After suffering from kidney stones in 2019, Todd took more of an interest in nutrition & strength training. In 2022 Todd had begun secretly yo-yo dieting, which led to him aggressively cutting from Monday to Friday, then blowing up on the weekends. When Todd & his wife Maki welcomed their first child, Leo, into the world, Todd knew that it was time to make a change. In 2024, Todd suffered a broken toe & was diagnosed with Golfers Elbow, Tennis Elbow & chronic tendonitis in left wrist. Todd then hired a personal trainer specializing in hypertrophy & injury prevention & found success with the Carnivore Diet, which was the only diet he found to be sustainable. In 2025 Todd Souter became a certified 'Carnivore Diet Health Coach' & is currently studying Certificate IV as a Personal Trainer in order to help others improve their health & fitness. Would you like access to our advanced agency training for FREE? https://www.agencymastery360.com/training Do you feel underpaid, misunderstood, or stuck explaining why your work costs what it costs? Most agency owners don't wake up one day and decide, "You know what sounds fun? Running an agency." They stumble into it, usually because the job market fails them. That's exactly how today's featured guest got her start. In this episode, she'll unpack how slowly building her confidence as she gained more experienced changed her perspective on pricing and why most "thought leadership" content does more harm than good. Alicia Disantis is the owner and creative director of 38th & Kip Studio, a dual branding and design studio celebrating 15 years in business. She founded the agency during the 2008 recession, which is about as pressure-filled a launchpad as you can imagine. Before building a sustainable agency, Alicia wore a lot of creative hats: video game character artist for early mobile games, comic book artist for an urban vampire/werewolf series, and unpaid intern at a graphic design. These experiences heavily shaped how she thinks about value, pricing, and positioning today. In this episode, we'll discuss: Why agency pricing should feel scary. Educating clients who think your work is "easy." An approach to thought leadership that actually creates value. Creating a Unique Path that Lead to Agency Ownership Like many agency owners, Alicia didn't start with a master plan. She started with a student loan bill that arrived a month before graduation and over a hundred job applications that led nowhere. When the traditional path failed, she did what resourceful creatives do: she pieced together work wherever she could find it. Freelance gigs turned into repeat work. Repeat work turned into confidence. And eventually, confidence turned into a business. She went from being an unpaid intern, to game designer, to a comic book designer, and forged a unique path, going from charging just $200 for her first freelance job to earning the confidence she needed to believe she could build her own business. Most agencies are born from survival more than a carefully thought business plan. The danger is that when you start that way, you often carry survival pricing and survival thinking far longer than you should. That early context matters, because it explains why so many agency owners struggle to raise prices later. From $200 Clients to Pricing That Feels Scary (In a Good Way) Alicia's first client paid her $200. She also did a lot of free work, because at the time, that felt like the only way in. What changed over the years wasn't some magic pricing formula. It was confidence. Marketing and creative work is deeply undervalued, especially compared to STEM or "expert" services. People don't argue over a $250 legal consult but they will argue endlessly over a logo. As Alicia grew, she learned three critical skills: Educating clients on the real cost of doing work right Having the confidence to say no Quoting prices that made her a little uncomfortable It wasn't easy, but mostly it just took time. How to Educate Clients Who Think a Logo Is "Easy" Alicia managed to reframe the value of branding for skeptical clients not by arguing but by analogizing. Instead of defending design directly, she compares it to plumbing, legal work, or real estate. You wouldn't hire a $5 freelancer to represent you in civil court, so why would you do that for the thing that represents your entire business? This framing does two things: It removes emotion from the conversation It positions branding as expert work, not artistic preference Clients should also understand the hidden cost of "cheap" solutions, especially with websites. Hiring a friend or a bargain provider usually leads to cut corners, broken functionality, and stalled growth when the person inevitably disappears. The goal isn't to lead with fear. It's to calmly explain consequences and let the client decide if cheap is really cheaper. Thought Leadership That Builds Trust (Not Clickbait) Thought leadership is an area where Alicia found significant success creating valuable educational content. In her view, it's also something most agencies get wrong. The problem isn't content volume. It's content relevance. In her experience, the key to producing this content is leading with research on what people want to hear about. She's also encountered many white papers that don't even offer any takeaways or new perspectives, which ends up diluting the trust on your brand. Alicia insists that everything she produces or is a part of must have key takeaways that her audience can translate into a real technical plan. She shared a four-part framework she uses before creating educational content: Motivation – Why does the audience care right now? Pain points – What problem are they actually trying to solve? Literacy level – How well do they understand the subject? Communication style – How do they prefer to consume information? The literacy piece is where most agencies mess up. If you speak marketing jargon to an audience that doesn't have that literacy, you don't sound smart. You sound patronizing. And nobody buys when they feel dumb. Alicia is intentional about making sure everything she puts out includes tangible takeaways—things people can write down and act on. Without that, it's just noise. Playing the Long Game with Content and Personal Brand This podcast started over a decade ago not as a growth hack, but out of curiosity. The goal was to let listeners be a fly on the wall. The payoff took years, but now it's a massive moat. People join our community and say they've been listening for years before ever raising their hand. That kind of trust doesn't come from ads with rented Lambos. But it also takes time and determination. Less than 7% of podcasts make it past episode three, and only about 1% make it beyond episode 23. From Alicia's perspective, finding your unique personality and value proposition is the hardest part of business. People are afraid to be different, but different is the whole point. Discovering your own value proposition on your own is like trying to tickle yourself. You need outside perspective to see what's actually special. Veda Austin has photographed over 70,000 water samples using her unique crystallography method, and what she's discovered challenges everything we think we know about reality. Water showed a woman's pregnancy before she knew she was pregnant. It revealed a seed's potential by displaying the full-grown plant instead of the seed itself. It captured a man's thought about pheasant hunting from thousands of miles away. And it may hold ancient language encoded in repeating symbols that appear in frozen water around the world. This episode reveals why your thoughts literally restructure the water in your body, how the last word you speak before drinking becomes water's "welcoming committee," and why distilled water can't hold healing information the way mineral-rich water can. You'll learn why becoming still allows you to see your reflection in your body's internal waters, how water exists in a fourth phase beyond solid, liquid, and gas, and why understanding water means understanding our own untapped potential as human beings. Discover: • The freezing method: how freezing water to liquid crystal stage for exactly 5 minutes 30 seconds reveals three-dimensional patterns that prove water's intelligence  • The welcoming committee principle: why saying "thank you" before drinking water changes its molecular structure and how it enters your cells  • The predictive phenomenon: how water shows future events, pregnancy, and even injuries before they happen, suggesting it exists outside linear time  • The hydroglyph language: repeating symbols that appear in water samples worldwide, resembling ancient hieroglyphs and recognized by AI as actual language  • The healing word protocol: how writing an inspired word, freezing water over it for 30 seconds, and eating the crystallography has cured insomnia in 10 days  Find Veda Austin: Website: https://vedaaustin.com/  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vedaaustin_water Timestamps: 0:00 - Introduction  7:02 - Near-Death Experience & The Path to Water Research  12:40 - Discovering Alkaline Water's Healing Properties  16:53 - Glass Purging & The Body's Intelligence  25:36 - Sacred Geometry & Pyramidal Water Experiments  27:13 - Discovering the Freezing Method & First Hand Image  34:22 - Remote Thought Experiments: Pheasant Hunting Vision  41:00 - Hydroglyphs: Water's Repeating Symbol Language  43:29 - Water Predicting Pregnancy Before Detection  48:54 - Seeds & Potential: Water Shows the Future Plant  56:27 - How Your Thoughts Change Your Body's Water  1:00:00 - The Last Word Before Drinking: Water's Welcoming Committee Learn more about your ad choices. In this week's episode, we chat to creepy thriller writer Sally-Anne Martyn.Sally-Anne didn't grow up wanting to be a writer. She studied performing arts, working in film and TV, before working many different jobs in many different places, even a stint as a carer in one of England's last asylums. In her 40's, she had the epiphany that perhaps writing had always been waiting for her. She took that realisation very seriously, enrolling on writing courses, and life-coaching seminars, all to try and make her dream of being published come true. When it finally happened, she was shocked at how quickly the realities of being a writer set in. You can hear all about that in the chat. She's published 'The Clinic', 'The Home', and her new novel is 'The Beauty Queen'. It's all about the journalist Zoe Kincade, who arrives in the rundown seaside town of Sunshine Sands to report on the local talent show. Within moments, it brings up memories of her sister, and the last place she was seen alive, when she was also crowned Miss Sunshine Sands. We discuss dark thrillers, and how she's always improving her routine. You can hear why Sally-Anne is envious of old-school writers, how different jobs have influenced her novel ideas, and why she's a member of the 5am club.Get a copy of the book - uk.bookshop.org/shop/writersroutineThis week's episode is sponsored by 'Whale Cemetery', the 12th instalment in the 'DCI Finnegan Yorkshire Crime Thriller' series by Ely North. Become the Obvious Choice: Brand Positioning That Turns Reputation Into Demand | Paige Arnof-Fenn

Paige Arnof-Fenn shares how to stop competing on price by sharpening brand positioning, owning a niche, and turning reputation + referrals into consistent demand. In this episode, Paige Arnof-Fenn shares her journey from investment banking to branding powerhouse and discovering her true calling in marketing, building a distributed firm long before remote work was mainstream, and detailing how to turn expertise into profitable, high-impact businesses. Paige is the founder and CEO of Mavens & Moguls, a global branding and digital marketing firm that has worked with clients like Microsoft, Virgin, The New York Times Company, and Colgate. Her path to entrepreneurship didn't begin with a clear plan, but with a series of courageous pivots that led her from Wall Street to marketing leadership at P&G and Coca-Cola, and eventually to building her own agency. Along the way, she learned that success is less about following a script and more about honoring the parts of work that energize you.The turning points in Paige's story are rooted in self-awareness and bold action. After realizing investment banking didn't align with her values or passion, she shifted into marketing, first through business school, then by shaping brand strategy at major corporations and startups. She watched the internet industry emerge in the late '90s and embraced it, later using the post-9/11 job market as a catalyst to launch her own business. What could have been a moment of fear became the start of a 24-year journey building a thriving firm with a distributed team across multiple cities and countries.Paige's most powerful insights center on clarity, niche, and validation. She encourages women entrepreneurs to treat themselves as a brand, not a commodity, and to build businesses based on real market research, not friendly feedback. She champions differentiation through specificity, sharing how dominating one niche beats trying to please everyone, and explains how profitability is the foundation for meaningful impact.Paige's story is a celebration of women's leadership, resilience, and the power of building businesses that create real change. If you're ready to rethink what entrepreneurship can look like, and how to build it with intention and confidence, this conversation is for you. Tune in and be inspired.Chapters00:56

Why Money, Power, and Women Didn't Fix the Pain with Michael Lynch | The Hopeaholics PodcastIn this raw and powerful episode of the Hopeaholics Podcast, Michael Lynch sits down to share an unfiltered story of survival, addiction, crime, success, and redemption. From growing up in foster care and running the streets, to building a viral underground fight empire funded by prison hustles, Michael opens up about the rise that came with money, fame, and excess—and the quiet collapse that followed through alcoholism, isolation, and the brink of suicide. He speaks candidly about manipulation, power, broken relationships, and how alcohol nearly destroyed everything drugs never could. The conversation takes a dramatic turn as Michael recounts being raided just days after deciding to end his life, leading to jail, a fight for freedom, and an unexpected introduction to recovery that ultimately saved him. This episode dives deep into the psychology of addiction, the illusion of success, prison life, spiritual awakening, and what real transformation looks like after hitting bottom. It's an intense, honest, and inspiring story about losing everything, surrendering control, and finding purpose in helping others find their way out.#thehopeaholics  #redemption #recovery #AlcoholAddiction #AddictionRecovery #wedorecover #SobrietyJourney #MyStory #Hope #wedorecover #treatmentcenter #natalieevamarieJoin our patreon to get access to an EXTRA EPISODE every week of ‘Off the Record', exclusive content, a thriving recovery community, and opportunities to be featured on the podcast. https://patreon.com/TheHopeaholics Go to www.Wolfpak.com today and support our sponsors. Show NotesIn this week's episode of The Angel Mystic Podcast, I explore a topic that so many people overthink and sometimes even fear: discovering your life's purpose.I speak about why purpose isn't always grand or dramatic, why it doesn't need to change the world, and why it certainly isn't meant to feel heavy or pressured. Real purpose is often quiet and much more personal than we expect, and it tends to be discovered rather than decided.I share how my own purpose has shifted throughout my life, from raising my children to the work I now do with Angels and manifestation, and how fun and joy are key indicators that you're on the right path.I also talk about the way purpose evolves as we evolve, how we can lose ourselves while caring for others, and how reconnecting to our soul, our desires, and our spiritual team can bring clarity. If you've been feeling a pull towards spiritual work, are craving more meaning, or are wondering if there's something more for you, this episode will resonate. I also drop a little heads-up about free spiritual business training coming in February for those who feel called to support others in a spiritual way.I wrap up with Angel card guidance for the week of 2-8 February, offering reassurance, encouragement, and reminders to trust your intuition and follow what feels good.Tune in, enjoy, and remember to rate, review, and subscribe. Infancy gospels or protoevangelions are a genre of religious texts that arose in the 2nd century. They are part of New Testament apocrypha, and provide accounts of the birth and early life of Jesus. The texts are of various and uncertain origin, and are generally non-canonical in major modern branches of Christianity. They include the Gospel of James, which introduces the concept of the Perpetual Virginity of Mary, and the Infancy Gospel of Thomas (not to be confused with the unrelated Gospel of Thomas), both of which cover many miraculous incidents from the life of Mary and the childhood of Jesus that are not included in the canonical gospels. He alone bestows identity, despite all our fleshly attempts to establish our own identity through our possessions, our status, our knowledge, our appearance, our achievements, and even our ministry. Our identity as beloved sons and daughters, loved by the Father as much as He loves His Son, Jesus, is the greatest identity anyone could ever carry in this life. This is the pathway to security and the foundation for our complete freedom from performance-based approval.Discovering and growing in our identity in Christ is the greatest investment we can make in our spiritual formation. When Hashem Hurts With Us: Discovering His Love in Our Pain

Hashem wants us to learn about Him from the way He revealed Himself at Yetziat Mitzrayim. The pesukim tell us again and again how we are meant to see that Hashem is the only One who controls everything that happens in this world. There are people who believe that everything that happens to them is from Hashem, yet when they go through prolonged difficulties, they have complaints, feeling that they are being dealt with unfairly. To know that Hashem controls everything is not enough. We also need to know how loving and merciful He is. When Moshe Rabbeinu asked Hashem, "Why are You dealing so harshly with the Jewish people?" Hashem answered him that He is Hashem. The Targum Yonatan explains that Hashem told him, "I am the Hashem who appeared to you at the burning bush." How do we understand this response? How does this explain why He was dealing with the Jewish people so harshly? The Maharal writes that there are different levels of love between people. When it comes to true friends, each one will participate in the happy occasions of the other. But the greatest expression of love is when one friend is in pain because the other one is hurting. It is much easier to celebrate with a friend than to feel hurt when he is hurt. When a person is in pain because his friend is in pain, that shows that his life is not a life without his friend. He cannot enjoy his own life knowing that his friend is in trouble. When Hashem appeared to Moshe at the burning bush, one of the reasons He came to him in a thorn bush was to show Moshe that He was in pain because of the pain that the Jewish people were experiencing. The Midrash says, look at how much Hashem loves us. He calls us His daughter and His sister and His mother. The Maharal says, if it didn't say it, we wouldn't be allowed to say it ourselves. But everyone knows that a child cannot exist without first having a mother. Although Hashem does not need anyone or anything, He calls us His mother to tell us that because of His great love for us, He makes Himself feel as if He needs us to exist. This love is shown most clearly by Hashem feeling the pain of every single Jew when he is in pain. So when Moshe Rabbeinu asked Hashem, "Why are You treating the Jewish people so harshly in Mitzrayim?" Hashem replied to him by reminding him immediately about the vision he had at the burning bush. If a doctor were operating on a patient and causing the patient pain, a relative of that patient might question the doctor and ask why he was operating in such a painful way when perhaps there was a less painful method. But if the doctor were operating on his own child, no one would ask any questions, because they would know that he is doing the surgery in the best possible way. Hashem was telling Moshe that the question of "Why am I hurting My nation?" is invalid, because I am their loving Father. I am treating them in the best possible way for them. When they are hurting, I am hurting. We must understand how much Hashem loves us. The Midrash asks, why did Hashem appear to Moshe in a thorn bush? One of the answers it gives is because a thorn bush is the lowest of all trees in terms of humility. There is no apparent purpose to it. It does not seem to provide any benefit. So too, that is how the Jewish nation looked in Mitzrayim, like people with nothing going for them. They had fallen almost to the forty-ninth level of tumah. They were idol worshippers. They had no zechuyot to be redeemed. Yet Hashem came and showed Moshe that if He could rest His presence in a thorn bush, He could redeem a nation that looked like a thorn bush. Because Hashem's love for us does not depend on our deeds. He loves us more than a parent could ever love a child. Even though Hashem gave us the mitzvah of Milah and Pesach before we left Mitzrayim, that was after He had already performed nine makkot and had everything set for the geulah. He did not first require us to have zechuyot to be saved. He saved us because He loves us. The Shem mishmuel said on the words "raoh raeety" that Hashem told Moshe, even though I see them after Matan Torah worshipping the Eigel, I am still going to redeem them. Hashem's love for us is unfathomable. If a person asks, "Why is Hashem doing bad to me?" it just means that he has not yet comprehended the love that Hashem has for him. Hashem feels his pain more than he does. He is only doing the best possible thing for him. If we could feel even a small part of the true love that Hashem has for us, we would be able to live more happily no matter what we are going through.

In an age of endless Bible translations and growing skepticism about whether we can even know what God has said, many believers are still quietly asking a foundational question: Has God preserved His word? For some, the issue feels academic or maybe even divisive; for others, it strikes at the very heart of authority, confidence, and faith. In today's episode, we step into that tension in order to provide a clear, thoughtful, and accessible case for the King James Bible and the doctrine of preservation, tracing how careful study, historical research, and biblical conviction can lead a believer to firm ground rather than confusion. Our guest today is Brandon Peterson, podcaster, author, and founder of the Truth is Christ ministry. As a younger voice in a conversation often dominated by older generations, Brandon brings a unique perspective—one not shaped by tradition alone, but by personal investigation. We invite you to listen in as Peterson shares his testimony, his journey through questions surrounding modern Bible versions, and the research that led him to defend the Authorized Version as God's preserved word. Through projects like KJVcompare.com and his writings on the patterns of scripture. Brandon is helping reintroduce the doctrine of preservation to a rising generation, reminding believers that confidence in the Bible is not inherited blindly—but can be reasoned, tested, and joyfully affirmed. For more information, please follow the link to read the notes for today's show.Visit KJVCode.com and KJVCompare.comFor more information on the Living Faith Bible Institute and its program of study:  https://www.lfbi.org/learnmore

In March 2011, The Sunday Times ran an article on the discovery of a mysterious cache of palm-sized, ring-bound books made of lead. These lead codices, as they have become known, contain mysterious symbols and inscriptions. One tablet in particular features a portrait of Jesus and has preserved the seven seals that would have bound it together along its left-hand side.  David and Jennifer Elkington photographed the books, brought samples to the UK for analysis, and assembled a team of eminent scholars to study them. At the same time, the books were quickly becoming an international phenomenon, the Israelis and Jordanians began a very public dispute over the location of the site where they were discovered. Convinced that the codices are the earliest Christian documents ever found, the Elkingtons put their reputations on the line as they raced to authenticate the find amidst an array of vested interests which sought to suppress them.  In their quest to crack the code, the Elkingtons have been subjected to personal threat but they have continued the fight to ensure the world understands the importance of the codices, which may well pre-date the New Testament. Their significance in our understanding of early Christianity cannot be underestimated. One day in Oxfordshire, England, in 2007, husband and wife academics David and Jennifer Elkington viewed a set of photographs that would change their lives. The objects in the pictures appeared to be antiquated books, made of metal and replete with iconography and inscribed with ancient script. The couple travelled to Jordan where the codices were found, brought samples to the UK for analysis and assembled a team of eminent scholars t study them. At the same time, the books were quickly becoming an international phenomenon - the Israelis and Jordanians began a very public dispute over the location of the site where they were discovered. Convinced that the codices are the earliest Christian artefacts ever found, the Elkingtons put their reputations on the line as they raced to authenticate the find amidst an array of vested interests that sought to suppress them. This is the journey that takes them from the sleepy shires of England to harrowing trips to the Middle East, involving Bedouin dealers and expeditions to unexplored caverns dating from the dawn of Christianity."Although I heard, I did not understand. So I said, 'My Lord, what shall be the end of these things?' He replied, 'Go your way, Daniel, for the words are closed up and sealed until the end of time.'"
