What if your self-worth is shaping what you're able to manifest? In this episode, Krista sits down with To Be Magnetic's Chief Content Officer Jessica Gill to unpack the patterns behind money, abundance, relationships, and the subconscious blocks that may be keeping you from what you truly want. From attracting more money to calling in your soulmate, Jessica reveals why your nervous system needs to feel safe enough to hold your next level. They break down manifestation “tests,” wealth consciousness, and what happens when you stop settling for less than you truly desire. They also uncover the sneaky ways we self-sabotage—from childhood conditioning and perfectionism to fear of visibility. This conversation will help you reclaim your power, expand your capacity to receive, and rethink everything you know about manifestation. We also talk about: Manifestation tests + how to recognize them Breaking subconscious patterns around money + love Building wealth consciousness + an abundance mindset Nervous system regulation + expanding your capacity to receive Self-worth, boundaries, and trusting what you truly desire Manifesting aligned relationships + finding your soulmate Childhood conditioning + generational patterns Self-sabotage, perfectionism, and analysis paralysis Using jealousy + envy as tools for expansion Visibility, authenticity, and overcoming the fear of being seen Resources: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jessicaashleygill/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@JessicaAshleyGill Substack: https://substack.com/@jessicaashleygill Expanded Podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/2B1ZemTinqpXMfH8vy6zzk?si=50f43dc8830c4e52 Watch our full-length vids of Expanded on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@tobemagnetic/podcasts Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tobemagnetic/?hl=en Website: www.tobemagnetic.com Use code JESSICA for 15% TBM Pathway membership Sponsors: BetterHelp | This episode is brought to you by BetterHelp. Journalist and editor Stacey Lindsay, author of Being 40: The Decade of Letting Go and Embracing Who We Are, joins us to discuss self-worth, self-compassion, joy, and the importance of listening to our own truth rather than society's expectations. Stacey shares the complicated story of her mother, who left their family when Stacey was 16 after years of trying to be everything a wife and mother "should" be. Her departure began a long journey toward understanding and forgiveness—and ultimately taught Stacey that women can change their lives, pursue adventure, pursue their personal freedom, and begin again at any age. We talk about mothering ourselves, honoring the "unlived life" within us, saying our daydreams aloud, and protecting our self-worth from anything that might chip away at it. Stacey reminds us that we contain multitudes: we can hold love and pain, forgiveness and truth, responsibility and personal freedom, all at the same time. Fan Mail: Tell Wendy how you're saying yes to yourself! In this episode, Wendy sits down with Kristine Jensen, a psychotherapist who spent 35+ years helping clients heal shame, while carrying a deep sense of unworthiness herself. After closing her practice and moving to the California coast, she finally became her own client. What she discovered: shame is foundational, not superficial. It's not embarrassment or guilt. It's a survival mechanism rooted in childhood, where you learned to collapse, comply, and hide in order to feel safe. And it shapes everything. They explore:Shame vs. other emotions: the misunderstood feeling that keeps women small, quiet, and disempoweredSelf-soothing internal dialogue: the practice children with healthy self-esteem learn early, and what happens when you have to teach it to yourself as an adultStop telling your old story: why repeatedly reliving trauma reinforces neural pathways, and how moving toward who you're becoming shifts everythingThe work isn't about understanding what happened to you. It's about learning to talk to yourself the way you'd talk to someone you love. Building an internal vocabulary of self-encouragement. Getting tired of your old story so you can create a new one. This was my recent interview on my business mentee and friend Kate Hamilton's podcast. You can listen to all her other great episodes here. https://open.spotify.com/show/3Cs5JWdQ4AZQdFe5wAlikh _________________________________________________________ Brian Keane isn't just my mentor — he's the guy who built an online fitness empire before "online fitness empire" was even a category. Four-time bestselling author, podcaster, business coach, and someone who's actually walked the path most people just talk about. In this episode we go deep on the stuff nobody puts on a highlight reel: how growing up shaped his relationship with money, confidence, and proving himself. How he went from teaching to building a fitness business using nothing but video and Snapchat — before either platform was a "strategy." And how audience-led offers like GAIN Body got built in real time, not from a boardroom. We also get into the part most coaches won't say out loud — money as a tool, not a personality trait. Scarcity mindsets. Lifestyle creep. The difference between ethical selling and pressure tactics. And what it actually costs — relationally, mentally — to scale a business without losing yourself in the process. One of the biggest misconceptions about manifestation is that it's about attracting what you want. But the truth is...You don't manifest what you want. You manifest what you believe you're worthy of receiving. In this episode, we're diving into the relationship that changes everything: the one you have with yourself. If you've spent years chasing achievements, checking every box, and still feeling like you're never enough, this conversation will help you understand why—and show you a different way forward. We'll explore how self-worth isn't something you earn through performance, but something you cultivate through connection, trust, acceptance, and respect. In this episode, we explore:✨ Why manifestation is ultimately a game of self-worth✨ The difference between earning validation and feeling inherently worthy✨ How perfectionism disconnects you from your heart✨ Why self-worth is a relationship, not an achievement✨ The three ingredients of lasting self-worth: self-trust, self-acceptance, and self-respect✨ How to create a genuine heart connection with yourself✨ Why taking risks builds self-trust✨ The role of permission and self-acceptance in personal growth✨ Practical journaling questions to deepen your relationship with yourself✨ How stronger self-worth naturally leads to greater belief, easier manifestation, and true non-attachmentInterested in the upcoming beta program?Beginning in September, I'll be leading a live 12-week beta program for women navigating one of the hardest questions they'll ever face: Should I stay, or should I go?If you're trying to determine whether your marriage can evolve with the woman you're becoming—or whether it's time to trust yourself enough to walk away—this program is for you. We'll explore self-trust, relationship dynamics, emotional safety, feminine leadership, and finding clarity without forcing a decision.Only 10 women will be accepted into this first live round.Send me a DM on Instagram with the word DECIDE to learn more.
Twenty years ago Michelle asked Universal Beings a question she had never thought to ask before. What is humanity's greatest challenge? The answer was instant. And it changed everything. Self worth. Not war. Not disease. Not poverty. Not corruption. Self worth. And what they showed her next — screen after screen of Hitler, wars, bombed cities, plague, every traumatic event in human history — confirmed it completely. Every single one a direct result of damaged self worth. Five beings did this. To seven billion humans. Not through weapons or systems or governments. Through conversation. By teaching humanity to doubt itself. Then they taught you about weapons and how they can be used against humanity so you would never recognize the conditioning for what it was — the greatest crime against humanity in the history of existence. The one thing they don't want you to know: the same chain works in reverse. One human healing their self worth impacts at minimum one million other people. Which means the restoration of humanity is not waiting for governments or systems or someone else to fix it. It's waiting for you. By the end of this episode you will understand why self worth is humanity's greatest challenge and how five beings used it to impact seven billion humans. You will know why every war, every disease and every traumatic event in human history is a direct result of damaged self worth. You will discover why you are not damaged — only your perspective of your own existence is — and why that distinction changes everything. You will understand why fear is not real but a get out of jail free card the conditioning gave you. And you will know why one person healing their self worth impacts at minimum one million other people — and why this is the most important thing you can do for humanity right now. Heal your self worth through direct guidance from Universal Beings: michellevickers.com/self-worth-sacred-journey This is Part 150 of The Story of Creation, a live recording of Michelle Vickers having conversations with The Creator, The Soul of The Universe and other Universal Beings, recorded in front of a live audience. No script. Just pure universal truth direct from the source. The Authentic Human Podcast | The Story of Creation | EP227 | Part 150 0:00 Why we are now in the phase of retrieving our natural human abilities — and what that actually means 1:35 Why millions of people love superhero movies — and what that reveals about humanity's inner knowing 3:19 The question Michelle asked Universal Beings 20 years ago — and the answer that changed everything 7:35 Why there is not a single human soul whose potential is to harm another — and what happened to create the ones who do 16:39 Why fear is a get out of jail free card — and what actually lives underneath it 23:19 Why every human connects with at least one million people throughout their life — and what that means for your healing 26:48 Why passive participation is over — and what active participation in humanity's restoration actually looks like 33:16 Why you cannot fly until self worth is restored — and what self worth means at the universal level
The people you allow to stay close to you say a lot about how you see yourself. Not as a judgment — as an invitation to get honest. Because when your self worth is low you tend to tolerate things you shouldn't. You accept less than you deserve. You stay in situations that cost you because some part of you believes that's all you're worth. In today's episode, Celeste connects self worth directly to the quality of relationships and dynamics you've been accepting in your life. If you've been tolerating treatment that doesn't match your worth, this one is going to be an honest mirror. Today's shift: Look at the people closest to you and ask honestly — does how they treat me match how I deserve to be treated?
Y'all, have you ever stopped to think about the fact that you are literally teaching people how to treat you every single day? In this episode, part of our High Self-Worth Summer series, I'm getting into one of the most requested topics I get: boundaries. But before we go there, I want to talk about something that doesn't get enough airtime, which is standard. Because here's the thing, your standards are actually the root of your boundaries. A standard is a promise you make to yourself about how you're going to show up and how you'll allow yourself to be treated, and it's rooted in identity, not preference. Once I got clear on my own standards, everything about how I dated and who I let into my life started to shift. I break down my favorite metaphor for this, soil, roots, and flowers, and why boundaries are 90% energy, not a script you Google the night before a hard conversation.Inside the Episode:Why your standards are identity-rooted (not just preferences) and how that one shift changes everything about how you show up in dating and relationshipsMy soil, roots, and flowers metaphor, self-worth is the soil, standards are the roots, and boundaries are the flowers that naturally grow when the roots are healthyWhy boundaries aren't about being "too much" or "a bitch", they're proof that you believe you matter enough to protect yourselfIf this one hit home for you:
Sometimes life stops looking anything like the picture we carried in our heads. That does not mean the story is over—and it may not even mean we are starting from scratch. In this episode of Living the Good Life, Kimberly welcomes Georgette Beck, author of Junk to Jewels: A Journey From Brokenness and Despair to Beauty and Delight. Georgette reflects on the smiling, high-achieving girl who was quietly carrying shame; the painful adult season she calls her rescue; and the people, practices, and choices that helped her begin recognizing her own value.Their conversation moves through Georgette's four C's—contemplation, community, caring, and contribution—and into the wonderfully ordinary things that can make a life feel like your own again: inviting someone for coffee, walking near the water, buying yourself flowers, painting badly and happily, asking for help, and sharing what you have learned.Georgette also speaks candidly about being a late bloomer, earning a degree while raising her daughter and working, creating a nonprofit from the care she once received, and feeling an urgency to write the stories her family did not get to tell.In this episode:Why healing and confidence arrive in layersThe difference between looking successful and feeling worthyHow community can make courage possibleA simple first step when reaching out feels uncomfortableWhy knowing what you love is part of defining the good lifeHow caring for others can turn survival into contributionSubscribe to Living the Good Life for more conversations with people choosing purpose, wellness, creativity, and adventure in every season of life.Connect with Georgette: Book: https://a.co/d/0etqV85UFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/GeorgetteBeckWriterInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/georgette.beck/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/georgette-beck-7a659387/Join the conversation: Come hang out with us in the Living the Good Life Facebook community for:Episode previewsBonus contentGuest Q&A opportunitiesA community of people choosing to live with more intention and joyJoin the Living the Good Life FB Community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/LTGLCommunityEvery episode proudly sponsored by http://SwitchtoUSAMade.comContact Kimberly Henrie at https://livingthegoodlife.us/If this episode resonated with you, take a moment to leave a review or share it with someone who might need a little nudge toward their own version of the good life.

Girl, if you've ever beaten yourself up for "failing" at a habit, the journaling you couldn't stick with, the boundary you keep caving on, the morning routine that lasted exactly three days, this episode is for you. In part of our High Self-Worth Summer series, Dr. Morgan breaks down why habits don't fail because of willpower or discipline. They fail because your nervous system is still running old survival programming from relational trauma, and no amount of "just try harder" can override that. Dr. Morgan gets vulnerable about her own journey rebuilding her relationship to sleep, food, money, movement, and work, and why the internal work always has to come before the behavior change.Inside the Episode:Why habits aren't a willpower problem - they're a wiring problem, and what that actually means for your body and brainThe five identity shifts that changed Dr. Morgan's life (sleep, food, finances, movement, and work), and the old beliefs she had to release firstWhy belief work has to come before habit change, not alongside it, if you want the change to actually stickReady to go deeper?
Recover Your Soul: A Spiritual Path to a Happy and Healthy Life
Have you ever noticed that it's easier to give love than to receive it?As recovering people pleasers and codependents, many of us learned to care for everyone else first. We became experts at giving our time, our energy, our love, and our attention, but when it comes to receiving those same gifts, we often hesitate. Why?In this episode, I share a very personal story about buying a new car and how something that seemed so ordinary uncovered a much deeper invitation to healing. What surfaced wasn't really about the car at all. It was about an old belief that had quietly followed me through much of my life—that other people deserved more than I did.As I became curious about those feelings, I realized that learning to receive has been one of the greatest spiritual lessons of my own Soul Recovery journey.Healing isn't about getting more. It's about releasing the beliefs, patterns, and stories that tell us we aren't enough. When we begin to receive the same love, compassion, and kindness that we so freely offer everyone else, we open ourselves to a life rooted in abundance instead of lack, trust instead of fear, and wholeness instead of striving. If you've ever struggled to believe you deserve love, support, joy, or simply something beautiful for yourself, I hope this conversation reminds you that you have never needed to earn your worth. You already are enough.A New Weekly RhythmBeginning July 2026, you'll receive a new episode every Monday between the 2 Recover Your Soul Podcasts. One week you'll hear a full Recover Your Soul Podcast episode, and the next week you'll receive a Recover Your Soul Bonus Podcast, where I share spiritual tools, practices, guided meditations, and inspiring interviews to support you on your healing journey.Thank you for being part of this beautiful community. Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or you've been walking this path with me for years, I'm honored that we're recovering our souls together.Until next time… Namaste.
Before You Build Your Brand, Build Your Self-Worth | Kristen Olson On The Expert Authority Coach podcast, Christine Blosdale interviews Kristen Olson, founder of KO Alliance and host of the Turmeric and Tequila podcast. Olson shares her journey from being a longtime athlete and D1 lacrosse player to starting a lacrosse business in Colorado, building sponsorships like Clif Bar, and formalizing her work connecting athletes and brands through strategic partnerships. She explains launching her podcast after seeing inauthenticity in health and wellness marketing and wanting to tell the truth. The conversation centers on women's self-worth and confidence in business, how environments and relationships can erode it, and why developing self-awareness and boundaries is critical - especially for young people navigating addictive, comparison-driven social media. Olson emphasizes abundance, community, authenticity, and drawing confidence from real-life “gold stars” such as failures and hardships. What if the very thing you've been hiding is the key to unlocking everything you want? In this episode, Lacy and Jessica explore a gentler chapter of manifestation: one rooted in authenticity, self-trust, and coming home to who you truly are. They share updates from the Be Seen Challenge and unpack the subtle ways we hide: people-pleasing, over-explaining, perfectionism, and chasing external validation. True visibility isn't about being louder or more performative — it's about feeling safe enough to own your desires, trust your intuition, and let your authentic self become your strongest signal. Plus, they answer listener questions on confidence, manifestation tests, relationship shadows, finances, and embodying the liberating “f*ck it” energy that comes from truly trusting yourself. A thought is a flicker. A belief is a highway. Here's how to tell the difference, and rewire the ones that aren't serving you.Girl, have you ever said "I know I need to work on my mindset" without really understanding what that means? In this episode, I'm breaking down the actual neuroscience of beliefs vs. thoughts, because they are not the same thing, and once you understand how beliefs get built in your brain, everything about your healing journey starts to make more sense. We'll talk about why your belief system was wired in before your prefrontal cortex could even fact-check it, why that's not your fault, and why neuroplasticity means it is never too late to build new pathways rooted in high self-worth. This one's part of my High Self-Worth Summer series, and it's foundational, so give it your full attention, okay?Inside the Episode:The real difference between a thought (a one-time firing) and a belief (a myelinated neural pathway anchored in your amygdala), and why beliefs feel like facts even when they're notWhy your belief system was formed before your prefrontal cortex fully developed at 25, and how confirming experiences keep strengthening those old pathways as you ageWhy beliefs formed in power-imbalanced relationships (parent, caregiver, past partner) were never actually true, and how to release them without self-blameReady to rewire your beliefs? Grab my Identity Reset mini-course, the exact morning practice I've used for 5+ years to stay anchored in high self-worth and secure attachment.
In this episode, I'm exploring how low self-worth can quietly shape your financial life, from under-earning and overspending to avoiding negotiation and staying stuck in unhealthy relationships. What You'll Learn Financial implications of low self-worth Where confidence actually comes from Overspending for validation often creates debt and financial stress How low self-worth can affect relationships and financial boundaries Why wealth can feel like it's “for other people” Practical ways to build self-worth Learn more about your ad choices. So many of us have spent years believing we're too much. Too emotional. Too sensitive. Too needy. Too loud. Or maybe we've believed we need to make ourselves smaller (physically or emotionally) to finally deserve love, acceptance, and belonging. In this conversation, author and founder of Date Brazen, Lily Womble, shares how those beliefs shaped her body image, relationships, and self-worth after years of dieting and questioning whether she was enough. Together, we explore why your body isn't what stands between you and love, how the weight loss fantasy keeps us stuck, and what it looks like to stop shrinking yourself and trust that you are already enough.✅ What You'll Learn:Why believing you're "too much" can affect your body image, confidence, and relationship with foodHow internalized messages about worth shape the way we show up in our relationshipsWhat the "weight loss fantasy" is and why it keeps so many women stuckHow body neutrality can help you build a healthier relationship with yourselfPractical ways to build self-compassion and become more resilient in the face of rejectionWhy you don't have to change your body to be worthy of love, belonging, or a fulfilling life

In today's episode,, Maraya Brown sits down with Amy Lawson, a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner, to explore why so many high-achieving women still wrestle with hidden unworthiness beneath success, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout, and how healing those patterns can lead to deeper self-trust, healthier relationships, and lasting inner peace. Rick sits down with Kathleen Cameron to talk about manifestation without pretending life is already easy. You may want more money. A better relationship. A different body. A different business. But if you keep making decisions from fear, you keep building from the same place that made you feel stuck. In this conversation Kathleen Cameron, who went from bedside nurse to building an eight figure business, breaks down manifestation as identity, belief, action, self worth, and emotional alignment. She says the version of you who already has the life you want thinks differently. Moves differently. Chooses differently. This episode gets into abundance, fear, toxic relationships, money pressure, authenticity, shame, guilt, self love, and the gap between what you say you want and what you actually believe you deserve. It is spiritual. But it is also a mirror. In this interview you'll learn:Why manifestation does not work when you are still making fear based decisionsHow your current identity may be recreating the same money and relationship patternsWhy self worth changes what you allow yourself to receiveHow authenticity becomes more powerful than trying to look perfectWhy shame guilt and self condemnation can quietly block the life you say you wantFollow Rick's Socials:Instagram | LinkedIn | RickJordan.TVKeywords: manifestation, law of attraction, abundance mindset, money mindset, money blocks, self worth, self love, anxiety, fear, limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, toxic relationship, personal growth, spiritual awakening, emotional alignment, identity shift, authentic self, authenticity, nervous system, fear based decisions, abundance, wealth mindset, manifestation techniques, manifest money, manifest love, inner worthiness, shame, guilt, self condemnation, confidence, radical self belief, divine timing, inspired action, feminine energy, high vibration, low vibration, relationship healing, business growth, entrepreneur mindset, rick jordan, kathleen cameron, frequency podcast

In this episode of the Owaken Podcast, Lukis Mac and Hella Omega explore the psychology of abundance as a lived mindset that influences every area of life—from money, safety, creativity, energy, relationships, habits, and opportunities to the way we think, feel, and create our reality.Drawing from their 20-year relationship and seasons of both struggle and success, they share why curiosity, vision, resourcefulness, and taking action with what you have are more powerful than waiting for the “perfect” moment. They unpack how scarcity activates the nervous system into survival (fight, flight, freeze, and fawn), leading to contraction, fear, holding on, and stagnation, while abundance creates greater flow through trust, giving, receiving, and aligning with the natural seasons of life.Throughout the conversation, they share pivotal personal stories—including spending their last $120 on festival tickets in Bali that unexpectedly led to life-changing connections and an invitation to Los Angeles, as well as a childhood manifestation experience that shaped their understanding of intention and possibility. This episode also explores self-worth, receiving, overcoming subconscious blocks, making decisive choices, investing in yourself and your environment, treating effort as devotion, and learning to embody the feelings of your future while surrendering the need to control exactly how it unfolds.00:00 – Psychology of Abundance00:50 – Welcome and Intentions02:00 – Abundance Through Life Seasons03:52 – From Broke to Vision06:15 – Curiosity Creates Possibility08:40 – Thrifting and Manifestation12:18 – Resourcefulness and Starting Now15:49 – Scarcity and the Nervous System20:29 – Nature's Seasons and Money Cycles23:29 – Receiving, Self-Worth and Overgiving27:19 – Rewrite Your Story and Choose Again28:17 – The Bali Story Begins28:48 – Betting the Last $12030:42 – Festival Miracle Vouchers31:18 – How Breathwork Opened the Door to Los Angeles34:50 – The Fork in the Road36:03 – The Ice Cream Manifestation Story38:13 – Dream First, Figure Out the How Later39:35 – Why Wealthy People Invest in Their Environment41:51 – Buy Nice or Buy Twice44:38 – Surrender and Embody Your Future Now50:10 – Effort as an Abundance Practice53:50 – Effort Is Love. The rules were never designed to make everyone equally powerful. In this episode of High Level Conversations, 19Keys sits down with Dr. Boyce Watkins for an unfiltered discussion about economics, ownership, education, artificial intelligence, politics, family infrastructure, Black business, and the systems required to create real freedom. The conversation begins with a critical question: What matters more in the age of AI—credentials, experience, mastery, or the ability to build your own system? From there, they break down the difference between earning money and controlling an economy, why community leaders must have sustainable business models, what it truly means to be pro-Black, and why Black wealth cannot grow without intentional investment, mentorship, protection networks, family offices, and institution-building.They also examine:Why criticism and cancellation are unavoidable when your work has real impact. Why Black men remain one of the most under-mentored groups in America. How billionaires, celebrities, and athletes should think about community responsibility. Why investing in Black businesses is more powerful than treating the community like a charity case.Whether artificial intelligence and technology stocks are experiencing a bubble. How to invest during economic uncertainty without gambling on hype. Why systems create powerful individuals—not the other way around. How families can build banks, investment structures, and generational leverage.Donald Trump, the MAGA movement, political independence, reparations, and voting power. Why economic strength requires strategy, negotiation, coordination, and the willingness to think much bigger. This conversation challenges the idea that freedom will come from being accepted by existing institutions. It presents another pathway: understand the system, study how power operates, build your own infrastructure, and position the next generation to thrive instead of merely survive.WHY YOU SHOULD WATCHThis episode is for entrepreneurs, investors, parents, educators, community builders, creators, and leaders who want to understand the deeper relationship between money and power. You will learn:The difference between income, ownership, influence, and economic control. How to protect your mission from criticism, censorship, and outside interference. Why mentorship and sponsorship can change the trajectory of Black men.How family offices and family banks preserve wealth across generations. How to approach AI, technology, stocks, and long-term investing intelligently. Why political power must be negotiated before support is given. How communities can transform influence into infrastructure and economic force.BUILD YOUR NETWORK, COMMUNITY, AND DIGITAL ECONOMYVisit ZIION.IOFREE AI AND INCOME WEBINARFor access to the free webinar from 19Keys about artificial intelligence and using AI to create income, join the free webinar inside the Black Business School by visiting:19keys.com/bbsEPISODE TIMESTAMPS00:00 — Economics Is Warfare02:00 — Credentials, Artificial Intelligence and the Meaning of Mastery10:00 — Turning Your Greatest Weakness Into a Strength15:00 — Truth, Activism and the Cost of Going Against the Grain18:00 — Can Black America Still Build Economic Sovereignty?25:00 — Understanding Power, Criticism and Opposition28:00 — Separating Constructive Criticism From Distraction32:00 — “You Can't Cancel a Soldier”36:00 — Why Community Empowerment Needs a Sustainable Business Model40:00 — What Does Being Pro-Black Actually Mean?42:00 — Health, Wealth and Relationships52:00 — Systemic Racism and Systems Thinking54:00 — Manufacturing Black Privilege Through Ownership56:00 — Why Black Men Are Severely Under-Mentored01:00:00 — Building Mentorship, Sponsorship and Protection Networks01:07:00 — Black Unity, Michael Jordan and Intentional Employment01:08:00 — Do Black Billionaires Owe the Community?01:14:00 — Family Offices and Who Controls Black Wealth01:17:00 — Investment Versus Charity01:22:00 — Investing in Black AI, Technology and Venture Capital01:23:00 — Stop Thinking Small: Building Billion-Dollar Ideas01:27:00 — Creating Independent Media and Economic Systems01:29:00 — Why Real Power Moves Strategically01:31:00 — Economics Is Warfare: Prepare to Be Attacked01:32:00 — Building Outside the Matrix With ZIION01:39:00 — The Hidden History of Black Coalitions and Nation-Building01:43:00 — Is Artificial Intelligence an Economic Bubble?01:46:00 — How to Invest During Market Uncertainty01:49:00 — Elon Musk, Key-Man Risk and Technology Empires01:51:00 — Powerful Individuals Are Products of Powerful Systems01:54:00 — Quantum Computing and Undervalued Future Technologies01:59:00 — What Could the Next 10 to 20 Years Look Like?02:04:00 — Healthcare, Capitalism and the Incentive to Manage Disease02:09:00 — Money, Ethics and Financial Consciousness02:14:00 — Family Banks, Infrastructure and Generational Capital02:18:00 — Why Schools Teach Employment Instead of Ownership02:20:00 — Turning Your Family Name Into an Institution02:23:00 — Self-Worth, Asset Value and Building Your Own Name02:25:00 — The MAGA Question02:28:00 — Studying Power Without Worshipping Powerful People02:30:00 — How to Give Your Children a Financial Head Start02:37:00 — Stop Depending on Systems That Were Not Built for You02:43:00 — Power, Competition and Self-Preservation02:45:00 — Reparations, Negotiation and Leverage02:48:00 — Putting the Black Vote in Escrow02:50:00 — The New Political Classes02:55:00 — Leaders, Impact and Building Economic Infrastructure02:57:00 — Final Words and Closinghttps://youtu.be/_RBftcP3Gng Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/19keys/exclusive-contentAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
Hello Beautiful, I'm so grateful you're here with me.
Your exes are still living in your nervous system, even the ones you swear you're over. You can change your hair, move apartments, and go full hot-girl-summer reinvention mode, but if you haven't actually processed a past relationship, your body doesn't know it's over. In part 2 of the High Self-Worth Summer series, I'm walking you through why healing has to happen somatically, not just mentally — and why "I got over him" and "I've released the pattern" are two very different things. This is the episode I wish someone had handed me a decade ago. It would've saved me so much pain, and I think it'll do the same for a lot of you.Inside the Episode:Why memory of past relationships isn't just mental, it's somatic, and your attachment style is your nervous system's best guess at how to stay connected based on what worked beforeWhat repetition compulsion actually is, and how unprocessed heartbreak + unhealed attachment wounds team up to pull you toward the same painful dynamics, just with a new faceWhat it actually takes to let go for real: getting to the root of the trauma, feeling the emotions you never let yourself feel, naming your patterns, grieving, and choosing forgiveness, for them and for youReady to go deeper?Grab the Identity Reset mini-course ($47):
Hello Beautiful, I'm so grateful you're here with me. Tonight, you'll gently release self-doubt and embrace the truth that you are already whole, worthy, and enough. This guided sleep meditation is perfect for self-love, emotional healing, anxiety relief, and peaceful sleep. Love,
Have you ever known deep down that something in your life needed to change, but felt completely terrified to take the leap? This week, Jessica sits down with entrepreneur, content creator, and founder of Boxwood Avenue, Chloe Legras, to explore the transformational journey of trusting yourself enough to take aligned action even when fear and discomfort loom large. Chloe shares how a picture-perfect life on the outside masked a growing sense of misalignment within, and how years of inner work eventually led her to make one of the hardest decisions of her life: leaving a marriage, rebuilding from the ground up, and following a lifelong dream to move to France. Together, they unpack the realities of navigating uncertainty, healing childhood wounds, distinguishing intuition from fear, and learning to trust yourself without having complete certainty. This episode is a powerful reminder that your dreams are often waiting on the other side of the leap you've been afraid to take—and that you already have everything you need within you to begin. This conversation also beautifully mirrors the deeper work of becoming visible, authentic, and magnetic, which is exactly what we're exploring in the Be Seen Challenge. If this episode stirred something in you, take the kickoff quiz (also available in the TBM app) and see what's ready to transform. What if the biggest obstacle to better health isn't your diet and instead it's the relationship you've built with your body?In this conversation, I sit down with psychologist Dr. Rachel Goldman to unpack why so many women struggle with body image, emotional eating, food noise, and self-worth, especially during midlife. We explore why lasting health isn't built through shame or punishment. It's built through curiosity, compassion, and learning to work with your body instead of constantly fighting against it.We also discuss the psychology behind food noise, body neutrality, GLP-1 medications, menopause, emotional eating, and why your relationship with yourself influences every health decision you make.If you've ever felt like your body has betrayed you, this episode offers a different perspective. In this episode, you'll learn:Why body image goes far beyond what you see in the mirrorThe difference between body positivity and body neutralityWhy food noise develops and how to begin quieting it naturallyHow emotional eating becomes a learned coping strategyWhy your self-worth should never depend on the number on the scaleHow menopause changes the emotional relationship women have with their bodiesWhy slowing down at meals changes more than digestionResources MentionedWhen Life HappensThe Body Keeps the ScoreCognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)The Reset AcademyNervous System Reset GuideMore on Dr. Rachel GoldmanDr. Rachel Goldman is a licensed psychologist, clinical assistant professor, media health expert, and nationally recognized speaker specializing in health behavior change, obesity, eating behaviors, stress management, and cognitive behavioral therapy. You can't rewrite a blueprint you've never let yourself look at, and that goes for your relationships too.Buckle up, because we're kicking off the High Self-Worth Summer series with the foundational piece nobody wants to touch: the relational trauma you carry from your relationship with your parents. And before you say "but Dr. Morgan, my parents and I are great now", that's exactly why you need this one. This isn't about blame. There are ways your parents failed you, and they were doing the best they could with what they had. Both are true. In this episode I'm walking you through why avoiding this work quietly runs your love life, your friendships, and even your career and how to finally examine, process, and release what you've been carrying so you can stop recreating that familiar (not safe) emotional home.Inside the episode:The Mother & Father Wounds: Explores how early caregiving shapes self-worth ("Am I too much?") and external relationship patterns (trusting steady love, proving worth).Repetition compulsion in plain terms — why your nervous system chases familiar over healthy, and how that keeps you dating the same emotionally unavailable person in a new outfit until you look at the blueprint.Becoming the love scientist — the exact practice for noticing your patterns in real time: who you're attracted to, what triggers you, what you tolerate, and how you talk to yourself.Ready to do the work? The pattern isn't your fault, but the healing is your responsibility, and I've made it easy. Through personal stories, vulnerability, and practical insight, Sarah and Jessica reveal why so many of us struggle to take aligned action toward love, purpose, abundance, visibility, and fulfillment—and what it takes to finally move forward. If you've ever wondered why you can envision your future but struggle to embody it, why success can feel overwhelming, or why your deepest desires trigger your deepest fears, this episode offers a compassionate roadmap forward.
