I remember the exact moment when I realized that my food diary had become my prison. Every calorie counted, every nutrient tracked, I was trapped in a relentless cycle where my self-worth hinged on my meal choices.  Welcome to a heartfelt episode of the Total Health in Midlife podcast, where I take you through my transformative journey from the meticulous world of food logging to the liberating practice of intuitive eating. Together, we'll explore how to break free from the shackles of the food diary and learn to trust our body's natural cues to lead us toward a healthier, more joy-filled way of eating. Throughout the episode, I dive into the hidden dangers of food logging perfectionism, weaving in stories of individuals like my client Jerry, whose struggle with habit tracking brought light to the necessity of self-compassion in our eating journey.  We'll discuss the power of adopting a beginner's mindset and how to use food logging as a stepping stone toward greater self-awareness and growth, rather than a strict measure of virtue. I'll guide you through the complex emotions that often accompany eating habits and share strategies on how to foster resilience and self-compassion as we navigate our relationship with food. Join me as I discuss finding a sustainable balance in our food choices, where treats are no longer the enemy and moderation becomes our friend. I'll share insights into the transition from rigid tracking to savoring meals and how to include the foods we love without an ounce of guilt.  By the end of this episode, you'll be equipped with the tools to cultivate a peaceful, satisfying eating experience that honors your health goals and celebrates the joy of eating. Unwrap those earbuds and let's embark on this journey to food freedom together. Chapter Summaries Ditching Food Logging for Intuitive Eating (0:00:04)  Food logging can negatively impact our relationship with food and self-worth, but intuitive eating offers a healthier, more balanced approach. The Pitfalls of Food Logging (0:06:12)  Nature's moral compass: Avoid perfectionism in food logging, adopt a beginner's mindset, and focus on internal satisfaction. Food Logging and Mindset Shifts (0:20:58)  Food logging can be emotionally challenging, but mindset shifts and photo tracking offer sustainable alternatives. I think it's time we normalize starting over and being a beginner again. We all encounter this at some point in our lives, whether it is in our careers, businesses, relationships, or personal aspirations. Sometimes, we reach a point where we realize what we're doing no longer aligns with our true purpose and goals. BUT the fear of starting over often prevents us from taking that leap of faith and pursuing something new. In today's Do Life Big Podcast episode, we will talk about this fear and explore ways to overcome it. But here's the thing: starting over and embracing a beginner's mindset can bring a looooot of benefits. I personally experienced this when I spent two and a half years transitioning away from my online business to create my own program. It is tempting to remain in our comfort zones because it is familiar and financially stable, and we have invested significant time into it. But, deep down, we know that something is missing, and we are merely settling for less. It is crucial not to let fear and worry about potential obstacles hinder us from making the necessary changes. The urge to embark on a new path exists within us for a reason, and we must listen to it. So, if you've been contemplating a change or have a new idea tugging at your heart, know that it was given to you for a REASON. You have what it takes to succeed and are qualified to make this move! If you're interested in diving deeper into this topic, I recommend checking out James Wedmore's free three-day live training called "The Rise of the Digital CEO." I went through it last year, and it was a game-changer for me. You can register for the training at kathireuter.com/rise. I promise - you will be thrilled, and this could even be the start of one of the most amazing journeys in your life! ✨ I am genuinely excited and proud of you, and I am right there with you every step of the way!

Wild growth is possible when we abandon our addiction to knowing and surrender to wonder and awe. A beginner mindset acknowledges that we always have more to learn and accepts that failure is just a natural part of the process. But it's tempting to sit back in old habits. And really who will know if we are accelerating toward growth or relying on what we already know to be true? So often the difference is unseen because it happens on the inside. It's a mindset and not a physical experience. In today's episode, we talk about the power of a beginner's mindset and the power of living this mindset in your body. Sharon shares her recent adventures in skiing and past attempts at ballet as examples of both being a beginner and being a beginner in your body - where all mistakes will be visible on the outside. Finally, she challenges you to consider what new body practice you might attempt to accelerate your learning. In our most recent book, 7 Mindshifts for School Leaders: Finding New Ways to Think About Old Problems, we introduce 7 Mindshifts that principals and other school leaders can use to solve problems that are constantly plaguing our schools. It's important that not every problem requires these shifts, but rather those that are important, persistent, and urgent. When a problem is IPU, we use our first mindshift, A Crisis Mindset. In this episode, Joe and T.J. explore what it really means to use a Beginner's Mindset when solving a problem. It's hard to accept, but our experience can prevent us from seeing solutions. Joe and T.J. were first introduced to this concept when they interviewed the late Richard Elmore on what it means to be a learning leader. Key Points Reinforced Throughout the Podcast The Beginner's Mindset sheds preconceived ideas and thoughts on what should be done. Our own expertise can get in the way of seeing ideas and opportunities. Look to great business examples like Sarah Blakely of Spanx who sought to solve a problem she was facing as a real estate agent. Who would have thought she would have revolutionized shapewear? The Spaghetti Tower activity says it all. Each mindshift in the book is equipped with a model to help school leaders navigate the process of analyzing a problem and finding new solutions. The Beginner's Mindset Model is designed to ignite the childlike mind needed to see new possibilities and dream new realities. We hope you enjoy this book to lead better and grow faster as school leaders. We always appreciate a like, a follow, a comment, or a share. And, if you're on Amazon, please rate it. 'I regard my seventh book, Curlews on Vulture Street ... as my first real writing. You know, this is the one I'm most proud of. It was the biggest challenge and the one I enjoyed the most.' Urban ecologist and noted bird guy Darryl Jones joins us to share his transition from popular science to narrative nonfiction writer.    Darryl discusses the importance of having a beginner's mindset, what life is like now that he's a full-time writer, buried treasure, and his experience of living with Parkinson's. And of course we talk birds! Should you feed the birds in Australia? Do rainbow lorikeets eat mince? Plus, our special bonus guest – the eastern koel that lives outside Ashley's window and has been shrieking her awake at 5 am every morning!    Darryl Jones is a Professor of Ecology at Griffith University in Brisbane, where for over 30 years he has been investigating the many ways people and wildlife interact. He is particularly interested in why some species are extremely successful in urban landscapes, and how best to deal with the ensuing conflicts. More recently, he has been trying to understand more about the humans that also live in cities in large numbers, and how they engage with nature. Does learning a new skill (e.g. a new language!) make you feel energised and excited, or frustrated and anxious? Or perhaps you've felt a combination of both? In this episode of Language Chats, Penny & Bec are chatting about the earliest stages in language learning and all the feelings that come with it - good and bad! - after Penny saw this article in The Guardian which talks about how to embrace being a beginner. We discuss our own experiences of being beginners in different languages, tempering the very real anxiety and insecurity that we can all face in the struggle of learning something new, as well as the joy and satisfaction that can come from developing new skills, which can be especially enhanced by being in the company of other learners. This episode is sponsored by Clozemaster - an app which aims to help bridge the gap from advanced beginner to native level content and help you to rapidly expand your vocabulary in another language. In this episode, Joe talks about the concept of leading as an example. When it comes to entrepreneurship, building businesses, and hiring team members, it's important to understand all of the layers of the company, the struggles, the problems, and why you and your business need help with solving them. This idea only benefits the business and allows you to fully embody the company's mission. Delegating tasks, for example, is another example of ‘removing yourself' from the company and this can lead you to failure. A business owner should be fully immersed in the company and when a new venture, a new opportunity, or a new path unfolds in front of the business, it's the responsibility of the same business owner to encourage, inspire, and ask others to follow along. Tune in! “If you are leading a business, or some type of change, or some new venture in your life and you want others to accompany you on that journey, it's your responsibility to understand how it's going to work.” – Joe Sheehey Key Highlights In order to show someone how something is done or how a task should be completed, it's essential for a business owner to have already done the task himself; Entrepreneurs tend to ‘remove' themselves from the business by delegating every task; Being immersed in the business takes time but it's fundamental; To have a team supporting you it's important to “go first”, lead as an example, and be the one to light the way. 96: Mindfulness Made Quick and Easy - Mini Mindset Reset

Nearly everyone has heard the term “mindfulness,” but not everyone knows what mindfulness actually means. In fact, if you type the word Mindfulness into Google, you'll be overwhelmed by the number of articles, books, videos, and content that appears. So I'll save you two minutes—once you hit enter, over 739 MILLION results appear on Google alone. Xander from Rhodes, Greece, wrote in and said, “Danielle, I have listened to every episode of your podcast, and you often mention being mindful or use the word mindfulness. I've heard a lot about mindfulness over the last year, but I'm not sure I know what it means or how to be mindful. Can you put mindfulness into simple terms that we can all understand? And is there an easy way to practice mindfulness that helps us in our healing and growth journey? I love this question. I agree; the practice and ideas behind mindfulness can feel a bit confusing. So, let's break it down. First, mindfulness is the basic human ability to be present. It's the practice of conscious awareness when it comes to our thoughts, emotions, and giving ourselves the ability to acknowledge and accept what is occurring around us, through us, and not overly react or become overwhelmed. The Oxford English Dictionary defines Mindfulness as “a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. There are seven pillars, principals, or attitudes, whatever you wish to call them, in Mindfulness, and I want to touch on those briefly.   #1 Non-judgment #2 Patience #3 Beginner's Mindset #4 Trust. #5 Non-striving #6 Acceptance #7 Letting go These benefits are at the top of the list, but there are many others. So, let's jump right into a few extremely, nearly effectless ways to shift the busy mind into slowing down and coming into a state of now.   The first is the Mindful Hand Awareness Exercise. Grasp your hands together tightly and concentrate on your hands for 5 to 10 seconds. Keep your attention focused on the feeling for as long as you can. Next up: Full Sensory Awareness Practice. This, too, is simple, but does take a bit more introspection. Wherever you are, stop and look around, when it's safe to do so. Become aware of your surroundings and allow your senses to take over. A reminder of your primary senses: what can you see, hear, taste, touch, feel and smell. As you take in your surroundings, begin to ask yourself present moment awareness questions: How do I feel? What do I hear? What do I smell? Take a mental note and keep observing without judgment. What is going on around you? This is a practice that can be done throughout your day. Another mindful practice is to use the power of your breath. Use the word CALM as a breathing exercise guide. The C stands for Chest – Notice your breath entering your chest, and feel the rise and fall as the breath fills your body. A – stands for Arms. As you breathe in, bring your shoulders up toward your ears, and as you exhale, relax your arms back into a neutral position. L is for legs. As you continue to breathe in and out, gently squeeze your thighs and leg muscles together, holding the tension, and then release with your exhale. M is for mouth. Gently open your jaw, bringing your breath in and out through your mouth. Then move your jaw side-to-side before your next inhale and exhale. That's it. As you progress in your mindfulness practice, you can practice the body scan, work on holding space, and drawing your attention to your thoughts and emotions…there are many different ways to practice mindfulness. The key is to simply be aware, be present, don't overthink it. That's the foundation of mindfulness. Thank you so much for the question, Xander! Decoding Learning Differences with Kimberlynn Lavelle

Beginners Mindset is a term that I either first heard in yoga or from Hunter Clark Fields, Mama Mindful Mentor (host of an excellent podcast, author of a great book, and founder of an wonderful parenting membership!)   If you're not familiar with the term, it is about seeing something as if you've never seen it before.  It's about doing things as if you've never done them before.  Looking to see what wonder and knew things you can see and learn.     Today, I'm encouraging you to apply a Beginner's Mindset to looking at your child.   Ask yourself: Who is this child of mine today? How do they learn best today? What environment is best suited to their learning today? What is most interesting to them today? What strengths are they demonstrating today? What skills are they focusing on today?   Keep in mind that the answers to these questions will often be the same day to day, but they will also change and taking the time to consider them occasionally helps us to better know our children.   As a bonus, I also encourage you to see the world with a beginner's mindset, looking for wonder everywhere around you.  And I encourage you to take a beginner's mindset to learning.  Look for a new skill you can learn, and model a love of learning, as mentioned in a previous episode.   Email me and tell me, who is your child today? How often do you pay attention to the patterns that are happening around you without question? For example, when you take a shower do you have the exact same pattern of how you go through your shower routine? For me, it's always hair first, then body, then face, topped off with a final rinse and completed with asking our dog to move to the side, so I may safely step out of the shower. This happens every shower no matter the day of the week, or the time of the day… clear, specific, I don't even think about it shower pattern that has become a part of my personalized shower experience. What if, I took a different approach and mixed things up a bit? Something as simple as saving the hair washing for last would actually have a subtle impact on my brain. This subtle moment would awaken my senses and put me more in tune with my experience versus riding the autopilot wave that most of my life exist within day in and day out.Okay, so why is it important to discover the patterns in our lives and question them in the process? One word awareness!! Having a heightened sense of awareness will pull you into the present moment with engagement of what's taking place no matter how basic the task. It will let you know that you're alive and part of the world. Questioning the process will give you space to notice how you're engaging, and if it's worth your while too!As you enter into midlife, which can happen as early as 35, it's important to access what you have been doing, so you can determine if the current patterns in your life are serving your greatest outcomes for this phase of living. Questioning the patterns will help you access and act where needed.  For example, when my children where toddlers some mornings they'd sleep in, and I'd gladly stay in bed doing nothing a bit longer enjoying the silence before the crazy of being a Stay-at-Home Mom life began. There's no pause with little ones until hopefully, naptime… then definitely thank goodness for bedtime until day breaks again! Now that my kids are young-adults, I'm not certain that hanging out under the sheets most mornings waiting for a reason outside of me to get up is the best course of action for the things that I want to accomplish in my second journey. After recognizing this pattern and questioning it, I've come to realize that creating a morning routine of self-care has more value for the me, of today.  Without taking the time to seek critical awareness I'm not certain I would have strived to change this pattern anytime soon. How unfortunate would that have been? Now it's your turn! This week tune in to what you do and how you do it. Your current patterns have been created by choices and circumstances that may no longer be present in your life today. It's your duty to access these patterns while seeking a better way of approaching a given moment, especially if your current process is no longer serving your best outcomes!During the process of recognizing and questioning the currents patterns in your life, take notice of how your new awareness makes you feel in your daily actions. It's okay to be uncomfortable in process, simple keep looking for new, helpful insights for change. Next Wednesday, we will explore the final two steps of The Beginner's Mindset, make sure you follow and hit the reminder button, so you don't miss a thing! You can go back to catch up too! This week, think about journaling your explorations of patterns in your life to help make the experience more tangible and take pride in having the courage to begin showing up in your life in ways that are more serving of yourself now. I'm Ericka, the Curator of Zest wishing you a zest-filled week!

So, how has Beginner's Mindset been treating you thus far? Where you able to think of time that you were a beginner, or a time that you supported a loved one in being a beginner? What emotions came up for you and can you recall how you felt once you took the leap? Maybe ease wasn't necessarily the first outcome, but I can imagine that eventually it was part of the process. AND whether it was your personal experience, or supporting someone else's experience I have to believe that a sense of pride was part of the process as well, no? That's what I thought! A nice emotion that helps to remind us that begin a beginner isn't necessarily a bad place to be.Now, if you have no idea of what I'm currently speaking about, please go back to last week's episode 15 to get all the specifics! Today, let's explore the notions of Listening and Not Judging. So, I have to ask … do you consider yourself a good listener. Before you say yes, just as I did, research shows that the average person listens at only about 25% efficiency. Honestly, with the multitude of distractions, as well as the need to show one's keen skills at multi-tasking I'm shocked that the percentage is that high!It turns out that listening isn't just about having ears, but actually about the importance of truly tuning in to what's being said in conversation with others, or self. It's about focusing in on one thing, not the multitude of distractions that can run through your thoughts while conversations are taking place. It's also about simple doing one thing at a time to create the action and sense of truly being in the moment. Hmmmm, so it turns out that listening can be more effective with less doing and more presence. Let's keep that in mind as our attention goes towards Step 2. Not Judging is another topic that heart-centered people most likely feel they have a real grasp on, but is that true? I personally think that passing judgment is a natural human behavior, yet we have to be aware of how it's showing up in our daily lives. For our purposes today, let's focus on self-judgment, because I believe that's where real growth happens. One question for you, is the re-occurring chatter in your mind positive or negative? If you answered negative, the odds are you're being a hard judge of yourself. You already know that isn't an ideal approach to finding comfort in an uncomfortable new beginning. So, lets shift that chatter now with one approach. Your first exercise for this week, be aware of personal bias and recognize where your unconscious preferences and motivations influence how you make decisions. If your decisions are keeping you stuck in patterns that have expired their usefulness, that's a great indicator to drop the non-serving judgements, while choosing to lean into a new beginning. Your second exercise this week, when in conversation with someone choose to be present. This means no multi-tasking in exchange for honest, tuned-in listening. If you find you're struggling with this exercise, give yourself tangible goals, such as 5 minutes of uninterrupted listening. As that goal grows into ease, add more time, and notice if you also begin becoming a better listener of self in the process. The more we can practice listening and being less judgmental the more we can honestly tune into what new beginnings may be right in front of us!Next Wednesday, we will explore Steps 3 and 4, make sure you follow and hit the reminder button, so you don't miss a thing! This week enjoy being in the moment by tuning into your personal judgments and fully listening to yourself and others. I'm Ericka, the Curator of Zest wishing you a zest-filled week!

I know i have, and I've always regretted not doing something because of some worry about someone else's opinion. Today I discuss having a beginner's mindset and that if people make fun of or belittle you, it usually says a lot more about those people, than it does you. When was the last time you considered yourself a beginner? Do you remember how it made you feel emotionally and physically? Where you ready to leap into action, or were you hesitant? Once you stepped into being uncomfortable with this new beginning, how long was it before you felt a sense of comfort, maybe even ease?Let's note this pure fact; ease only comes when you begin to have the courage to lean into the unknown. When approaching new things, you're simply becoming a beginner again. It's the cycle of living and experiencing life. Honestly, it's rather familiar when you pause to think about it. Events begin, events end, or I like to think of it as an ebb and flow of life happenings. What if you approached MIDLIFE as a beginner? Would it help you find a sense of the familiar in the process? Could it initially create some ease by helping you to recognizing the feelings, the actions, the inactions, and eventually stepping into the uncomfortable in order to find your way to a sense of being an expert at this phase of living life. Well, let's define the Beginner's Mindset; an attitude of openness, eagerness, and lack of preconceptions when studying a subject. Even the term within the definition resonates with methods you may have used to redirect your children, a friend, or a loved one during their own moments of being uncomfortable in a new situation. So, it turns out midlife is packed with discomfort, uncertainty, and a complete feeling of being thrusted uncontrollably into the unknown. That does indeed sound terrifying! The good news, it's simply a new beginning and you already have the resources within you to maneuver your way through it. For you have applied these techniques countless of times in your life over the years, and you have encouraged others to embrace the techniques of openness and eagerness as well. Midlife is no different. You must simply approach it as the beginner that you are in this second journey. So, this week, I want you to think of one of your experiences as a beginner, as well as one experience that you supported a loved one within a new journey. ·         Speak or write out the feelings, both emotional and physical. ·         Note if there was a sense of ready action, or hesitation.·         Describe the moments when discomfort eventually became more ease. In doing this exercise it will affirm to you that you do have what it takes to manage being uncomfortable in this new life phase. That's all you need to know to begin the journey, also understanding and embracing that it will be a pattern of ebbing and flowing until we find your moments of ease to relish within. There are 6 Key Steps to being in a Beginner's Mindset. Next Wednesday, we will explore Steps 1 and 2, make sure you follow and hit the reminder button, so you don't miss a thing! Until take the time this week to rediscover your success at being a beginner, as well as your success of helping others embrace being a beginner too! I'm Ericka, the Curator of Zest wishing you a zest-filled week! We're inspired to become the #1 Resource for Midlife Women and get access to articles, expert insights and more at  The Zestful Movement

How often do you listen fully, and how often to you delay judgement of a given circumstance? Before you answer, I think you'll be shocked by the statistic within today's episode! I know that I was, but not for the obvious reasons. Sometimes both of these areas have to do with taking a situation for granted, overacting through emotions, or simply being on auto-pilot. Which translates into not fully being in-tuned to what's taking place, or worse not being aware of new possibilities that may be within reach. When thought of in these terms, it becomes a bit more obvious how a Beginner's Mindset can support the journey of Midlife. Bencb worked his way up from the micro stakes after going broke three times… Want to know how he did it? He says it's all about consistency, especially with all the boring stuff. It may not be as sexy as a huge win at the tables, but a long-term winning mindset means putting in the time and energy – over and over and over again. It means staying curious and keeping your ego in check. Even if you're crushing it and moving up those stakes, Ben says you've got to maintain that beginner's mindset and watch out for your blind spots… In this episode, Benjamin Rolle (AKA bencb) shares his rags-to-riches success story in online poker, the deep emotional work he did to get there, and loads of advice for players looking to move up in stakes. In a small company, it's easy to know what to do next. The approval process is small -- your boss has a desk right next to you and you ask them, “Hey, here's my idea, what do you think?” Two days later, you're up and going. That's the attitude we should always have -- the beginner's mindset. Sometimes as our company grows or we grow personally, we can get up in the routine. Today we talk about how to keep that beginner's mindset, let the ideas flow, and don't paralyze yourself with considering all the problems.  So dive in to the podcast to hear why we think a beginner's mindset is the key to your next success. -------------- Join me for weekly special LinkedInLive sessions where I interview your favorite guests like Pat Lencioni, Seth Godin, Whitney Johnson, and Kim Scott — LIVE. Carlye Lauff is an independent contractor specializing in innovation strategy and design research. We'll talk about her path into design and how she obtained her Ph.D. in Design Theory and Methodology, and then hear about her global work with organization innovation using human-centered design. Carlye talks about prototyping barriers, how to overcome these barriers, and her tool, Prototyping Canvas, with Dawan Stanford, your podcast host. Show Summary Carlye was exposed to the power of human-centered design thinking with her coursework during her undergrad at Penn State University. One project brought her to Kenya, where she was on a team initiating a telemed health initiative. Through this project, she saw the power of applying design thinking to a real-world problem. As a result, she pursued her Master's and Ph.D. around design thinking — including founding the Design for America studio at Colorado University Boulder campus — with an emphasis on prototyping, and helping companies and organizations find ways to prototype more effectively. She has continued to work on design thinking-based projects around the world. She is currently consulting in the U.S. in the field of innovation strategy, partnering with organizations and training their teams in the use of design thinking and human-centered design. She also works with teams to co-create solutions to actual projects and challenges in their organizations, including leading a project with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to help children enhance their social-emotional learning.  Learn how Carlye teaches and trains professionals to make human-centric products, the challenges organizations and people have when prototyping, how to use analogies and case study examples, and how Carlye creates lasting organizational change long after her work with the company is done. Listen in to learn: How Carlye co-created an educational children's toy at Robert Wood Johnson to help preschoolers identify their emotions Her experience with prototyping and how she overcame obstacles with prototyping The two strategies Carlye finds helpful when explaining prototyping Methods you can use for low-fidelity early prototyping How Carlye worked with the International Design Center in Singapore, focused on helping companies create lasting organizational change Two research-validated design tools Carlye collaborated on Carlye's recipe for how to create great design  Why she takes failure out of her language and replaces it with iterating and evolving Our Guest's Bio Carlye is an innovation strategist, design researcher, and enthusiastic instructor who blends human-centered design practice with systems thinking approaches. She has helped more than 25 global organizations re-think their design processes and strategies, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to government agencies to universities. Carlye is an independent consultant that empowers people and organizations to innovate using human-centered design methods and strategies. During 2018-2019, Carlye served as a Design Innovation Fellow at the SUTD-MIT International Design Centre (IDC) in Singapore, where she trained companies in design innovation strategies, led an in-depth consulting project for the Land Transport Authority, and researched design methods like the Prototyping Canvas. Carlye received her Ph.D. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, and her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Carlye's research is within the field of Design Theory and Methodology, and she develops tools and methods to support designers and engineers. Carlye also founded the Design for America studio at CU Boulder in 2015 as a way to give students experiences working on interdisciplinary teams applying human-centered design to solve real problems in the community. Today's super short & sweet episode of the AUDACIOUS BABE PODCAST I'm chatting about the Beginner's Mindset and how I find this to be the secret sauce for your life and business.  The Beginner's Mindset is a mindset which keeps us open to new possibilities, new adventures and looking at the world in a wondrous kind of way instead of being in a rut of the same old comfort zone we love to linger in.    "In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities, but in the expert's there are few." - Shunryu Suzuki   Once you have come to learn everything there is from a certain topic or skill, you are no longer looking at it with a fresh mind. When we first started in photography we most likely had this feeling of "Oh wow - how did create that shot?" and we went on the adventurous ride of finding this out ourselves by experimenting and just absorbing all the information.  But over time, the more we become the expert, the less we get out of our comfort zones and try new things. So on the podcast I want to remind you of this feeling and of finding new hobbies or trying new things out in your photography. This will put you back into the Beginner's Mindset that will help you to keep things fresh and rejuvenate old passions in your life and your business.  Give it a try!  Listen to the full episode to hear more about the Beginner's Mindset, the reasons why this such a wonderful mindset to have and also learn about the different ways how to adopt one.    Website: https://theaudaciousbabe.com Episode 41: https://theaudaciousbabe.com/podcast-episode-41-beginners-mindset-the-secret-sauce-for-your-life-business 1-To-1 Mentoring: https://theaudaciousbabe.com/business-mentoring Join the Community: https://theaudaciousbabe.com   Follow us on Social Media: Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/theaudaciousbabe Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/theaudaciousbabe
