Himmel - die deutsche Sprache verwendet ein Wort, wo zum Beispiel das Englische zwei hat. Eines – sky – für den Himmel als astronomisches Phänomen, als Ort für die physikalische Erforschung fremder Welten und Planeten. Und dann heaven für den Himmel als Symbol für spirituelle Sehnsüchte und religiöse Sinnsuche, als Heimat für Gott und das Jenseits. Im Deutschen ist beides einfach nur Himmel. Heino Falcke kennt sich mit beiden Dimensionen des Himmels aus und tut alles, um sie besser zu verstehen. Falcke ist Astrophysiker. 2019 leitete er das Team, das das erste Foto eines Schwarzen Lochs machte und damit die Existenz dieses mysteriösesten Phänomens im Universum sichtbar machte. Vorher waren Schwarze Löcher nur theoretische Postulate. Heino Falcke arbeitet aber auch als Prädikant, als ordinierter Laienprediger in der evangelischen Kirche, verheiratet und beerdigt Menschen. Das ist kein Widerspruch, sagt er, sondern ergänzt sich aufs Wunderbarste.

Die Behauptung „Führungskräfte können Mitarbeitende nicht motivieren“ gehört zu den Klassikern der Postulate, die immer wieder im Kontext von Leadership und Führung getätigt werden. Verkürzt ist diese Aussage für mich haltbar – genauer betrachtet müsste sie jedoch um folgende Erläuterung ergänzt werden: Der Selbstbestimmungstheorie (von Deci und Ryan) folgend hat jeder Mensch drei grundlegende psychologische Bedürfnisse, die maßgeblich zu seiner Motivation beitragen: Autonomie, soziale Eingebundenheit und Kompetenz. In dieser Folge diskutiere ich unter Berücksichtigung dieser Bedürfnisse die oben getätigte Aussage und erläutere, inwiefern eine Führungskraft sehr wohl Einfluss auf die intrinsische Motivation von Mitarbeitenden haben kann. Kants ‚Kritik der reinen Vernunft‘ ist wie eine Landvermessung. Unterschieden wird das feste Land von dem ihm umgebenden Meer der Transzendenz. Die Abschlussgedanken der „Metaphysica generalis“: Gott, Freiheit, Unsterblichkeit der Seele können nicht zur Erweiterung der theoretischen Erkenntnis verwendet werden. Sie sind aber Postulate: theoretische Grundsätze, die als Orientierungen der praktischen Vernunft und Sinnhorizonte menschlichen Lebens bedeutsam bleiben. Überaus bedeutsam wurde Kants Destruktion des „ontologischen Argumentes“ Anselms von Canterbury für das Dasein Gottes. Da „Sein kein reales Prädikat“ sei, fügt die behauptete Existenz dem Begriff Gottes nichts hinzu. Daraus folgt aber keineswegs ein Atheismus, sondern ein der Abgrund der Vernunft, dass die Existenz des höchsten Wesens ebenso denkmöglich ist wie seine Nicht-Existenz. Kant zieht daraus die Konsequenz, das Wissen einzuschränken, um dem Glauben Platz zu geben.

Russland treibt sein perfides Machtspiel, das auch zum Krieg führen kann, immer weiter voran und beschuldigt dann alle anderen daran schuld zu sein.Kardinal Marx und andere Kirchenoberen geben interessante Statements zum Zölibat und zu anderen Themen ab und ihre Ideen sind doch eigentlich schon etliche Jahre im Umlauf. Die dritte Synodalversammlung hat in Frankfurt getagt und erste Beschlüsse gefasst und erstaunlicherweise gibt es heftige Debatten, aber auch mehrheitlich gefasste Beschlüsse. Und ab heute Nachmittag treffen sich mehr als 30 Postulate, Novizinnen und ihre Begleiterinnen aus Deutschland und Österreich zu einer Werk-Woche mit dem wundervollen Titel "Die Bibel ins Leben bringen - Lebendige Bibelarbeit zum Lukas-Evangelium". Eine renommierte Theologin wird uns über die Woche dabei helfen, neue Blicke und Herangehensweisen zum Leben mit der Bibel zu bekommen, damit Gottes Wort noch mehr in unserem Leben Platz bekommt. Und natürlich gibt es endlich wieder die Möglichkeit, sich zu treffen, sich auszutauschen über diese selbstgläubigen Menschen, in der oft so fremden Welt des Ordenslebens in heutiger Zeit. Für mich ist diese Woche dieser berühmte kleine Anteil am großen Ganzen. Wenn ich es richtig verstehe mit dem gemeinsamen-Kirche-sein aller Glaubenden, dann ist es wichtig, den eigenen Weg in dieser Kirche, den eigenen Glauben, die eigenen Fragen miteinander zu besprechen und sich gegenseitig zu bestärken und auch stärken zu lassen durch Gottes Wort, durch gemeinsames Gebet und gemeinsames Feiern.

Dazu sprechen wir über “Schrödingers Maske”, deren Poren gleichzeitig groß genug für Viruspartikel aber zu klein für Sauerstoff- und Kohlenstoffdioxid-Moleküle sind, ob es sinnvoll ist, dass Immunsystem zu stärken (Schlaf ist dafür gut. Schlaf ist immer gut!) und Aussagekraft, Spezifität und Sensitivität des Sars-CoV-2-PCR-Tests. Wir klären die Frage, ob Kary Mullis, der Erfinder des PCR-Tests dessen Anwendung zum Nachweis von Viren ablehnt. Jedenfalls hat er einen eigenen Song. Es macht übrigens keinen Unterschied, ob wir nur "Schnipsel" des Virus finden - es ist das selbe Prinzip wie bei der Forensik. Sind die Schnipsel der RNA vorhanden, dann war der Mörder der Gärtner - oder wie war das nochmal? Jedenfalls brauchen wir nicht für jeden Corona-Test gleich das ganze Viren-Genom zu sequenzieren, schließlich würde das viel länger dauern und ihr müsstest noch länger auf euer Testergebnis warten. Außerdem werden wieder die sogenannten “Koch’schen Postulate” (eigentlich Henle-Koch-Postulate) als Argument aufgegriffen, obwohl schon ein anderer Virusleugner mit der Ausschreibung eines Preisgelds für den Nachweis von Masernviren baden ging. Diese Postulate gehen übrigens zurück auf den Namensgebers des RKI: den deutschen Arzt und Mikrobiologen Robert Koch. Übrigens ist es erstaunlich, dass immer noch viele den Unterschied zwischen einer saisonalen Erkrankung wie der jährlichen Grippe und einer Pandemie nicht kennen und so die Gefährlichkeit falsch einordnen. Dieser Ansatz ist vergleichbar mit der Analyse eines Theaterstücks. Auf der Bühne agieren Darsteller mit Handlungen und Worten (Oberflächenebene). Die Darsteller handeln nach Anweisungen des Regisseurs (Tiefenebene). Der Regisseur orientiert sich am Skript, das vom Autor oder einem Autorenteam verfasst ist (Hintergrundebene). Sure, camera companies do miss the mark (the Nikon D7500 for example with its single card slot), but they are always improving with that kaizen approach. The D850 is proof that camera manufacturers can innovate and not hold back technology when they want to. Let's hope camera manufacturers start finding alternatives to artificial market segmentation. I'm not sure why this isn't a thing in DSLRs.

We discuss some of the next viable frontiers for humans in the Solar System. Although the cold war space race is long over, we have transitioned into an age of private companies pushing forward to achieve what was once accomplished as well into new accomplishments. There is progress being made in practical inflatable space structures, reusable rockets, space tourism, and a multitude of other areas. It's hard to say if this will be the golden age of humanity in space, but there are hints that we just might reach the moon again as well as Mars in the foreseeable future. We discuss the various new products mentioned recently such as the series 3 watch, the 4k Apple tv, and the two tiers of new phones (8 and X). A cellular connection on the watch is an expected, but useful jump. The Apple TV also saw what looks like an incremental improvement in performance, which might signal Apple's intent for enhanced gaming with their device to go along with the cheaper 4K videos they have pushed publishers to now provide (like what they did with music in iTunes). This time they skipped the "S" version of their 7 phone and went to version 8 (plus) instead. The more surprising offering is iPhone X which has a corner to corner OLED screen with enhanced sensors (black cut-out on the top of the camera). There is a lot to talk about here! The gist is that a new employee finds D&D colleagues and subsequently dispatches them in-game while they shun him in real life. Don't be that chaotic evil dude! A new employee met people with similar interests after 4 months and started playing D&D with them. At the first session of an ongoing game, the original poster decided to kill off his party after they were severely hurt in a team battle against monsters. After the session, this person is completely shunned in real life by the entire D&D group. Commenters attempt to help the poster understand what a bad idea it was to do that and suggested that he apologize among other things. We discuss this goofy story and provide some our own D&D experiences to the conversation. Digital Assistants... what are they, what are the benefits, what are the drawbacks, and where are they going? The big elephant in the room is privacy, which we talk in detail about. The issue includes the case where Samsung TVs were recording audio even when the feature was disabled. We also discuss positives such as hands free driving directions, automatic AI infused assistance with Google Now, and being able to easily manage music vocally with the Amazon Echo. We talk about future expectations for digital assistants and if they will replace other forms of interfacing with electronic devices such as the keyboard.
Will desktop computers survive as they are? With the advent of tablets and powerful smartphones, the classic desktop computer has seen losses in sales for many years now. Laptops have continued to scale in performance while also slimming down, especially with the recent Nvidia GTX 1000 series GPUs (1080, 1070, 1060). Our preference is that desktops survive and thrive, but there are many challenges moving forward. We go into detail about reasons that they will stick around, but also reasons they could be replaced. The basic idea is that advanced users will probably always want levels of performance that requires a large desktop sized footprint, but things could change. Join us for the discussion!

Are we in a virtual world... oh wait, no, where is virtual reality now and where is it going in the future? We talk about our personal experiences with current VR technologies such as trying the HTC Vive at a restaurant trade show, the first Playstation VR games, the cheap and easy to use Google Cardboard, and others. We discuss if think VR will expand to become a household product just as consoles did in the 1990s, or if it will be more of a communal service like laser tag. The chance for fully immersive VR not reaching homes is mostly due to the need for large open spaces needed for natural locomotion, not the current hardware cost that we expect to go down. Games are a large use case, but they are not the sole draw for VR. Content creation and immersive natural user interfaces have large potential in VR moving forward.
We discuss the idea that "millennials" are the reason that various businesses and industries are dying out. This includes diamonds, various restaurants including "Breastaurants", napkins, bar soap, cereal, golf, home ownership, home improvement stores, motorcycles, yogurt, designer bags, fabric softener, and banks to name a few. It's hard to tell exactly what age range "millennials" refers to exactly, but 1980 - 2004 and 1976 to 1994 are two of the more popular ranges, though the common idea is that 1980 is the usual starting point. We discuss ideas such as school debt and the length of "baby boomer" careers as potential factors to the supposed situation. Based on the dying industries, we are thinking that this group has started to take saving money, efficiency, and support of responsible manufacturing/sourcing of goods seriously. Maybe these people accusing millennials of intentionally damaging businesses/industries are off base because it is for the better? These types of shifts away from extravagance are a reflection of the recent global downturns. In this episode we talk about humanity's desire to continuously automate work for better or worse. It's happened throughout human history from farming to the creation of robot supported manufacturing lines. We talk about software automation and what future it will have soon in industries such as trucking and the passenger car market. Even industries such as law and computer programming are prime for deep learning AI assisted automation in the not too distant future. Will recent advancements in the flexibility of software based automation have never-before-seen repercussions for society and the concept of jobs? It's possible that the concept of guaranteed income will be something explored in the future due to the expected speed of progress to automate.
In this episode we talk about the constant failures of retail stores, and why we think they keep going out of business. We talk about what value local retail stores have over online, but are those positives enough to keep that brick and mortar store around? Online has started to lose a little bit of appeal, but still has many advantages that local stores have a tough time dealing with. Getting what you want right now is appealing, but often local stores have limited or unappealing inventory partly due to the shift to online stores (eg. programming books available locally in 2005 vs 2017 is a huge difference in our area). We joke about "revenge that costs you less" as a response to poor local store policies. It's sadly par for the course, though some local stores have decent membership options to offset some of the price issues or have smooth online-to-store systems.

Abstract: As presented by Einstein in 1905, the theory of special relativity follows from two postulates: first, what he called the principle of relativity, and second, an empirical fact about the relation of the propagation of light relative to its source that has come to be called the light postulate. In 1910 Waldemar von Ignatowsky claimed to be able to derive the Lorentz transformations, and hence special relativity, without the light postulate using only the principle of relativity and assumptions that Einstein seems to have implicitly made, such as linearity and the isotropy and homogeneity of space. In his authoritative Relativitätstheorie of 1921, Pauli dismissed Ignatowsky’s result without explanation as void of physical significance. More recently, respected physicists and foundationalists, such as David Mermin (1984), have defended Ignatowsky and claimed that special relativity pre- supposes nothing about electromagnetism. In the first part of this talk, I discuss just what the light postulate asserts (both in special and in general relativity). In the second, I hope to shed light on the debate, if not definitively settle it. (To say on which side would spoil the suspense.) I will also discuss related attempts to dismiss the conventionality of simultaneity.

There can be several reasons for infidelity on the part of the wife: Way of revenge Boredom and curiosity Proving they are still desirable Chasing a dream of ideal romance Cheating to cause a change or breakup However, the man (the husband or father), as a model of God, is to be not only a strong leader … but also a healer thru: Intimacy Discipline Love Value It takes a STRONG person to override the infidelity of the other mate; however, this can be carried out even by a “weak” person who trusts in the “strength” of God. “Let the weak say 'I am strong.'” (Tanakh: Joel 3:10) CAVEAT: Many times the offended mate “rebounds” and commits the same infidelity as “payback.” The key determinants should be: What is BEST for – The Kingdom of God; The family; and, The future. However, under the emotions of hurt, anger, jealousy and the desire for revenge, the wisdom to do the right thing is not often heeded. I knew a minister with a strong anointing of God who was deceived by evil spirits and committed adultery several times with different women. When he realized by the direction of the Holy Spirit that it was for the good of the children to have TWO parents, he tried to make amends and bring the family back together with healing … but by that time the wife had a boyfriend sleeping with her in the house with the children and a couple of “druggies” living in the garage. The mother, who claimed to be a Christian, refused to forgive and allow the family to be back together, and subsequently filed for divorce. This absolutely threw the children into turmoil. There are two key principles here: 1. It's hard to submit to what you don't RESPECT; and, 2. You can't sacrifice what you have LOST. Had the wife in the true life example above simply obeyed the scriptural admonition for Christians – God's believers – in 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 (Brit Chadashah) the family unit would have been saved and the children would have SEEN living proof of God's restoration power and love. “Now to the married I command, yet not I but the Lord: a wife is not to depart from her husband. But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. And a husband is not to divorce his wife.” I don't need to share the statistics with you that today HALF of Christian marriages end in divorce. But let me share something with you that should wake you up! POSTULATE #1: Two (2) of the four (4) sectors of Boolean commonality we are discussing in this teaching are – or will be – directly related in the Last Days (the End Times of Planet Earth) to the first sector discussed here, Family Fidelity. Many previously divorced couples will re-unite in marriage. Many family and inter-personal relationships will be healed. There will be the ministry of Elijah the prophet that will “turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers.” (Tanakh: Malachi 4:5-6) FALLEN SPIRITS: There will be satanic combinations: “demonic doubles” working increasingly in the end-times. Demonic Double #1 – Islam and politically oriented leftist-socialists. These will work unwittingly with Islam for a while … until which time the Islamic Caliphate starts attacking them, also. Why do leftists work with Islamists? Because they both hate Jews and real Christians, Israel and the USA foundations based upon Judeo-Christian heritage. Demonic Double #2 – Religion and Demons. These will establish strongholds in the European Union and work from within to then attack outwardly against Israel, the Jews and real Christians. Here's a “sleeper” for you to watch: Germany. Just as under Nazi control during World War II, many people did NOT speak up against the political attacks against real Christians and Jews … especially the Jews … this type of attack will increase in Germany. Here is a report from as far back as January, 2012: German anti-Semitism deep rooted in society. You will see that Hungary, Portugal and Poland are also becoming more anti-Semitic. WHY? The same regional strongholds of “religion” and “demons” – when working in combination – become synergistic in their offensives. The same demon spirits that operated in Nazi Germany are still ALIVE today. Demons do NOT die. They are disembodied spirits that seek to inhabit live bodies: human or animal. MY PROPHECY: A dichotomy of spiritual offensives will evolve from Germany. One will be powerful and apostolic prophetic ministries (such as Reinhard Bonnke) who will preach to millions. The other will be end-time works orchestrated for use by anti-Christ to suppress Jews and real Christians in the end-time. Fallen spirits will begin to inter-breed with humans while … at the same time … through use of genome altering implants on “willing” subjects to prepare a “submissive leadership core” for the anti-Christ as he implements his system of political, economic and military control on Planet Earth. These “willing subjects” MAY be from a DOUBLE source: 1. Politically expedient recipients of the “Mark of the Beast: his mark, or his name, or the number of his name.” Those who will take the “mark” so they can buy or sell or carry on commerce; and, those who did not want to be beheaded for not taking the mark. (See Brit Chadashah: Revelation Chapter 13.) 2. Some feel these will be willing subjects of alien abduction who receive genome altering implants. I do NOT believe so (however, it is a possibility). The development of a hybrid species in the end times – through which the anti-Christ MAY derive his submissive leadership core – could well be the result of fallen spirit forces (demons) facilitating the same, rather than aliens from another planet. FALSE TREATIES: These are treaties designed by Satan to prepare the way for the reception of his agent: the false messiah (anti-Christ). These are treaties based upon “wind.” They have NO substance … they are or may be easily broken … and have no practical or pragmatic “teeth.” One typical example is the recent agreement between USA, Russia and Syria (Obama and Putin) concerning the destruction of chemical weapons. Just as a side note, I told Israel in August, 2008, NOT be deceived by (then) current peace talks by Olmert and Assad. At that time Obama and US wanted to force Israel into negotiations with Damascus. I warned Israel NOT to do it. And the chief bargaining factor will be the city of Jerusalem. Three (3) of these sectors have a highly positive correlation with relation to the President of the United States, Barack Obama. For those of you who are not acquainted with the University of Excellence – UofE – here is the mission statement: The University of Excellence is an online study forum for the end times enabling the serious seeker with advanced instruction, intel, and prophecy for personal growth, cross cultural communications, and international strategies. All sectors of the geopolitical spectrum are analyzed for Boolean logic commonalities in relation to trends and issues. Those with highly positive correlation of linear regression are brought into focus and subject to more critical analysis. The four sectors, which are strictly objective studies, are as follows: Family Fidelity Fallen Spirits False Treaties False Messiah It is the purpose of this teaching to provide you with a skeletal acquaintance of these sectors so that you may know: Where you are at; Where you are going; Know what's happening today; and, Know what's happening in the future. Be like the Bereans and the sons of Issachar: search the scriptures AND have an understanding of the times! ________________________ 2014 BOOLEAN BLOG ISRAEL AND THE 4 F's OF THE LAST DAYSHOW TO DISCERN THE TIMES WITH ACCURACY FAMILY FIDELITY Lots has been written of the unfaithfulness of men as the head of the family unit; however, not much concerning infidelity as associated with the woman (the wife or mother). There can be several reasons for infidelity on the part of the wife: Way of revenge Boredom and curiosity Proving they are still desirable Chasing a dream of ideal romance Cheating to cause a change or breakup However, the man (the husband or father), as a model of God, is to be not only a strong leader … but also a healer thru: Intimacy Discipline Love Value It takes a STRONG person to override the infidelity of the other mate; however, this can be carried out even by a “weak” person who trusts in the “strength” of God. “Let the weak say 'I am strong.'” (Tanakh: Joel 3:10) CAVEAT: Many times the offended mate “rebounds” and commits the same infidelity as “payback.” The key determinants should be: What is BEST for – The Kingdom of God; The family; and, The future. However, under the emotions of hurt, anger, jealousy and the desire for revenge, the wisdom to do the right thing is not often heeded. I knew a rabbi with a strong anointing of God who was deceived by evil spirits and committed adultery several times with different women. When he realized by the direction of the Holy Spirit that it was for the good of the children to have TWO parents, he tried to make amends and bring the family back together with healing … but by that time the wife had a boyfriend sleeping with her in the house with the children and a couple of “druggies” living in the garage. The mother, who claimed to be a believer, refused to forgive and allow the family to be back together, and subsequently filed for divorce. This absolutely threw the children into turmoil. There are two key principles here: 1. It's hard to submit to what you don't RESPECT; and, 2. You can't sacrifice what you have LOST. Had the wife in the true life example above simply obeyed the scriptural admonition for believers – followers of the Way – the family unit would have been saved and the children would have SEEN living proof of God's restoration power and love. “Now to the married I command, yet not I but the Lord: a wife is not to depart from her husband. But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. And a husband is not to divorce his wife.” I don't need to share the statistics with you that today HALF of Christian marriages end in divorce. But let me share something with you that should wake you up! POSTULATE #1: Two (2) of the four (4) sectors of Boolean commonality we are discussing in this teaching are – or will be – directly related in the Last Days (the End Times of Planet Earth) to the first sector discussed here, Family Fidelity. Those two are as follows: Fallen Spirits, and False Messiah. POSTULATE #2: The current President of the USA, Barack Obama, has an “overlay” of a highly positive correlation of linear regression to the following: Disruption of Family Fidelity; and, Patterns of social underpinning attributed to the coming False Messiah (the anti-Christ). ____________________________ EDITOR'S NOTE – Before you judge this strictly objective study or any personal association to me as the writer-reporter, please note TWO things: 1. I am NOT a Republican, Democrat or Libertarian. I have voted for all three of these parties in the past; and 2. I pray for President Obama, his wife Michelle, and their daughters Malia and Sasha every day. How about you? ____________________________ There are patterned socialization characteristics of the above-mentioned two postulates. But for now, let's continue with both analyses and prophecies concerning the “Israel and The 4 F's of the Last Days.” FAMILY FIDELITY: We have discussed the family fidelity sector in a practical yet spiritual aspect above. But now let me speak prophetically. A great dichotomy of offensives will soon start to happen in the FAMILY structure. At the same time the true family structure of man and woman is being eroded by same sex marriage, there will be a revitalization of holy family structures: a revival … a spiritual bonding … a godly melting together of the REAL family. Many previously divorced couples will re-unite in marriage. Many family and inter-personal relationships will be healed. There will be the ministry of Eliyahu (Elijah) the prophet that will “turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers.” -- Tanakh: Mál'akhî (Malachi) 4:5-6 FALLEN SPIRITS: There will be satanic combinations: “demonic doubles” working increasingly in the end-times. Demonic Double #1 – Islam and politically oriented leftist-socialists. These will work unwittingly with Islam for a while … until which time the Islamic Caliphate starts attacking them, also. Why do leftists work with Islamists? Because they both hate Jews and real Christians, Israel and the USA foundations based upon Judeo-Christian heritage. Demonic Double #2 – Religion and Demons. These will establish strongholds in the European Union and work from within to then attack outwardly against Israel, the Jews and real Christians. Here's a “sleeper” for you to watch: Germany. Just as under Nazi control during World War II, many people did NOT speak up against the political attacks against real Christians and Jews … especially the Jews … this type of attack will increase in Germany. Here is a report from as far back as January, 2012: German anti-Semitism deep rooted in society. You will see that Hungary, Portugal and Poland are also becoming more anti-Semitic. WHY? The same regional strongholds of “religion” and “demons” – when working in combination – become synergistic in their offensives. The same demon spirits that operated in Nazi Germany are still ALIVE today. Demons do NOT die. They are disembodied spirits that seek to inhabit live bodies: human or animal. MY PROPHECY: A dichotomy of spiritual offensives will evolve from Germany. One will be powerful and apostolic prophetic ministries (such as Reinhard Bonnke) who will preach to millions. The other will be end-time works orchestrated for use by anti-Christ to suppress Jews and real Christians in the end-time. Fallen spirits will begin to inter-breed with humans while … at the same time … through use of genome altering implants on “willing” subjects to prepare a “submissive leadership core” for the anti-Christ as he implements his system of political, economic and military control on Planet Earth. These “willing subjects” MAY be from a DOUBLE source: 1. Politically expedient recipients of the “Mark of the Beast: his mark, or his name, or the number of his name.” Those who will take the “mark” so they can buy or sell or carry on commerce; and, those who did not want to be beheaded for not taking the mark. (See Brit Chadashah: Revelation Chapter 13.) 2. Some feel these will be willing subjects of alien abduction who receive genome altering implants. I do NOT believe so (however, it is a possibility). There are other more scripturally based options as to HOW people may receive the genome altering implants or hybridization. Much research is being carried out today in areas of development of a “hybrid” species: i.e., harvesting of human fetuses. Remember, there was gene pool corruption in Noah's day which resulted in God destroying the whole earth by the Great Flood; only 8 righteous souls were left: Noah, his wife, his three sons and their wives. The “sons of God” took wives of those whom they chose. (Notice: the “sons of God” never refers to “believers” in the Tanakh, the Old Testament.) 1 Peter 3:19-20, 2 Peter 2:4-5 and Jude 6 refer to the fallen angels who procreated with the daughters of man in the Days of Noah (before the Flood). This resulted in the “Nephilim:” “the fallen ones” … or … “ones who cause others to fall.” We know from scripture that the “fallen angels” who took to themselves the “daughters of men” (associated timewise with the Days of Noah and the Great Flood) have been bound in everlasting chains for their just judgment of everlasting fire. However, the offspring of the “fallen angels” – the Nephilim – were drowned in the Great Flood. That is, their bodies drowned; however, their spirits could be the demons we read about in the Brit Chadashah (the New Testament). Demons never die! The development of a hybrid species in the end times – through which the anti-Christ MAY derive his submissive leadership core – could well be the result of fallen spirit forces (demons) facilitating the same, rather than aliens from another planet. These fallen spirit forces (demons) may be from extra-dimensional time-space: not from other planets, but from a megaverse (outside our traditonal concept of space-time continuum). FALSE TREATIES: These are treaties designed by Satan to prepare the way for the reception of his agent: the false messiah (anti-Christ). These are treaties based upon “wind.” They have NO substance … they are or may be easily broken … and have no practical or pragmatic “teeth.” One typical example is the recent agreement between USA, Russia and Syria (Obama and Putin) concerning the destruction of chemical weapons. Just as a side note, I told Israel in August, 2008, NOT be deceived by (then) current peace talks by Olmert and Assad. At that time Obama and US wanted to force Israel into negotiations with Damascus. I warned Israel NOT to do it. False treaties will increasingly be made between sharply contradicting nations, cultures, philosophies and national interest groups. The major mission of the U of E is to utilize Boolean logic to analyze such happenings in current geopolitical processes. The mainstream populace of the world is uneducated as regards geopolitical processes. By the way, read this 1912 Junior High exam from the state of Kentucky, USA. Is it any wonder the Chinese are overtaking the USA economically? FALSE MESSIAH: I believe the “false messiah” (anti-Christ) is alive today. I also believe he is operating in governmental and political circles today. I believe he does NOT yet know exactly his role as governed by Satan. I believe he has NOT yet been incarnated by Satan. However, I believe he willingly deceives the populace over whom he governs, as well as other nations … and has – even at this time – the goal of “world leader.” This goal will finally morph into the goal of “world domination” as his body becomes overtaken and incarnated by Satan. The “false messiah” will claim to solve the world's problems, to heal the Israeli-Arab land dispute and allow the Jews to built their temple in Jerusalem on the Temple Mount. When the coming world leader – appointed by the New World Governance – takes over, he will make a treaty (a covenant) with Israel for seven years. Today, in addition to disease and famine issues, the leaders of the dominant nations are concerned with three (3) primary factors: Attaining peace among nations and ethnic groups; Guaranteeing the flow of oil; and, Stopping terrorism and conflict in the Middle East (especially between Israel and the Palestinians). And the chief bargaining factor will be the city of Jerusalem. Remember, the false messiah (the anti-Christ) will make a seven year treaty with Israel, and in the middle of the seven years he will break the treaty, go into the Jewish Temple (which he will allow to be built on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem as part of the stipulations of the treaty) and desecrate it by declaring that he is god. This will begin the worst “Holocaust” the Jewish People and Israel have ever experienced. SUMMARY: The four F's that are important for Israel ... and YOU ... to watch for are: Family Fidelity Fallen Spirts False Treaties False Messiah Now you know HOW to discern the times with accuracy. Tell your friends! Watch and pray … that you may be accounted worthy to stand before the Son of Man (Yeshua HaMashiach) and to escape the things that are coming upon the earth. Als eine der wichtigsten Augenerkrankungen des Pferdes wird der equinen rezidivierenden Uveitis seit der Antike eine große Bedeutung beigemessen. Bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt ist die Ätiologie und Pathogenese dieser Erkrankung jedoch nicht ganz erforscht. Viele vorausgegangene Untersuchungen weisen auf ein autoimmun-mediiertes Geschehen hin. Ziel dieser Arbeit war die Charakterisierung des potenziellen Autoantigens cellular retinaldehyde-binding protein (cRALBP) anhand der Kriterien der drei Postulate von Witebsky. Dem ersten Postulat folgend muss das Autoantigen bekannt sein. cRALBP wurde bereits in einer früheren Arbeit als potenzielles Autoantigen in der ERU beschrieben (Pompetzki 2003). Dem zweiten Postulat Witebskys folgend, müssen Autoantikörper und/oder autoreaktive Zellen gegen das potentielle Autoantigen nachgewiesen werden. Dazu wurden die Serumproben von 289 und die Glaskörperspülproben von 326 ERU-Patienten im ELISA getestet. 29,1% der Serumproben und 19% der Glaskörperproben wiesen positive ODs gegen cRALBP auf. Die Untersuchungen zur T-Zellantwort zeigten, dass 6 von 20 ERU-Patienten nach Kontakt mit cRALBP in den Proliferationsassays positive Stimulationsindizes aufzeigen. Das gleichzeitige Auftreten positiver ODs gegen cRALBP und andere, bereits bekannte retinale Autoantigene im ELISA lässt auf eine Beteiligung von cRALBP am Mechanismus des Epitop Spreading schließen. Auch in der T-Zellantwort konnte dies nachgewiesen werden. Die Induktion der Erkrankung durch Immunisierung gilt als indirekter Beweis einer autoimmun-mediierten Erkrankung und beschreibt das dritte Postulat von Witebsky. Sowohl im Lewisratten- als auch im Pferdemodell konnte durch subcutane Immunisierung mit cRALBP in FCA eine Uveitis ausgelöst werden. Diese konnte sowohl klinisch als auch histopathologisch gezeigt werden. Somit wurden alle zur Charakterisierung eines potenziellen Autoantigens notwendigen Postulate von Witebsky erfüllt und cRALBP muss, neben S-Antigen und Interphotorezeptor-Retinoid-bindendem-Protein, als neues Autoantigen in der ERU bezeichnet werden.

Das σ54-abhängige Regulatorprotein FhlA aktiviert die Transkription der für die Bildung eines funktionellen Formiat-Hydrogen-Lyase-Komplexes nötigen Gene. Hierfür weist es eine Reihe von Aktivitäten auf, nämlich ATP-Hydrolyse, Interaktion mit Eσ54 und Stimulierung der Transkription. Die Aktivität von FhlA wird durch Bindung von Formiat und von spezifischen DNA-Sequenzen (UAS) stimuliert und durch HycA negativ beeinflußt. Sequenzähnlichkeiten von FhlA zu anderen Transkriptionsaktivatoren lassen auf einen Aufbau aus drei Domänen schließen. Die in der vorliegenden Arbeit erfolgte Struktur- Funktions-Analyse lieferte wichtige Ergebnisse über die Domänenstruktur und den Wirkungsmechanismus von FhlA. In vivo- und in vitro-Analysen der C-terminalen Hälfte von FhlA (FhlA-C, Aminosäuren 379 bis 693 von FhlA), welche die Domänen B, C und D von FhlA umfaßt, zeigten, daß dieser Teil von FhlA sämtliche für die Transkriptionsaktivierung und ATP-Hydrolyse benötigten Bereiche enthält. Beide Aktivitäten von FhlA-C sind konstitutiv, bedürfen also nicht mehr der Aktivierung durch Formiat-Bindung. Durch die Bindung von DNA konnte die Aktivität von FhlA-C jedoch gesteigert werden, wobei bei spezifischer DNA ein stärkerer Effekt als bei unspezifischer zu beobachten war. Aus den Ergebnissen wurde ein Modell abgeleitet, in welchem die N-terminale Domäne von FhlA im nicht-induzierten Zustand einen hemmenden Einfluß auf die Aktivität des restlichen Proteins hat. Formiat-Bindung an die N-terminale Domäne hebt diese Hemmung auf und bewirkt eine Steigerung der Aktivität von FhlA durch Erhöhung der Affinität für ATP. Auch die HycA-Suszeptibilität konnte der N-terminalen Domäne zugeordnet werden. Darüberhinaus besitzt die N-terminale Domäne eine strukturelle Funktion, da sie für die Oligomerisierung von FhlA verantwortlich ist. Es konnte gezeigt werden, daß die Bindung von ATP an FhlA eine Änderung der Konformation oder des Oligomerisierungszustandes des Proteins zur Folge hat. Eine Studie zur Verbreitung des FhlA-Regulationssystems ergab, daß in mehreren Spezies der Familie Enterobacteriaceae sowohl ein zu FhlA orthologes Protein als auch Homologe zu hyc- oder hyp-Genen existieren. Die Sequenz von fhlA aus S. typhimurium, E. aerogenes und K. oxytoca wurde bestimmt. Sie zeigt über die gesamte Länge große Ähnlichkeit zu FhlA von E. coli, wobei der Grad der Identität der Gene und Proteine den phylogenetischen Verwandtschaftsverhältnissen entspricht. Die FhlA-Orthologe aus E. aerogenes und K. oxytoca können FhlA aus E. coli funktionell ersetzen und zeigen auch in ihrer Aktivität hinsichtlich der Stimulierbarkeit durch Formiat und Anaerobiose große Übereinstimmung. Desweiteren beeinflußt auch HycA von E. coli die Aktivität der orthologen Proteine, was wiederum die nahe Verwandtschaft der Regulationssysteme zeigt. Im Hauptteil dieser Arbeit konnte der Beweis erbracht werden, daß das HydH/G-Zwei- Komponenten-System die Expression von zraP aktiviert, einem stromaufwärts von hydH gelegenen, in divergierender Richtung orientierten Gen. Für gereinigtes HydG wurde durch Gelretardationsexperimente und DNase I Footprinting-Analyse eine Bindestelle identifiziert, die im intergenen Bereich zwischen hydHG und zraP liegt. Diese 55 bp lange Region umfaßt zwei jeweils 17 bp lange Bereiche mit der Sequenz GAGTAAAAATGACTCGC, die als inverted repeat angeordnet sind. Diese Bindestelle wirkt als UAS in beide Richtungen. Als auslösender Stimulus für die Expressionsaktivierung von zraP durch HydH/G konnte eine Zn2+-Konzentration im Medium von mehr als 0,5 mM identifiziert werden. Pb2+ war zu einem gewissen Grad in der Lage, Zn2+ in der Funktion als Induktor zu ersetzen, jedoch erfolgte keine Aktivierung durch Ni2+, Co2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, Mg2+, Cu2+, Cd2+ oder Hg2+. Gleichzeitig ist HydH/G einer positiven Autoregulation unterworfen, die durch die gleichen Metalle induziert wird. Sowohl für die durch HydH/G induzierte Expression von zraP als auch von hydHG konnte eine Abhängigkeit von σ54 gezeigt werden. Der Einfluß von HydH/G auf die Regulation der Gene für die Hydrogenase 3 tritt entgegen früherer Postulate nur bei Überproduktion des Regulators auf und ist auf "cross-talk" zurückzuführen. Zweidimensionale Gelelektrophorese erbrachte Hinweise auf weitere durch HydG in ihrer zellulären Konzentration beeinflußte Proteine. Obwohl zraP im Zusammenhang mit Zink- Toleranz identifiziert worden war, zeigten die Ergebnisse keinen Einfluß von HydH/G oder ZraP auf die Zink-Toleranz der Zellen.
