Skywalking Through Neverland: A Star Wars / Disney Fan Podcast

Are you wondering whether Wonder Man is worth your time? In this episode, we break down Marvel's latest Disney+ series, give you the essential background on the character, and explain what you actually need to know before diving in. From Simon Williams' comic book origins to his surprising connections with Vision, Scarlet Witch, and the Avengers, we cover the fun facts, controversies, and powers that shaped Wonder Man long before his MCU debut. We also dig into how Wonder Man fits into the MCU under the Marvel Spotlight banner—designed to be more grounded, character-driven, and accessible without deep MCU homework. Starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as a struggling actor hiding dangerous superpowers, and Ben Kingsley returning as Trevor Slattery, the series leans hard into Hollywood satire, mentorship, and the bizarre "Doorman Clause" that bans super-powered people from acting. Our reactions are… mixed. While the show shines as a personal story about ambition, insecurity, and creative survival—anchored by a standout performance from Ben Kingsley—it struggles with tone, realism, and the weight of its MCU identity. We talk about what works, what doesn't, and whether Wonder Man feels like a forgotten experiment or a meaningful setup for something bigger down the road. Watch the YouTube version here for the best experience. Listen to the podcast episode here: Written WONDER MAN Review Wonder Man is the 19th television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (including both live-action and animated projects) and arrives as part of Phase 6. The series was created by Destin Daniel Cretton (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings) and Andrew Guest (Hawkeye, Community, Brooklyn Nine-Nine). Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, crossing superhero franchises after playing Black Manta in DC's Aquaman films, stars as Simon Williams, a struggling actor auditioning for the lead in a remake of Wonder Man, a low-budget 1980s action film that Simon once bonded over with his father. Simon carries a dangerous secret: he has explosive superpowers that he can't fully control. Worse, he must keep those powers hidden if he wants any chance at an acting career thanks to the Doorman Clause, a rule that bars super-powered individuals from working as actors. One episode dives into the origins of this clause, and it's easily among the series' most entertaining and imaginative chapters. Ben Kingsley returns as Trevor Slattery, the infamous actor hired to portray the Mandarin in Iron Man 3. Since then, the character has appeared in the Marvel short All Hail the King and film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Here, Trevor is once again chasing relevance—and is also auditioning for a role in the Wonder Man remake. Interestingly, the series never clearly states where it fits into the MCU timeline. There are only light references—photos on walls, casual mentions of "shield throwing." Frankly, that restraint is welcome. It's firmly set in the present day on the main MCU Earth, and that's more than enough. Had this been set on another timeline or Earth, this review probably wouldn't exist. Character Over Capes At its core, this is a strong, personal story about two people supporting each other in a brutal industry. Simon approaches acting with intense seriousness—reminiscent of Dustin Hoffman's character in Tootsie—while Trevor, as a mentor figure, pushes him to loosen up and trust the words on the page. Wonder Man is far more interested in the relationship between Simon Williams and Trevor Slattery than in building a new costumed icon. Through their conversations, the series thoughtfully explores what it actually means to be an actor. Abdul-Mateen II and Kingsley make for an engaging, surprisingly balanced duo. The show wisely avoids leaning into easy odd-couple clichés, which elevates their dynamic. If you enjoyed the behind-the-scenes look at show business in The Studio or Hacks, there's a lot here to like. Wonder Man ups the stakes by adding uncontrollable superpowers into an already stressful industry where almost nothing goes your way. Tone & Reality Gaps Tonally, Wonder Man struggles. It can't always decide whether it wants to be serious and emotional or silly and farcical. It oscillates between the two. The dialogue is often grounded and well-written, but the situations frequently feel forced—bent to serve the script rather than emerging naturally from reality. Living in Los Angeles, where the series is set, makes some of these moments especially hard to ignore. Being under a tight deadline to submit an audition tape and deciding to drive from Hollywood to Malibu and back—congratulations, you've just wasted three hours. These issues extend to the on-set scenes. Having worked in the film industry, many of these moments rang false. A day player wouldn't halt production because they have extensive notes. There are numerous story hiccups where disbelief must be suspended simply to keep the plot moving. A test audience likely would have flagged many of these. Performances & Standout Moments Any time Ben Kingsley is on screen, he's impossible not to root for. Simon, by contrast, is difficult to like until the final two episodes. That's clearly intentional—he's closed off and emotionally blocked—but watching someone repeatedly sabotage themselves is frustrating, even if it's thematically justified. One unquestionable highlight is the episode centered on the Doorman Clause, "Doorman". Josh Gad's appearance, along with his reworked version of "In Summer," is delightful and injects much-needed energy and creativity into the series. Release Strategy & Final Verdict Marvel continues to undermine its TV output with its release strategy. Ironheart dropped its six episodes across two days. Echo released all five at once. Wonder Man follows suit with all eight episodes dropping in a single day. The result? These shows are consumed quickly and forgotten just as fast. By the time Daredevil Season 2 arrives in March, this will likely be one of those "Oh yeah… what happened on Wonder Man again?" series.I went in with an open mind and high expectations—this is Marvel, after all. In the end, I liked Wonder Man, but too much got in the way of loving it. SPONSORS Small World Vacations is an official sponsor of Skywalking Through Neverland. Marvel Mondays continue as we move through the early MCU with the franchise's second entry.ABOUT THE INCREDIBLE HULKBruce Banner, a scientist on the run from the U.S. Government, must find a cure for the monster he turns into whenever he loses his temper.AIR DATE & NETWORK FOR THE INCREDIBLE HULKJune 13, 2008 | TheatersCAST & CREW OF THE INCREDIBLE HULKEdward Norton as Bruce BannerLiv Tyler as Betty RossTim Roth as Emil BlonskyWilliam Hurt as General “Thunderbolt” RossTim Blake Nelson as Samuel SternsBRAN'S THE INCREDIBLE HULK SYNOPSISThe movie kicks off with a quick montage explaining how Bruce Banner became the Hulk. You know the deal. The military, however, is very interested in finding him because… he's extremely dangerous.Five years later, Bruce is living in Brazil, lying low. He's doing breathing exercises to keep his heart rate down and working at a bottling factory. He's also desperately searching for a cure for his Hulk-ness, secretly chatting online with someone named Mr. Blue. One day at work, Bruce cuts his finger, and a drop of his blood falls into one of the bottles. That bottle eventually makes its way to the U.S., where it causes serious problems for the guy who drinks it. Using this contaminated bottle, the military tracks Banner's location. A strike team led by Emil Blonsky is sent in to capture him.Bruce transforms into the Hulk and completely wrecks Blonsky's team. Blonsky, instead of being terrified, is impressed and immediately wants that power for himself. He agrees to be injected with a small dose of a super-soldier serum connected to the original Hulk experiment. Surely nothing bad will happen.Bruce returns to the States to grab some of his old research and reunites with his former girlfriend, Betty Ross. Blonsky attacks again, and when Betty is put in danger, Bruce transforms into the Hulk. Hulk fights off the military—including Blonsky—and escapes with Betty. Now officially on the run together, Bruce contacts Mr. Blue, who urges them to meet in New York City.Mr. Blue turns out to be Dr. Samuel Sterns, a cellular biologist who claims he's developed a possible antidote. They test it—and it actually works. But Sterns reveals he's also been stockpiling Bruce's blood samples, believing its “limitless potential” could revolutionize medicine now that a cure exists.Bruce immediately points out that this is a terrible idea because the military is absolutely going to weaponize it. (Did we learn nothing from Iron Man?)Right on cue, Blonsky and the military arrive, capture Banner, and take him away. Blonsky stays behind and forces Sterns to inject him with Banner's blood. Sterns warns him that combining the serum with the radiation already in his body could turn him into something far worse—an Abomination.Blonsky hears the name and says, “Cool. Do it.”Blonsky mutates into a massive, rage-filled monster even bigger and stronger than the Hulk and immediately starts destroying Harlem.Bruce realizes he has to stop him. He jumps from a helicopter, transforms mid-fall, and the Hulk takes on Abomination in an extended, brutal battle across the city. Hulk ultimately defeats him by choking him with a massive chain, stopping only when Betty begs him not to kill Blonsky. After a quiet moment with Betty, Hulk flees the scene and disappears. One month later, Bruce is in Bella Coola, British Columbia. Instead of trying to suppress the Hulk, he's learning to transform on purpose. As his eyes turn green, Bruce smiles. This week on Talking Triathlon we are back and take stock of where the sport sits heading into 2026. We start with what we noticed over the break, running through the triathlon headlines that shaped the off season and set the tone for the year ahead. We then look at the updated PTO World Rankings and the impact of changes to how they are now measured. With the rankings now closely tied to the T100 series, it is no surprise that the athletes who raced and won the series are sitting at the top, with Kate Waugh and Hayden Wilde both ranked world number one. We also question how legitimate the rankings are now and what they are really designed to represent. From there we look ahead to 2026 as a whole, talking through the major race series, what we are most excited to see unfold and what we hope the sport delivers over the next twelve months. We break that down across Ironman, WTCS, T100, Supertri and Challenge, discussing how each series is shaping up and where the big storylines could emerge as the season gets underway. Send us a textMud, rain, and a first-ever DNF set the stage for a comeback story packed with practical wisdom. I sit down with ultrarunner Andy Chaffee to retrace how a soaked 75-mile stop at Indiana Trail 100 became the catalyst for smarter fueling, better decisions, and two confident 100-mile finishes. From childhood races and college running to post-grad burnout and re-entry through Ironman, Andy explains what drew him to ultras: the thrill of uncertain finishes and the constant problem-solving they demand. We unpack the big pivots that made the difference. He traded gel fatigue for high-carb liquid fueling with neutral flavors, then layered in real foods when his stomach felt empty, not just when his legs flagged. He reframed race day as rolling crisis management—system checks, small fixes that pay off two hours later, and permission to throw out the plan near the end. And he tested a 10-minute power nap at mile 91 that left him sharper and looser, powering a strong close. If you've ever wondered whether a short sleep helps or hurts, Andy's answer is clear: done right, it's rocket fuel. The best part might be the people. His wife runs point as lead crew, blocking rash DNFs and insisting on critical calories. Friends who don't consider themselves runners still make perfect pacers with the right brief: distract, cue terrain-based pacing, and protect decisions as focus narrows. We trade Huron 100 stories—headlamp woes, burger cravings, pancake salvation at mile 80—and talk about what's next: pacing at Huron, a spring road marathon to bring back speed, a maybe on Wolverine, and a hopeful ticket in the Western States lottery. If you're chasing your first hundred or trying to shave hours off a stubborn course, this conversation offers concrete tactics and a mindset you can use right away: build a fueling base you can tolerate for 30 hours, plan targeted solids, practice short naps, and recruit a crew that knows when to push and when to protect. It's a brand-new series launch! Marvel Mondays are officially here, and we're kicking things off with the movie that started it all.ABOUT IRON MANAfter being held captive in an Afghan cave, billionaire engineer Tony Stark creates a unique weaponized suit of armor to fight evil.AIR DATE & NETWORK FOR IRON MANMay 2, 2008 | TheatersCAST & CREW OF IRON MANRobert Downey Jr. as Tony StarkGwyneth Paltrow as Pepper PottsTerrence Howard as RhodeyJeff Bridges as Obadiah StaneBRAN'S IRON MAN SYNOPSISWe meet playboy Tony Stark. He's in the back of a military Humvee, answering all their questions about how cool he is, when they're suddenly attacked by Stark Industries explosives. He passes out—and when he comes to, he realizes he's being held captive.Cut back 36 hours earlier. Tony is supposed to be receiving an award… except he doesn't show up. He's too busy “working.” After the event, a journalist confronts him about selling weapons to terrorists. He denies it—and then they hook up. So that's Tony.We meet Pepper Potts, Tony's hyper-competent personal assistant; “Happy” Hogan, his bodyguard and chauffeur; and most importantly, J.A.R.V.I.S., his personal AI system.Tony heads to Afghanistan to show off his flashy new “Jericho” missile. It's a big deal. It's also very bad.Now we're back at the beginning. Tony was critically wounded in the ambush, but fellow captive Yinsen built an electromagnet to keep shrapnel from reaching Tony's heart and killing him. Problem… temporarily solved.Tony's captors are the Ten Rings terrorist organization, and they demand he build a Jericho missile. If he doesn't, he won't be set free. Instead of building the missile, Tony secretly builds a weaponized suit to help them escape. The Ten Rings discover his plan, and Yinsen sacrifices himself to distract them while the suit powers up. Tony fights his way out of the cave, finds Yinsen dying, and—furious—destroys the terrorists' munitions before flying away. He eventually crashes in the desert, destroying the suit. After being rescued by Rhodey, Tony returns home and announces that Stark Industries will no longer manufacture weapons. Obadiah Stane (Jeff Bridges), his father's old partner and the company's acting manager, warns him this could destroy the company and its legacy. Tony reveals he has built a new miniaturized arc reactor—one capable of providing clean energy to the entire planet. In his workshop, Tony builds an improved Iron Man suit and a more powerful arc reactor for his chest. Pepper places the original reactor in a glass display case. When Stane presses for details, a now-suspicious Tony keeps his work to himself. At Tony's first public appearance after his return, reporter Christine Everhart reveals that Stark Industries weapons—including the Jericho—have been delivered to the Ten Rings and used to attack Yinsen's home village. Tony also learns Stane is attempting to remove him as head of the company. Enraged, Tony suits up and flies to Afghanistan, saving the village and dealing a devastating blow to the Ten Rings. On his way home, he's targeted by two F-22 fighter jets and calls Rhodey, revealing his identity to stop the attack.Meanwhile, the Ten Rings recover pieces of Tony's original suit and meet with Stane. Stane eliminates the terrorists and has his own suit reverse-engineered from the wreckage. To track the weapons supply, Tony sends Pepper to hack into company files from Stane's office. She discovers that Stane has been supplying terrorists and hired the Ten Rings to kill Tony—only for them to fail. Pepper then contacts Agent Phil Coulson of the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division (S.H.I.E.L.D.).Stane's scientists can't replicate Tony's arc reactor, so Stane ambushes Tony at home using a sonic device, paralyzes him, and steals his reactor. Left for dead, Tony crawls to his workshop and installs the original reactor. As Pepper and S.H.I.E.L.D. agents try to arrest Stane, he attacks in his Iron Monger suit. Tony fights him but is outmatched without his upgraded reactor. He lures Stane to the top of Stark Industries and instructs Pepper to overload the massive arc reactor. The resulting surge knocks Stane into the reactor, killing him.The press dubs the armored hero “Iron Man.” Agent Coulson provides Tony with a cover story, but at a press conference, Tony abandons it entirely and admits: “I am Iron Man.”In the post-credits scene, S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Nick Fury visits Tony and reveals that Iron Man isn't the only superhero in the world—introducing the Avengers Initiative. From Real Estate to Reinvention: Brittany Anderson on Accountability, Community, and Building a Life You Actually WantQuick SummaryBrittany Anderson, founder of Momentum Collective and host of the Mom Sweat Sanity podcast, shares her journey from family real estate business to stay-at-home mom to thriving business owner. In this heartfelt conversation, Brittany reveals how building authentic community led to her coaching practice, why accountability is about more than just showing up, and how moms can give themselves permission to grow without apology. In This EpisodeWhy Brittany walked away from a lucrative real estate career just 12 hours after having her third babyHow hosting monthly gatherings for moms (without Instagram or a website) laid the foundation for her entire businessThe real reason we quit on ourselves more than anyone elseWhy Friday trail runs with girlfriends are Brittany's secret to sustainable entrepreneurshipThe shift from "balls to the wall" workouts to truly listening to your bodyHow to schedule your biggest goals without the fancy tools (hint: it starts with asking for help)What's actually working in 2024/2025 for growing a coaching businessKey TakeawaysYou're allowed to reinvent yourself at any stage. Life seasons change, and so can you. Your kids are growing, why shouldn't you?Consistency beats perfection. Showing up regularly, even when you don't see immediate results, is what builds trust and ultimately converts into business.Ask for help before asking for apps. The most powerful accountability tool isn't a scheduling system—it's a support system of people who see you.Start with community, not content. Brittany built her business by gathering real women in her living room, not by perfecting her Instagram grid.Give yourself what you give your kids. When you show up for yourself, you're teaching your children they're allowed to do the same without apology.Memorable QuotesOn entrepreneurship: "Being an entrepreneur, it never turns off. We are our own business, we are our own builder, we are our own brand. It really is a 24-7 job, so being able to find that niche for you to make sure you're replenishing yourself is just so important."On why we quit on ourselves: "The biggest promises we make should be to ourselves. We're also the easiest one to quit on because we'll put everything else before us. Just know that you're worth it and that you will surprise yourself time and time again, the more you just start."On growth and permission:"When we start showing up for ourselves, especially as a mom, you're giving your kids the permission to do that way sooner than we have been doing. That's my hope and my dream, that my kids just know that they are fully supported by us standing behind whatever they want in this life and just do you without apology."Resources MentionedInstagram: @BrittanyAndersonCoachingWebsite: BrittAnderson.comPodcast: Mom Sweat SanityPeople & Podcasts:Brendon BurchardLori and Chris HarderDr. Stacy SimsMel RobbinsKelsey's Website: KelseyReidl.comKelsey's Podcast: Rain or Shine (350+ episodes featuring Canadian entrepreneurs)Instagram: @KelseyReidlAbout the GuestBrittany Anderson is the founder of Momentum Collective, a coaching practice and community for women focused on personal and professional development. 1990s Vermont college party ambience. So we have our first PG-13 episode — for mild/simulated drug and alcohol use. Nothing harder than flowers or bottles of malt liquor. Also no foul language, fisticuffs, or flirts. Vermont makes for a comfy place to get crunk. It might be instructive if you think of our mildly lawless parties in the Green Mountain State as equal parts trap house and ski lodge. There would be a bong going just feet from a quaint crackling fire, with typically someone knitting a scarf between hits. Flannel everywhere.I recognize that there are folks out there in recovery, and y'all should maybe skip this week's episode. I haven't had anything to drink in a decade this April, so I feel far enough away from that dragon to reminisce somewhat fondly on those off-campus winter get-togethers. (But subscribe before you move on so you can still follow our regularly scheduled cozy chaos).Quick aside on the more mature ambient swing — if you remember back to the aughts, Marvel Studios cracked the formula of comic book movies in their first swing, Iron Man. The formula of adhering to a rigid three-act structure while always employing two bad guys and having our favorite actors and actresses play the superheroes. At about the same time, Lionsgate was releasing Punisher: War Zone, a super-violent movie that plays like unironic McBain. And what separated the opulent violence of Iron Man from the Punisher's financially stable man's views of street justice was a Marvel Knights banner. Gawd, now I have to explain Marvel Knights… look, it's classic 1980s-era anti-hero vibe ****. And a paromasia — the phonetic side of “knight” leading us into imaginings of dark and grimy spaces, and the proper definition of armored soldier also being applicable. Exactly the kind of word play Stan Lee et al got out of the bed in the morning for.Marvel Knights on the comic side was the gritty, ostensibly more realistic take on crime fighting in the mean streets. Helmed in part by Joe Quesada (a small hero of mine from his Ash comic, which portrays a fireman crimefighter)… I should stop.Anyway, all of this to say, I toyed with making a new graphic banner for this episode along the lines of “uncommon ambience Knights.”BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.Ooph, that was a long walk to get to a thing I almost did. Look, I'm not looking to lose any of my nature-ambience-loving folks by ambushing them with some debaucherous ****. I'm just going to drop a PG-13 on the cover and cross my fingers no one calls me a dork. For this week's episode, I'm remembering my buddy's party magnet on the outskirts of town. It had steam pipe heat and a fireplace, something I had never experienced (most steam heating I dealt with was in apartment buildings or my military school, and never combined with a fireplace). Electronic music could be heard droning in the background though not as loud as the police scanner my buddy insisted be monitored. Cops did stop by occasionally though no one ever heard they were on Winch Hill Rd before they showed up. It was an old house on a hill, prone to howling winds that blasted over the mounds of snow, carving frozen waves and snapping weak tree limbs. On my way up to the front porch, I would plant my surplus beer into the snowpack near the door. Punching the bottles into a frigid cocoon. I never stuck it in the fridge — it'd become communal; I'd be sharing.Front door was never locked; you just walked in and made yourself known. Or not — there was frequently a random dude (wearing flannel) passed out on the floor that no one recognized.Episode cover uses a photo by Yusuf.

Most Ironman training plans fail for a simple reason: they assume perfect conditions. In this episode, Conrad sits down with Dallin to unpack why rigid Ironman plans break down in the real world—and what successful athletes do differently. They discuss the common trap of treating training plans like contracts instead of frameworks, how life stress quietly derails even the most disciplined athletes, and why consistency over time matters more than executing a handful of “perfect” weeks. The conversation walks through core Ironman training principles, including sustainable volume, fatigue awareness, purposeful long sessions, and the importance of decision-making over blind compliance. Dallin also explains why he developed the Ironman Universal Plan, who it's designed to serve, and why flexibility and athlete autonomy are essential for long-term success.

A Top Cop Breaks Down the Minneapolis Murder. And Another ICE Shooting. 500 Pushups a Day. Iran, Greenland, Ukraine, Venezuela. Verizon Fails. Harbaughs for the Win. Here it is. A defining moment for America. For the world. And for history. As America stares down the possibility of Donald Trump invoking the Insurrection Act to send federal troops into Minneapolis—and maybe Detroit next—Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson joins Independent Americans host Paul Rieckhoff for an urgent, no-bullshit conversation about power, policing, and how we stop this runaway train before it jumps the tracks. From ICE raids that are “a weapon, not a tool,” to masked federal agents, to what happens if active-duty troops roll into your town, this episode is a frontline briefing from a cop, firefighter, medic, professor and now Democratic candidate for governor of Michigan who has literally walked protesters away from the brink of violence. Sheriff Swanson breaks down how ICE is cannibalizing local law enforcement, what real police accountability looks like after George Floyd and January 6, and why he still chose to run as a different kind of Democrat in a state where independents and disillusioned voters may decide everything. Rieckhoff and Swanson also go deep on leadership, discipline and what it takes to be a “choose your fighter” kind of public servant in 2026—covering Swanson's bodybuilding and Ironman mindset, his near-vegan lifestyle, daily gratitude practice, and how “command presence” can calm a city or light it on fire. They dig into Michigan's high-stakes governor's race, the surge of independent voters, how Democrats lost the working class, and why Swanson is “burning the ships” with no Plan B. And they still find time for something good: youth sports, Lions heartbreak and hope, and a shot of inspiration for anyone feeling beaten down by the news but still ready to get off the couch and get in the fight. Identify one task to delegate or drop.Pick one small step that moves your long-term vision—or your curiosity—forward. If this episode helped you, share it with a friend who's between Point A and Point B. More volume. And this scuppers so many Ironman performances. You'll learn:Why fitness adaptations happen during recovery, not trainingHow poor recovery suppresses immunity, motivation, and performanceWhat a proper recovery week actually looks like (and why most people get it wrong)How illness, fatigue, and burnout are often self-inflicted through overtrainingWhy resting when you want to train most is a hallmark of a mature Ironman athleteHow to structure recovery so you arrive at race day feeling strong, fresh, and readyRob also shares real-world coaching insights from working with hundreds of Ironman and 70.3 athletes, including why winter illness spikes are often a red flag for excessive training stress. This episode is essential listening if:You're training for your first Ironman or 70.3You constantly feel tired, run-down, or “flat” in trainingYou struggle emotionally with rest days or recovery weeksYou want to maximise results without increasing training hours* * * * * * *SPONSORS* * * * * * * *Thinking about your first Ironman or 70.3 in 2026? For decades, fitness culture has tended to break people into two categories: you're either a strength guy or an endurance guy. You lift heavy or run far — but not both. But my guest today says you don't have to choose; you can excel at both modalities and be ready for anything.Alex Viada is a coach, a physiologist, and the author of The Hybrid Athlete. He's a powerlifter who's also completed Ironman triathlons, and he's deadlifted 700 pounds and run an ultramarathon in the same week. Even if your goals are much more modest — you'd like to, say, set some weightlifting PRs in the gym and be able to run a decent 5k — Alex's training philosophy can help you combine lifting and endurance in a smart, sustainable way that builds true all-around fitness. In our conversation, Alex explains how to combine training for strength with distance sports like running or cycling, how to test your progress, how to recognize and avoid the two kinds of fatigue, and why becoming a hybrid athlete will help you live more adventurously — and more capably.Resources Related to the PodcastAlex's previous appearance on the AoM podcast: Episode #860: Get Fit, Not Fried — The Benefits of Zone 2 CardioAoM Article: A Guide to the Biggest Thing Missing From Your Fitness Routine — Zone 2 TrainingAoM Podcast #970: The Misconceptions of HIIT (And the Role It Can Play in Your Fitness Routine)AoM Podcast #787: Run Like a Pro (Even If You're Slow)AoM Podcast #777: Becoming a Hybrid AthleteConnect With Alex ViadaComplete Human PerformanceAlex on IGSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
