Este episodio no es un manual, ni una guía definitiva. Es más bien una desiderata, una lista de cosas que queremos observar con más conciencia, aunque sigamos equivocándonos en el camino. Porque de eso también va la terapia: de reconocer la sombra sin necesidad de eliminarla, de acompañar sin pretender salvar. Reflexionamos sobre la importancia de: Escuchar y dar espacio real a los síntomas, que a menudo son el centro del malestar del paciente. Evitar simplificar todo a un trauma oculto y mágico que lo explique todo. Entender que las técnicas no salvan, sino que ayudan si se aplican con sentido y contexto. Cuestionar nuestras propias fantasías como terapeutas y los modelos que intentamos imponer. Abandonar el rol de “gurú” para convertirnos en guías humanos, falibles, acompañantes del dolor del otro. His role at Ridgewood Renewable Power, a private equity fund with 125 MWs of U.S. renewable assets, involved evaluating investment opportunities and maximizing returns. He also played a key role in the sale of the firm's renewable portfolio.
