Fenergo, the leading provider of digital solutions for Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring (TM) and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Deloitte Ireland, have announced an agreement to deliver Fenergo's AI-powered CLM solutions to financial institutions across EMEA. The alliance combines Fenergo's best-in-class technology with Deloitte's technology-enabled business transformation expertise to create a Centre of Excellence for CLM. The collaboration will empower financial institutions and corporates to better address evolving KYC, anti-money laundering (AML) and environmental, social and governance (ESG) regulatory obligations while driving operational excellence and enhancing end-to-end customer experiences. The alliance responds to increasing demand for optimised digital client onboarding and the need to drive efficiency across KYC and AML operations. Fenergo's research has found that slow and inefficient onboarding processes have caused nearly half (48%) of global financial institutions to lose clients. To address this challenge, Fenergo and Deloitte Ireland will deploy AI-powered Software as a Service (SaaS) CLM, which will digitalise client onboarding and lifecycle management journeys, and in turn accelerate the time it takes to generate revenue while enabling firms to better identify and mitigate risk. "We're excited to collaborate with Deloitte Ireland to deliver our AI-powered CLM solutions to financial institutions and corporates across EMEA," said Matt Edwards, Global VP of Partnerships and Alliances, Fenergo. "With the unrelenting evolution of global regulation and the need for firms to simultaneously drive growth, the demand for our CLM solutions has risen exponentially and expanded beyond financial services. With the addition of AI, the transformative power of CLM is even more accessible and rapid. Our alliance agreement with Deloitte will enable us to accelerate implementation while helping firms build a more sustainable and compliant future, while delivering a step change in customer experience." "Transforming organisations by using AI is something we're committed to in Deloitte. Our collaboration with Fenergo and the launch of our Centre of Excellence illustrates our focus on providing innovative technology solutions to our clients that drive competitiveness and efficiency," said Graham Healy, Consulting Partner, Deloitte Ireland. "We believe our mutual clients will also benefit from our broader expertise across financial advisory, business change and target operating model services." Financial institutions will also benefit from Fenergo's unrivalled Perpetual KYC capabilities which streamline and automate periodic KYC review cycles by continuously monitoring client profiles for risk using real-time data. Firms can also leverage Fenergo to more effectively manage ESG requirements in response to growing demand for sustainable and socially responsible investing. See more stories here.

UP! Recent research revealed that 87% of board members believe market disruptions are becoming increasingly frequent, and 83% say they are increasingly impactful. At the same time, 79% believe risk management will be critical in enabling their organisations to protect and create value in the next five years. In this podcast, Dr Sabine Dembkowski, Founder and Managing Partner of Better Boards, discusses the risk environment with Zahra Cassim, CEO of Corporate Secretaries International Association (CSIA) and David Samy, Consulting Partner at EY Hong Kong."There's often not enough time on the agenda to deal with what might happen in the future"Zahra explains that there has previously been a general lack of board focus on risk oversight. Risk has tended to be driven and managed in functional silos, resulting in a lack of a structured approach to collecting and analysing risk information. This has been compounded by the underutilisation of technology and the right tools to analyse those risks. Finally, there can often be poor communication of risk from business units through senior management to the board level."What the boards need to do is to prepare for a GREATER range of disruption and risk"David believes that risk fatigue may occur in a lot of organisations. The risks are very clear, but where the board is inexperienced and there is a lack of guidance or stewardship, the board can lose focus, and be unable to give long-term risks the attention they deserve. "Risk management programmes have not caught up and have remained a very high to be static"David cites a 2020 survey of boards' confidence in their organisations' ability to counter cybersecurity threats was at around 20%, but by 2021 this had dropped to 9%. He explains that this is an alarming decline and has a lot to do with how risk and risk management programmes are being run at present.   Digital modernisation has accelerated within most organisations in the recent past, but risk management programs have not really caught up. "Risks are managed in silence, and so very often not communicated to the board"Zahra explains that one of the critical tasks of the Corporate Secretary is to consolidate information, ensuring that the board is fully aware of all risks when making decisions. But they also need to ensure they integrate risks into their strategy. "There's always a solution for every situation"David offers some practical tips. First, start with driving awareness at the board level, by identifying a risk steward, a role the governance professional or Corporate Secretary can play. His second tip is unlocking the value of ongoing digital transformation by tapping into Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology to create a single view of risk across all functions, leverage available data sources, and simplify the process, while enabling a common risk ecosystem and shared focus across the organisation. The three top takeaways from our conversation are:1.      As trusted strategic advisors to the board, governance professionals are uniquely positioned to help the board align strategy to the regulatory landscape, technological advances, and ESG-related concerns. 2.     Corporate Secretaries are increasingly approached to facilitate enterprise risk management. Their understanding of business concerns and organisational culture and their ability to be the bridge between the board and management is valuable in risk assessment and management.3.     To unlock the value of technology while minimizing its risks, governance professionals must successfully build a digitally savvy and technologically advanced foundation for corporate governance.

Listen in on the conversation the Next Agers had about our personal areas of stretching in this season. The Next Agers are a group of “church” misfits who decided to step into the Next Age with Father. We don't always agree, in fact - most of us disagree on a lot of things. But we're called to unity, and agree that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior, and that we're to love, honor, and respect each other along the journey to discovering deeper revelation. Next Agers on the show: Corina Pataki of Kingdom Reflections, Daniel Jedidiah Cook of Tzim Tzum Life, Michael Basham of Spirit Force and the Fringe Radio Network, Luke Agee of Tents of Meeting Ministries, and of course, Bralynn Newby, of Bralynn Newby Int'l and Spirit-Centered Business™. BIOS: Corina Pataki is a minister and author who immigrated from Romania during Ceausescu's dictatorship. The book which documents her family's escape from Romania, The Quest for Freedom, is being developed into a feature film. She also has a new narrative tv series to be shot in Montana. She is a teacher in all things supernatural, diving into the mysteries that have been hidden from mainstream Christianity. Michael Basham has spent the last 20 years exploring the frontiers of all things spiritually and physically fringe. From grappling with the ancient forces of Japan, China and Nepal to delving into the modern Info-War and Mystic Christian movement, Michael has more recently begun to use the internet as a mission field to help equip the next generation of spiritual warriors to face the epic prophetic challenges ahead. Having clocked thousands of hours sharing his journey and fellowshipping with many circles, he is now engaged with a number of other broadcasters on Fringe Radio Network. Since age 15 at the turn of the Millennium I underwent an awakening of curiosity about the mysteries of the world. My grandfather Don Basham wrote many books about spiritual topics and my father Glenn Basham granted me a very artistic atmosphere of classical music in the home I was raised and homeschooled in. I spent about 15 years total traveling all throughout Asia and learning both Japanese and Chinese as well as a myriad of other topics. Now I'm excited to share these discoveries with you together with my beautiful wife, Jennifer Rimel-Basham. She is a public speaker and founder of Amy E Gallo Consulting, Inc as well as a Coach and Consulting Partner at Paravis Partners, LLC. Amy received a Bachelor's in Sociology from Yale University and an MPA in Public Policy from Brown University.Key Insights:Amy Gallo realized there were many exceptions to the generalized rules about dealing with conflict. She set out to write a book that provides more specific advice for dealing with different types of difficult people.Being Better at Conflict. When conflict arises, we tend to go on the defensive and lose sight of the other person. Instead, try to think about the other person in an empathetic way. Additionally, do preparation for the conversation. Ask yourself: what are the facts of the situation, what assumptions am I making, and what don't I know? And, what if I'm wrong, what would I do differently? (11:28)Working with Passive-Aggressive Types. Some co-workers may defy orders and not be straightforward or honest. Amy recommends creating situations where that coworker feels comfortable sharing their disagreements, and feels seen and heard. Additionally, create group norms that create positive peer pressure so that person delivers on their agreements. If those tips don't work, call out the behavior with examples. (29:05)Working With Know-It-Alls. To navigate disagreements with a know-it-all, focus the conversation on facts and data. Additionally, overconfident people tend to respect confidence in others, so present your data with conviction. Remember that their behavior likely is a reflection of their own insecurities, and not a judgement of you. I asked Kim to tell me the inspiration for her approach: David Hieatt, the co-founder of Hiut Denim talked to me organisational purpose and also his approach to finding talent. In the first of two segments, author, entrepreneur and thinker Julia Hobsbawm came on to the show to discuss her new book The Nowhere Office, here she explains why she believes the Monday-Friday working week is history. In this second segment, Julia Hobsbawm reveals why she thinks HR need to kill some ‘darlings'.Andrew Bazeley from the Fawcett Society – the UK's leading charity campaigning for gender equality and women's rights explained why they are asking for the salary history question to be banned.I ask entrepreneur Alex Kruger if he was in anyway proud of ‘Grace' the funeral start up business he founded and later closed.I ask HR advocate and speaker Tracie Sponenberg if she feels that HR leaders have a sit at the board table. It has been 25 years since Professor Dave Ulrich coined the phrased HR Business Partner.  In our interview title is it time kill off the HR business partner role? Author, futurist and Consulting Partner at HR Curator, Dave Millner gives an assessment on why firms seem to be appointing non hr professional to senior HR roles. That's it folks – Season 5 of the show will return in May 2022. Today we took on the challenge of unpacking the SEC's proposed climate disclosure rules and their potential implications. To help us do so, we had a panel of experienced leaders in the space join for a lively discussion that we hope will provide clarity and understanding. Our panel today includes Travis Wofford, Chair of the Corporate Department in Houston and Vice Chair of the Global M&A Practice and Scott Janoe, Chair of the Environmental, Safety & Incident Response Section from Baker Botts, and Dan Romito, Consulting Partner with Pickering Energy Partners. The framework of our discussion included an overview of the proposed requirements and background on the buildup to the SEC's new proposals, the key SEC players involved (with some particular focus on the dissenting view from Commissioner Peirce), the likelihood of the proposed rules becoming final, what the disclosures would cost and the potential liabilities for public companies, the potential unintended consequences of these new regulations, whether the SEC should be the governing body addressing these disclosures, implications for small to large companies, the importance of materiality, and the "climate industrial complex," just to hit a few. We greatly appreciate Travis, Scott, and Dan sharing their perspectives and are hopeful these proposed SEC changes can be improved before they are ultimately implemented. For further reading, Baker Botts has published a thought leadership piece. Statements are also available from SEC Chair Gary Gensler, Commissioner Allison Herren Lee, Commissioner Hester Peirce, and Commissioner Caroline Crenshaw.Mike Bradley kicked us off with a look at equity and commodity performance for the week, noting US natural gas and Euro natural gas and commodity curves for natural gas vs. WTI crude oil. Colin Fenton helped us all make sense of the complex inflation situation with the Fed and talked about the recent inversion of the yield curve and how to interpret it.

94: Pt. 1 What Money Matrix Are You In? - Daniel Jedidiah Cook on Spirit-Centered Business Upon moving to Mobile, Alabama in the summer of 2000, Daniel Cook began a journey that led him to discover secrets in the Hebrew Aleph-beit. What he learned launched a whole new way of thinking. And he was never the same again. He is an avid blogger, and contributes regularly to the TzimTzum.life website and currently teaches The School of The Living Letters Worldwide and is a Consulting Partner for 28 Lions, Inc. TOPICS:- Daniel's faith journey- The intent of the heart- Building a matrix inside of faith that holds treasure- Intention of poverty- The negative voice within us- Going into the secret place- The sapphire stones- Walking through things step by step- Trust and confidence- The matrix of abundance- Created to be filled vessels- Giving back to others GOLD NUGGETS:1) The intent of my heart forms the matrix where the words of my mouth then have the ability to develop and grow.2) Sharing things that have changed our lives can spark a seed of Father's word in someone else that will grow into fruition so that an abundance of fruit can be produced.3) There's sometimes a small voice inside people that wants to stop them from moving forward in areas of their lives. It says things like “who are you,” or “can you really do that,” and even “do you really think that's possible?” This is where renewing of the mind is needed to shut that voice down and replace it with what Father says about them. 4) Yahweh can take us into a secret place of darkness inside us where a fire can begin to grow in our heart. Father can do something new in us and help us get rid of things that are holding us back, especially carrying the intention of poverty. That's a very common limiting belief that must go for us to do all the things he's called us to do.5) In this secret place I was given sapphire stones by Father that multiplied into more stones. I was asked to come back and collect more stones so he could instruct me on how to build a structure step by step in his pattern at his speed. Now I wouldn't get ahead of him or myself. It was about his timing and not mine so I wouldn't rush through the process. This released the mindset of poverty, and it created a matrix of the abundance of his purpose.6) Meditation is focusing on the Lord, his light, and what he is trying to say or show you at that time. It quiets all the other thoughts that keep us from who we are meant to be.7) Father wants to bless us through a process of walking through protocols in a place of maturity.8) We aren't intended to keep what we receive from Father for ourselves only. Coming out of a poverty mindset we will begin to walk in the intention of the heart that blesses others with what we have received. It will become a place of overflowing and ever increasing prosperity of his glory and grace. QUOTES:- The intent of our hearts forms a matrix. - The adversary comes to talk us out of the very things that Father says that we can do. - When I receive something from Father the first time, I give it back as a first fruit offering.- The mindset of poverty can be a place of instant gratitude to do things quickly.- Poverty mindset extends beyond our ability to handle something. - Yahweh created us to be vessels that can be filled because he wants to keep filling us up with himself. - LINKS:- Connect with Daniel Jedadiah Cook: https://tzimtzum.life - Join the FREE Quantum Capacity Business Challenge webinar March 11, 2022- Grab expert teachings from the SCB Vault- Join the Ekklesia for Business: SCB Activation Group- Spirit realm Activations for your Business: https://spiritcenteredbusiness.com/coaching- Join the SCB Tribe: http://facebook.com/groups/scbtribe

Folge 1: Digital Trust - Wie fassen Menschen Vertrauen?
