Delight Your Marriage | Relationship Advice, Christianity, & Sexual Intimacy
From Tolerating to Delighting: Marriage Transformation Is Possible (feat. Gary Thomas & Belah Rose) Imagine this: Your husband is working nights and you are cleaning houses during the day. When you find out you are pregnant, you pursue a dream of writing a book. Every morning you walk to the coffee shop just down the street to write. One of your favorite things to do is listen to books about marriage. One of your favorite books on the topic is written by Gary Thomas. In his book, Sacred Marriage, he asks, "What if marriage is meant to make us holy instead of happy?" Now, fast forward just a few years. You are having a conversation with that author, and he tells you he is a fan of your work. Fast forward a couple more years, and you get to be mentored by this same author. Eventually, it becomes evident that he and I can help more couples by joining forces and creating a collaboration where he shares his wisdom through books and speaking, and you are able to provide coaching and accountability for people after they read the books or attend the conferences. That is the story I am sharing with you today as I announce a collaboration with Gary Thomas, bestselling author and speaker. In this episode, we share how God truly has a plan for your marriage. He is the one who changes lives, and we have been able to see that in both of our work. I want to encourage you that God can take your loaves and fishes and do something amazing. He can take your willingness. He can take your bit of faith, and He can make a marvelous tapestry for His glory. Just yesterday, we had two amazing graduations. Both individuals were changed themselves. And their spouse changed in response, though their spouses did not do the work. That can be your story, too. We would love to witness God perform that miracle through biblical principles made practical on the inside. Listen to today's podcast to understand Gary's heart and mine regarding the work we do, and now do together. Thank you, Gary, for the honor! And thank you, listener, for your love, support, and prayers. I am honored to be able to serve in this way and am trusting God for more healed hearts. God bless you, Belah PS - Marriage Transformation is real. Schedule a free Clarity Call and start your journey to a playful, peaceful, purposeful marriage. PPS - Here is a quote from a recent Coaching program graduate: My wife and I struggled to get along...We were so intimately disconnected that it led to months of no sexual intimacy...it was so painful. We constantly fought about any and everything...I had gone into various counseling programs, spiritual formations, soul care, discipleship...But nothing was really changing our relationship... [Now,] God is answering my prayers and faith is becoming a reality. She is opening up, sharing her thoughts and feeling safe and connected...She is trusting me again...[We] have been having sex again...I am in such a better place and praise God for leading me to Belah and DYM. Here is an AI-generated summary of today's episode: A New Christ-Centered Partnership for Marriage Transformation Gary Thomas and Belah Rose announce a meaningful new collaboration between Gary's marriage ministry work and Belah's ministry, Delight Your Marriage. Their shared desire is to help marriages be healed, strengthened, and transformed for the glory of God. Belah Rose's Story: From Brokenness to Marriage Ministry Belah shares how her own painful first marriage, divorce, and season away from Jesus shaped her calling. After experiencing healing through Christ and through the love of her husband, Darrow, she became passionate about helping others avoid the pain she had walked through. Her heart for Delight Your Marriage was born from the realization that marriage can either deeply wound or deeply heal—and that intimacy is often a powerful catalyst in that process. Why One Spouse Can Still Make a Difference A major theme of the conversation is that transformation can begin with just one spouse doing the work. Gary and Belah emphasize that this is not about blame or manipulation. Instead, it is about reclaiming God-given influence, loving your spouse as an act of obedience to Christ, and allowing God to change the atmosphere of the marriage. Understanding How Men and Women Receive Love Differently Belah explains the Delight Your Marriage framework for helping spouses love each other well. For wives, the focus is often helping them feel: Safe Known Wholeheartedly cherished For husbands, the focus is often helping them feel: Respected Admired Wholeheartedly intimate Gary affirms that while every person is unique, there are real patterns in how men and women often experience love, safety, respect, and intimacy. Rebuilding Intimacy Without Pressure or Manipulation Gary and Belah address the pain of sexless, disconnected, or emotionally distant marriages. They explain that true intimacy is not about obligation or pressure, but mutual joy, desire, safety, and love. Belah shares that many spouses come into the program wanting change in intimacy, but through the process, their motivation becomes deeper: loving their spouse well because they love God. Real Stories of Marriages Being Restored Belah shares several powerful examples of transformation, including: A couple who had gone 10 years without intimacy and experienced renewed connection after three months of doing the work. A wife whose husband had been checked out through video games, but who became more engaged, responsible, and affectionate after she changed her approach. A husband whose wife had been emotionally cold and distant, but who later began coming toward him with affection, conversation, and intimacy. Hope for Marriages That Feel Dead and Buried Gary and Belah are honest that not every marriage has a guaranteed outcome, especially when divorce, abuse, abandonment, or unsafe dynamics are involved. But they also emphasize that God can resurrect marriages that seem completely hopeless. Through Christ, practical tools, humility, and accountability, many couples have experienced healing they never thought possible. What Happens on a Clarity Call Belah explains that the first step is a free Clarity Call. During the call, a trained advisor listens deeply to the person's story, prays for them, and helps identify what may be at the root of the marital struggle. From there, some people are invited to a Program Discovery Call to discern whether coaching is the right next step. Why Accountability Matters in Marriage Growth Gary explains that books, conferences, and resources can be helpful, but many people need someone to walk with them personally. Belah shares that Delight Your Marriage offers coaching, structure, small-group support, prayer, and accountability so participants are not trying to change alone. Help for Good Marriages That Want to Become Great The program is not only for marriages in crisis. Belah explains that even strong marriages can have hidden "leaks"—small areas where connection, intimacy, communication, or delight could become stronger. Sometimes a marriage that seems good can become far better than either spouse knew was possible. Support for Pastors, Missionaries, and Ministry Marriages Belah and Gary also discuss the importance of supporting pastors, missionaries, and ministry couples. Many leaders feel isolated in their marriage struggles, and Delight Your Marriage offers a private, Christ-centered place to receive help. Belah shares that scholarships are available for some full-time ministers. Special Invitation for Gary Thomas's Audience To celebrate the partnership, Belah shares a special offer for Gary Thomas's audience. Those who sign up and share that they were referred by Gary Thomas can receive $500 or more in savings if they sign up for a Clarity Call and coaching before May 15. Final Encouragement: There Is Real Hope for Your Marriage Gary and Belah close with a message of hope. A painful marriage does not have to stay the same. A distant marriage can become connected again. A marriage that feels dead can be revived by the power of Jesus. The invitation is simple: take the next step, begin with a Clarity Call, and discover what God may want to heal.

These two brothers sold a profitable airsoft business to bet everything on a sport most people had never heard of. In 2014, Rob and Mike Barnes founded Selkirk Sport in the pickleball space—back when the sport was small, the products were cheap, and the category felt entirely mom and pop. Eleven years later, the company is valued at over $200 million with revenue up 1,900% since 2019, and pickleball is closing in on tennis as America's most-played racket sport. In this interview, the co-founders of Selkirk Sport break down how they built the premium brand in an emerging category—from serializing their first 360 paddles expecting mistakes, to investing $1 million into a dedicated R&D lab, to their contrarian take on athlete sponsorships and why signing a pro is only 30% of the work. What you'll learn in this interview: • Why they sold a profitable business to go all-in on a sport nobody had heard of • How serializing their first 360 paddles shaped Selkirk's premium quality obsession from day one • Why they invested $1 million in an in-house R&D lab instead of white-labeling cheap product like everyone suggested • The four P framework (Product, People, Process, Promotion) that's driven Selkirk's growth from day one • How they built an in-house marketing agency and cut all external agencies to move faster at lower cost • Why athlete sponsorships are only 30% of the work—and why investing in promotion is what actually builds brand equity • Their counterintuitive COVID strategy: reduce hours, keep every employee, and bet on the rebound • Why they launched SLK by Selkirk as a separate sub-brand to compete at lower price points without destroying the premium brand • How Selkirk Labs—a members-only experimental product program—created a real-time consumer feedback loop • When and why they moved away from digital advertising and became one of the only pickleball brands buying linear TV • How they identified the coming consolidation in pickleball and why they took on strategic investment from Bluestone Equity Partners to be part of it If you're building a brand in an emerging category, navigating the tension between premium positioning and mass-market growth, or trying to turn a niche obsession into a category-defining company, this conversation will fundamentally change how you think about brand building, product strategy, and timing your bets. "Cold outreach is a great way to start — but it's not how you scale."Welcome back to The Speaker Lab Podcast! In this solo episode, host Dan Irvin makes the case that the most efficient gig you'll ever book is the one you just finished. The problem? Most speakers walk off stage, shake a few hands, grab a photo, and move on — completely missing the two, three, maybe five opportunities that were already sitting in that room.Dan breaks down the exact post-event process he uses to turn every speaking gig into referrals, rebookings, and long-term relationships — including the story of a low-fee local event that turned into over $50,000 in workshops with a client he's still working with today. This isn't about doing more work. It's about doing the right work after the work most people think is the finish line. You'll learn:Why the stage is just the beginning — and what your job actually looks like in the 48 hours after you leave itHow Dan's post-event process generates referrals, repeat bookings, and long-term clients on autopilotThe handwritten thank you note habit Dan swears by (and why it still works in 2025)Why post-event calls are non-negotiable — and exactly what Dan covers in every single oneThe performance review section: how to ask for honest feedback without making it awkwardThe one question Dan always asks to surface referrals — and who you should (and shouldn't) be asking it toWhy most event planners won't bring the same speaker back year over year — and why that's actually great news for your businessHow to stay top of mind without forcing the relationshipThe $50,000 follow-up: what happened when Dan showed up to a packed standing-room event he almost didn't takeWhy your next 10–15 gigs are probably already sitting in rooms you've spoken inAnd much, much more! Most network marketers have been taught that building relationships before pitching is the golden rule of sales — but what if that advice is actually costing you recruits, commissions, and credibility? In this episode, Ray Higdon delivers an unpopular but powerful truth: when it comes to reaching out to strangers on social media, "build relationships first" is not just ineffective — it's dishonest. Ray breaks down why people universally prefer you get straight to the point, why problem-solving is the real engine behind every sale, and exactly what two things you must communicate when reaching out to cold market prospects online. He also shares how this approach helped one client become the #1 recruiter in her company and helped another generate $100,000 in personal commissions in under 90 days. If you're waiting for your attraction marketing to kick in while your pipeline sits dry, this episode is your wake-up call. Ray gives you a clear, actionable framework — including the three targeting methods of occupation, location, and intelligent comment — so you can stop beating around the bush and start converting cold market conversations into real income. —

Eric Thompson interviews Tammi Winbauer, a Bismarck, North Dakota Ninja, who shares how she turned her business around after a difficult stretch. At the start of 2025, Tammi was in a slump, dealing with personal challenges, low production, and a mindset focused on simply getting by. By the end of the year, she had dramatically reversed course, earning over $220,000 in the second half of the year and building strong momentum into 2026. Tammi credits her transformation to recommitting to the fundamentals of Ninja Selling, especially her morning routine, mindset work, and consistent execution of the Ninja Nine. With her coach's support, she shifted from reactive behavior to a highly intentional, structured approach. Her daily routine now includes gratitude, affirmations, note writing, planning, reviewing her hot and warm lists, and proactively matching clients with opportunities. A key theme is moving from "going through the motions" to deeper, more meaningful execution. Tammi emphasizes writing intentional notes, adding real estate reviews, and staying focused on abundance rather than scarcity. She also implemented clear boundaries in her schedule, which improved both her productivity and her quality of life. Her story demonstrates that even after a downturn, a business can be rebuilt with purpose, discipline, and consistency. The shift from survival mode to intentional action created both stronger results and a more fulfilling life. What if prayer isn't just spiritual—but neurological? In this powerful conversation, Dr. Caroline Leaf sits down with Craig Groeschel—founder of Life.Church and New York Times bestselling author—to explore the science of prayer, the reality of burnout, and the mental health crisis many leaders quietly face. Craig opens up about the moment anxiety hit him like a “40-pound weight” on his chest—and why, after decades of resilience, he suddenly found himself depleted, not just tired. Together, they unpack what neuroscience now confirms: prayer can calm the brain, strengthen emotional regulation, and rewire how we respond to stress. This episode challenges the idea that faith and mental health are separate—and offers a new framework for understanding prayer not as something you do, but as a state of ongoing awareness that transforms your mind. You'll learn: How prayer impacts the brain, including the prefrontal cortex and amygdala Why “praying without ceasing” is about awareness, not constant words The critical difference between being tired and being truly depleted Why rest alone doesn't fix burnout—and what actually does How identity becomes fragile when it's built on performance Why doing something uncomfortable or new can reset your nervous system This is a conversation about faith, science, identity, and what it really takes to heal your mind. On this episode, IRONMAN Master Coach Matt Dixon, host of the Win Cycle Podcast, discusses lessons from 25 years of coaching, emphasizing the intersection of sports and business performance. He highlights three key coaching lessons: 1) Holding high standards paired with systematic support, which led to a high-performance culture and low injury rates among his athletes. 2) Clarity over activity, which reduces performance risks and ensures alignment and focus. 3) Rewarding behaviors and effort over outcomes, fostering a culture of self-improvement and control. Dixon advocates for a mindset shift from managing to coaching, aiming to enhance leadership effectiveness. Chloe Widera spent 15 years as a freelance makeup artist, ran a hair and makeup agency, worked inside one of the world's fastest-growing beauty brands, and still felt like something was missing — until she built a gifting brand from her living room that hit $54,000 USD in a single month. Based in Dubai with two kids, an autoimmune diagnosis, and zero e-commerce experience, Chloe launched Inwords Gifting — meaningful, personalised gifts designed for highly sensitive people — without a business background, without formal product validation, and without anyone handing her a roadmap. She figured it out anyway, and she's been packing every single order herself ever since. In this episode, Chloe gets completely honest about the costly early mistake that cost her thousands, why she refuses to build a brand that takes over her life, and how she's consistently pulling in $20–30K USD months while still being the only person running the business. What you'll learn in this interview: How working inside Huda Beauty shaped Chloe's understanding of what a brand built on social media could actually become Why skipping formal validation isn't always fatal — and what gut instinct gets right that spreadsheets miss The $5,000 mistake that's still sitting in storage — and the lesson on MOQs every new founder needs to hear How Chloe uses ChatGPT and Midjourney to design every product herself, without ever hiring a creative agency Why communication beats capability when choosing a manufacturer — and what the early signs of a bad fit actually look like How organic content and Instagram DMs became a genuine sales channel — and why replying as the founder changes everything The exact moment Meta ads changed the game, and how she uses organic content to test creative before spending a cent on paid Why she deliberately holds back on scaling — and what building a business around your life actually looks like in practice The counterintuitive decision she made when a regional crisis hit — and why it paid off One win at a time: the mindset that got her from nothing to a $54K month without burning out If you're building something on your own terms — around your family, your health, your life — this episode will change how you think about what success is supposed to look like. Chloe's story is proof that slow, intentional growth can still get you somewhere extraordinary. If you've been waiting for a sign to finally get your money together… This is it. In this episode, I'm sharing a simple but powerful shift that might completely change the way you think about money—and why you've been feeling stuck with it. Because here's the truth: Most people think the point of money is to save it. To hold onto it. To not lose it. But what if that belief is actually keeping you stuck? In this episode, I break down a concept that will challenge everything you've been taught: The point of money is to spend it. Not recklessly. Not impulsively. But intentionally. We're diving into: Why money exists (and how misunderstanding this creates overspending or hoarding) The difference between intentional vs. impulsive spending How to balance spending for your present life vs. your future The 3 key factors that determine whether your spending is helping or hurting you: → When you spend → How you spend → What you spend on Why spending is the most important financial skill you can master This episode will help you move out of guilt, shame, and confusion… and into clarity, control, and confidence with your money. But here's the part most people miss: Knowing what to do is not the same as actually doing it. If you've been listening to the podcast, taking it all in, and still feeling stuck… still telling yourself "I'll start next month"… still wondering where your money is going— That's exactly where deeper support makes the difference. Inside Overcoming Overspending, you don't just learn this work—you apply it. You get: Coaching on your real-life spending decisions Accountability to actually follow through A clear process to move from impulsive → intentional And a community of women doing this work alongside you So if you've been thinking about joining… If you've been waiting for the "right time"… This is your sign. What if the fun was never actually in the drink? What is the best way to stop associating fun with alcohol? Zion called alcohol the "jewelry" of life, the thing that made every moment glitter, and spent years believing that celebrations, friendships, and good food just needed a cocktail to feel complete. Audra built her whole identity around being the bold one who drank scotch and bourbon and never said no to a good time. Now both are exploring living alcohol-free and finding the fun in that. Coaches Cole and Zoe are right there with them. Zion discusses: Why alcohol became the “jewelry” on dinners, concerts, holidays, & friendships The wake-up call of planning a great night & not remembering any of it How people-pleasing & fear of “rocking the boat” kept drinking tied to fun What trivia night & Thanksgiving taught him about being alcohol-free in real life Why awkward moments do not have to mean something is wrong What is the best way to stop associating fun with alcohol? For Zion, it starts with curiosity, patience, & new evidence And more topics... Audra discusses: How going out, pub culture, quiz nights, & routine made alcohol feel like part of the experience When drinking alone started to feel easier than connection The mental exhaustion of hiding, planning, & calculating every drink Why she was shocked to feel freer on her break than she expected Passing on favorite champagne, staying present, & waking up proud What is the best way to stop associating fun with alcohol? Audra explores that through curiosity, ACT work, & learning to feel instead of escape And more... Cole Harvey is a certified Naked Mind Senior Coach. In this episode, Alex Dorr zeroes in on one of the most powerful and transformative principles in leadership: "stop judging, start helping." If there were only one mindset shift to improve culture, collaboration, and results, this would be it. Drawing from real-world leadership moments, Alex explains how quickly teams fall into judgment—blaming others, telling negative stories, and disengaging from solutions. But the moment leaders interrupt that pattern and redirect toward helpful action, everything changes. From workplace dynamics to personal relationships to innovation, this simple principle unlocks clarity, accountability, and forward momentum. Ultimately, this episode challenges leaders to make "stop judging, start helping" a daily, non-negotiable habit that reshapes how teams think, communicate, and perform. Episode Highlights: 00:00:00 — The one principle that can transform your team: stop judging, start helping. 00:01:00 — Why leaders default to thinking "someone else needs this" instead of applying it themselves. 00:03:00 — The core truth: the moment you start judging is the moment you stop leading. 00:05:00 — Brain science: why you can't judge and help at the same time. 00:07:30 — How judgment spreads through teams and shapes culture ("where the leader goes, so goes the team"). 00:10:00 — Coaching in real time: shifting a high performer from judgment to helpful action. 00:12:30 — Breaking silos and conflict by replacing blame with collaboration. 00:15:30 — How removing judgment unlocks creativity and innovation in teams. 00:18:30 — Setting boundaries in life: using "start helping" to redirect negative conversations. 00:20:30 — The practical takeaway: make "stop judging, start helping" a team-wide habit.

What happens when a man who was wired for achievement — not emotion — finally says out loud that he's afraid? For Mitchell Osmond, it took four years of marriage, a near-divorce, and a funeral to find out. In this episode, Tera sits down with Mitchell, host of the Dad Nation podcast and coach to high-performing men, for a conversation that goes deep into what it actually looks like when a man chooses emotional connection over self-protection. In this powerful episode, Heather Creekmore introduces listeners to Tara, a real woman whose life has been radically transformed by putting God at the center of her struggle with body image and food. Tara shares her deeply personal journey—from coping with anxiety and depression in childhood, wrestling with perfectionism and body image in competitive gymnastics, battling addiction, and eventually, overcoming the religion of dieting. Through her story, Tara reveals how she mistook disordered eating for biblical discipline and how the message of grace, identity in Christ, and true freedom changed her life. Now serving as a coach with Compared to Who?, Tara’s experience offers both practical encouragement and spiritual insight for anyone wrestling with food, shame, or their own reflection. *this episode originally aired in 2022. He has lectured on Positive Intelligence at Stanford University and has trained faculty at Stanford and Yale business schools. He is the author of The New York Times bestseller Positive Intelligence: Why Only 20% of Teams and Individuals Achieve Their True Potential and How You Can Achieve Yours (Amazon, Bookshop)*. By overusing our strengths, they can become our weakness. It's just one of the many ways that leaders self-sabotage. In this conversation, Shirzad and I explore how to shift from self-sabotage to self-mastery. Key Points Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them. -Henry David Thoreau We are all a mixed bag of Darth Vader (saboteur) and Jedi knight (sage). By overusing a strength, you turn it into a weakness. Rather than attempting to eliminate all our saboteurs, it's more helpful to be intentional about quieting them down. The four most common saboteurs that show up for leaders are Controller, Stickler, Hyper Achiever, Hyper Rational. Sage perspective: Every outcome or circumstance can be turned into an opportunity. A 10-second brain shift can help quiet your mind and engage the sage. One way to do this is to rub your fingers together and notice the friction to get your mind out of autopilot. Work With Me 1:1 Coaching - https://ericrobertsfitness.com/erf-1on1.html This episode is Andrea's transformation story — 35-40 pounds down in four months, no GLP-1, no thyroid, no uterus, a history of brain tumors, blood clots, Graves' disease, and a dog she lost mid-challenge. But the real episode isn't about weight loss. It's about a woman who had every reason to quit and never once used any of it as an excuse. The anchor moment is Andrea's radical ownership — "it was my fault" — said without shame, and how that accountability is the actual engine behind her results. The secondary hook is her decision to reject the GLP-1 specifically because she wanted her daughter to see her earn it. Shared Practices | Your Dental Roadmap to Practice Ownership | Custom Made for the New Dentist
Welcome back to the Shared Practices podcast. In this episode of Ask George, we're diving into a question we hear all the time from aspiring owners: How do you build a real business instead of just buying yourself a job? Whether you're preparing to purchase your first practice or thinking about expanding into your second or third location, this conversation will give you a clearer, more honest picture of what ownership really looks like today.Dentistry has changed a lot over the years. With more options like DSOs, choosing private practice is no longer the default—it's a decision. And for many, that decision means stepping into the role of an entrepreneur. That comes with real challenges: managing rising staff costs, dealing with insurance reimbursements, and navigating tighter margins, especially in a post-COVID landscape. But at the same time, it creates an opportunity to build something that can grow beyond your own clinical work.So what's the difference between a job and a business? If everything depends on you being in the chair day in and day out, it's still a job—no matter how successful it looks on paper. A true business is built to operate and generate income even when you're not there. That shift in mindset is what separates operators from owners.George breaks down a practical path to get there, including how to build around multiple providers, improve efficiency, and create systems that support long-term growth. From bringing on associates to optimizing your space and team, it's all about creating a structure that doesn't rely solely on you. Ready to take the next step in your dental practice journey? Most e-commerce founders see the fuel crisis in the news and think it's someone else's problem. But if you're shipping products right now, it's already showing up in your bills — and if you're still running last year's shipping model, you're bleeding margin without realising it. Here's the problem: this isn't one cost squeeze. It's three hitting at the same time — carrier rate hikes, fuel surcharges, and geopolitical disruption — and the effective rate increase for most e-com brands right now is sitting between 8 and 12%. In this episode, I walk you through the four moves I'd make right now to protect your margins, from rebuilding your AOV strategy around your new shipping threshold to the packaging audit most founders never think to run. Here's what you'll take away: The actual numbers: what USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and Australia Post surcharges mean for your cost per order right now How to use the threshold gap strategy to raise your free shipping threshold without killing conversion Why product bundling done right can lift AOV by 30 to 70% — and the real-world example of how a sleep tape brand is doing it with digital add-ons When to seriously consider switching to a 3PL — and the volume crossover point that makes it a no-brainer The dim weight formula and why most brands are literally paying to ship air Why nearly 50% of cart abandonment comes down to surprise shipping costs — and how radical transparency fixes it If you're absorbing these cost increases without a plan, this episode will show you exactly where to start — and how the brands that come out ahead during downturns are already thinking about this differently. In this episode of the Translating ADHD podcast, Asher and Dusty explore the various types and levels of ADHD coaching, highlighting how coaching can range from practical, day-to-day executive function support to deeper, transformational insight work. They emphasize that ADHD coaching is not one-size-fits-all; some clients benefit most from hands-on logistical help, while others thrive on open-ended reflective questions that spark new perspectives. Both hosts share real-life examples illustrating how coaches adjust their approach based on client needs and how experience plays a crucial role in recognizing when to dig deeper or focus on practical scaffolding. The episode also provides guidance for listeners on how to evaluate if their current ADHD coaching relationship is meeting their needs, cautioning against coaches who guarantee quick fixes. Asher shares a story about helping a client realize the importance of managing time as a resource, which was a breakthrough beyond organizing tasks. Dusty adds the importance of coaching clients to develop sustainable systems that work beyond the sessions. Overall, the conversation helps listeners understand what to expect from ADHD coaching and encourages them to seek the level of support that truly fits their unique challenges.
