Today Allie explains why she chose not to teach her kids to believe in Santa Claus. While imagination is powerful, believing in Santa can cause confusion and ultimately muddy the true gospel message of Christmas. Allie provides practical ways and activities for parents to keep Christ at the forefront of the holiday season, like devotional reading and hymn-singing. She then dives into progressive churches, like Lake Street Church in Illinois, that have hijacked Christmas to make it into a political spectacle to push agendas like open borders and illegal immigration. Despite what the Left says, Jesus was not a refugee. He and his family fled within the Roman Empire under divine command; he was not a modern border-crosser. Tune in for biblical clarity and why Christ — not Santa Claus — is the real reason for the season. What happens, how do you react when you believe the thought, “I know what is and isn't possible in life"? What kind of life do you find yourself reading with this thought? What kind of Universe is it? Friendly or malicious? In this group meditation, participants question this belief among others and discover some profound things – including an ever-present fear of a ‘cosmic bitch slap.' If you can relate, this week's episode of Love Is The Power is for you.
Today Allie dives into the showdown between Candace Owens and TPUSA. She goes through fallible claims made by Candace and also highlights the response of Blake Neff, producer of "The Charlie Kirk Show." He has proposed a live stream on December 15 to debunk Candace's assassination theories. Truth requires facts, not secret sources or innuendos. Allie is also joined by two guests — Alliance Defending Freedom's Erin Hawley and First Choice Women's Resource Centers Executive Director Aimee Huber — who reveal the New Jersey attorney general's vicious subpoena attack on pro-life ministries. And to wrap things up, liberals rage over Pantone naming Cloud Dancer as 2026's Color of the Year. Tune in for biblical discernment, courage, and unapologetic defense of life and truth. In this real, wide-ranging conversation, Christina and Brittany dive into the everyday topics that quietly shape our lives — health, hormones, money, mindset, and the pressure to “get it right,” especially during busy seasons. They kick things off with honest health updates, from sinus infections to wearable health tech, and share candid thoughts on tracking data versus trusting your body. From there, the conversation shifts into the stress of gift-giving, why it often feels so overwhelming, and why experiences almost always mean more than material things. The episode also touches on investing — stripping away the fear, complexity, and noise to focus on consistency, patience, and mindset — and how lessons from market shifts (like COVID) mirror the way we navigate life. Finally, Christina and Brittany open up about anxiety, especially as it relates to hormonal changes, food cravings, and the comfort found in nostalgia (yes, including the healing power of a grilled cheese). This episode is equal parts grounded, comforting, and perspective-shifting — a reminder that simplicity, trust, and presence often matter more than perfection.About Brittany and Christina:Meet Brittany and Christina, your dynamic podcast hosts who bring their unique blend of expertise, passion, and life experience to every conversation.Brittany, affectionately known as Britt, mom, mommy, bruh, and Queen, lives in Vancouver with her husband and their three fantastic kids (tweens and teens, hence the playful nicknames). This week offers us an opportunity to embrace the most sensitive and transformative spiritual assignments we face: the fractures within our soul family. Through the lens of ancient Kabbalistic wisdom and real-life therapeutic insight, we dive into the deeper purpose behind the conflicts, estrangements, and emotional turbulence that arise in our closest relationships.Together, we examine why the most difficult people in our lives are often the very channels through which our greatest blessings are meant to flow—and how pushing them away can unintentionally cut us off from the light we're seeking. Our conversation uncovers a profound spiritual framework for understanding conflict, repair, and the divine design behind the relationships we're tempted to reject.Join us for the next episode of Weekly Energy Boost with @ElishevaBalas and special guest, @DrRachelGlik. Allie sits down with Colorado high school senior Sophia Shumaker and First Liberty attorney Keisha Russell after Sophia's Bible-verse parking spot was censored. When the school banned “religious imagery,” Sophia painted a subtle backward fish — then fought back with First Liberty's help. The district caved, changed the policy, and let her repaint it with her original design, which includes the Bible verse 1 Corinthians 13:4. Dr. K breaks down why so many people struggle with self-love and why the usual advice to “just love yourself” never works. He explains how early attachment, people pleasing, and constant self-negotiation slowly disconnect you from your own wants until you can't tell who you are or what you deserve. Instead of treating self-love like a mindset hack, he shows how your environment and relationships quietly shape your sense of worth. He also lays out what actually moves the needle. That includes changing the way you talk to yourself, breaking the habit of appeasing your own anxiety, letting others reflect your value, and using meditation to stop fusing with every negative thought. Dr. K reframes self-love as something you grow into through awareness and experience, not something you magically “decide” to have. Topics include:- How childhood conditioning shapes adult self-worth- Why anxious and avoidant patterns make self-love harder- The trap of self-appeasement and over-negotiating with yourself- How self-loathing builds when you stay stuck in your own head- Using real relationships to rebuild a sense of value- Meditation as a way to observe thoughts instead of believing them- Small habits that slowly create authentic self-respect HG Coaching : https://bit.ly/46bIkdo Dr. K's Guide to Mental Health: https://bit.ly/44z3Szt HG Memberships : https://bit.ly/3TNoMVf Products & Services : https://bit.ly/44kz7x0 HealthyGamer.GG: https://bit.ly/3ZOopgQ Learn more about your ad choices. Lindsay was raised in an offshoot of the Way International, then handed over at 12 to cult leader Victor Barnard as one of his “maidens.” For 10 years, she endured grooming, sexual abuse, and spiritual torment — all justified by a twisted interpretation of scripture. At 23, she fled. Thirteen years later, the true gospel broke through. Do you ever feel that if you understood your past better, especially the heartbreaks, breakups, or painful relationships, you would finally feel at peace? Many of us believe that if we could gather every detail of what happened, why someone acted the way they did, or why love fell apart, our stress and anxiety would disappear. While insight and processing our feelings are necessary, emotional healing also requires self love, acceptance, and the courage to let go of what we cannot know. This encore episode explores how releasing the need to know and the need to be right is an important part of healing heartbreak and creating space for calm, clarity, and inner peace. You will learn why the mind holds on to unanswered questions and how letting go of the past helps you reconnect with yourself in a deeper and healthier way. This is a path of self improvement that strengthens emotional resilience, mindfulness, and personal freedom. Through gentle guidance and grounding reflection, this episode will help you: • Ease the pain of heartbreak by releasing old stories and unresolved questions • Reduce stress and anxiety related to past relationships • Stop replaying conversations and searching for closure outside yourself • Build emotional strength, self love, and self acceptance • Break patterns of overthinking, self blame, and rumination • Strengthen mindfulness and inner peace so you can move forward with clarity • Open the door to new possibilities, confidence, and emotional freedom If you are healing from heartbreak or trying to let go of a painful past, this episode offers a soft and supportive space to return to your center and reconnect with your true self. In this special crossover episode, we are republishing Joe's appearance on Charisma on Command with Charlie Houpert alongside Dr. Alok “Dr. K” Kanojia. They explore what charisma really is and why genuine presence and emotional awareness matter far more than polished performance.Charlie's opening question, “What is charisma?” unfolds into a deep exploration of authenticity, self-love, and emotional intelligence. Joe and Dr. K contrast performative charisma (built on control, manipulation, or validation-seeking) with true charisma, which arises from inner alignment, vulnerability, and purpose. The three of them discuss how self-acceptance, emotional integration, and listening reshape the way we connect and influence others.Check out more from Dr.K on the HealthyGamerGG Podcast on SpotifyTwitter @HealthyGamerGGhealthygamer.gghttps://www.tiktok.com/@healthygamer.gghttps://www.instagram.com/healthygamer_gg/Send us your questions on Twitter, through our website, or in our Circle community! Allie delivers a clear, balanced primer on Calvinism by unpacking the terminology of total depravity, unconditional election, limited atonement, irresistible grace, and perseverance of the saints. Is Calvinistic theology a fatalistic puppetry or biblical sovereignty that magnifies God's glory? She traces its Reformation roots, American influence, and modern perception, while honestly addressing prideful “cage-stage” pitfalls. Whether you're Reformed, Arminian, or just curious, this episode equips you to understand one of Christianity's most debated (and misunderstood) theological frameworks. Everyone talks about self-love like it's a destination you reach after enough bubble baths and affirmations. But what if the real work of loving yourself is learning to stop abandoning who you are every time you enter a relationship? What if being "the loving one" has actually cost you more than you've been willing to admit? In this raw, solo episode, Lisa dismantles everything you thought you knew about unconditional love, self-love, and what it takes to be in a healthy relationship without losing yourself in the process. She challenges the narrative that many of us, especially women, were raised with: that being loving means holding it all together, forgiving everything, and sacrificing yourself to make it work. Drawing from her own journey of overgiving, abandoning herself, and ultimately setting boundaries in her current relationship after a major wake-up call, Lisa reveals why unconditional love has a place (with your children) but becomes toxic when applied to adult romantic relationships. She breaks down the difference between compassion for someone's humanity and tolerating harmful behavior, between loving someone deeply and staying when it costs you who you are. This isn't about becoming cold or withholding love. It's about understanding that healthy love, both with yourself and others, requires discernment, reciprocity, and boundaries. It's about learning to meet yourself with the same compassion you've been giving everyone else, and recognizing that the relationship you have with yourself is the blueprint for every relationship you'll ever have. In this episode, Lisa reveals: Why unconditional love in romantic relationships often means you're abandoning yourself (and calling it devotion) The specific cost of overgiving in relationships and how it erodes your self-trust How forgiveness without repair is just using spirituality to avoid reality The difference between loving someone's humanity and having conditions for access, partnership, and intimacy Why boundaries don't block love, they protect it (and make love sustainable) What healthy, mature love actually looks like: reciprocal, boundaried, grounded, accountable, spacious, and intentional How to recognize when you're mistaking tolerance for love and endurance for devotion The only real antidote to shame (and why most high-achievers struggle to give it to themselves) Why self-integrity, keeping promises to yourself, is the foundation of self-love and self-trust How to love someone deeply and still walk away if staying costs you who you are The reflection questions that will show you exactly where you're out of alignment in your relationships This episode is for you if you've ever: Found yourself overgiving in relationships, always being the one who repairs, carries, and sacrifices Believed that being loving meant forgiving everything without requiring accountability or repair Lost yourself in a relationship because you were so focused on not losing the other person Said yes to things you didn't want to do, shrinking yourself to be liked or chosen Felt resentful in your relationship but kept telling yourself you just need to be more loving Struggled to set boundaries because you equated boundaries with being cold or withholding Extended endless compassion to others but met yourself with criticism when you fell short Wondered why you can show up with such compassion for everyone else but can't seem to give it to yourself Built a relationship that looks good on the outside but inside you've abandoned who you are Knew you needed to leave a relationship but kept staying because you loved them (even though it was costing you everything) About Lisa Carpenter Lisa Carpenter is a Master Life Coach and host of the Congruent podcast. She works with ambitious, Type A professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs who look successful on the outside but feel exhausted, unfulfilled, or like it's never enough on the inside. Through her signature Congruency Loop™ process, Lisa helps clients stop living in Doing Mode and create success that feels as good as it looks. Find her at lisacarpenter.ca and on Instagram and LinkedIn @lisacarpentercoaching. Ready to stop abandoning yourself in the name of love? If you heard yourself in this episode, if you recognized the pattern of overgiving and calling it devotion, if you've been mistaking tolerance for love and endurance for commitment, it's time to get honest about what this is costing you. Because here's the truth: you can love someone with your whole heart and still feel unseen, unsafe, and disconnected. You can love someone deeply and still completely lose yourself in the process. And the highest form of love has to include you. The Congruency Audit is where we look at the gap between the relationships you've built and what you're actually feeling inside them. We'll identify the exact patterns keeping you stuck in overgiving, the wounds driving your need to earn love through sacrifice, and what it's going to take for you to finally create relationships (including the one with yourself) that feel as good on the inside as they look on the outside. In 15 minutes, we'll pinpoint where you're abandoning yourself, what's driving that pattern, and the single biggest shift that will change everything. Because you didn't come this far to keep losing yourself in every relationship you enter. Book your Congruency Audit: lisacarpenter.ca/audit This isn't about optimizing the version of yourself you built to survive. It's about creating congruence so the relationships you're in don't require you to disappear. Success that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside starts with you including yourself in the love you give. If you listen on Spotify: Open the Spotify app on your phone. This week, Abby talked to Gracia Sotomayor, the artistic cyclist from Peru. Sotomayor grew up knowing that, as a woman in a man's world, she had to be a certain way and do certain things. She had it all – a stable, good job, a home, and a partner to take care of her, but she was unhappy. When she started riding her fixed gear bike, everything changed. A few years later, Sotomayor was living in Germany, training to become Peru's first artistic cyclist on the world stage. Now, she inspires Spanish speakers everywhere to gain confidence and independence through cycling.

On a podcast about self-inquiry, meditation, awakening and inner freedom, you don't necessarily expect an episode about dogs – but here we are. This week, our furry friends are our teachers as one participant shares his frustrating situation: his city is threatening to crack down on unleashed dogs, but he wants his dog to be able to run. This work is rewarding on its own, but the cherry on top of the inquiry cake is that another participant whose own dog was once attacked by an unleashed dog is on the group meditation call as well, and the conversation brings up trauma for her. Join in this atmosphere of easygoing, good-humoured healing that The Work can so easily create – especially if you identify as someone with trauma – and question with us: Is it true that you need to hold onto trauma?

Allie confronts toxic empathy head-on by addressing the recent "hit pieces" by Axios and Salon where she is portrayed as a "cold-hearted" woman fueling MAGA's war. She uncovers the tragic shooting of National Guard soldiers in Washington, D.C., by an Afghan refugee, Minnesota's Somali welfare corruption scandals, Trump's vow to vet all immigrants, Silicon Valley wives bankrolling progressivism, and Tennessee's December 2 election between Republican Matt Van Epps and radical Aftyn Behn. In this week's Mindful Mondays, Ashley Bentley begins December with one of the most transformative practices in meditation - Loving-Kindness, or Metta - a heart-centred practice that played a pivotal role in her own healing during one of the most difficult winters of her life.In this deeply reflective episode, Ashley shares how she first encountered loving-kindness meditation during a period marked by isolation, burnout, chronic illness, and profound emotional fatigue. She explores why this ancient practice is uniquely powerful for the neurodivergent nervous system - how cultivating genuine feelings of warmth, compassion, and connection can shift us from protection into regulation, soften old emotional narratives, and create real physiological change.Listeners will learn about the heart-based science behind metta, how this practice supports emotional resilience and nervous system safety, and why it so often brings unexpected breakthroughs and healing tears. This episode also includes a short, grounding Loving-Kindness meditation, guided with trauma-sensitive care and designed to meet each listener exactly where they are.If December feels heavy, lonely, or overwhelming, this practice offers a gentle place to rest. And later this month, Ashley will revisit metta in a very special Self-Love episode—closing the year with compassion, softness, and deep inner nourishment. What if the biggest force holding you back is hiding in plain sight—inside your own thoughts, reactions, and excuses? This week's episode dives into one of the most transformative Kabbalistic teachings: recognizing and overcoming the “shadow,” the inner opponent that disguises itself as your voice, your logic, and even your comfort. In this deeply practical and eye-opening conversation, we explore how the opponent blinds us, tricks us, and keeps us from connecting to our soul's power. With clear tools, revealing examples, and the spiritual energy of the week supporting heightened awareness, you'll learn how to expose the subtle inner lies that drain your peace, dim your potential, and derail your purpose. In this episode, you'll learn:• How the opponent disguises itself and manipulates your thoughts• Why discomfort is often a divine compass pointing toward your purpose• The link between emotional disturbance and hidden internal sabotage• How to shift from judgment and avoidance to clarity and empowerment• The key to reclaiming your peace, potential, and spiritual strengthWhen you learn to identify the voice that keeps you small, stuck, or reactive, you reclaim the power to rise, choose differently, and access the miracles meant for you. This is a week to see clearly, act courageously, and step into the next level of who you came to this world to be.
