In this side piece episode of the 2 Be Better Podcast, we pull back the curtain on our 124 page couples retreat workbook and walk you through exactly what we teach at our marriage retreats. You'll hear us dive into the masculine and feminine, yin and yang dynamics, identity, ego, self discipline, emotional regulation, and how your inner world becomes the atmosphere of your relationship. We read straight from the workbook Peaches built for our 2 Be Better couples retreat and break down chapters on conflict, leadership in the home, time and energy management, communication without assumption, and somatic practices for couples. If you're searching for real marriage advice, couples retreat content, masculine and feminine energy in relationships, or long term relationship tools that actually work in real life, this video gives you a front row seat to how we coach couples at our retreats. You can expect practical frameworks, raw examples, and a ton of journal prompts you can use with your partner tonight, even if you never attend one of our retreats. We walk through how identity and ego show up under pressure, why self regulation and discipline matter more than good intentions, and how to repair small ruptures before they become big resentments. We also unpack how masculine repair and feminine repair look different, how to stay connected when you're both exhausted, and how to build emotional safety so intimacy, affection, and sex actually thrive. Whether you're a married couple, engaged, or in a serious relationship looking for conflict resolution tools, communication skills, and journal prompts for couples, this episode is a full mini workshop on building a steady, intentional, “2 Be Better” kind of marriage.Disclaimer: We are not professionals. On today's solo episode of The Brad Jensen Show, I brought back one of my old and most requested segments 10 Minutes of Fire. This is a short, raw, and unapologetically real message meant to light a fire under you and get you moving in the right direction. I dive deep into radical accountability. The uncomfortable truth that no one is coming to save you. No one is showing up to fix your health, your mindset, your finances, or your life. And while that can feel heavy at first, it's actually the most empowering realization you can have. Because the moment you take extreme ownership over your actions, your habits, your decisions, and your standards you put yourself back in the driver's seat. This episode is about dropping excuses, calling yourself forward, and realizing that winning the game of life starts with ownership. If you've been feeling stuck, frustrated, or waiting for motivation to magically appear, this episode is for you. Turn it up and Get uncomfortable. And take responsibility for the life you say you want. The post-holiday momentum hangover isn't imaginary, but it's also not a failure of discipline or motivation. What most people experience in January is a quiet loss of structure as routines, environments, and accountability systems loosen. This episode breaks down why momentum fades, how physiology and environment contribute to that drop, and what actually restores traction. Topics discussed: - Post-holiday momentum loss- Accountability as a system- Physiological reset through movement- Reverse-engineering past success- Environment and performance- Mental input management- Shrinking the time horizon---------- My Live Program for Coaches: The Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialization www.metabolismschool.com---------- [Free] Metabolism School 101: The Video Serieshttp://www.metabolismschool.com/metabolism-101----------Subscribe to My Youtube Channel: https://youtube.com/@sammillerscience?si=s1jcR6Im4GDHbw_1----------Grab a Copy of My New Book - Metabolism Made Simple---------- Stay Connected: Instagram: @sammillerscienceYoutube: SamMillerScience Facebook: The Nutrition Coaching Collaborative CommunityTikTok: @sammillerscience----------“This Podcast is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute the practice of medicine, nursing or other professional health care services, including the giving of medical advice, and no doctor/patient relationship is formed. New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani talks with Jen Psaki about the need to hold ICE agents, including the one who shot and killed Minneapolis mother Renee Good, to the same justice as everyone else in America. Mamdani also highlights a new universal childcare initiative in New York, proving that government can still work for good outcomes and doesn't have to be all terror and chaos like the Trump administration produces.Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro talks with Jen Psaki about how a well run government coordinates at all levels, from federal to local, instead of the havoc and terror Donald Trump's federal agents are committing while gaslighting communities and making people less safe. Shapiro criticizes JD Vance for being the embodiment of the "chaos, cruelty and corruption" that defines the Trump administration. Most people don't fail because they lack talent, intelligence, or opportunity. They fail because no one around them tells the truth. In this episode of the Secret to Success, Eric Thomas, CJ, and Karl break down why success becomes dangerous when accountability disappears—and why many people collapse after they start winning. This conversation hits hard: Why discipline alone eventually fails How “yes-men” quietly sabotage your future The role appetite plays in self-destruction Why unchecked power and money expose character How to build a circle that protects your purpose, not your ego This isn't about cutting people off out of pride. It's about protecting your life, your family, and your future. If no one in your life can correct you, challenge you, or stop you when you're wrong—you're not free. You're exposed.
This video is a raw and unfiltered episode of Voice of the Broken, where Chris reads and responds to deeply personal listener stories about trauma, addiction, fatherhood, relationships, masculinity, and the slow process of rebuilding a life from the ground up. Through real emails sent by men who feel lost, ashamed, or stuck, this episode explores themes like ADHD, suicidal ideation, sobriety, generational wounds, failed relationships, discipline, purpose, and the power of small daily commitments. The conversation moves through childhood abuse, identity loss, porn addiction, toxic relationships, and the moment a man decides he's done lying to himself and starts choosing growth instead. Viewers can expect hard truths, direct coaching, and honest reflection on what it actually takes to change your life when motivation is gone and excuses are easy. This video speaks directly to men who feel broken but know there's more in them, fathers trying to lead better, partners questioning compatibility and growth, and anyone navigating self improvement, mental health, or relationship struggles. If you're searching for men's self growth, purpose driven masculinity, relationship advice without sugarcoating, or proof that progress is built one decision at a time, this episode will meet you exactly where you are and challenge you to move forward.Disclaimer: We are not professionals. Second half of the kickoff 2026 double header!!!! Joined on this episode by the one and only James Nisbet, and it promises to be a doozy! We plan to discuss getting beyond the pre-connect. The purpose of the first line. Supporting search as the engine. The purpose of system based actions as the engine company (don't know what this means but it's provocative) Of course all of our plans as is always the case, will be derailed by the wonderful questions from the audience as we dive down rabbit trails and chase squirrels!
There are protests in Minnesota against ICE and the killing of 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good. Local officials, including Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, are hammering ICE and its aggressive presence in the community. State officials also said that federal investigators were shutting them out of the inquiry and blocking them from accessing evidence. Fred de Sam Lazaro reports from Minneapolis. One year after the devastating Palisades and Eaton fires, we take a hard look at what’s changed — and what hasn’t. The crew digs into LAFD budget shortfalls, chronic staffing issues, and the uncomfortable question of how to make sure a disaster like this never happens again. The conversation turns personal with David Howard, an iHeart sales manager who lost his home in the Palisades fires. He shares his experience navigating insurance, rebuilding, and why residents are rallying for accountability as new changes to the After-Action Report raise serious questions about responsibility and transparency from city and county leadership. We continue the discussion on the slow, frustrating pace of rebuilding across fire-impacted neighborhoods — from permits and inspections to bureaucratic delays that many feel are holding community's hostage. Plus, Heather Brooker reports live from Altadena, where she speaks directly with residents about how life has changed since the fires, the emotional toll one year later, and a community gathering aimed at bringing people together and moving forward. In their letter, Haley Robson and Courtney Wild lay out a blunt indictment of the financial institutions that enabled Jeffrey Epstein's criminal empire to function for decades. They argue that Epstein's abuse operation was not sustained by secrecy alone, but by banks and financial professionals who ignored glaring red flags, processed suspicious transactions, and continued doing business with him long after his criminal conduct was well known. The letter emphasizes that Epstein's wealth, mobility, and access to victims were directly tied to the services provided by major financial players who treated him as a valuable client rather than a known sex offender. Robson and Wild make clear that without this financial infrastructure, Epstein's trafficking network could not have operated at the scale or duration that it did.The letter also rejects the idea that civil settlements or regulatory fines amount to real accountability. Robson and Wild demand consequences that go beyond monetary penalties absorbed as the cost of doing business, calling instead for transparency, individual responsibility, and meaningful reform within the financial sector. They stress that survivors are not seeking symbolic gestures or carefully worded apologies, but an honest reckoning with how institutional greed and willful blindness helped shield Epstein from scrutiny. By framing the issue as systemic rather than incidental, the letter challenges regulators, prosecutors, and the public to confront the uncomfortable reality that Epstein's crimes were not just enabled by people, but by institutions that still have not fully answered for their role.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

Instead of blaming mindset, discipline, or willpower, this conversation explains why inconsistency, emotional flooding, shutdown, people pleasing, burnout, and self abandonment are often nervous system responses, not character flaws. You'll learn how the body scans for safety through neuroception, how the ventral vagal, sympathetic, and dorsal vagal states work, and why your system may feel stuck in urgency, collapse, or numbness even when you want change This video walks you through regulation, embodiment, and nervous system awareness in a grounded, real world way. Joined on this unique episode by Cody Maine, and I was excited to have him on for this topic, because I believe it is the future of emergency services and an answer worth exploring. Cody has been on the forefront of implementing Mobile Integrated health in his department and in his state and he is passionate about it's value to the community and the line firefighters. The audience showed up with their questions and it was a very informative show and I hope it will spark a lot of conversations across the American Fire Service.

“I've been fired from four churches in five years because weak men can't handle my masculinity.” Yep. That's a real tweet - and it's the perfect picture of what happens when men refuse to take responsibility for their own failures. In this episode, we break down why blame-shifting is destroying the credibility of Christian men, and why building a culture of accountability is essential if you want to lead your home, church, or community with integrity. If you want to be a man your family trusts, your church respects, and God can use—this is where it starts. In this episode of Acta Non Verba, host Marcus Aurelius Anderson sits down with Rhett Power, CEO and co-founder of Accountability, Inc., to discuss his groundbreaking new book "Head of Metals: How Leaders Silence Negative Self-Talk and Transform How They Lead." In this raw and powerful conversation, Rhett reveals why self-talk is the most ignored driver of leadership performance and shares practical strategies for managing the mental noise that kills focus, concentration, and culture. From the 3 C's of the Maverick Method to the "plutonium problem" of toxic narratives, this episode delivers actionable insights for leaders ready to reclaim control over their inner voice and build championship teams. Episode Highlights: [2:10] The Seven-Year Journey to Head of Metals - Rhett shares the intensive process of writing Head of Metals with co-authors Ryan Gottfredson and Dr. Susie Burkin, including seven rewrites over seven years. He reveals how the book unexpectedly helped a surgeon's teenage sons prepare for exams, proving that self-talk mastery transcends age and profession. [14:57] The Three C's: Catch, Challenge, Change - Rhett breaks down the simple but powerful framework for managing self-talk: Catch it (notice harmful narratives), Challenge it (question if it's true, useful, or even yours), and Change it (replace destructive narratives with grounded thinking). He provides a practical exercise: write down your negative narratives and track them with check marks to identify patterns. [16:38] The Plutonium Problem: When Leader Self-Talk Infects Teams - Discover why negative self-talk is like plutonium—toxic, powerful, and invisible. Rhett explains how leaders' mental narratives leak into their teams, creating radioactive thinking that destroys engagement, retention, and performance. He shares a powerful story of a CEO who discovered his assistant triggered unresolved childhood issues with his mother. [26:15] AI as a Leadership Mirror - Rhett discusses his involvement in developing an AI coaching platform that provides real-time data to help coaches and leaders identify blind spots. He compares it to film study in sports—giving leaders instant replay of their performance to make fewer unforced errors and exploit opportunities for growth. Rhett Power is the CEO and co-founder of Accountability, Inc., where he helps leaders break limits, make bold decisions, and drive growth. Recognized as a global guru of top management thinkers and a Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coach, Rhett is the bestselling author of "The Entrepreneur's Book of Actions" and the newly released "Head of Metals." Cutting off family and chronic therapy have become normalized, yet people feel more disconnected than ever. What's labeled as healing often rewards avoidance and quietly erodes emotional resilience. We dive deeper into this in the latest Habits & Hustle with Tania Khazaal. We also chat about why therapy can keep people stuck instead of healing, how “protecting your peace” often protects pain, and why most people quit in the valley of despair right before real growth begins. You'll hear raw, specific examples of how authoritarian control shows up in daily life, including censorship, the absence of independent journalism, and the consequences people face for speaking out. In this episode, Ern & Iso pull the curtain back on the music business scam nobody wants to fully own — bad contracts, 360 deals, and how artists keep signing paperwork that was never designed for them to win. They break down why labels now want everything: albums, tours, merch, appearances, branding — and why that shift didn't happen by accident. This week, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz abruptly ended his bid for a third term. This episode was recorded four days earlier during a live conversation and, in hindsight, it explains exactly why this outcome was almost inevitable. Amid a sprawling welfare fraud crisis that Republicans and former President Donald Trump turned into a national political flashpoint, the pressure escalated, division deepened, and Walz found himself trying to govern while defending his political future at the same time. Walz ultimately said he could not justify campaigning while confronting systemic fraud and the blowback it was generating, choosing to focus on governing instead. What looks like a Walz versus Trump showdown is really a cautionary tale about how leadership falters when distraction becomes the strategy and noise replaces accountability.Want More Behind the Breakdown? We begin with a powerful example of breaking generational cycles: Brian shares a breakthrough moment with his daughter, helping her process bullying instead of telling her to "toughen up" . This shifts to an exploration of Brian's own history—the "very good reasons" for his perfectionism and "hard outer shell," tracing back to a critical teacher and feelings of abandonment . We unpack the concept of "running on empty." Brian realizes his "short fuse" isn't just malice; it's the cost of a lifetime of over-functioning and burning the candle at both ends . The session culminates in a pivot toward accountability, with Brian owning "50%" of the negative cycle and acknowledging that his survival strategies are now sabotaging his marriage . This week's prompt: Look at your own "bad behavior" in the relationship. How often do you allow yourself to really sit in "this is mine," without drifting back into explaining "why" it exists? Try to sit with the actual pain—the unresolved grief or shame—that the behavior is trying to manage . On this episode of HALO Talks, host Pete Moore welcomes Dr. Joey Munoz, a leader in the world of fitness and nutrition, straight from Tampa by way of Miami. Joey shares his transformation from an overweight teenager to earning a Ph.D in nutritional sciences, and explains how education and mentorship shaped his evidence-based approach to health. They dive into the evolving landscape of the HALO sector, discuss the confusion that many face around nutrition labels, and stress the importance of taking ownership of your health through education rather than relying on the latest "hacks," "latest diet," or supposed "quick fixes." Munoz also opens up about founding Fit For Life Academy, his commitment to helping everyday people—not just athletes—build sustainable, enjoyable health habits, and the crucial role accountability plays in making lasting changes. Whether you're a fitness pro, operator in the space, or just beginning your wellness journey, this episode is packed with actionable insights and inspiration to help you take charge of your nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being. On taking control of your own health, Munoz states, "I think education is one of the most powerful things, and educating ourselves is one of the most powerful things that we can do to have clarity and to not feel confused around things like food labels, what foods to eat, and what foods not to eat." Key themes discussed Evolution of fitness and nutrition industry. Importance of education in health decisions. Personal journey and mentorship experiences. Decoding and interpreting food labels. Role of accountability and coaching. Building sustainable, enjoyable health habits. Impact of modeling healthy behaviors for kids. A Few Key Takeaways: 1.The Power of Education Over Regulation: Joey and Pete discuss the confusion around food labels and nutrition advice. Munoz emphasizes that while more transparency from food companies would be great, real power lies in personal education and taking agency over our own behaviors. Teaching people how to interpret labels and understand nutritional priorities is central to his approach. 2. Mentorship and Evidence-Based Practices Matter: Joey also credits his development to powerful mentors and his education in nutritional sciences, highlighting the impact of Dr. Lane Norton in particular. He's built his coaching philosophy around an evidence-based approach and mentorship, focusing on practices that are scientifically sound and genuinely effective. 3. Focus on Sustainable, Enjoyable, and Personalized Health: A defining theme in Joey Munoz's work is helping clients make meaningful changes that last, without sacrificing mental health for physical progress. He's adamant that fitness and nutrition programs should fit into a person's lifestyle and be both sustainable and enjoyable—moving away from overly restrictive, yo-yo dieting patterns. 4. The Critical Role of Accountability in Lifestyle Change: Both Pete and Joey also reflect on how accountability, whether to a coach or a community, is a game-changer for building consistency and forming healthy habits. Munoz notes that accountability acts as a bridge until desired actions become habitual and part of one's identity. 5. Modeling Healthy Habits for Future Generations: The conversation wraps up by touching on the importance of parents not just lecturing kids about nutrition and fitness, but modeling those behaviors on their own. Joey states how involving his own children in workouts and celebrating healthy choices can be more effective than simply just telling them what to do. In this episode we get straight into the fall-out from pulling the plug on Wilfred Nancy after just 33 (thirty three) days. It's one of those situations where you can feel sorry for the guy on a human level, but still accept it simply wasn't working. The performances were grim, the fit was clearly wrong, and the decision (harsh as it looks) was inevitable. We talk about how this sort of thing isn't actually new in football, but how social media has poured petrol on the fire, ramping up pressure, shortening patience, and making every bad result feel like a crisis. And inevitably, that brings us back to the board: not so much the sacking itself, but why we ended up here in the first place. From there, the chat moves on to what comes next and why Martin O'Neil's return is about steadying the ship and getting back to basics. There's a belief that confidence, so clearly missing, can come back quickly with clarity and authority, but only if recruitment finally starts making sense alongside the manager rather than cutting across him. With winnable games coming up, there's a chance to reset the mood and get a bit of momentum going again. But the wider point is clear: Celtic need a plan, not just another reaction. Accountability, joined-up thinking, and a proper football vision are long overdue because misery might love company, but it's not something the club can afford to keep around.Enjoy…Apple podcastsSpotifyAmazonPlayer.fmSpreakerAudioboomYoutube This is a public episode. In this Season 4 premiere of the To Be Better Podcast, Chris and Peaches look back on how a joke became a career, a community, and a movement, then dive straight into real life: bonus dad dynamics, parenting an autistic and ADHD son, and intentionally raising boys to be respectful, emotionally regulated young men. You will hear stories about work ethic, chivalry, opening doors, and a powerful moment with a Vietnam veteran that drives home why traditional values and gentlemanly behavior still matter. They also pull back the curtain on Peaches' new affirmations project, future PDF drops, and the idea of an intimate West Coast couples retreat at Point Lobos, showing you how they build family, business, and community on purpose. The heart of this episode is a raw email from a listener who left an emotionally and physically abusive relationship after a 15 year marriage and a childhood soaked in man hating and feminist indoctrination that labeled traditional women as “weak.” Chris and Peaches unpack trauma bonding, why people keep going back to abusers, how percentages like “he's good 85 percent of the time” are delusion, and what it actually takes to walk away, grieve the fantasy, and rebuild self respect. They tackle modern feminism, traditional marriage, AI and the economy, the collapse of standards in dating, and the responsibility to raise the next generation not to tolerate abuse. If you are looking for blunt relationship advice, traditional relationship and marriage guidance, help healing from abusive relationships, or practical masculine and feminine polarity talk without fluff, this episode is for you.Disclaimer: We are not professionals. What happens when the skills that built your pet care business are no longer the ones it needs to grow? In this episode, we respond to a thoughtful listener question about the uncomfortable transition from doing the work to running a company. We unpack why growth often feels harder instead of easier, even when things are "going well." We walk through three major mindset resets that every owner eventually faces as responsibilities shift. This conversation is about sustainability, leadership, and learning how to care at scale. Main topics: From execution to decisions Passion versus standardization Accountability and leadership Identity shift as owner Sustainability at scale Main takeaway: "You didn't stop caring—you learned how to care at scale." If your work feels different than it used to, that doesn't mean you've lost your passion. It means your role has changed. What once required your hands now requires your judgment, your restraint, and your leadership. Caring at scale means building systems, setting standards, and making decisions that protect the quality of care even when you aren't the one doing the visit. That shift can feel uncomfortable, but it's often the clearest sign that your business has grown into something that can last. Links: Check out our Starter Packs See all of our discounts! Send us a textEpisode OverviewIn this episode of The Own It Show, host Justin Roethlingshoefer delivers a powerful solo message on what it truly takes to become the best version of yourself in 2026. Drawing from a decade of personal growth, leadership, and faith-driven refinement, Justin challenges the idea that transformation comes from doing more—and instead reveals why lasting change comes from doing the right things. He unpacks the difference between survival and identity, exposing why most people don't lack ambition or goals, but alignment, capacity, and character. This episode serves as a wake-up call to stop outsourcing responsibility and start intentionally becoming who you were created to be.Episode Highlights● Radical Ownership: Ownership isn't blame or shame—it's truth without defense. Transformation begins the moment you fully own your rhythms, decisions, and patterns. ● Relief vs. Change: Most people don't actually want transformation; they want relief. Ownership forces you to confront what your life is revealing about you. ● Obsessive Obedience: Growth requires radical obedience to both God and wise mentorship. Stillness, listening, and accountability unlock direction and clarity. ● The Power of Alignment: Alignment occurs when values, behaviors, schedule, and body are no longer at war with each other. Alignment must come before assignment. ● Character Before Calling: God won't bless what your character can't sustain. Capacity is built through intentional obedience and alignment over time.Action Steps● Ask yourself: “Am I becoming who I'm called to be—or just getting better at surviving?” ● Practice radical ownership by identifying one daily pattern that's working against the future version of you. ● Create stillness each day—five minutes of silence to listen before you act. ● Identify a mentor who is aligned in values, ahead of you in growth, and willing to hold you accountable. ● Audit your calendar: does it reflect what you say matters most? ● Before saying yes, ask: “Does this decision support the future version of me?” ● Choose alignment over speed—clarity, peace, and power follow obedience.Chapters00:00 Introduction — Becoming the Best Version of You in 2026 01:30 Survival vs. Identity 03:00 Why Information Doesn't Create Transformation 04:45 Radical Ownership Defined 06:00 Patterns, Responsibility, and Personal Power 07:45 The Dangerous Prayer for Character 09:15 Obsessive Obedience Explained 11:00 Stillness, Listening, and God's Direction 12:45 The Role of Mentorship and Accountability 14:30 Alignment Before Assignment 16:15 Values, Calendars, and Contradictions 18:00 Misalignment, Fatigue, and Compromise 19:45 Asking Better Questions Through Alignment 21:30 The Cost—and Reward—of Alignment 23:30 Ownership, Obedience, and Alignment in Practice 25:00 Closing Challenge — Choosing Who You're Becoming===========================Subscribe and Listen to the Own It Show HERE:➡︎ YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/@justinroethlingshoefer➡︎ Apple Podcasts:https://apple.co/3KCyN3j➡︎ Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/3F58Ez4lbIKQ6kMu2pfpIG===========================Resources:⚡️CHECK OUR PROGRAMS: https://ownitcoaching.com/programs/⚡️BOOK: https://thepowerofownershipbook.com/=========================== Connect with Justin Roethlingshoefer on Social Media:➡︎ linkedin.com/in/justin-roethlingshoefer➡︎https://www.instagram.com/justinroeth/?hl=en

Joseph De Gregorio was raised in a good family and built a successful career on Wall Street, but the 2008 market crash derailed everything. After losing his footing, he started his own business, which eventually turned into a fraud scheme—a decision he ultimately took responsibility for by coming clean and turning himself in to authorities. At the same time, Joseph was battling a severe alcohol addiction, drinking himself to the point of needing a liver transplant. He was later sentenced to federal prison, where he faced harsh conditions and medical challenges while serving time in a federal medical center prison. After his release, Joseph reinvented his life, dedicating himself to helping others navigate the justice system through prison consulting and sentence mitigation work, turning his darkest chapter into a mission to help people avoid the same mistakes. _____________________________________________ #IAlmostDied #PrisonSurvival #AddictionRecovery #TrueCrimeStories #LifeAfterPrison #RedemptionStory #PrisonLife #survivorstory _____________________________________________ Thank you to FRONTLINE HEALING FOUNDATION for sponsoring this episode: Visit https://frontlinehealingfoundation.org/ to donate or share their mission. _____________________________________________ Connect with Joseph De Gregorio: Website: https://www.jnadvisor.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jnadvisor-joseph/ Hosted, Executive Produced & Edited By Ian Bick: https://www.instagram.com/ian_bick/?hl=en https://ianbick.com/ Shop Locked In Merch: http://www.ianbick.com/shop _____________________________________________ Timestamps: 00:00 From Wall Street Success to Federal Prison 02:40 Who He Was Before Everything Fell Apart 11:10 Childhood, Ambition & the Drive to Win 19:16 Inside Wall Street: Money, Power & Pressure 30:08 The 2008 Financial Crash That Changed Everything 39:47 Addiction, Burnout & Losing Control 47:32 Liver Failure, Transplant & Near-Death Hospital Battle 01:03:53 Getting Sober: AA, Accountability & Truth 01:11:20 Turning Himself In to Federal Authorities 01:22:13 Federal Prison While Medically Compromised 01:35:48 Release, Home Confinement & Supervised Release Reality 01:40:58 Life After Prison: Education, Purpose & Reinvention 01:52:00 Beating the System: Mitigation Strategy Explained 02:01:53 Legal Tech, Consulting & The Future of Defense 02:09:40 Final Lessons, Advice & How to Contact Him Learn more about your ad choices.
