Eating crickets and meat grown in a lab with cancer-like cells - WHO APPROVED THAT?! Scott Tips, president of the National Health Federation (NHF) and internationally recognized health freedom attorney, joins host, Jamie Belz, to help us understand the deeper mechanisms of Codex Alimentarius, the World Trade Organization (WTO), and the global regulatory web that threatens access to nutrient-dense food, natural health remedies, and therapeutic supplements. As the only health-freedom organization with official INGO (International Non-Governmental Organization) status at Codex, NHF is uniquely positioned to stand up for the public's right to safe, informed, and autonomous healthcare choices on the global stage. Over the last 70 years, NHF has defended medical choice and challenged the federal government's overreach into nutrition, supplementation, and holistic healing. Some quick topics/snippets from this episode: Codex creates international food law—affecting everything from vitamin dosage limits to whether or not your meat contains drug residues. Most people don't even know Codex exists. And yet, decisions made there determine what shows up in your grocery cart, your supplement bottle, and your child's plate. The U.S. can now force genetically modified foods into countries that don't want them — not through diplomacy, but through international tribunals using Codex standards as their weapon. Ractopamine is a drug with zero therapeutic value. It makes animals fatter, faster — but it's banned in the EU, China, and Russia. In the U.S., you're probably eating it. When you hear ‘scientific consensus,' be cautious. The phrase is used to bulldoze public concern. You can be banned for calling out corruption at Codex. At CODEX, NHF is the only one defending your right to natural health freedom. The EU, Russia, even Iran — they've stood up for consumer safety at Codex more than the U.S. delegates have. The scary thing isn't just what the FDA is doing. It's how many people still trust them, blindly — even when their actions have harmed more people than every U.S. war combined. We need advocacy from the ground up. Most parents feeding their kids toxic food don't even know it — because the truth has been buried. “Frankenmeat”, insect protein, and natural flavoring cover-ups, all of which bypass transparent labeling laws while being quietly introduced into the food supply. They're trying to outlaw homeopathy—while promoting lab-grown meat and insect protein as sustainable alternatives. We don't want to be right. We want to get it right. “Unless we put medical freedom into the Constitution, the time will come when medicine will organize into an undercover dictatorship… To restrict the art of healing to one class of men and deny equal privileges to others will constitute the Bastille of medical science. All such laws are un-American and despotic.” - Dr. Benjamin Rush, Declaration of Independence signator and Surgeon General of the Continental Army "If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as the souls of those who live under tyranny.” - Thomas Jefferson TAKE ACTION: Join the National Health Federation for only $45/year to support international advocacy at Codex and receive the quarterly NHF magazine. This low-cost membership helps fund independent watchdog efforts that no other organization is legally authorized to perform at the global level. JOIN HERE Other mentions: Ep 034: Fight For Your Right To Health Freedom The HighWire report exposing Peter Marks and vaccine data suppression Health freedom is necessary. As government and corporate interests grow more entangled, grassroots advocacy is no longer optional. It's essential. Join the NHF and become part of the movement to reclaim sovereignty over what we eat, how we heal, and what we're allowed to know.

S4:E167 First is The Weekly Update followed by an interview with Saksham Narang, Co-Founder and Vice President of Yuva Biosciences, a longevity startup focused on mitochondrial science to address aging-related conditions. Yuva has developed topical solutions for hair loss, skin wrinkles, and other aging conditions linked to declining mitochondrial function. The company's approach involves identifying molecules that can restore mitochondrial function, as demonstrated by their ingredient Y100. They produce Y100 in-house and then encapsulate it into a silica particle (Zpods) for extended release in the skin. They've had strong market adoption of their first OTC product through multiple channel partners and are developing several new products to expand their market penetration to Nutraceuticals for more systemic benefits. Yuva follows a partner licensing model where Yuva provides the encapsulated Y100 in bulk and the partner integrates Y100 into their existing product(s). Dr. Hoffman continues his conversation with Anand Swaroop Ph.D., founder and president of Cepham, a science-based nutritional ingredient supplier, and an expert on regenerative agriculture.
Regenerative agriculture—what is it? How does it differ from organic? Anand Swaroop Ph.D. is founder and president of Cepham, a science-based nutritional ingredient supplier, and an expert on regenerative agriculture. He describes how his family's background in traditional farming in India prompted his interest in promoting regenerative agriculture in the face of increasing reliance on industrial farm technology, which relies on monoculture, and extensive use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and GMO crops. Can regenerative agriculture meet the challenge of feeding the world's surging population? Can it help alleviate climate change? Is the food healthier and tastier? Dr. Swaroop also details how science is facilitating development of ever more promising nutraceuticals, and why the current supplement marketplace is experiencing supply chain problems. He details rigorous controls Cepham has instituted to ensure ingredient quality and safety.

Men benefit from community and emotional support in their healing journey. Finding freedom and purpose is essential for personal fulfillment. Self-awareness is crucial for understanding one's desires and needs. Integration of experiences is vital for personal growth. Psychedelic experiences should be approached with intentionality and safety. Integration of insights gained from psychedelics is crucial for transformation. Neuroplasticity allows for significant behavioral changes post-psychedelic experiences. Spiritual narcissism can emerge in the psychedelic community, leading to unhealthy dynamics. Psychedelics can enhance emotional regulation and interpersonal communication. Nature provides the necessary tools for healing; we just need to utilize them correctly. Microdosing can be tailored with various herbs for specific effects. The future of medicine may lie in nutraceuticals rather than pharmaceuticals.

Grab Your Opportunity for a Free Call With Lynne Here About Guy Odishaw Guy Odishaw is the founder of Bhakti Wellness Center, one of the largest, most diverse, integrative medicine clinics in the country. Co-founder of the first integrative student health clinics in the country at the University of Minnesota. Cofounder of Bhakti Brain Health Clinic - Neuroimaging & Neuromodulation. Cofounder of Minnesota Bredesen Clinic - Dementia Prevention & Treatment Co-founder of CerebralFit Brain Training, a Nutraceutical, Electroceutical, company. Guy's 20+ years as meditation instructor and facilitator of courses on personal growth helped him understand how to support clients through transitions of life. He's studied dysregulation that possibly stems from the brain, brainstem, body or mind that affects so many of us in this day and age. What We Discuss In This Episode Lynne welcomed back Guy to discuss anxiety from a psychophysiological perspective, a prevalent and growing issue impacting individuals and families. Guy defined anxiety as the experience of dysregulation that could originate from the brain, brainstem, body, or mind. Guy explained that anxiety is labeled as the feeling of dysregulation in the system. Identifying the source of dysregulation is key to determining the best treatment approach whether it's in the body, brain, brainstem, or mind. Guy presented a case study showing a client's highly dysregulated autonomic nervous system and how biofeedback training improved heart rate variability, coherence, and overall regulation—greatly reducing anxiety and depression symptoms. Through biofeedback sessions, a 53-year-old woman was able to regulate her previously chaotic autonomic nervous system with breathing exercises, improving quality of life after decades of treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. While practices like meditation and breathing can benefit many, Guy cautioned that randomly choosing an exercise risks dysregulation rather than resolution. Biofeedback allows identifying truly regulating techniques versus those maintaining dysregulation. Guy offered a free 15-minute consultation for listeners to discuss specific concerns, with the goal of empowering self-care and connecting others with targeted resolution approaches. Lynne thanked Guy for the insightful discussion.
