God revealed a clear and specific vision for Abraham and Sarah: they would become the parents of many nations through a son born to them together. Even after reaffirming His covenant and changing their names to reflect their future, Abraham allowed his natural limitations—his age and Sarah's barrenness—to shape his expectations. Instead of embracing God's promise, he suggested that Ishmael fulfill the vision, attempting to reduce God's plan to something that seemed more realistic. But God refused to lower His promise to match Abraham's doubts. He affirmed that while Ishmael would be blessed, His covenant would come through Isaac, the promised son. This example reminds us that God's vision is not determined by our limitations. Faith requires us to trust His power rather than adjust His promises to fit what seems possible in our own strength. __________ Genesis 17:1-7 NLT, Genesis 17:15-21 NLT __________ Partner with Us: https://churchforentrepreneurs.com/partner Connect with Us: https://churchforentrepreneurs.com __________

You can have all the goals in the world. Write them down every morning. Vision board them on your wall. But if you're not becoming the person those goals actually require, nothing is going to change. In this solo episode, Ray Higdon cuts straight to the truth: most people don't fail because they lack goals. They fail because they won't do the personal becoming that the goal demands. And he's not just talking theory here. Ray walks you through a powerful exercise to expose the gap between what you want and who you currently are, then backs it up with real stories. A guy named Eric who skipped his mortgage payment to fly to Malaysia on a hunch and built a team of 20,000 people a month. A plumber named Roger who started filming himself unclog toilets, got laughed at for a year, and ended up with a $2 million sponsorship deal. These weren't lucky breaks. They were leaps of faith made by people who chose to become someone new. Ray ties it all back to scripture too, reminding us that Abraham, Joseph, Peter, and every other person God used greatly had to walk through discomfort to get to the fruit. The question isn't whether you have bold enough goals. The question is whether you're bold enough to become the person capable of reaching them.

Oregon quarterbacks coach Koa Ka'ai joins the Autzen Audibles Podcast for an extensive conversation about his first offseason leading the position group and the development taking place inside one of the Ducks' most important rooms.Ka'ai discusses the additional responsibilities he has taken on since moving into the position, including Oregon's demanding recruiting schedule and the opportunity to put his own stamp on the quarterback room after spending more than two years working alongside former offensive coordinator Will Stein. The former Oregon player explains the identity he wants his quarterbacks to establish. Competitiveness is at the top of that list, but Ka'ai also wants the Ducks to remain connected, support one another and remember that football is supposed to be enjoyable.Much of the conversation centers on Dante Moore and the growth Oregon has seen from its veteran quarterback. Ka'ai details how Moore has become more vocal, demanding and willing to hold teammates accountable without becoming demeaning. He also explains how Moore's expanding understanding of defensive football and Oregon's entire offensive operation has allowed the coaching staff to give him greater control at the line of scrimmage.Ka'ai also provides an update on Nebraska transfer Dylan Raiola, including the physical transformation he has made since arriving in Eugene and his progress learning Oregon's system. The discussion explores how the Ducks develop experienced backup quarterbacks, the individualized plans Oregon creates for each player and the message Marcus Mariota once delivered about the importance of maintaining a healthy quarterback room.Ka'ai also explains Oregon's golf-inspired approach to competition, how the staff evaluates quarterbacks in the NIL era and why relationships throughout a high school can reveal as much as throwing talent.

AdTechGod sits down with Andrew Swinand, CEO of Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) and former CEO of Publicis Groupe Creative U.S. and Leo Burnett. Andrew shares how AI-powered content automation is helping global brands produce personalized creative at scale, reduce production costs by 50%, cut campaign timelines from 8 weeks to 2 weeks, and drive stronger marketing performance. They discuss operational AI vs generative AI, the future of agencies, creative effectiveness, personalization, and why the next decade may bring a creative renaissance instead of creative replacement. Takeaways AI-powered content automation is enabling brands to create personalized content at an unprecedented scale. ITG helps global brands localize campaigns across languages, markets, and audiences using AI. Brands are reducing production costs by roughly 50% while significantly speeding up go-to-market timelines. Operational AI delivers more immediate ROI than purely generative AI use cases. Most companies already possess valuable creative assets but struggle to find and utilize them efficiently. Effective personalization is not about one-to-one marketing but identifying "meaningful breaks" within audiences. Creative quality remains critical despite AI advancements. The future agency model will focus more on strategy, insights, and creative concepts while automation handles production. AI will eliminate repetitive production work but increase demand for higher-quality creative thinking. Andrew predicts a creative renaissance driven by the abundance of AI-generated content. A mid-July Vision Cast loaded with accessible-tech wins, live-on-Zoom family updates, and a second helping of the Summer Song and Dance Festival. Hosted by Salvis with Donald, George, Preston, Phil, and Veronica on the panel - plus pre-recorded drop-ins from JC (calling in from Puerto Rico) and Stacey James with a high-energy launch promo for her brand-new Crazy Stacey Radio Network. The centerpiece of the night is Donald's blind-coder AI breakthrough: he walks the crew through his journey using ChatGPT to write actual C# code for the Microsoft .NET 8 framework, building his own custom audio recorder and a fully working MP3 player he's calling "MP3 DJ." It's a live case study for the "AI is finally lowering the barrier for non-programmer blind creators" trend - landing the same week the industry is buzzing over the Suno AI source-code leak that pulls back the curtain on how much AI music is trained on scraped YouTube audio. The Summer Song and Dance Festival keeps rolling with pre-submitted covers from the crew: JC on "America the Beautiful" and The Rolling Stones' "I Can't Get No Satisfaction," Rita's fan-favorite "Como La Flor" and "La Bamba," Veronica delivering James Taylor's "Fire and Rain," and Preston closing it out with Toby Keith's "I Love This Bar."The instant-classic bit of the night is "Shower in the Dark." Veronica sets it up telling the story of a sighted friend who lost power and immediately worried about how she'd shower. Veronica's dry reply - "I don't have to see to take a shower" - sends the crew into fits, and Salvis coins the phrase "Shower in the Dark. That sounds like a great song or even story," calling it back later alongside the running pizza-on-a-black-Waymo joke.Phil is back on the panel after fighting a 4th of July flu and previews Sunday's grand final of the FIFA World Cup 2026 - Spain vs. Argentina - the biggest match of the summer as the tournament wraps up its US/Mexico/Canada hosting run. George brings the crackle in JC's absence, catching up with the crew about the wild-swinging summer weather, quality time with his girlfriend, a shout-out to his Portland friend Taylor, ongoing Mac and screen-reader compatibility challenges facing blind creators in 2026, and yes, a busted toenail on the way into the show. He also relays a family update on Phil's behalf: Phil's mother is home from the hospital after a bout of pneumonia and the crew keeps her in their prayers.Preston rounds it out with a new patio bistro set, a booked DJ gig at a local crab and karaoke bar, his transit-advocacy video for the CTAA hitting Facebook and Instagram, plus plans to catch the new Twisters movie. JC's pre-recorded tropical postcard from Puerto Rico teases coquí, salsa, and street food stories in a future episode, and Stacey's high-energy audio drop announces the launch of her brand-new independent Crazy Stacey Radio Network. Warm shout-outs to Phil's mom recovering, baby Noah still home safe post-NICU, and a nod to Katie's birthday callback from the previous week close the show.Keep technology alive, let your talent shine.Recorded 2026-07-15. Hosted by Salvis on the VisionCast Network.Final note:Bear is a tentative schedule for crazy Stacy‘s new radio edition now posted on the vision cast email list.

For years, IT teams have been forced to manage growing complexity with more tools, more dashboards, and more manual effort. What if AI could help bring all of that together? At Cisco Live, I sat down with DJ Sampath, SVP & GM, AI Software and Platform at Cisco The Ravit Show, to discuss Cisco Cloud Control, AI Canvas, and how AI is changing the way IT teams operate.A few key insights from our conversation:* Operational fragmentation continues to be one of the biggest challenges for enterprise IT teams* Cisco Cloud Control is focused on providing a more unified way to manage increasingly complex Cisco environments* AI Canvas is designed to be more than an assistant. It introduces an agentic workspace where people and AI can work together to solve problems* Some IT challenges are too complex for a single tool or a single person. A collaborative, multiplayer approach can help teams move faster and make better decisions* The future of IT operations may be less about navigating dashboards and more about orchestrating outcomes with AI-powered systemsOne thing that stood out to me:The conversation around AI is shifting from answering questions to helping teams take action. That's a very different future than the one many organizations are planning for today. Great discussion with DJ on what AI-native platforms could mean for enterprise operations over the next few years.#data #cisco #ciscolive #ai #theravitshow

Episode Description Most leadership books focus on the individual, their style, their skills, their presence. What rarely gets named is the leadership structure itself, the actual model your organization runs on. Sarah would argue that structure is at least half of good leadership, and without it, even a strong visionary creates whiplash instead of momentum. In this solo episode, Sarah breaks down why leadership structure matters, why the org chart tends to make things worse, and what a distributed, outcomes-based model looks like inside a nonprofit. In This Episode, You'll Learn Why leadership structure is at least half of leadership, and why most training skips it How visionary founders unintentionally create whiplash when the structure can't hold the pace The uncomfortable history behind the classic org chart, and why sticking with it by default is worth questioning How a distributed, outcomes-based model gives decisions to the people accountable for the outcome Why the "where we're going" seat and the "optimum speed and capacity" seat need to be held by two different people over time Who This Episode Is For • Founders and executive directors who feel like decisions are bottlenecking around them • CEOs whose teams are running to keep up with the next new direction • Boards or leadership teams sensing the current structure is holding the organization back Practical takeaways • Name the outcomes your organization needs to run well, then assign accountability for each one • Separate the visionary seat from the "optimum speed and capacity" seat before both get worn down • Picture your structure as a trellis on a moving wagon, enough support to hold the mission, not so much that nothing can grow • Question any process that only exists because "we've always used an org chart" About Your Host, Sarah Olivieri Bold, strategic, and refreshingly human… Sarah Olivieri is the go-to expert for conversations on aligned leadership, outcome delegation, and sustainable growth. She brings wit, warmth, and real-world wisdom to mission-driven founders, visionary CEOs, and change-makers who want more clarity, more joy, and more results. Most leaders hit a wall when success depends on them holding it all together. Sarah helps them change that by redefining leadership around outcomes instead of activity, empowering teams to own results that scale and freeing leaders to focus on the vision that drives them. A former director of three nonprofits and founder of five businesses, she has a rare ability to spot opportunity where others see chaos, shift stuck patterns, and build organizations that support both legacy and life.   Sarah leads with the same mindset that made her an award-winning sailor: iterate on what works, stay focused in the storm, and never forget the joy of the journey. Send us Fan MailKeith Carne stops by the the show to discuss his solo release Magenta Light, the inspiration behind it, touring and more. ***After sitting behind the drum kit for celebrated indie-pop/alternative band We Are Scientists for the last 13 years, NYC-based musical multi-hyphenate KEITH CARNE is stepping into the spotlight with his debut single "Look for the Moon," adding to the largely unexplored notion that he who makes the most noise makes the most beautiful music. Built on glistening synth textures and a steady pulse straight out of the '90s Madchester craze, “Look For The Moon” pairs grounded vulnerability with a pastoral, cinematic scope. The single (out today) is a tender, skybound love song released in tandem with the announcement of his debut solo album, Magenta Light . Written for his wife, artist Hayley Youngs, the single captures the strange emotional and measured altitude of touring life - where love is measured in miles, time zones, and the quiet glow of a shared moon. The lyrics drift between airplane cabins and existential free-fall, landing somewhere intimate and disarmingly human. It's a song about longing without melodrama - about finding ritual and reassurance in something as simple as looking up toward the common sky.Magenta Light, an album that marks both a departure and an arrival for Carne. While his position for the last 13 years as drummer and backing vocalist for We Are Scientists continues onward, Carne steps toward centerstage as songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Across eight melancholic pop songs threaded together by expansive and transcendent passages, Magenta Light blurs the lines between ethereal tonality and propulsive dance rhythms, all anchored by an indie-pop spine.****If you would like to contact the show Dauna@betertopodcast.comFollow us on Social MediaYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCX0ETs2wpOHbCuhUNr0XFTw?view_as=subscriberInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/author_d.m.needom/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/bettertopodcastwithdmneedomSupport the podcast here: https://www.patreon.com/bettertopodcastwithdmneedom©2026 Better To...Podcast with D. In this installment of Abundant Vision Academy, Tom walks through exactly how to run a donor meeting from start to finish, and why the first 15 minutes have nothing to do with money. You'll learn why you must be upfront about your role as a fundraiser from the very first meeting, how to transition from rapport building to your presentation without it feeling awkward, and what to do when a donor shows up angry. Spoiler: an angry donor is almost always better than an indifferent one. Tom shares the story of a disgruntled dental alum who turned his frustration into tens of thousands of dollars in gifts, and why that outcome was completely predictable. Then Tom gets into the pre-solicitation, the often-skipped step that separates fundraisers who close gifts from those who get surprised by a no. You'll hear how to ask for permission to have the gift conversation, how to read a donor's response when they push back on a number, and why Tom almost always goes in at double what he's hoping to close. This is Parts 6, 7, and 8 of a 10-part series releasing every two weeks. There is a sight deeper than the eyes. This teaching is about the power of vision, the ability to see with your soul the fullness you are truly seeking, even when everything around you looks broken. We explore a remarkable teaching of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev, that each of us is being shown something we cannot yet see with our physical eyes, and that what we are being shown is real. Wherever there is destruction, the opposite pole is already present, rebuilding, wholeness, joy and peace. At the heart of this teaching is a question that is yours to answer. What are you truly yearning for? What is your temple? What is the fullness, the inner peace, the joy you are seeking? And can you bring it into a living, palpable vision in front of you? This is an invitation to rise above the brokenness and to see the wholeness that is already there, waiting for you to see it.Wishing you joy, light, wholeness and peace.

Moved to Australia where he founded the legendary industrial band SPK in 1978. After 3 records of extreme noise assaults and controversial subjects, SPK turned toward synth-pop, consisting of just Revell and his then wife Sinan Leong. He then evolved into composing soundtracks for a lot of mid and high-budget Hollywood productions, becoming very succesful at it.
