What if you don't actually have to choose between financial stability and the thing you love most?In this episode, I sit down with actor turned entrepreneur Sarah Kleist to talk about the toxic myth of the “starving artist” and why performers are uniquely equipped to build creative businesses that support their art instead of competing with it.Sarah is a musical theater performer living in New York City who also runs a thriving web design and branding business for creatives. In this episode of "Relatable," Allie breaks down the newest Epstein files released, explaining what the millions of pages of documents really show about prominent political figures. She exposes AI hoaxes, fake “Epstein emails,” and the disturbing but verified correspondence between Jeffrey Epstein and physician Peter Attia. Allie then analyzes Nicki Minaj's outspoken pro-Christian, anti-Democrat turn and contrasts it with the hypocrisy of celebrities like Billie Eilish and Justin Bieber at the Grammys who call for “ICE OUT” while relying on heavy security and gated estates. She also highlights a landmark legal victory for detransitioner Fox Varian, arguing that doctors who push gender surgeries and cross-sex hormones on minors must be held legally accountable. Finally, she critiques the rise of platonic co-parenting, defending the Christian vision of marriage, family, and children's rights against progressive social experiments. In this episode, I talk about weight loss as a self-love journey — especially for women who have weight-related goals and refuse to repeat the harmful systems and patterns that created the struggle in the first place. If you've ever felt caught between wanting results and also wanting to heal your relationship with your body and food, this episode is for you. I share why weight goals and healing don't have to be separate paths and HOW, when the approach honors the whole human — not just food — sustainable results become possible without shame, yo-yo dieting, or replicating the harms of diet culture. Because meaningful transformation never comes from force. It comes from creating conditions where change can actually take root. It's why I also share how TL10 is designed to support both healing and results — together. Enrollment for TL10 is open through February 14. Hello Beautiful, I'm so grateful you're here with me.
Most people treat dating like a lottery; swipe, hope, repeat. Jonathan Aslay lost $2 million, his marriage, and his son. What saved him wasn't positive thinking. It was asking one brutal question: "What happened in your marriage?" Not to judge. To observe. Because how someone talks about their ex reveals everything about their emotional maturity. Self-love isn't bubble baths and affirmations. It's having the spine to walk away from someone hot but emotionally stunted. It's recognizing that your body screams "yes" while your values whisper "run." Chemistry is a drug. Compatibility is architecture. Most relationships fail because people confuse the two. You'll learn: The exact question that exposes emotional immaturity in 30 seconds Why chemistry without shared values guarantees failure How to interview dates without sounding like HR (and why you should) Stop wasting months on people who were wrong from day three. This week's episode is a deep dive into the world of body odour–actually, better said: it's a deep dive into the world of doubting our goodness. You may be asking yourself, What does that have to do with B.O.? Well, have you ever sat next to someone with what you might have experienced as an unpleasant smell? Some people in the Love Is The Power inquiry group have, and many experienced the awkwardness of either telling the person and having them be hurt or offended, or suffering silently in fear of offending. And as the meditation gets deeper, what surfaces is the fear that who and what we are (as in humanity) is not truly good, and how it can make us so afraid of ‘causing' someone else's hurt. So, the question remains: what do you do if you're experiencing someone's behaviour (or odour) unpleasant? Follow along with the group inquiry to find out for yourself.

In this episode, Allie confronts the growing accusations of “Christian nationalism” against conservative Christians, especially over immigration enforcement and support for ICE, by responding directly to viral posts from progressive Christian figures like Ben Cremer and John Pavlovitz. She defines what Christian nationalism actually is (and isn't), explains why every worldview inevitably shapes law and public policy, and lays out a biblical case for national borders, pro‑life laws, and a Christian view of government. Allie exposes how progressive Christians often conflate the kingdom of God with America, misuse “welcome the stranger” passages to justify open borders, and deploy toxic empathy and inflammatory rhetoric that unfairly paints white evangelicals as the source of America's problems. Progressive Catholics aren't safe either, as Allie highlights Catholicism's social justice problem by examining statements by figures like Pope Leo XIV. This episode is a must‑listen for anyone wrestling with the debate over Christian nationalism, the Anti-ICE riots in Minnesota, abortion, biblical justice, and politics in the church. Send us a textWhat if the life you're living right now is inviting you to slow down, listen deeper, and finally come home to yourself? In this powerful and soul-expanding episode of Self Reflection Podcast, host Lira Ndifon sits with Ann Jonas for a deeply intentional conversation on self-reflection, spirituality, and the sacred connection between the human experience and the divine. This episode isn't just a discussion—it's an invitation. An invitation to pause, to breathe, and to remember who you are beneath the noise, the conditioning, and the expectations of the world.Together, Lira and Ann explore self-reflection as a gateway to healing—both within ourselves and in how we relate to others. They unpack the idea that we are constantly reflecting and being reflected, using metaphors like “walking disco balls,” Earth school, and the Matrix to illuminate how life's challenges, triggers, and moments of contraction are not punishments, but portals for growth and expansion. This conversation gently reminds us that resilience isn't about never falling—it's about choosing to rise again with awareness. The episode also dives deep into the contrast between religion and spirituality, examining how organized systems have shaped society while spirituality offers a direct, personal relationship with God, Source, and self. Ann speaks on sovereignty, choice, and alignment—encouraging listeners to move from fear-based living into heart-led awareness, where intuition becomes the true moral compass and presence becomes power. The experience culminates in a guided moment of self-reflection and meditation, creating space for listeners to reconnect with their inner light, soften into the present moment, and affirm their inherent worth. This episode serves as a reminder that healing doesn't require perfection—it begins with presence, curiosity, and the willingness to choose yourself again and again. If this conversation resonates, take it with you. Allie sits down with investigative journalist Peter Schweizer to unpack his explosive new book, "The Invisible Coup: How American Elites and Foreign Powers Use Immigration as a Weapon." Schweizer reveals how foreign actors — including the Chinese Communist Party, Mexico's government, the Muslim Brotherhood, and Hezbollah — are deliberately weaponizing mass immigration to destabilize the U.S., shift political power, exploit birthright citizenship, and fund radical networks inside America. From industrial-scale Chinese surrogacy schemes minting U.S. citizens to organized fraud rings and violent protests backed by foreign-directed groups, Schweizer exposes the coordinated assault on American sovereignty and why progressive chaos serves these agendas. A must-listen for understanding the real stakes behind today's immigration battles — truth over propaganda, clarity over manufactured outrage. HELLO BEAUTIFUL LISTENERS! Thanks for joining for this solo episode. Today I share some life updates & wanted to touch on the final two weeks of the Year of the Snake and what that might enTAIL (pun intended). I also ask the question, Is this the intermission of your life? At this time, you don't have to know what you're shedding. Just trust and let it go during this final stretch of the Snake. Only 2 weeks left. There may be some grief for the things you have to release because they didn't work out. There is a mourning here that occurs when we shed our lost hopes and dreams for the time that has passed. My hope is that this episode offers some comfort, encouragement, and support during what may be a heavy & difficult time. Hang in there, keep going, don't stop here! Greatness is just around the corner.Donations To Women Waken To Support The Show Are Greatly Appreciated

Recorded live at Expert Networking Night, Jimmy sits down with Dr. Nick Howland to discuss his new memoir, The Atheist's Prayer: A Memoir of Gratitude. Nick shares his story of growing up in the LDS faith, serving a mission, being excommunicated twice, losing his identity, and ultimately walking away from belief altogether. What followed was years of anger, depression, shame, and a deep search for meaning that eventually led him back to something unexpected: self-love.This conversation isn't about attacking religion or defending atheism. It's about what happens when the systems you relied on to define your worth fall apart, and you're forced to rebuild from the ground up.Nick talks openly about divorce, suicidal thoughts, depression, therapy, men's work, brotherhood, and the daily practices that helped him learn how to keep promises to himself. They discuss why self-love can't be outsourced to religion, relationships, or self-help, how integrity is built one decision at a time, and why healing requires honesty, support, and personal responsibility. This is a raw, vulnerable conversation about shame, growth, and becoming someone you respect.
I tried to record a normal episode today. I couldn't. I sat down to talk about creativity like I usually do, and instead I found myself overwhelmed, heartbroken, and honestly… empty. In this episode, I share what it feels like to be a creative person living in America right now when the news feels unbearable, when your emotions are so full they leave you feeling blank, and when you're wondering:What is even worth creating at a time like this? How are we supposed to go about daily life? This is a raw, unscripted reflection on creative paralysis, collective grief, human rights, and the cruelty happening around us, including the actions of ICE and the fear, harm, and devastation our communities are experiencing.I talk about:-Small ways to stay creative and human when you feel helpless-Creative burnout from current events and how to move through it -How to alchemize pain into purpose-The role of artists, makers, and storytellers during hard times-Why this moment is not a political issue, but rather, a human rights issueIf you've been feeling distracted, heavy, unable to focus, or wondering how to keep making things when your heart is breaking, this episode is for you. I love you. I'm with you.
In this episode of Life Equals Choices, Choices Equal Life, host Kim Olver continues her empowering conversation with Liz Hansen, owner and photographer at Chicago Boudoir Photography, about how boudoir photography can transform a woman's confidence, self-worth, and body image. If you missed Part 1 of this conversation, you can listen here https://life-choices.captivate.fm/episode/liz-hansen/.Liz talks about what a boudoir session is really like—why it's important to block out a half day just for you, how the experience often becomes a day of self-care and self-acceptance, and why many women come out of their sessions feeling more confident, proud, and liberated than they ever expected. She explains how seeing your body through a new lens—literally and metaphorically—can shift your self-perception and remind you of your inherent value, worth, and beauty.Kim and Liz also explore common hesitations women have before a shoot and why those fears often melt away once they see the final images. Liz shares deeply affirming insights about how boudoir can be part of a broader journey of self-love—not because the camera “fixes” anything, but because it reveals something the woman has always carried inside.Liz also talks about her recently published book, A Year of Body Confidence: 365 Days of Affirmations and Actions for Women, a daily resource for grounding self-love and confidence-building habits (link below).Whether you're curious about a boudoir experience or you're navigating issues with body image, confidence, or self-worth, this conversation offers compassionate perspective and encouragement to see yourself as stronger, more worthy, and more beautiful than you might have believed. This episode is part of the Unavailable for Self-Abandonment series — conversations for women who are done negotiating with themselves. If you've ever wondered why confidence feels solid one moment and shaky the next, especially when things get uncomfortable, this episode will shift everything. Confidence isn't lost in discomfort — it's built there. We're breaking down why discomfort shows up right before growth, how to interpret it correctly, and what to do instead of abandoning yourself the moment things feel unfamiliar. This is about self-trust, nervous system safety, and learning how to stay with yourself long enough for confidence to form. This isn't about pushing harder or fixing yourself. It's about learning how to stay connected to who you already are — especially in the gap.WHAT WE GET INTO✨ Confidence Grows in the GapThe gap — the space between uncomfortable and comfortable — is where most people panic, overthink, and assume something has gone wrong. But that gap is actually the training ground. Discomfort isn't random — it's information.✨ What “Uncomfortable” Is Really SignalingDiscomfort isn't danger. It's your nervous system saying, “This is new. Pay attention.” New boundaries, new standards, new versions of you. Alert doesn't mean incapable — it means unfamiliar.✨ Why Interpretation Is EverythingTwo people can experience the same discomfort and walk away with completely different outcomes. Your interpretation shapes your confidence, your identity, and your future choices. Same sensation — different meaning.✨ The Bridge Between Uncomfortable and ComfortableComfort isn't something you wait for — it's something you create through repetition. Confidence forms when you stay instead of escape long enough for unfamiliar to become familiar.
Today Allie discusses the ethical implications of Immigration and Customs Enforcement's deportation operations, highlighting the lack of due process and the high number of asylum-seekers affected. She contrasts the current outrage with historical actions under President Obama. Allie also critiques the media's role in manipulating public sentiment and questions the authenticity of recent protests over the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. Additionally she addresses the ethical concerns surrounding surrogacy — like Meghan Trainor's newest baby — citing the exploitation of women and the psychological impact on children. Caught in "not enough" or "too much" loops as an autistic or AuDHD adult—stuck in old patterns, feeling like your needs are a burden, or burning out trying to keep everyone else okay? This episode of Adulting With Autism dives into self-love for autistic adults with Christina Ketchen, a certified life and relationship coach trained in HeartMath®, Gottman, and the Hoffman Process, who brings both neuroscience and hard-won personal wisdom to healing. Christina talks about trauma loops—those familiar patterns and relationship dynamics that feel terrible but somehow also "normal"—and how they can quietly drain self-worth over time. She shares compassionate tools like heart-focused breathing to support the nervous system, "kind no's" that protect your energy ("This doesn't work for me—thank you"), and gentle self-talk that shifts you from "I am broken" to "I am human and learning." You will hear how patterns often started as protection, how faith/meaning can reframe pain without dismissing it, and why embracing your "messy" humanity is part of building real self-love, not a sign of failure. Christina also offers guidance for neurodivergent adults who feel guilty setting boundaries or fear that saying no will make people leave. This episode is especially helpful if you: Keep ending up in the same painful situations or relationships Struggle to hold boundaries without intense shame, fear, or backlash inside your own mind Are learning what self-love looks like for you as an autistic or AuDHD adult, beyond clichés and quick fixes If this conversation supports you, follow/subscribe to Adulting With Autism on YouTube Apple, or Spotify and leave a 5-star review so more neurodivergent adults can find it. If confidence has felt inconsistent lately, this episode is here to remind you: nothing has gone wrong. We've been taught to believe confidence is just a feeling — calm, certain, ready — and that once we feel it, then we can move. But real confidence doesn't work that way. Confidence is conditioned. It's built through action, repetition, and staying connected to yourself when things feel unfamiliar. This episode starts the Unavailable for Self-Abandonment series — conversations for the woman who is done negotiating with herself and is confident enough to disappoint because self-trust is now the standard. We're reframing confidence as something you practice, not something you wait for — and reconnecting you with the version of yourself who already knows how to move without guarantees. If you've ever thought, “Why do I feel less confident now than I used to?” — this episode will land deeply.WHAT WE GET INTO✨ Confidence is conditioningConfidence isn't motivation or mindset — it's built through action, practice, and repetition, especially when things feel uncomfortable.✨ Why confidence gets mistaken for a feelingWe confuse calm with capability. Calm comes after repetition — not before.✨ Discomfort isn't dangerYour nervous system feels alert when something is new — that doesn't mean you're incapable. It means you're in unfamiliar territory.✨ Why confidence feels inconsistent during growthNew environments require new reps — and new reps create new confidence.✨ Reconnecting with the version of you who already trusts herselfYou don't need to become someone new. You need to remember who you've been before.
What if joy isn't a reward for getting life “right,” but your natural baseline? Coach Mikki sits down with Sensei Nancy, author, life sensei, and founder of The Dojo, to explore what happens when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start remembering who we really are. This isn't a pep talk; it's a grounded look at the mindset, language, and community that make lasting change feel possible. The conversation turns deeply personal as Sensei Nancy reflects on her divorce and the identity free fall that comes when roles fall away. If you answer “Who are you?” with titles and tasks, this part will land. We talk about becoming someone who can look in the mirror with unflinching love, about declining invitations into unworthiness, and about picking rooms that expand you rather than compress you. Expect practical takeaways and an invitation to try a weekly cadence of reflection, language upgrades, and community support that keeps momentum alive. If you're ready to honor your gifts, raise your frequency, and find a circle where your joy is welcome, you'll feel at home here. Explore Nancy's books, YouTube topics, and how to join the Dojo. Subscribe, share this with a friend who's awakening, and leave a review telling us one word you're retiring from your vocabulary. When we find ourselves in a process of self-inquiry, the way that our perspective shifts is truly miraculous. We see things differently. The people in our lives, the situations we're in, the resources we have, and most of all, ourselves. In this experience of seeing life differently, one of the fears that the mind will often bring up is the fear of going ‘crazy' or losing our minds. (It's actually quite a literal fear: the ego-mind is afraid to not exist, thus the terrifying images of what it must look like to “lose” it.) This week's group inquiry centers on this fear while also looking at the sidebar fear of being proclaimed “unacceptable.” Who would we be without even these stories? As Katie says, there is nothing so dark that we cannot put it on paper, question it, and set ourselves free.

Hey everyone, and welcome back to The D Shift: Redefining Divorce And Beyond! On today's episode, host Mardi Winder welcomes fellow Canadian and self-love guru Nisha Goyal, a certified life coach with more than 25 years' experience in helping women build a stronger, more loving relationship with themselves. This episode kicks off with an honest look at those core beliefs so many of us wrestle with, feeling not good enough, unworthy, powerless, and why women tend to fall into the role of people pleaser. Nisha shares about her own story of burnout, how she realized she wasn't truly valuing herself, and what it actually takes to flip that script.Mardi and Nisha have a down-to-earth conversation about the difference between self-care (no, it's not just about spa days and chocolates!) and self-love, which goes way deeper. Nisha breaks down how to start treating yourself with the same kindness and nurture that you'd give to a partner, especially when you're feeling lost after a breakup or divorce. They also tackle some big topics, like why being child-free doesn't mean you have it any easier during divorce, and how societal pressures can make anyone feel like they're failing, whether or not they fit the usual “wife and mom” box. Mardi and Nisha share strategies for rewriting those old stories in your head, forgiving yourself, and making daily decisions that fill your own cup first.About the Guest:Nisha Goyal is a Self-Love expert and Certified Life Coach with 25 years of experience in the art of self-devotion. Send us a textMy guest on the podcast today is Gurds Hundal. A former journalist, Gurds is a Trauma Coach & Inner Work Expert, who has more than a decade of experience in trauma healing, boundaries and inner child work. Many of her clients have discovered their purpose, entered healthy relationships, created stronger boundaries, reconnected with their inner child and learnt to love themselves better, and her signature approach comes down to holding the space for her clients to feel, deal with and heal their trauma in a safe and understanding environment...allowing them to heal quicker. Gurds has extensive experience in coaching, medical journalism and healthcare and has helped many women to transform trauma and infinitely trust themselves, so they can powerfully move forward in their life. She is also the host of her own podcast, The Inner Light Project, which is how I met Gurds because I was a guest on her podcast and we had such a great conversation that I decided I had to get her on mine. In this conversation, Gurds tells me how she went from being a “hot mess” and collapsing in her office, to a cancer stare, to discovering she had kidney disease…to turning her life around and finding her purpose and joy.The conversation delves into the power of healing childhood and ancestral trauma, understanding intuition, and living a life true to oneself. Practical advice is given on how to start the journey of self-discovery and healing, and the episode wraps up with insights into breaking free from victimhood and feeding the positive aspects of life.02:15 Guest Introduction03:26 Gurds' Journey: From Collapse to Cancer Scare07:05 The Turning Point: Embracing Self-Love and Healing09:19 Discovering Coaching and Transforming Trauma13:04 The Power of Intuition and Healing20:37 Finding Purpose and Living Intentionally31:17 Letting Go of Fear and Embracing Abundance32:31 The Power of Intuition and Self-Trust33:54 Challenges Faced by Single Women35:33 Self-Love and Mirror Work40:09 Understanding and Healing the Inner Child47:00 Breaking Free from Victimhood53:04 Living an Awesome Life and Embracing Your GiftsCheck out Gurds' website: https://gurdshundal.com/Check out her podcast, The Inner Light Project: https://gurdshundal.com/podcast/Follow Gurds on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/iamgurds/ Support the showBuy my book, SHINY HAPPY SINGLES (UK) / THRIVE SOLO (US & Canada) at: https://www.lucymeggeson.com/book Join my membership community for single women, Thrive Solo: https://www.lucymeggeson.com/thrivesolo Download my FREE PDF 'Top 10 Comebacks for the MostAnnoying Questions Single Women Get Asked' Go to: https://www.lucymeggeson.com/comebacks Check out my YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/@thrivesolowithlucymeggeson Join my private Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1870817913309222/?ref=share Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thrivesolowithlucymeggeson/ Email me: lucy@lucymeggeson.com And thank you so much for listening!
Allie opens the week fired up, drawing eerie parallels between 2020's BLM-fueled chaos and today's anti-ICE protests. She exposes the manufactured outrage, media double standards, and toxic empathy that shield criminals while demonizing law enforcement and Christians. Allie digs into why liberal women — especially Gen Z white progressive women — fall hardest for these traps, channeling misplaced mothering instincts into activism and politics instead of children, leading to bitterness, instability, and selective empathy. She breaks down the viral article “Why Young Women Moved Left While Young Men Stayed Sane” by Vittorio, citing data on the growing gender-political divide, social media's consensus engine, university echo chambers, declining marriage and motherhood priorities, and women's higher agreeableness, making them more susceptible to propaganda. This is a no-nonsense call to critical thinking, discernment, and biblical clarity. If you've been diagnosed with ADHD, or you suspect you might have it, listen in on this episode of the Awaken Your Wise Woman podcast as host Elizabeth Cush and Dr. Jennifer Dall talk about unmasking neurodivergence and managing it holistically. Are you often forgetful? Do you pile lots on your plate, but have a tough time following through with all of it? Do you have a hard time getting organized? Do you beat yourself up about all of it or do you put your nose to the grindstone and work twice as diligently to be who you think you're supposed to be? If any of that sounds familiar, go easy on yourself. In this episode of Awaken Your Wise Woman, host Elizabeth “Biz” Cush, LCPC, a licensed professional therapist, founder of Progression Counseling in Maryland and Delaware, and a soul guide for highly sensitive women, welcomes Jennifer Dall, EdD, a grief-informed neurodivergence specialist and founder of ADHD Holistically, for a discussion of women and ADHD (attention deficient hyperactivity disorder). They'll talk about myths and misconceptions, diagnosing ADHD later in life, management strategies and more. “A lot of people think ADHD is the 8-year-old boy who is impulsive and hyperactive and not the good girl who is focusing and smart and working really, really hard.” — Jennifer DallFind all full show notes and resources for every episode here.Support the showI hope you enjoyed the show! Feeling stuck in survival mode as an autistic or AuDHD adult—checking all the boxes on paper but still burned out, unfulfilled, or unsure what you actually want? This episode of Adulting With Autism explores self-love and life direction with Chandra Lynn, a certified transformation coach, former Apple/Mercedes marketing leader, and author of Root to Rise: How to Love Life When It's Messy, When It's Hard. Chandra breaks down her Root to Rise framework, which looks at key areas of life—like career, relationships, health, and creativity—and helps you line them up with core emotional needs such as security, variety, growth, connection, and contribution. She shares simple journaling prompts like "What do I want? Why? What am I willing to try?" to help you get out of autopilot and start making choices that actually fit you, not just what others expect. You will hear how her own path from high-pressure corporate roles into more aligned, heart-centered work unfolded in zigzags, not straight lines—and why that is normal, especially for neurodivergent adults. Chandra offers practical tools for exploring purpose through experiments and "try-ons," building authentic relationships, and practicing self-love in the middle of messy, imperfect life rather than waiting to "fix everything" first. This episode is especially helpful if you: Feel like you are surviving but not really living Are questioning your career, relationships, or direction as a late-diagnosed autistic or AuDHD adult Want a grounded framework to check in with your needs and make kinder, more aligned choices If this conversation supports you, follow/subscribe to Adulting With Autism on YouTube, Apple, or Spotify and leave a 5-star review so more neurodivergent adults can find it. In this episode, Jimmy IV shares his personal perspective on what self-love truly means. Not as a trend, not as a slogan, and not as something soft, but as balance, effort, and self-respect. Self-Love: 101 is about recognizing when relationships become one-sided, when energy is no longer mutual, and when it's time to stop over-giving and start honoring your own worth.Jimmy talks about the importance of matching effort, choosing clarity over guilt, and understanding that self-love is not about demanding more from others, but about no longer tolerating imbalance. This episode is direct, grounded, and relatable for anyone navigating relationships, boundaries, and personal growth.A powerful reminder that self-love is not what you say about yourself, but what you stop accepting from others. In this episode of Asked & Answered by Soul, Jennifer Urezzio welcomes back Marcy Newman—known as the Hardship Coach—for a powerful and heartfelt conversation on what it truly means to live a high‑vibration life. Together, Jennifer and Marcy explore how living “high vibe” is not about bypassing challenges, but about radical self‑intimacy, conscious choice, and aligning action quickly with soul guidance. Marcy shares how her relationship with her soul has evolved from receiving guidance and questioning it, to living in such deep flow that guidance and action are nearly indistinguishable. Key themes include: Why prosperity always follows passion How individualized spiritual practices are essential (there is no one “right” way) The importance of creating a daily sacred practice that actually works for you How to maintain a high vibration even when the world feels heavy or chaotic Marcy introduces a simple yet life‑changing practice she calls becoming a “Love Detective”—a daily practice of noticing what brings joy, peace, expansion, and delight, and consciously allowing those moments to rewire your frequency. The conversation also dives into deeper questions around fluidity, purpose, letting go of limiting beliefs, and following bliss unapologetically. Marcy shares how trusting the intelligence of the Universe allows her to stay rooted in love, even amidst global uncertainty. The episode closes with a powerful reminder: freedom comes from authenticity, and the soul is always guiding us toward more love, more truth, and more alignment—if we're willing to listen. Allie's dad, Ron Simmons, hosts this Saturday's episode of “Relatable,” breaking down the week's biggest stories with fatherly wisdom and calm clarity. He explores the Insurrection Act's history — from George Washington's Whiskey Rebellion response to its use by Lincoln, Eisenhower, and Kennedy — explaining why President Trump's potential invocation to protect ICE officers amid escalating Minnesota violence is legally justified and precedented. Ron contrasts Democrat outrage now with their past calls to remove Maduro, highlights the tragic ICE shooting of Renee Good, and addresses fraud, sanctuary policies, and lawlessness. He answers listener questions on faith, family, voting, housing, and more — plus his “Words from the Wagon” life lesson. Allie tackles the disturbing weekend incident at Cities Church in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where Black Lives Matter and anti-ICE activists stormed a worship service, shouting obscenities, terrorizing families, and disrupting prayer — while the intrusion was livestreamed and covered by Don Lemon, who was invited and knew about the planned protest. She exposes the manufactured outrage, the double standards in media narratives, and the real agenda: using toxic empathy to shield criminals, some of whom are convicted child sex offenders, while demonizing law enforcement and Christians. Allie also addresses Russell Moore's interpretation of Romans 13 and brings biblical clarity to the matter. And lastly, she responds to James Talarico's New York Times interview, criticizing his terminology of "progressive Christianity" that distorts biblical teachings on abortion, homosexuality, and government welfare. A sobering call to discern truth, reject selective empathy, and stand firm for order, sovereignty, and the gospel.
