David Baker CFO of Elemental Altus Royalties (TSX.V:ELE) (OTCQX:ELEMF), joins me to review the key takeaways from the Q4 and full year 2024 financials, including record quarterly and annual revenues and cash flows, marking their seventh consecutive year of revenue growth. We also review the outlook for 2025, the addition of a new board member, and then dig into some updates for ongoing growth at key royalty partner operations. Preliminary Financial Highlights for Q4 and Full Year 2024 Results: Record preliminary adjusted 2024 revenue of US$21.6 million (+21% vs 2023) comprised of: US$16.3 million attributable royalty revenue; and US$5.3 million attributable revenue from the Caserones copper mine Record preliminary adjusted Q4 revenue of US$6.8 million (+21% vs Q4 2023) comprised of: US$5.5 million attributable royalty revenue; and US$1.3 million attributable revenue from the Caserones copper mine Dave breaks down the financial strength of the company, and the leverage of it's balance sheet to rising production and revenues in a higher metals price environment. We also review the growth via per-share metrics in 2024, and in particular look ahead to full-year 2025 gold equivalent ounce growth to a projected record 11,600 - 13,200 GEOs, augmented now from Allied Gold's Korali-Sud (formerly named Diba) asset, and the increased production from the assets acquired from AlphaStream Limited last year. He also highlighted with the roughly $6 million in cash on hand, the expected revenues over $30 million this year, a number of additional incoming one-off payments in H1, and the $50 million credit facility on hand, that the company is in a great position to keep reviewing acquisition transactions in the year to come. Next we touched upon the recently announced addition to the Board of Directors, bringing in Sandeep Singh, who has extensive experience in the mining and royalty sector. Sandeep is currently President and CEO of Western Copper and Gold. Prior to this, he was President and CEO of Osisko Gold Royalties, where he successfully led its strategic turnaround, after having spent 15 years as an investment banker specializing in the North American metals and mining sector. Wrapping up we cover some of the anticipated growth of the projects at their key cornerstone royalty assets: Caserones, Karlawinda, Korali-Sud, and Bonikro. Dave anticipates that all these assets are set to perform well and keep expanding and growing ounces and pounds in the year to come. The mission now for the team at Elemental Altus this year, now that the company has paid off all their remaining debt, is to keep looking for royalties on long-dated quality projects with quality partners where they can execute accretive transactions. If you have any follow up questions for Dave regarding Elemental Altus Royalties, then please email them to me at Shad@kereport.com. Fred Bell, CEO of Elemental Altus Royalties (TSX.V:ELE) (OTCQX:ELEMF), joins us to review some of the key partner projects in their royalties portfolio, how things wrapped up in 2024, and we look ahead to where the growth will come from in 2025. We have Fred break down the financial strength of the company, and the leverage to it's balance sheet to rising GEO production in a higher metals price environment, their solid net cash position as a company, and a rough estimate of how revenues could grow in the year to come. The fourth quarter will also be the first one to see the increased production from the assets acquired from AlphaStream Limited in September. One of the key royalty assets is the 3% Net Smelter Return (“NSR”) royalty on the first 226,000 ounces of gold produced, and an uncapped 2% NSR thereafter, at the Korali-Sud (formerly Diba) project operated by Allied Gold Corporation (TSX: AAUC). On January 27th Allied Gold announced approximately 48,000 ounces of gold was produced from Korali-Sud during Q4 20241, but it is likely that this will hit revenues in Q1 2025. Next we got an update on two of the other cornerstone royalty assets, Karlawinda and Caserones, and their expansion potential in the year to come. Additionally we got an update on Fireweed Metals Corp (TSXV: FWZ) being granted up to C$35.4 million in US and Canadian Government funding to advance its assets and supporting infrastructure at Macmillan Pass, including the Mactung Project, with which Elemental Altus holds an uncapped 4% Net Smelter Return (“NSR”) royalty on the tungsten. We wrap up discussing the valuation and potential for a rerating, considering the financial health of the company, the net cash position allowing for a buildup of capital to deploy on the balance sheet in the year to come, as well as the $50 million revolving credit facility on tap to execute more accretive acquisition transactions. If you have any follow up questions for Fred regarding Elemental Altus Royalties, then please email them in to us at Shad@kereport.com or Fleck@kereport.com. In this episode we're thrilled to have returning guest Stella Eyabi join us once again. In our last conversation back in November 2023, we explored the complexities of mental health challenges. This time, we'll be expanding on those themes with a special focus on the emotional dynamics in relationships. For those unfamiliar, Stella is a mental health therapist and counselor who coaches and trains through DIBA, a global consulting firm specializing in communication, psychological well-being, and personal development. She's also a Healing Love Academy coach, dedicated to serving both God and humanity. With World Mental Health Day having just passed on October 10th it's an ideal time to explore the emotional toll that relationships can take on mental health. In today's episode, we'll dive into the emotional roller coaster of relationships, starting with emotional dependency in dating. Stella will discuss how clinging to the past can lead to expectations that the other person never agreed to, and how this can drain emotional energy. She'll guide us on how to emotionally prepare for a relationship, set healthy boundaries, and avoid giving away your power. We'll also cover how to cope with the disappointment of thinking you've found “the one,” and how to protect your self-worth when dating doesn't work out. From there, we'll shift to the topic of emotional isolation in long-term relationships, identifying signs of withdrawal, understanding its root causes, and offering strategies to rebuild connection. Whether you're single or in a committed relationship, this conversation is packed with insights to help you navigate emotional challenges in a healthy way.

Elemental Altus Royalty CEO, Fred Bell, talks to us about the latest news from Allied Gold's Diba Deposit. Allied Gold has recently announced a settlement of terms for a protocol agreement with the Government of Mali to secure approvals for advancing the development and processing of the Diba deposit. In addition to expected milestone payments, Elemental Altus holds a 3% NSR royalty on the first 226,000 ounces of gold production at the Diba and Lakanfla licences, and an uncapped 2% NSR thereafter. The Diba deposit is ~12km from Allied's producing Sadiola Gold Mine.
David Baker, CFO of Elemental Altus Royalties (TSX.V:ELE – OTCQX:ELEMF), joins me to review their operational and financial results from Q2 2024, and some key royalty project updates at Diba, Karlawinda, Bonikro, Wahgnion, Caserones, and Cactus. We also discuss where the growth will be coming from within their existing portfolio as well as the types of future acquisitions the team is working on. We start off diving into the key metrics and takeaways from the second quarter financials: Royalty revenue of US$3.8 million and adjusted revenue of US$5.2 million, up 10% on Q2 2023 Attributable Gold Equivalent Ounces ("GEOs") of 2,211 ounces, down 7% on Q2 2023 Operating Cash Flow plus Caserones dividends of US$1.4 million, down 33% on Q2 2023 primarily due to working capital movements Adjusted EBITDA of US$3.4 million, up 3% on Q2 2023 Repayment of a further $5.0 million under the credit facility and extension of the maturity date to June 2027 Cash balance of US$6.5 million and outstanding debt of US$20.0 million as at June 30, 2024 Elemental Altus is on track to meet the lower end of guidance of 10,000 to 11,700 GEOs and the higher end of expected revenue of US$20.0 to US$23.3 million. Production remains weighted to H2 2024, particularly for the new Diba royalty, while the lower relative performance of the copper price to gold drives the increased difference between GEOs and revenue The Company intends to continue reducing the amount drawn on the credit facility, reducing interest costs while maintaining flexibility for new acquisitions We then transition over to discussing some of the key royalty projects and updates from royalty partners, and the related future production and revenue growth expected from various projects like Diba, Karlawinda, and Bonikro. Next we discussed the passing of the baton from Lilium Mining over to the nationalized operations by Burkina Faso at Wahgnion, but that essentially it's the same operations team it has been since Teranga and Endeavour Mining, and that the royalties have and will keep coming in for years to come. We spent some time with larger copper royalty on the Caserones project, noting that the brief labor dispute earlier this month did not really affect production, and that Lundin Mining has even increased guidance on production. Then we looked at the larger resources and mine plan released recently from Arizona Sonoran on their Cactus project, and how this means a slightly deferred but much larger production profile over the portion of the project that Elemental Altus holds a royalty over. Wrapping up we discussed the pipeline of single royalty deals and larger portfolio acquisitions that the company is reviewing, and their capacity to source more deals between their credit facilities, cash on hand, incoming cashflows, and other larger one-off payments expected to keep coming in. If you have any follow up questions for David regarding Elemental Altus Royalties, then please email me at Shad@kereport.com. Fred Bell, CEO of Elemental Altus Royalties (TSX.V:ELE) (OTCQX:ELEMF), joins us to review the recent acquisition of 2 brownfields tungsten royalties, as well as a royalty partner update on the Diba Mine nearing first production. In the news released to the market on July 22nd, Elemental Altus Royalties has acquired two existing royalties from Cornish Metals Inc. including an uncapped 4% net smelter return ("NSR") royalty on the Mactung Project in Canada currently being advanced by Fireweed Metals Corp, and a 1% NSR royalty on the high-grade Cantung Project, a formerly operating tungsten mine in Canada. Mactung, operated and owned by Fireweed Metals, is one of the largest, high-grade tungsten deposits in the world and one of the few high-grade tungsten deposits outside of China, that also has the Environmental Assessment completed as part of previous permitting. Fireweed Metals, a well-financed, Lundin Group company, has an experienced management team with a track record of securing funding for mine development. The next key catalyst on the Project will be a new PEA later in 2024, building on the updated Mineral Resource Estimate in 2023. Fred also briefly reviews the overlooked value in the previously operating Cantung Project, and why their team is bullish on the fundamentals of the tungsten markets as a strategic metal of importance. Next we got a royalty partner update on the expected maiden production from the Diba Gold Project, operated by Allied Gold Corp (TSX: AAUC). Allied Gold has announced that their 12,000 meter drilling program is targeting extending the Mineral Resources at Diba. This is significant as the exploration program is designed to prioritize near-mine oxides and comes on top of the previously announced initial Proven and Probable Reserves of 280,000 ounces of gold at 1.43 g/t within the larger 377,000 ounces of gold in Measured and Indicated Resources that was announced in February 2024. Diba is expected to materially contribute to production at Sadiola from mid-2024 and Allied have fast-tracked it into production this year, while simultaneously undertaking aggressive exploration to expand the Resource. Elemental Altus owns a 3% NSR royalty on the first 226,000 ounces produced at Diba and an uncapped 2% NSR royalty on all subsequent production. The consideration also included multiple production-based milestones totalling up to US$6 million and for which the Company has received the first US$1 million with further payments anticipated this year. If you have any follow up questions for Fred regarding Elemental Altus Royalties, then please email me at Shad@kereport.com. Elemental Altus Royalties reported strong Q1 royalty revenues of $4.7 million, up 24% from the previous year. They are on track to meet their guidance of 10,000 to 11,700 gold equivalent ounces. The company expects the Diba royalty to start generating revenue in Q3, and they anticipate increasing revenue from that royalty over Q3 and Q4. The higher spot prices of gold and copper are expected to significantly increase Elemental's revenue and margin.
Fred Bell, CEO of Elemental Altus Royalties (TSX.V:ELE – OTCQX:ELEMF), joins me to review their operational and financial results from Q1 2024, a recent royalty acquisition now partnered with Rio Tinto, and a few royalty partner updates. We start off diving into the key metrics and takeaways from the first quarter financials. Royalty revenue of US$3.3 million and adjusted revenue of US$4.7 million, up 24% on Q1 2023 Attributable Gold Equivalent Ounces ("GEOs") of 2,283 ounces, up 13% on Q1 2023 Operating Cash Flow plus Caserones dividends of US$1.2 million, compared with a loss in Q1 2023 and expected to grow through 2024 as margins increase Adjusted EBITDA of US$3.2 million, up 42% on Q1 2023 2024 Outlook Diba remains on track to be the Company's newest producing gold royalty. Allied Gold Corp (TSX: AAUC) have announced that mining is expected to commence in Q2 2024 Elemental Altus on course to meet guidance of 10,000 to 11,700 GEOs as production increases over the year. This guidance represents at its midpoint a 19% increase on 2023 and provides top-line exposure to gold and copper prices Repaid US$5 million debt in Q1 2024, leaving US$25 million undrawn on the credit facility and with approximately US$9 million cash on quarter end prior to Q1 royalty receipts. The Company intends to continue to reduce the amount drawn on the credit facility while maintaining financial flexibility to make new acquisitions Falling G&A expenditure and significant expected cash flow generation following merger synergies and asset sales, which are also expected to generate milestone payments placing the company in a position to generate material cash flow During the interview we reviewed th increasing revenue and expanding margins over the course of 2024, and why the company strategy was to aggressively go after cash-flowing assets. We then highlighted that the Diba royalty is on track to commence mining in Q2 and has the potential to be a material long-life royalty for the company based on the exploration potential once it is in production. Fred discusses how this complements other long-life royalty assets like Karlawinda and Caserones, as key cornerstone assets. We also discussed the large portfolio of development and explorations assets that will provide discovery optionality to future value creation. To that point we discussed the recent acquisition of a royalty over a Rio Tinto operated lithium project in Rwanda, where the Company expect to see significant news flow over the course of 2024. The company is cashed up and looking to make more accretive acquisitions over the course of this year. If you have any follow up questions for Fred regarding Elemental Altus Royalties, then please email me at Shad@kereport.com. Click here to view recent news on the Elemental Altus Royalties website

Huwag kayong matakot. Reclaim it!

This allows Elemental Altus to experience the exploration potential with a competent operating partner, but also reduces associated carrying and capital costs, and helps in regards to valuations relative to other royalty company peers. As Israel fought back and devastated the land of the Palestinians, they said they are doing it for their religion and God. Bakit ang mga tao, often say they do what they do for their religion and God. Maski ikaw, ako or tayo. We all say we do what we do for our religion and God. Interview with Frederick Bell, Executive Director & CEO of Elemental Altus Royalties (TSX-V: ELE)Elemental Altus Royalties Corp. (TSX-V: ELE) is an income-generating precious metals royalty company with 10 producing royalties and a portfolio of pre-production and exploration stage assets across 14 jurisdictions. The company recently announced the completion of Lundin Mining Corporation's acquisition of a 51% stake in the Caserones copper-molybdenum mine in Chile. Elemental Altus holds an effective 0.473% net smelter return (NSR) royalty on Caserones, covering a 170 square kilometre area which includes all current reserves and resources and many regional targets. Elemental Altus has also executed an agreement to sell its Diba Gold Project in western Mali to Allied Gold Corporation. The sale provides near-term cash flow and royalties on future production from Diba, adding to Elemental Altus' portfolio of producing royalty assets.
Fred Bell, CEO of Elemental Altus Royalties (TSX.V:ELE – OTCQX:ELEMF) joins us to review the growing importance of the cornerstone Caserones copper royalty in Chile, the project sale and new net smelter royalty at the Diba Gold Project in Mali to Allied Gold, and the generation of two new gold and copper royalties off exploration-stage projects in Ethiopia. We start off diving in a bit more to why the Company has acquired an additional Net Smelter Royalty (NSR) interest on the Caserones copper-molybdenum mine in Chile for a total cash consideration of US$2.6 million. On July 19th, 2023 Lundin Mining Corporation closed the acquisition of 51% of the Caserones copper-molybdenum mine for $950 Million. Additionally , Lunin Mining has announced H1 2023 production results, released an updated NI 43-101 technical report at Caserones, and highlighted the optimization and exploration potential at the mine. Elemental Altus holds an effective 0.473% NSR on the project. Next we pivoted over to the Sale & Purchase Agreement with Allied Gold Corporation for the sale of the Company's 100% owned subsidiary Legend Mali (BVI) III Inc. which indirectly owns 100% of the Korali-Sud Small Scale Mining Licence & Lakanfla Exploration Licence (combined "Diba Project") in western Mali. As consideration, Allied will pay up to US$6 million in cash and grant a NSR royalty of up to 3% on gold produced from the Project. Fred unpacks why the Company believes this Allied Gold Corp, with a major near-term production project adjacent to the Diba Project, is the right operator to not only generate solid production which will be very accretive via the 3% net smelter royalty, but also will be able to more effectively explore the property to continue growing the potential upside. We also review why continuing to spend money internally to explore and develop this project was not going to generate the future value or revenues that this transaction will, as this asset can now be more efficiently fast-tracked into a producing royalty. We wrap up having Fred outline the key takeaways from the news out July 25th announcing the generation of two new gold and copper Net Smelter Return royalties, through the execution of a Sale & Purchase Agreement for the sale of 95% of its Ethiopian focused Seychelles incorporated subsidiary Altau Resources Ltd. to Canadian incorporated ANS Exploration Corp. We discuss the team, their vision and strategy around exploration, and how this allows Elemental Altus to experience the exploration potential with a competent operating partner, but also reduces associated costs. If you have any follow up questions for Fred regarding Elemental Altus Royalties or the royalty sector please email us at Fleck@kereport.com and Shad@kereport.com. W., Slager, N., McKenzie, S., Yoon, E., Diba, K. Abstract: Optogenetics are a powerful tool for testing how a neural circuit influences neural activity, cognition, and behavior. Accordingly, the number of studies employing optogenetic perturbation has grown exponentially over the last decade. However, recent studies have highlighted that the impact of optogenetic stimulation/silencing can vary depending on the construct used, the local microcircuit connectivity, extent/power of illumination, and neuron types perturbed. Despite these caveats, the majority of studies employ optogenetics without simultaneously recording neural activity in the circuit that is being perturbed. This dearth of simultaneously recorded neural data is due in part to technical difficulties in combining optogenetics and extracellular electrophysiology. The recent introduction of LED silicon probes, which feature independently controllable miniature LEDs embedded at several levels of each of multiple shanks of silicon probes, provides a tractable method for temporally and spatially precise interrogation of neural circuits. Here, we provide a protocol addressing how to perform chronic recordings using micro LED probes. This protocol provides a schematic for performing causal and reproducible interrogations of neural circuits and addresses all phases of the recording process: introduction of optogenetic construct, implantation of the micro LED probe, performing simultaneous optogenetics and electrophysiology in vivo, and post-processing of recorded data. Abstract: We leveraged the spatial-temporal resolution of in vivo calcium imaging in freely moving mice to interrogate how blocking contextual fear memory consolidation impacted learning-related hippocampal dynamics. We found that memory specificity correlated with the amount of cell turnover between a shock and neutral arena and that learning caused context-specific remapping. Blocking protein synthesis following learning promoted an acute suppression of neural activity, arrested learning-related remapping, and induced amnesia. Lastly, freeze-predicting neural ensembles emerged following learning, and their coordinated activity required protein synthesis. We conclude that context-specific place field remapping and the development of coordinated ensemble activity support contextual fear memory consolidation and require protein synthesis.
Why is it easier for people to follow fake influencers than follow Jesus? Hindi ba nila narinig sa mga kwento about Jesus or napanood sa mga sine ang mga ginawa Nya in the past? I am sure they have. Pero bakit in spite of these things hirap ang mga tao tumanggap sa gospel na shinishare mo. When you share the good news with people, what will they ask in response? Diba, “Nasaan ang proof?” And then they will look at you to see if the gospel has made you a better. If you want to change the people around you through the gospel, people must first see that the gospel has changed you. Why did God never show Himself to the world? Siguro if He did, man would be able to make a replica of Him, whether in a picture or a statue that we can look up to. Is this true? Did God never show His image to the world? Diba in Genesis, He created man in His image and His likeness. If this is not enough, He sent His Son, whom Hebrews 1:3 described as “the radiance of His Father's glory and the exact representation of His nature.” We often wonder where God is; diba Jesus said He is with us until the end of the age. We wonder if He cares; diba Jesus put His Spirit in us. We ask what God is like, di ba He is around us, He fills the heaven and the earth. Sana, in this message, you will understand that God has been revealing Himself since the beginning of time because He wants us to Him better so we can be intimate with Him. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/dodongcacanando/message

Euro Neugeschäft p.a. generiert.

“Farah Diba and the Rise of Iranian Art” - Part 3 of the new Roqe Media series, The Contemporary History of Iran. How much did young Queen Farah shape the trajectory of arts and culture for Iran in the mid-20th Century? And specifically, what was her impact and influence in bringing art, culture and museums to Iran in the 1960s and 70s? Iranian-American scholar, art advisor and curator, Dr. Layla Diba, the first woman museum director in Iran, joins Jian Ghomeshi from New York City to make the case that Farah Diba's role was enormous during the final years of the Pahlavi era, in reshaping the collection, appreciation, and global recognition of Persian art for years to come.
Diba pag birthday ng isang tao, we give gifts to honor and make the person happy? As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, what gifts will make Him happy? * Will He be happy if you give money to the poor or the church? * Will He be delighted if you offer a blood sacrifice to Him? * Will He be excited if you fast by depriving yourself of the things that you want? I realized that there is nothing we can give to Him because everything belongs to Him. Except for one thing! Which is your heart. What does it mean to give your heart to Jesus? In this message, I wanted to make the idea of giving your heart to Him a practical idea. I have discovered that you give Him your heart by wanting what He wants for you and pursuing the plans He has made for you. May this audio message prepare you for a fruitful 2021. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/dodongcacanando/message

Jayzam and Camille break up. 2017 nung una nilang binuksan yung Youtube channel nila at kasalukuyang mayroong 12.2 million subscribers. Diba, what else could go wrong? Ano yung nangyari? Cheating. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/hugot-radio/message

Any tips on how to create more demand for my frozen product? Should I start advertising it like make teasers, even if it will take a few months pa to ship it? Well, if you're taking in pre-orders, it might be a good idea. And when you're taking pre-orders make sure that you get the cash. So pre-orders usually work that they give you like 50%, somewhere there, 50 to 70%, maybe 50% would be safe of the payment. Some people ask for 30%, so maybe you can get 30% of the money as a down payment for the pre-order that's safe enough for you, cause you have cashflow, right? Hindi sila mag prepre-order lang tapos ikaw yung mag sheshell out. So you ask for 30% down and then you go ahead and order it. And for the 30%, maybe you can have like the ad spend or advertising spend tuck in already. Always remember, when you're going to advertise on Facebook and Instagram, you have to have a target, a goal na per P100 na ginastos ko doon sa ad, dapat makakuha man lang ako ng isa or dalawang sale. Meaning you have a 1% or 2% conversion rate. Actually, that's amazing. If you have 1%, it's already amazing in my opinion. But that's how you can do it. Now how you're going to take people into that conversion point, depende na sa'yo ‘yon. Mag e-commerce ka ba or ipapamessage mo ba sila lahat isa-isa sa'yo? It really depends on you. I see some people who are advertising on Instagram, what they do is they ask people to message them, PM, isa-isa. Medyo hassle ‘yon. Like you have to have, I don't know, two or three people, depending on how many messages you get from the ad, because people are going to message you and usually, guess what they will say? HM. Diba? Tayong mga Pinoy, kilala tayo sa HM. So usually that's what they would say. Get ready to answer those inquiries all the way until you can convert them to do a pre-order with you. So if you don't have the products on hand and you're going to take a few months pa to ship it, that's called the pre-order. But you have to also notify them that you are in pre-order stage and they're getting it for cheaper. Kasi kung mag-oorder sila, they're going to pay, like, let's say, I don't know, P2000, let's just say. You're going to pay P2000 pesos when I have stock on hand and you're going to buy it outright. But when you pre-order, you get it for P1800 lang, so may P200 discount ka kasi nag pre-order ka. Same thing, you just have to wait, just have to wait X number of months. Now, why will you do that? You give them 10% discount to wait. One good reason you want to do that is you gauge market demand. Kung marami kang pre-order, edi alam mo. Palakihin mo pa yung shipment mo, paramihin mo pa yung shipment mo. Nakatipid ka sa shipping fee, so it makes sense for you. Also, you are able to get cashflow coming in because they're going to pre-order. May down payment sila, may deposits sila, you can use that to run ads or to pay for the shipment coming in. So I hope that makes sense. If you're going to run ads, I suggest Instagram. If your product could look very nice, maybe you could show the cooked version, not the frozen product, or you can show both, but make sure you hire a food photographer so that it really looks nice when you run the ad. Invest in your product shots, because your ad is only as powerful as how you present it to be.

I jak opisywali go europejscy podróżnicy, którzy udali sie w tamten rejon Czarnego Lądu? Diba, morou-ngou i libata to kolejne dziwne afrykańskie stworzenia. W debacie udział wzięli: Wojciech Bobilewicz, podróżnik, badacz, publicysta, tłumacz i lektor, organizator planowanej podróży w poszukiwaniu Mokele Mbembe Piotr Cielebiaś, Nieznany Świat i Portal Infra, współprowadzący debatę Marek Sęk "Ivellios", Radio Paranormalium, współprowadzący i opiekun techniczny debaty Użytkownik "furiat" na czacie zapytywał, dlaczego na początku debat lecą "szatańskie śpiewy".
