I thoroughly enjoy taking deep dives with experts in the realm of quantum and circadian biology. It's one of the few times I get to truly geek out on some of the nuances of mitochondria and how light, water and magnetism impacts our wellness and longevity. Today's guest, Oksana Hansen, ticks all of those boxes and then some, as she has quite the origin story and health journey that led her to becoming a quantum and circadian health expert and, ultimately, a quantum clinician. So not only can she speak from didactic knowledge, but she can also pull from her experience treating clients.Oksana's personal health challenges, including a cancer diagnosis, led her to become an advocate for her own health. This experience propelled her into extensive research, focusing on understanding the root causes of health issues rather than merely addressing symptoms. Her exploration into quantum and circadian biology highlighted the significance of aligning with natural biological rhythms for overall well-being.In addition to her role at Quantum Lens Wellness, Oksana hosts the “Quantum Lens Podcast,” where she discusses topics related to quantum biology, circadian rhythms, and holistic health practices.Through her work, Oksana Hansen continues to inspire and guide individuals towards achieving optimal health by harmonizing with the natural elements of light, water, and magnetism.  If you found the information in today's episode with Oksana Hansen particularly interesting and/or compelling, please share it with a family member, friend, colleague and/or anyone that you think could benefit and be illuminated by this knowledge. Economic factors, such as the death of the middle class and shareholder primacy, have had a significant impact on work-life balance. Generational differences exist in work-life balance perspectives, with younger generations seeking greater personalization and flexibility in their work. Setting and respecting boundaries is crucial for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Culture plays a vital role in shaping work-life balance, and organizations need to consider individual needs and values. The gamification of work can have both positive and negative effects on work-life balance. In-person interactions and connections are valuable for fostering work-life balance. Integrating productivity into work-life balance is a complex challenge that requires finding ways to be productive without sacrificing personal time. Leaders should strive to be coaches, providing support, empathy, and constructive feedback to their team members. The integration of artificial intelligence in the workplace raises concerns about job security and the need for human skills that cannot be automated. Societal considerations should include addressing the struggles faced by men in the workplace and ensuring equal support and opportunities for all genders. In today's world, the sad reality is that we've become far more sedentary than previous generations, with most of our lives forced into desk jobs or innovations that encourage us to prioritize convenience over movement. In this episode, we're rewiring the way we think about movement - as a form of medicine against chronic disease. Meet Darryl Edwards, a movement coach and author who spent nearly two decades in the corporate world -- and realized something needed to change. Today, he is the founder of the Primal Play Method and a physical activity, health, and play researcher, specializing in combatting chronic lifestyle diseases that plague modern society. In 2019, Darryl's TEDxTalk, "Why working out isn't working out," garnered over a million views, exploring the root causes of physical inactivity and our inherent resistance to traditional exercise routines. In this episode, we talk about how modern sedentary lifestyles, with prolonged sitting and limited physical activity, are contributing significantly to the rise of chronic diseases. Darryl stresses that movement is not merely a form of exercise but a fundamental aspect of our health—a powerful medicine that can slash the risk of disease by up to 50%. We discuss the need for restructuring of daily routines to incorporate more active habits and natural movement throughout the day instead of relying entirely on 1-hour workout sessions. As a play researcher, Darryl believes that embracing our inner child is the key to fostering a more positive and playful attitude towards active movement. He shares his everyday morning routine, showcasing practical ways to infuse movement into daily life beyond traditional exercise formats. Tune in for an engaging episode with Darryl Edwards as he champions the transformative potential of playful movement and its profound impact of movement on immune function, cancer prevention, and overall longevity.HIGHLIGHTS[1:15] Why Natural Movement Matters[2:35] Darryl's TED Talk on Our Love-Hate Relationship with Exercise[4:20] How Being Sedentary Leads to Chronic Disease[8:00] Modern Society Is Making Us Sedentary and Sick[14:50] Why Embracing the Inner Child Is Necessary[18:38] Darryl's Everyday Morning Routine[24:25] The Community Power of Crossfit[26:15] Why Our 1 Hour Workout Is Not Enough[31:05] How Movement Is Medicine[38:44] Aeorebic Exercise and Its Effect on the Metastasis of Cancer Cells[41:40] Improving Your Immunosenescence and Immunosurvelillance With MovementGUEST LINKSWebsite: https://www.primalplay.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/fitnessexplorer/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/fitnessexplorer/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/fitnessexplorerWhy Working Out Isn't Working Out TEDx Talk: https://youtu.be/NoN2b-b2c0o?si=CJO_PaUKjsTwjzWvAnimal Moves: How to move like an animal to get you leaner, fitter, stronger and healthier for life: https://a.co/d/aRgNuOM30-day Animal Moves Challenge: https://courses.primalplay.com/p/animal-moves-challenge UPGRADE YOUR WELLNESSMarion Institute BioMed Course: biologicalmedicine.orgCode: beautifullybrokenSilver Biotics Wound Healing Gel: https://bit.ly/3JnxyDDCode: BEAUTIFULLYBROKENLightPathLED https://lightpathled.com/?afmc=BEAUTIFULLYBROKENCode: beautifullybrokenSTEMREGEN: https://www.stemregen.co/products/stemregen/?afmc=beautifullybrokenCode: beautifullybrokenGOT MOLD?: https://www.gotmold.com/beautifullybroken/Code: beautifullybroken10Flowpresso 3-in-1 technology: https://www.beautifullybroken.world/flowpressoMedical grade Ozone Therapy: https://lddy.no/1djnhCode: BEAUTIFULLYBROKENAquaCure Machine + Molecular HydrogenWebsite:https://eagle-research.com?ref=24931Code: beautifullybrokenDIY Home Cold Exposure: https://www.penguinchillers.com/product/beautifullybroken/My Favorite Sauna: Therasage https://bit.ly/39mTxwYCode: BEAUTIFULLYBROKENCONNECT WITH FREDDIECheck out my website and store:www.beautifullybroken.worldInstagram – https://www.instagram.com/beautifullybroken.world/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@BeautifullyBrokenWorld

SummaryIn this conversation, David and Clark discuss the confusion in the media regarding the US housing market. They highlight two conflicting articles that were published on the same day, one predicting a long period of decline in housing prices and the other reporting a rise in home prices. They explain that the confusion arises from the fact that there is strong house price resiliency and positive sentiment among sellers, while the media tends to focus on fear-based narratives. They also discuss the factors that are keeping house prices from falling, such as artificially high prices set by builders and historically low inventory. They emphasize the importance of taking action and not waiting for prices to fall, as there is pent-up demand and potential opportunities in the market.KeywordsUS housing market, confusion, media, house price resiliency, fear-based narratives, builders, inventory, pent-up demand, opportunitiesTakeawaysThe media often presents conflicting information about the US housing market, causing confusion among buyers and sellers.Despite the conflicting reports, there is strong house price resiliency and positive sentiment among sellers.Factors such as artificially high prices set by builders and historically low inventory are keeping house prices from falling. There is pent-up demand in the market, especially among millennials, and when interest rates drop, more people will enter the market.Waiting for prices to fall may result in missed opportunities, and taking action is key to growing wealth in real estate.TitlesTaking Action: The Key to Growing Wealth in Real EstateThe Confusion in the Media: Understanding the US Housing MarketSound Bites"The media says, guys, be scared. I Am Forever An Effect Of God.Father, I was created in Your Mind, a holy Thought that never left its home. I am forever Your Effect, and You forever and forever are my Cause. As You created me I have remained. Where You established me I still abide. And all Your attributes abide in me, because it is Your Will to have a Son so like his Cause that Cause and Its Effect are indistinguishable. Let me know that I am an Effect of God, and so I have the power to create like You. And as it is in Heaven, so on earth. Your plan I follow here, and at the end I know that You will gather Your effects into the tranquil Heaven of Your Love, where earth will vanish, and all separate thoughts unite in glory as the Son of God.Let us today behold earth disappear, at first transformed, and then, forgiven, fade entirely into God's holy Will.- Jesus Christ in A Course in Miracles, Lesson 326

Finasteride and Its Effect on PSA Levels: A Simple Explanation**Finasteride and Its Effect on PSA Levels: A Simple Explanation**Let's dive into understanding a medicine called finasteride. It's like a superhero in the medical world, fighting against problems like an enlarged prostate (known as benign prostatic hyperplasia, BPH) and hair loss in men. What finasteride does best is blocking a hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is responsible for making the prostate bigger. When doctors want to check for prostate cancer, they look at something called PSA (prostate-specific antigen) levels. But here's the catch - finasteride can change PSA levels, making them lower. Let's break down how it does this:### **Making the Prostate Smaller:**- **Tackling DHT:** Finasteride helps reduce DHT in the body. Less DHT means a smaller prostate, and a smaller prostate leads to lower PSA levels.- **Connecting with PSA:** Using finasteride means that PSA levels could drop by about half within six months to a year.### **Handling PSA Readings:**- **Fine-tuning the Results:** Doctors, knowing what finasteride does, adjust the PSA readings a bit. They might double the value to get a clearer picture while keeping in mind the effect of finasteride.- **Keeping the Screening Right:** These changes make sure that the PSA levels are accurate and helpful when checking for prostate cancer.### **Understanding Cancer Detection Better:**- **Maintaining Screening Quality:** Adjusting the PSA readings helps to keep the screening for prostate cancer effective and sensitive.- **Thinking About Biopsy:** The new PSA levels help doctors decide whether a biopsy (taking a small tissue sample) of the prostate is necessary to look more closely for signs of cancer. So, in simple words, finasteride is a helpful medication that brings changes in hormones and PSA levels. Understanding these changes and adjustments is key to getting the right picture of a person's prostate health. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

I am forever an Effect of God. Father, I was created in Your Mind, a holy Thought that never left its home. Your plan I follow here, and at the end I know that You will gather Your effects into the tranquil Heaven of Your Love, where earth will vanish, and all separate thoughts unite in glory as the Son of God.
