That is the most important thing to power up people with cancer. -       In many cases, you have to fight against your oncologist, or in Maggie's case, she completely ignores them, or she would tell them what she is doing. -       Believe your body is a placebo.  It's more important than keto, metabolic theory, than everything. -       If you have somebody in your life who has a diagnosis like cancer or whatever it is, treat them as if they're healthy. -       Fasting is Maggie's current favorite therapy. [22:26] Don't Hate Cancer: Everyone Has It Inside Their Body -       It was very important to realize that your cancer cells are your cells. It's not an invading virus, bacteria, fungus, or whatever. -       Everybody's got a little bit of cancer inside them. -       It's extremely rare for you to be cured of cancer and never to have a recurrence. -       Don't panic about your first recurrence. Living with cancer is like living with a human body.  [25:45] What You Need to Learn and Understand About Tumor Markers -       It's different for every cancer, and lung cancer doesn't have an official tumour marker. -       90% of lung cancers are smokers. -       It can be something that can help, but at the same time, don't put a ton of weight into it until you are sure. Try to find one that works while you have a tumot. [35:47] War Against Cancer: Why is it the Wrong Mindset To Have? -       Getting cancer from genetic mutations is not proven. It is just a theory. -       The problem with the war on cancer is that we're putting all our effort behind this one genetic mutation theory, and scientists aren't opening their minds to other ways of cancer forming. -       There are so many types of cancer, not even one type of disease. -       It is taking away the funding from things like metabolic therapy that teach you that could create a core cause of cancer. -       You're never going to eradicate the disease. You have to be aware of it.   [39:40] Look for The Best Treatment: Chemotherapy Isn't Your Only Choice -       The five-year survival rate in chemotherapy for breast cancer was 2.1%. A very low percentage. -       There are many viable options to fight cancer, and keto is one of them. -       If you fasted for 13 hours or more, you have a 36% less likelihood of that breast cancer returning. -       There have been 92 new therapies over the last 17 years, and the overall survival was only two months. We are more aware how our physical body is affected by our past trauma and hidden emotions, manifesting in chronic pain and undiagnosable illness. We’re also now more aware how our thoughts influence our emotions, and how our energetic field and energetic exchanges affect our daily lives. As women, we often fight feelings of not enough-ness, from motherhood, career, weight, finances  to relationships. Dr Daniels shares how she came to this conclusion and why it is good news for you. No microscope needed. Questions from our listeners that Dr. Daniels addressed: What are some herbs and supplements that can properly repair an intense case of gastritis? Changing the diet from High-Carb to Moderate-Carb to Low-Carb didn’t make any difference, and neither has altering the intake of proteins and fats or trying different probiotic supplements. Most herbs and spices seem to irritate the issue even further, and no dairy has been consumed for years. Does Dr. Daniels know of some home remedies that can successfully reverse a receding hairline, especially to regrow the hair over the temples? I have a bladder infection that seems to be hanging on for weeks off and on. Drinking lots of water and cranberry and d mannose supplements. Would turpentine help? How would Dr. Daniels suggest to deal with E. Coli in the bladder once you have them in there. She mentioned to keep the environment acidic to avoid them. But how do you get properly rid of them without antibiotics? And: is taking bi-carbonate as suggested by Dr. Sircus making it easier for the E. Coli to survive? Male in his late 50’s experiencing tooth loss, chipping etc. Also, I grinds teeth while sleeping. Any thoughts or recommendations? What can a woman do about crepe skin? It is a horror! Will MSM get rid of it, eat it, spray it on? Will anything at all make it go away? What is your opinion about plastic surgery? What causes a touch to the rear of the scalp to cause a sensation of pins and needles, and what may be done about restless leg syndrome? I have heard the turpentine can dissolve cataract How do I apply it? I have had one eye done four years ago and will need my other eye operated on in the near future as I am down to 80% vision. Also I have some very rough skin on my nose. (I think it is from sun damage)/I have tried using castor oil for the last few months but no improvement yet. Anything else I can try to get smooth skin again? When I fall to sleep and subsequently wake up in 15 minutes or several hours later in the middle of the night all of the joints in both hands are incredibly painful. Once I start to move them the pain starts to subside and is gone in about 2-3 minutes time? Any idea what could be the root cause of this. I was diagnosed with Cancer 6 years ago and have been treating it by my self with nutrition, specific supplements and clean water. I do not think it is related to the affliction however I could be wrong

This lack of self-worth has, in turn, alienated many of us from unlocking or fulfilling our true life's purpose.  And while fitness and dietary plans can be a start off point, many use this as the main motivator to “fix” something with our body that we do not like. The downside to this is that the goal itself comes from a negative place. Natural Ways to Regulate Blood Sugar The body gets to a high blood sugar state when it fails to transport sugar effectively to the cells by the blood. Type 2 Diabetes happens when the situation is not addressed in time. If you fall into this category of people, this read will guide you by providing natural ways of regulating blood sugar levels in the body. Natural Methods of Regulating Blood Sugar Exercise: Losing weight is a primary mode of regulating blood sugar levels in the body. This is because it increases the body’s sensitivity to insulin. This will make your cells capable of using the sugar that is present in the bloodstream. Exercise also helps you to build your muscle and makes them use the sugar in the blood to generate energy and work on the contraction of the muscle. You could include exercises such as swimming, hiking, dancing, biking, running, brisk walking, and weight lifting, among others. As you do this, make sure that you consistently check your blood sugar levels. This will help you to know which exercises work better for you. Carbohydrate intake control: The body changes the carbohydrates to sugar, especially glucose. This sugar is then transported into the cells through insulin. Thus, when the body has a lot of carbohydrate content it hinders this transportation process. This makes the glucose levels to rise in the blood. Take note that this also happens when a person experiences issues with their insulin function. Many can regulate this by regulating their carbohydrate intake. You need to take stock of your carbohydrate intake. Alternatively, you could settle for using the food exchange system. You have the option of also reducing your carbohydrate intake. Fiber intake increase: Fiber is responsible for slowing down the absorption of sugar and the digestion of carbohydrates. This means that consuming fiber assists in how rapidly the level of sugar enters into the blood stream. You should note that there are different types of fiber and they all affect the body differently. This means soluble and insoluble fibers. The soluble fiber is more beneficial for lowering the sugar levels in the blood. Soluble fiber is good for managing blood sugar levels. Sources of soluble fiber include whole grains, legumes, and vegetable fruits. Studies show that women should include 25 grams and men should be good with about 38 grams. Keep it simple with 30 grams/day. Hydration: Drinking water prevents dehydration and helps the kidney perform its function of flushing the excess sugar from the blood through the urine. The blood gets rehydrated and this can reduce the risk of developing issues with blood sugar. Take note that you cannot replace water with carbonated drinks, as they do not perform the same function. They only help with adding weight and increasing the risk of developing blood sugar fluctuations and spikes. Control portions: This helps regulate your food portions, which in turn helps in weight management and calorie intake. You will be able to maintain healthy blood sugar levels and may minimize the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. You can control your food portions by eating slower, maintaining a food journal, reading the labels to check the sizes of the servings, avoiding restaurants that have buffet services, using small plates, and measuring the portions as you serve.
