story, elaborating deeply on the mindset that made his unlikely dream a vivid reality.     Eric is a Speed and Performance Enhancement Coach at Plus 2 University in Columbus, Ohio, where he is a co-founder/owner.  He built his reputation in the private sector as a top speed and performance enhancement coach preparing both NFL and NBA draft hopefuls. Eric has trained 2 Heisman Trophy winners and 30 First-Round Draft Picks in the NFL & NBA including LeBron James, Nene, Tedd Ginn Jr., Donte Whitner, Chris “Beanie” Wells, and many other notable clients. Multiple athletes who trained under Eric's speed programs have clocked in 4.3s in the 40-yard dash at the NFL combine.
