È saltata l equiparazione dei compensi dei ministri e sottosegretari non parlamentari a quelli dei colleghi eletti. Un emendamento alla legge di Bilancio riformulato dei relatori riscrive la norma, prevedendo per i membri del Governo non parlamentari e non residenti a Roma solo il «diritto al rimborso delle spese di trasferta per l espletamento delle proprie funzioni». Approfondiamo il tema con Alberto Annicchiarico de Il Sole 24 Ore.Inapp, giovani senza bussola, 1 su 2 non sa cosa vuole fareSenza bussola, con servizi di orientamento che risultano poco attrattivi: sono i giovani di oggi secondo l'ultima indagine Inapp, secondo cui il 38,2% degli under 30 afferma di non aver mai usufruito di un servizio di orientamento, con una percentuale ancora più alta (42%) nella fascia dei giovanissimi (15-17enni). Tra i motivi di questa scelta il 55,6% dichiara di "non averne avuto bisogno". Eppure di orientamento ci sarebbe la necessità, sottolinea l'Istituto nazionale per l'analisi delle politiche pubbliche, dal momento che ben il 57,3% degli stessi giovani sostiene di non avere le idee chiare su cosa "farà da grande". L'indagine, svolta in collaborazione con Geo, Anvur e Centro di Ateneo della Federico II e ha coinvolto 3.642 giovani 15-29enni e oltre 2.700 servizi di orientamento tra Università, Centri per l'Impiego, Istituti di formazione e scuole secondarie di primo e secondo grado. La ricerca evidenzia che in Italia esiste un insieme articolato di strumenti e servizi di orientamento (accoglienza, informazione, colloquio orientativo, tirocini, tecniche di ricerca attiva del lavoro, bilancio di competenze, tutorato nelle transizioni, outplacement, mentoring, career counselling, bilancio di competenza) che appare molto eterogeneo e frammentato e poco ancorato a stabili modelli culturali di riferimento. Nel pomeriggio di venerdì 3 marzo, insieme ai Degiornalist – Fabiana Paolini e Claudio Chiari – è stata ospite la ricercatrice Francesca Della Ratta per parlare della ricerca condotta dall'Inapp, che ha rilevato come in Italia circa la metà degli occupati lavori male e in orari "antisociali". Così sono definiti i turni «diversi da quelli della maggior parte delle persone, in cui sono garantiti i servizi. Quelli che prevedono di lavorare la sera, la notte, sabato e nei giorni festivi, cosa che costituisce un carico di lavoro aggiuntivo e non permette di svolgere una regolare vita sociale». LA SITUAZIONE ITALIANA - In Italia, rispetto al resto d'Europa, l'orario di lavoro è generalmente più rigido, con meno permessi, meno possibilità di scelta degli orari di entrata e uscita e con poca flessibilità per il lavoratore. «Ci troviamo in una situazione in cui abbiamo sia persone che lavorano meno di quanto vorrebbero, sia lavoratori "sovraoccupati". Inoltre abbiamo meno lavoro da remoto: ciò è dovuto a tante piccole imprese che richiedono al lavoratore di adattarsi agli orari senza garantir una buona flessibilità».GLI STRAORDINARI - Circa il 15,9% dei dipendenti tra i 36 e i 49 anni, svolgono straordinari non retribuiti. Questo fenomeno è comune nei settori di informazione e comunicazione, nelle attività finanziarie, e tra impiegati di commercio. «A volte si tratta di qualcosa che non si può rifiutare, ma non va bene specialmente in un momento in cui si parla di settimana corta e riduzione dell'orario di lavoro».

In local news, a new wing in the Watauga Medical Center will be opening soon. According to the Watauga Democrat, the Appalachian Regional Healthcare System predicts staff to move into the new wing in April. The wing is still awaiting a final inspection from the North Carolina Division of Health Services Regulation before moving in and opening the new 48-bed building. In state news, North Carolina House Republicans voted to end pistol permits. According to the Associated Press, the decision came after a 67-48 party-line vote Wednesday, however, four Republicans and one Democrat were absent. Before this decision, people in the state of North Carolina were required to obtain a permit from their county's sheriff in order to buy a handgun, but with the new bill, sheriffs will no longer be required to do evaluations of an applicant. The bill is now set to head to the Senate. In national news, a new proposed bill in Florida will enact multiple animal safety protections and guidelines. According to NPR, the proposed bill will prohibit the following: cat declawing, animal testing for cosmetics, the sales of rabbits in places such as flea markets or on the streets or during the months of March and April, and dogs hanging their heads out of windows in cars. Regarding motor vehicles, the law will prohibit dogs from sticking any part of their bodies out of windows, sitting on a drivers lap, or riding on motorcycles. For pickup trucks, dogs will still be allowed to be in the beds, however, they must be inside of a dog crate that is secured to the truck. The proposed bill will also establish a registry for people convicted of animal abuse. Now onto sports. In App state sports news, the mountaineer women's basketball team stays at home to take on the visiting Warhawks of Louisiana Monroe. The Lady Mountaineers will look to break their losing streak that extends 4 games to their last victory on February 9th vs Georgia State. In local news, two suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder of a pregnant woman in Burke County Thursday. According to WBTV, Dylan Rogers and Tammy Duckworth Boone were both charged with murder in the death of 41-year old Brandi Deal. Neighbors say Deal was due to give birth hours before her death. In state news, police in Durham are investigating a fatal shooting on Thursday morning. According to WRAL, Police arrived at the 800 block of Park Avenue just after 8 a.m. to find a man dead. They did not release the man's name. A neighbor described the event as “Very traumatizing.” Park Avenue was closed between Lathrop and Halloway streets while investigators looked for clues. Through noon, they had not released any information about who might have done the shooting. In national news, President Biden gave a speech Thursday afternoon addressing the aerial objects shot down in the last month. According to NPR, Biden said the three aerial objects shot down by the U.S. military were most likely tied to private companies. Specifically, he mentioned recreation or research institutions studying or conducting scientific research. Biden said there is “no evidence” of a sudden increase of objects in the sky. Moving forward, Biden says the administration will establish an inventory of unmanned aerial objects above the U.S. airspace and implement measures to improve the capacity to detect these objects. The speech came after pressures from lawmakers to assure the American public about the four objects shot down in the last month. Now to sports. In App state sports news, the mountaineer women's basketball team heads to Alabama to take on the Troy Trojans Saturday night. The Trojans come in with a winning record while the lady Mountaineers come in below 500. NBA All star weekend is this weekend with many fans excited for the contests on Saturday. With Tegro, they plan on building a sustainable gaming economy with creative and economic opportunities for all the stakeholders. YUG Metaverse in partnership with dating startup Mingout hosts a date on the moon: Indian dating startup Mingout has partnered with metaverse creator platform Yugverse to take two of their loyal users on a date on the moon in the metaverse. Mingout wants their users dating experience to be more accessible, fun, and immersive by using the power of the metaverse. Mingout was founded by three IIM-Calcutta graduates last year and they have already hosted more than 1,000 dates on their platform. NFT Spotlight: MetaSpecies, which is released by MetaVoid. MetaVoid is a Delhi-based team of 3 NFT artists. First 100 pieces(The Genesis-100) are releasing on OpenSea on 27th Feb, 2022. These are non-generative pieces, which means each piece has its own identity and floor price for every piece is .1 ETH (roughly 20,000 INR). Ma anche a rendere il Rdc compatibile con il lavoro, anche quello a breve sotto i tre mesi, allargando le maglie per incentivare le aziende che assumono e allentando gli stretti vincoli territoriali per "l'offerta congrua". Diversi studi condotti sul tema, a partire dalle riforme introdotte nel biennio 2015/2016, rilevano che la gran parte del contributo all'aumento del lavoro permanente è dovuto agli incentivi economici e che una parte residuale è associato al nuovo contratto a tutele crescenti, introdotto in quel biennio. Oltre 900mila rapporti di lavoro a tempo indeterminato (606mila nel 2015 e 300mila nel 2016) in assenza degli incentivi e del contratto a tutele crescenti non sarebbero stati avviati, o sarebbero stati avviati a tempo determinato. Nel periodo tra febbraio e settembre 2020 l'occupazione ha subito una flessione di oltre 330mila unità: nella fase di sospensione delle attività produttiva nei due mesi di lockdown disposti dai vari DPCM sono stati perduti 430mila posti di lavoro, 100 dei quali recuperati nel periodo successivo tra maggio e settembre. Come ogni mercoledì Parliamo di lavoro con Inapp e andiamo ad approfondire, con gli esperti dell'Istituto Nazionale per l'Analisi delle Politiche Pubbliche, la dinamica dell'occupazione durante e dopo l'emergenza sanitaria Covid-19. How to FtFP  The most important thing is to use Zwift to follow your plan & work for your goals. It is easy to get caught up in every race, every event, chasing riders, KOM's and etc. The most important thing is to still FtFP – follow your plan. But over the course of this 1 hour podcast lets not forget that we still advocate riding outdoors. Zwift is good for those who can not for whatever reason. This is just another tool in the tool box. With our FasCat plans you can easily follow your training plans right in Zwift. If you are unfamiliar with this, check out our training tip & video for How to sync your TrainingPeaks account to your Zwift Account. Zwift has a workout menu where you can choose a number of workouts including the workouts that are from FasCat that you have loaded into TrainingPeaks. The only caveat to this is you can only choose that day's workout. You can not just choose another workout from the week or month. But since you are FtFp'ing this should not be a problem. With these built in workouts Zwift will give you a list on the screen of upcoming power targets and time for each one. As you complete them it will give you a star. So you don't even have to think or remember and just complete the effort. Let's use a traditional week from a plan as an example. Export workouts from your plan Tues/Wed, maybe freestyle Thursday and Group Ride Saturday [for example]. Options on Sunday. 2. Zwift Training  So along with choosing a workout you can also freestyle your workout which I am a much bigger fan of personally and even recommend it to my athletes. We try to find ways that are more fun, while being just effective, to complete the training and not make it feel like a trainer workout. This is probably the greatest benefit of Zwift. You can do this with group rides or races that we will get into later but you can also freestyle it. And what is freestyle? Just ride? If you are having to do tempo or sweet spot intervals at a specific duration you can try to match it up with a climb or segment in Zwift. This way you are not just looking at a timer you can just look to go bottom to top, complete a loop or do a segment. There are numerous routes you can do. So find one that may be the best for the type of workout you are doing. Like the Sweet Spot TSS Rides? One neat feature you can do on Zwift is pull up a graph that will show you the zones you are riding by color at the bottom of the screen. It will show you a rolling 10 minute graph. Gray is zone 1, blue is zone 2, green is zone 3, yellow is zone 4, red is zone 5 and reddish pink is zone 6+. I joke with one of my athletes about zone 2 as we refer to it as the blue lagoon. It's hard just riding zone 2 on the trainer let alone Zwift. 3. Zwift Group Rides & Racing With Zwift racing and group rides the most important thing you need to know going is what is your watts per kilo at each zone. Power to Weight Ratio  This will help you determine the best ride and category to join based on the training you are looking to get in. If you are in the base phase you should look more towards the group rides while approaching an interval plan can look at racing.  Know if you are looking for a zone 2 type of effort or a sweet spot effort. Remember you can also ride in a lower category so it's not a full on racing effort. Make sure you know what course the event is taking place on. Is it flat? Climbing? This will also let you know the type of effort it may be. I find that if the course has some climbing it is far easier to get more sweet spot effort in. If it is flat you should be able to find a category to join or a group and roll mostly zone 2. One bonus to these events and races is that they will repeat on the same days or time. So get familiar with what events and races may work for particular training days. Where is the best place to look at the group ride and race schedule? In App or a website? Zwift companion app. Or the website. This goes with analyzing which we will get into. Riding with others, like an outdoor group ride, can be more motivating but only be effective if you let it work with your training. There are also time trial events. I find these to be the best to get in sweet spot or threshold workouts. They range from 15 – 30 minutes typical. Just very motivating again by completing an event start to finish as opposed to looking at a timer. Just important to not get carried away with your effort. Having the zone graph up while you race and really help you stay on track. Another great feature is the meetup feature. You can meet up friends and set up your own group ride or training. Analyzing your Data This is important because you need to know if the training is effective, and if you are using Zwift to follow your plan and make trainingpeaks workouts turn green! But also if you are looking for results you can see what type of effort it will take by analyzing the racing. Analyzing your Zwift Racing Data: Most Zwift racing is not like any other outdoor races you will do where you can sit and truly benefit from a draft. Most Zwift racing is a steadier effort that averages 90 – 105% of FTP. So a lot of time in sweet spot and zone 4. Basically the old 40km TT type of effort. Of course there are accelerations at the start [vo2 effort], over climbs or even around corners but a lot of times in the events that are under 60 minutes you will be going as hard as you can. This is why after doing a particular event you analyze the data to see what type of training you are getting. Besides looking at the overall average norm power and intensity factor I like to look at the power by zones distribution chart. Then you can see what zone you actually spent the most time in. Was it more anaerobic than aerobic? Was it more Zone 2 or sweet spot? Again this is why it is important to choose the right category and remember which event may be the best for the training you are doing. Let's not kid ourselves. Zwift racing is starting to become more than just a training tool. There are numerous racing leagues, national events and even a world championship! Also with the current world situations many are turning to Zwift to get their fill of competition and racing. So analyzing the data can be even more important! If you look at a Zwift race file again the start is very hard. This is where the initial separation will take place. The other places separation takes place are over the climbs. Most climbs will start hard and settle. Also throughout a race there will be accleartions from corners or even just the smallest bump in the road. Knowing this can help you determine the best training to do! 6. Specific Zwift workouts: #1 Sweet Spot Bursts #2 Threshold Over Unders A couple of workouts that can be really beneficial sweet spot burst and threshold over unders. With sweet spot burst you ride at sweet spot but do a burst of 8 to maybe as much as 30 seconds at anaerobic power then settle back to sweet spot so staying on the gas. So like a Zwift race you are steadily on the gas but making these burst efforts to stay with the accelerations. In a typical road race or criterium you have a lot of time in zone 1 and zone 6, but after looking at your file in a zwift race you will find you are more likely to be on the gas for most of it, so mostly zone 4 – 6. With the threshold over unders you will start and finish each threshold effort with a 15 – 30 second full gas effort. I find these simulate zwift climbing really well, or even the starts. Lo tsunami del coronavirus che si è abbattuto sulla nostra economia sta facendo scomparire decine di migliaia di posti di lavoro. Ferma restando l'urgenza di un piano organico di politiche dirette a stimolare il livello di attività economica e quindi la domanda di lavoro, un contributo decisivo alla crescita dell'occupazione può venire da un rilancio delle politiche attive del lavoro e dell'azione dei Centri per l'Impiego. Ma questa azione è oggi fortemente carente. Come ripensarla? Ne parliamo con Sebastiano Fadda, presidente Inapp, istituto nazionale per l'analisi delle politiche pubbliche. In apertura di puntata ci colleghiamo con Marina Calderone, presidente del Consiglio nazionale dell'Ordine dei Consulenti del lavoro. "L'Italia riparte dal lavoro" è titolo dell'undicesima edizione del Festival del Lavoro che, eccezionalmente, quest'anno si svolgerà il 23 ottobre in modalità on line. Con la nostra ospite ci soffermiamo, in particolare, sulla crisi pesantissima che sta interessando il lavoro autonomo.

ParliamIn tutto il mondo si sta affrontando una sfida tremenda con la pandemia da Covid19 e il suo impatto sull'economia. Sono tempi difficili per molte professioni e il settore della ristorazione è particolarmente colpito. Non può non partire da qui la riflessione che portiamo avanti - in apertura di puntata - con Joe Bastianich, uno dei ristoratori di maggior successo a livello internazionale, nonché noto personaggio televisivo, che dallo scorso 6 ottobre è in libreria con le sue regole per il successo. Nella seconda parte della trasmissione, come ogni mercoledì, Parliamo di lavoro con gli esperti di Inapp, l'Istituto Nazionale per l'Analisi delle Politiche Pubbliche. Questa settimana ci occupiamo del lavoro attraverso piattaforme digitali. È un fenomeno in espansione, al quale si possono ricondurre attività molto differenti tra loro: dal ciclofattorino al data analist, passando per gli affittacamere di AirBnb. Questo tipo di professioni impiega lo 0,5% della popolazione italiana: circa 215mila lavoratori, ai quali vanno aggiunti quelli che usano le piattaforme accanto a un lavoro più tradizionale. Secondo un'indagine condotta da Inapp più del 35% di queste persone non sarebbe in grado di sostenere spese impreviste, testimoniando una fragilità reddituale molto più alta (35,5%) di quella registrata sul totale della popolazione italiana (pari al 22,8%), ma anche rispetto al totale dei soggetti che guadagnano attraverso la Rete (22,5%). Con l'aiuto di Massimo De Minicis e Manuel Marocco, ricercatori del gruppo di lavoro "Innovazione tecnologica, relazioni industriali e mercato del lavoro" di Inapp facciamo luce su questa realtà, fotografando la situazione attuale, anche dal punto di vista legislativo, e le prospettive future, come quella di utilizzare lo stesso approccio delle piattaforme per tracciare con precisione questi lavoratori e le loro carriere.

Dans ce nouvel épisode, je reçois Tristan Colombet un multi entrepreneur qui a lancé sa première entreprise alors qu'il n'a que 20 ans.   Assez Geek, il code ses premières lignes dès 15 ans, et a l'idée de se lancer dans le jeu concours.  A 19 ans, en 2000, il crée prizee.com un site internet basé sur le jeu concours qui connaît une ascension fulgurante. Les chiffres dont le tournis :  37 millions de joueurs  40 000 visiteurs uniques par jour 14 millions de chiffre d'affaires 1,84 million de résultat net 150 personnes 6577% de progression en 5 ans 1er site de jeux concours en Europe Un site plus fréquenté que celui de la Française des Jeux Prizee est le précurseur des jeux que l'on connait aujourd'hui sous le terme « In App ». C'est un portail de jeux avec des micro-paiements, développé d'abord en Perl par Tristan Colombet, puis très rapidement en Flash, la technologie phare de l'époque. Tristan revend sa société en 2012 à Digital Virgo, et monte un fond d'investissement « Effencency » qui investira dans de très belles startups dont la fameuse Linxo : l'agrégateur de compte. En 2013, il créé Domraider, qu'il a rebaptisé Youdot et qui est spécialisé dans le rachat de domaines expirés. Cette technique s'appelle le snapping, elle permet de récupérer un domaine dès qu'il rentre dans le domaine public, à la seconde près, grâce à un robot. Dans le podcast Tristan nous explique l'utilité de racheter des domaines expirés. Nous profitons pour faire un focus sur les noms de domaine, puisque Tristan a été membre du conseil d'administration à AFNIC, qui est l'autorité qui gère les noms de domaine en France. Enfin, nous terminons cette partie passionnante par parler du SEO (le référencement naturel). On this podcast Marc Goldberg was kind enough be our guest and answer several fraud related questions on the industry. He is the CEO of a company called Trust Metrics, which builds whitelists for advertiser and help them buy safer programmatic inventory. Marc raised a very interesting theory, that there is not nearly as much programmatic inventory online as everyone assumes. He is main point is that when you remove the walled gardens, such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, then take away porn, then take away fraudulent sites and copyright infringers, what you have left isn't the inventory levels that everyone assumes. This certainly holds true for video and extends across many classes of advertising, such as Mobile Web and In-App display. It was really interesting to hear Marc's throughs on these formats and how he thinks each inventory class functions differently. Marc talks us through some of the methods his company uses to analyze a publisher site and determine if he things that traffic there is real. One of the great tips that he included was making sure that the domains you've set a campaign to run on actually matches the list of domains that your ads served on. Domain spoofing is becoming a larger problem and methods such as this allow you to better understand the inventory that you're buying.

One of the most beautiful design aspects of the Windows Phone OS is the use of motion design. Windows Phone is alive with motion, which acts as a huge differentiator in quality applications. Unfortunately, motion design can be very painstaking work and difficult to implement.Fortunately the Windows Phone Toolkit has everything we need to implement powerful animations that bring your Windows Phone apps to life. In this video Shawn Oster walks us through the steps of adding the Windows Phone Toolkit and utilizing the transitions and tilt animations to make your app feel like a native part of the ecosystem.To summarize our conversation, you can very easily add the basic page transition animation to your app in literally about 2 minutes.Step 1: Install the Windows Phone Toolkit, or simple add the toolkit to your project using Nuget.Note: If Nuget fails, check to see if an update is available from Tools > Extensions and Updates, under Updates > Visual Studio Gallery.
