The power of authenticity, website usability, and new monetization opportunities with Rachel Cunliffe. ----- Welcome to episode 549 of The Food Blogger Pro Podcast! This week on the podcast, Bjork interviews Rachel Cunliffe of Cre8d Design.  Finding Your Authentic Voice and Scaling Your Food Blog with Rachel Cunliffe This episode is packed with wisdom on thriving in the current food blogging landscape! Rachel Cunliffe, who tracks all the trends in her Best Served Hot newsletter, emphasizes that you absolutely have to stop chasing every trend out there and lean into your own style. Your authentic voice and that irreplaceable "human touch" are the only things guaranteed to truly connect with your audience, even as AI enters the mix. This is your number one priority for sustainable growth! Beyond the content, Rachel reminds us that the basics still matter: website usability and good design are often neglected, but they are crucial for keeping users happy (and staying monetized). With the food blogging market constantly evolving, success requires striking a balance between a strong, unique voice and paying attention to new monetization opportunities! Three episode takeaways: Stop chasing trends and be yourself: Rachel stresses that in today's chaotic online world, authenticity is your secret weapon. Algorithms may shift, but the irreplaceable "human touch" and your unique voice are the only things that truly connect with and grow your audience sustainably. Focus on your strengths and let your genuine self shine!  Design matters more than you think: While we obsess over SEO keywords, Rachel points out that basic website usability and design are often totally neglected. Think of your site like your kitchen: if it's messy and hard to navigate, guests (and Google!) won't stick around. Don't skip the step of making your site genuinely pleasant to use. The food blogging landscape is changing: The food blogging landscape is still growing, but the rules are evolving. It's time to look beyond traditional display ads. Pay attention to new monetization opportunities and remember that balancing that authentic voice with smart strategy is the key to thriving in this market shift. If you're done wasting money on low-quality Facebook leads, this conversation is your wake-up call. Dr. Pete sits down with Dr. Nick Silveri of LVRG Media to unpack what it actually takes to attract high-quality new patients who show up ready for care. They break down why content is the real engine of trust, how to build a comprehensive presence across Google, social, and YouTube, and why long-term brand authority beats every short-term offer. You'll discover how to get your associates creating content, align your online experience with your in-office excellence, and use AI responsibly without hurting your SEO. It's a clear path to doing marketing the way you coach patients to do health: consistent habits, long-term thinking, and a message that makes you the obvious choice in your town. In this conversation you will:Learn why “quality new patients” start with your own expertise and message. See how content across Google, social, and YouTube works together to build brand and trust. Understand the difference between relevance and value in patient focused content. Discover how to scale content beyond the owner by using associates and team members. Get clear on smart ways to use AI for emails and nurture instead of blog spam. Episode Highlights01:32 – Hear why this conversation centers on quality new patients, content strategy, and AI as key drivers of growth.07:22 – Learn how Dr. Nick shifted from personality-driven marketing to a system-focused approach based on what chiropractors truly want.08:55 – See why most chiropractors bounce between agencies and why content-first marketing outperforms short-term tactics.09:58 – Understand why the only reliable path to quality new patients is leveraging your expertise across the platforms where patients search for answers.11:12 – Learn the difference between relevance and value and how patient priorities move from symptom relief to long-term wellness.14:12 – Hear the health-and-fitness analogy that illustrates why marketing shortcuts fail just like shortcuts in health.18:19 – See how to align your online presence with the in-office experience so patients know who you are before they ever meet you.19:55 – Discover how to remove yourself as the bottleneck and empower associates or team members to create content.23:40 – Learn how Leverage Media simplifies the process so doctors only follow the plan and record the content.27:23 – Explore what a comprehensive marketing plan looks like today across social, Google, YouTube, and emerging AI platforms.29:28 – Understand how long-term brand building makes people choose you even when you aren't the top search result.31:14 – Hear why patients ignore coupons and choose the doctor they already trust from their consistent content.32:24 – Learn why most clinics misuse AI for SEO and how search engines are already penalizing AI-generated blogs.38:20 – Get clear on using AI correctly for emails, nurture, and text instead of search-ranking content.40:29 – Take away a simple strategy: share real expertise consistently so your clinic becomes the obvious choice in your town.41:46 - Dr. Lona sits down with Success Partner Dr. Brian Capra of ClinicMind to talk about how one unified platform can replace the long list of tools most chiropractors' juggle. Dr. Brian explains how ClinicMind brings EHR, billing, AI-driven patient communication, scheduling, and marketing under one system so teams can stay focused on care instead of tech headaches. It's a smart look at how streamlined systems create space for clinics to grow, serve more people, and operate with far greater ease. Resources MentionedLearn more about the TRP Remarkable Business Immersion - March 6 - 7, 2026 in Phoenix, AZ and March 20 - 21, 2026 in Brisbane, AUS - https://theremarkablepractice.com/upcoming-events/  To learn more about the REM CEO Program, please visit:  http://www.theremarkablepractice.com/rem-ceoFor more information about ClinicMind please visit: www.clinicmind.comBook a Strategy Session with Dr. Pete - https://go.oncehub.com/PodcastPCPrefer to watch? Send us a textWant a marketing plan that survives platform changes, rising CPCs, and slow seasons? We sit down with CMO Matt Tyner to unpack a practical playbook for home service companies that blends brand building with capacity-aware demand generation. From HVAC to roofing, Matt's path reveals why the cheapest leads come from strong brands, how consistent execution compounds, and where most contractors accidentally sabotage their results. We get tactical fast: schedule blocking that protects strategy time, capacity boards that guide spend, and a weekly reporting rhythm that replaces guesswork with clarity. Matt outlines the metrics he tracks—booking rate, set rate, close rate, average ticket, reviews, NPS, and referrals—and explains how a dedicated follow-up team added millions in closed revenue without turning up the pressure. You'll hear why education-first newsletters outperform coupon blasts, what a thoughtful 120-day estimate cadence looks like, and how to keep tone aligned with your sales DNA.If you run multi-location brands, you'll appreciate Matt's deep dive on localization. Creative must reflect the market; what works in the Midwest can ring false in Florida. We talk about filming smarter, tightening shots, and adapting social and media mixes to demographics and seasonality. And when it comes to channel strategy, Matt makes the case for diversification: balance SEO, LSA, PPC, direct mail, OTT/CTV, OOH, referrals, and community partnerships so no single platform can derail your pipeline. The throughline is simple and demanding: consistency is the real silver bullet. Stick with partners long enough to learn, keep budgets steady enough to measure, and show up for your community so trust precedes every search. If you're ready to get brand-forward, tighten your follow-up, and lead with empathy while you scale, this conversation will give you concrete steps to start today. If this resonated, subscribe, leave a review, and share it with a contractor friend who needs a steadier plan. We're sold the idea that balance means doing everything perfectly at the same time being productive at work, fully present at home, on top of the holidays, and magically finding space to grow a business or podcast without missing a beat. But that version of “balance” is the very thing keeping so many entrepreneurs and podcasters stuck in guilt, overwhelm, and the constant feeling of never being enough. In this episode, Olivia breaks down the lie behind traditional work–life balance and reveals why your real power comes from presence, intentionality, and the courage to release perfection. Through honest stories and the hard lessons learned while building her business, she shares how she went from 12-hour days to a seasonally adaptive, strategy-first approach without sacrificing results. If you've ever said “I don't have time,” waited for the perfect moment to start, or felt torn between your priorities, this conversation will shift how you see productivity, balance, and growth. Olivia unpacks why clarity matters more than control, why perfectionism stalls progress, and how redefining balance allows you to launch, build, and sustain your podcast or business with far less pressure and far more impact. You'll walk away with a new understanding of what balance actually looks like not equal time, but intentional time and the presence to show up where it matters most.Want to start your own podcast, grow your show, or get featured as a guest? Let's map it out together. Hanelore Dumitrache explains Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and what bloggers must change now to stay visible in an AI driven search world. Hanelore is a food blogger, AI strategist, and founder of the tech startup Whimzi AI. She helps creators and businesses future-proof their work through innovative, human-centered AI solutions. Hanelore is also the creator of AEO Audits, a pioneering framework that teaches bloggers how to stay visible in AI-driven search. Her mission is to make AI approachable, practical, and genuinely exciting for everyone. Search has transformed and AI engines no longer rely on rigid keyword matching. Instead, they understand intent, context and entities in a way traditional SEO cannot cover alone. Hanelore breaks down AEO, the new optimization approach that helps search engines correctly interpret your content and surface it inside AI answers. She explains why bloggers are losing traffic, what AEO does differently, and the exact shifts you can begin making today to prepare your blog for the future of search. Key points discussed include: Search is now semantic and AI engines match meaning and intent, not keyword density. AEO complements SEO because you still need technical foundations, but now you must add clarity and entity based structure. Authority matters more than ever so your author profile, expertise and topical focus must be consistent across the web. Topic clusters build credibility and prevent AI from seeing your blog as scattered or unfocused. Clear structure fuels visibility because AI engines need concise definitions, strong headings and anchored explanations. FAQ blocks strengthen retrieval and short, direct answers boost your chances of being cited. Internal linking reinforces meaning and helps AI connect your content into a coherent knowledge graph. Early adopters win because AI models learn historically, rewarding blogs that begin optimizing now. Connect with Hanelore Dumitrache Website | Instagram

The world of photography marketing is shifting—fast. In this episode, Steve, Janine, and Ronan break down what may be the biggest change since Google itself arrived: the rise of AI recommendation marketing. As more people start asking ChatGPT for help—not Google—photographers who want to stay visible must adapt now. You'll hear how AI is replacing traditional searches with smart, conversational recommendations that match people based on values, purpose, and emotional alignment—not style, props, or keywords. And you'll discover why Difference Maker photographers are uniquely positioned to thrive in this new era, where authentic purpose and transformational experiences matter more than ever.If you're a photographer who wants AI to recommend you first—to clients actively searching and to those who don't even realize photography is the solution they need—this episode is your roadmap.Key HighlightsGoogle is declining. Relationship Marketing vs Sales Marketing in Chiropractic

    Black Sheep Chiropractic Podcast

In this episode, I go back to one of the original ideas behind Rocket Chiro and what used to be Black Sheep DC: relationship marketing. This topic has been near and dear to me for a long time, and I wanted to revisit it because I think it is especially relevant heading into a new year. A lot of chiropractors are either just getting started, feeling stuck, or reflecting on why their practice does not feel as stable as they want it to be. In my experience, a big part of that comes down to how you think about marketing and growth. Specifically, are you trying to build relationships, or are you just trying to make sales? Why Chiropractic Is a Relationship Business Chiropractic is not a big-ticket, one-time-sale business like real estate or high-end sales. We do not make our money from a single transaction. Chiropractic works much more like a restaurant. Restaurants succeed because they have repeat customers over a long period of time. Some people come in all the time. Some come occasionally. Some only come for special occasions. But when they want that type of food, they go back to the same place. Chiropractic works the same way. If someone comes in, finishes a care plan, and never comes back, that is not a success. That is a broken relationship. The Goal Most Chiropractors Get Wrong I talk through three different goals chiropractors tend to have. The wrong goal is simply "I want new patients." A better goal is "I want new patients who are a good fit for my practice." The best goal is "I want new patients who are a good fit for my practice and who always come to me when they need a chiropractor." That last goal changes everything. It changes how you onboard patients, how you make recommendations, how you follow up, and how you market. Retention Is Not PVA One of my long-standing soapboxes is that real retention is not a PVA number. Real retention is not about how many visits someone averages during a care plan. Real retention is about maintaining the doctor patient relationship over time. If someone sees you ten times over twenty years, but every single time they need a chiropractor they come back to you, that is incredible retention. Retention is about time, trust, and being the default chiropractor in someone's life. Dating for Marriage vs Dating for Sex I use a dating analogy to explain how mindset changes behavior. If you are dating with the intention of a long-term relationship or marriage, you move differently. You listen more. You are more honest. You care about fit. You think long term. If your only goal is to score, none of that matters. The same thing happens in chiropractic. If your only goal is to close a new patient, you will use pressure, scare tactics, and short-term thinking. If your goal is a long-term relationship, your entire approach changes. How a Relationship Mindset Changes Your Practice I walk through several areas where this mindset shows up. Onboarding looks different. You listen more, talk less, and focus on agreement instead of closing. Recommendations and care plans become more flexible, educational, and structured instead of rigid and contract-driven. Follow-up and reactivation feel natural instead of awkward. You check in because you care, not because you are desperate. Marketing shifts from chasing new patients with deals and urgency to building authority, trust, and long-term connection with both new and existing patients. Relationship Marketing and SEO I also talk about how this mindset applies to SEO and online marketing. Short-term SEO tactics rely on fake activity, fake reviews, junk backlinks, and manufactured signals. They can work briefly, but they are unstable and risky. Long-term SEO is relational. It is built on real reviews, real activity, real authority, and consistency over time. Selling to people who trust you is easy. Getting people to trust you is hard. Google works the same way. You do not game a relationship. You build one. The Big Takeaway Relationship marketing is long-term and stable. Sales marketing is short-term and unstable. One compounds. The other burns out. And the final thought I leave you with is this: What you do to get patients is what you have to do to keep them. If you rely on pressure to get people in the door, you will need pressure to keep them. If you build trust to get them, trust is what keeps them coming back.   Resources Mentioned: Free Website/SEO Review: https://rocketchiro.com/chiropractic-practice-assessment Best chiropractic websites: https://rocketchiro.com/best-chiropractic-websites

SEO for therapists isn't what it used to be. If you're still marketing your private practice like it's 2020, it's time to change things up! Your potential clients aren't just googling "therapist near me" anymore. They're asking ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI to recommend someone. And if you're not showing up in those AI answers? You're basically invisible. For today's episode, I invited Chris Moren, founder of Monraker.Ai, an SEO agency for therapists, to tell us what's changed and what we need to do about it. We chat about why your Google Business Profile matters more than ever, how one therapist got 22 reviews and now ranks #1 in his entire city, and the biggest mistake solo practitioners make when they're thinking about scaling to a group practice. If you've been relying on "good vibes" and word-of-mouth to build your caseload, this conversation is going to shift how you think about marketing. Because doing great work nowadays is the bare minimum, not a visibility strategy. So if you want to fill your caseload faster, understanding SEO for therapists is no longer optional.More about Chris Moren:Chris Moren is the founder of Moonraker.AI, an SEO agency focused on helping therapists grow their visibility on google maps and AI platforms. Would you like access to our advanced agency training for FREE? https://www.agencymastery360.com/training Have you ever felt like enterprise clients were running your agency instead of the other way around? Buried in endless proposals no one reads, forced into rushed timelines, or watching your margins shrink every time a project drags out? Today's featured guest opens up about how he broke out of that exhausting cycle. Instead of over-delivering just to keep big clients happy, and seeing little return, he made the bold decision to focus on smaller, more committed clients who were ultimately more profitable and easier to build long-term relationships with. He'll share what he learned about sustainable growth, including why productizing your services sounds great in theory but can actually become counterproductive when it only happens externally. He'll also explain the sales shift that changed everything: offering a low-risk, "foot-in-the-door" engagement that qualifies prospects, builds trust, and creates a smooth path into deeper service offerings. Charlie Clark is the founder of Minty Digital, a boutique SEO agency focused on travel and lifestyle brands that originally launched in Barcelona and now operates from London. In this conversation, he'll break down the mindset, systems, and strategy needed to stop chasing validation from big brands and instead build a business where profitability, alignment, and respect come first. In this episode, we'll discuss: Why mid-market clients deliver higher profits than enterprise. How internal productization increases efficiency by 3X. How clear pricing transforms the sales cycle. How AI forced a new level of adaptability in SEO agencies. From Struggling Freelancer to Sustainable Agency Growth After a short stint in an agency at age 22, Charlie tried to go solo before realizing he didn't yet know how to grow a business. He assumed he could do it on his own and quickly learned he wasn't ready yet. Instead of quitting, he got a job as a Digital Marketing Manager, where he could make mistakes, learn operations, and understand what actually works inside a business. Moving to Barcelona created the perfect environment for momentum. His one-month stay turned into ten years after he landed several clients within weeks. His first retainer was €500 a month, which he laughs about now, but he admits it took years before he learned how to price correctly and move away from low-margin retainers. Those early years were full of trial and error, but the big breakthrough was realizing that charging more wasn't always the key to profit. Charging smarter was. Real Profit Lives in the Middle, Not the Top One of the strongest lessons Charlie learned was that bigger retainers did not equal bigger profit. Working with enterprise clients, he saw they could easily squeeze margins, the team would end up over-delivering, and on top of it all, payment terms were a nightmare. After years, he realized these clients often cost the agency money when the team over-delivered just to keep them happy. By contrast, the clients who had been with him since the early days, the ones paying between three and six thousand per month, were the most profitable and the most loyal. They bought the same deliverables. They stayed for years. And they matched the agency's internal processes beautifully. Once he realized this, he moved to intentionally pursuing that sweet spot. Not the five figure monthly retainers or the cut rate ones. The predictable, operationally aligned middle where the team can deliver consistently and profitably. For Charlie, this changed everything from sales cycle speed to team alignment to lifetime value. Internal Productization: The System that 3X Efficiency Many agencies think productization means selling rigid packages that make you look less strategic. Charlie took the opposite approach. Internally, his team adopted highly productized systems, templates, and SOPs. They knew exactly what to do for a three thousand dollar client versus a six thousand dollar one, and how much effort each one required. Externally, the offer still looked consultative and customized. Clients saw a broad range of what could be included, but the delivery stayed tight behind the scenes. This improved profitability, gave the team clarity, and dramatically sped up onboarding. The biggest win? It eliminated the "start from scratch every time" problem that slows agencies down and kills margins. How Clear Pricing Transforms the Sales Cycle Before productization, Charlie would spend hours on proposals that often got ghosted. Once he added transparent pricing, clear expectations, and prequalification to the website, the right clients were self-selecting before the call even happened. By the time he spoke with them, they understood the price and the structure. Now he closes clients on the call or even through a single WhatsApp message. This is the power of clarity. It shortens cycles, reduces friction, and saves enormous amounts of time for a lean team. However, transparent pricing attracts budget mismatches, so Jason recommends removing pricing from agency's websites and switching to triage calls and the Foot-In-The-Door model. At the end of the day, there are a thousand ways to create a better sales process. What matters is that it filters, qualifies, and positions you as the advisor. Why a Paid Discovery Offer Builds Trust and Prevents Ghosting Both Charlie and Jason agree that a small, paid upfront engagement solves the biggest challenge in agency sales. Trust. SEO agencies in particular fight an uphill battle here. The barrier to entry is low. There are thousands of one-person shops. Many prospects have been burned before. A small paid engagement builds confidence, shows value quickly, and prevents ghosting. The Foot-in-the-Door offer should be simple, done live with the client, and designed to build the relationship. Not overloaded with deliverables that overwhelm the client and make them feel uneducated. When done right, it leads naturally into a larger project and then a retainer. Charlie's Kickstart product functions the same way. For eight hundred dollars, clients get quick wins and clarity. It works because it gives prospects a safe way to test the relationship and because it positions the agency as a trusted advisor instead of a vendor chasing a proposal. How AI Forced a New Level of Adaptability in SEO Agencies Charlie admitted that two years ago he felt bored with SEO. Then AI exploded. Search interfaces changed. Clicks shifted. And suddenly the industry was moving faster than ever. For many agencies, this uncertainty created fear. For Charlie, it sparked energy. He leaned back in, started speaking at events, ran experiments on AI search, and brought a fresh curiosity back to himself and his team. He described the past year as a sink-or-swim moment for agencies. The ones who coasted struggled. The ones who adapted thrived. Lean teams with solid systems could move faster and deliver more value. In his words, being nimble is now a competitive advantage. Figuring out AI reignited his passion in the business but it was far too much to tackle alone. This is why agency owners should have a community to lean on to try to figure out changes in the industry. Your network will determine your speed of growth. Agency owners who surround themselves with peers sharing what works and what fails will survive the next wave of industry change. The ones who go alone will struggle. Mrs Palmer is very pushy towards the girls, wishing for them to come to the city and visit them. Mr Palmer is as gloomy and miserable as usual. Sir John pokes fun at Marianne for her love of Willoughby, and Mrs Palmer adds that Willoughby does not live too far from them, and invites them to visit them at they home as well as London. Mr Palmer calls out Mrs. Jennings, and Sir John for being what “ill-bred” for not wanting to abide by social rules. He, according to the girls, believe that he wishes to appear superior to everyone else. His wife also reveals that her husband is running for parliament, and as Willoughby is a member of the opposition, Mr Palmer probably wouldn't visit him. Apparently everyone is London is talking about the engagement of Marianne and Willoughby. Mrs. Palmer got the information from Colonel Brandon. Elanor tries to skirt around the subject of Marianne's relationship with Willoughby and tries to get more information about the Colonel. SEO stuff I don't want to do. Jane Austin's timeless classic Sense and Sensibility follows the story of two girls, Elinor and Marianne Dashwood, and their endeavors in love, marriage, and societal expectations. Love is not easy however, and Elinor finds her sense tested by her charming brother-in-law, while Marianne's sensibility brings her nothing but heartbreak.

For many, it's a digital scrapbook for wedding ideas, home decor inspiration, and tonight's dinner recipe. But what if this familiar facade conceals one of the most misunderstood and powerful marketing engines online? Behind the vision boards and DIY projects lies a platform built not on fleeting attention, but on deliberate intention. This episode reveals five surprising truths about Pinterest that defy conventional social media wisdom and highlight its unique, untapped value for businesses and marketers.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------1. The 90-Minute Paradox: Why Less Time on Platform Means More for BusinessIt's a counter-intuitive finding that stops most marketers in their tracks: Pinterest users spend significantly less time on the platform than users of other major networks.According to recent data, the average user spends just 1 hour and 31 minutes per month on Pinterest. Compare that to the time sinks of other platforms:• TikTok: 35 hours per month• Facebook: 29 hours per month• Instagram: 15 hours per monthThis isn't a sign of low engagement; it's a signal of high-intent, purposeful activity. Breaking it down, 91 minutes a month averages to just about 3 minutes per day. Users aren't there to endlessly scroll. In those three minutes, a user is on a mission: they might spend 30 seconds looking for an idea, a minute to find the right one, and the next minute to affirm it, save it for later, or click through to act on it immediately. This focused, goal-oriented behavior means every minute is packed with commercial intent."So if you're planning on Pinterest and you're spending less than 2 hours to be on a platform that's going to give you maximum return on your time and investment, it's worth it than spend 35 hours to do the same thing..."2. The Audience Isn't Just Browsing—They're Planning and They Have Buying PowerThe fundamental difference between Pinterest and other platforms is user mindset. While other networks thrive on a culture of passive "swiping," Pinterest is the go-to destination for active "planning." Users are there with the specific intention of preparing for something—whether it's an event, a book, a wedding, a shoe, a color, or a tip—which makes them uniquely receptive to relevant brand content and advertising. This high-intent audience also has significant financial leverage:• Approximately 45% of Pinterest users have an annual household income of at least $150,000.• Their purchasing power is 5% to 38% higher than on other social platforms. This combination of forward-looking intent and disposable income creates an environment where ads are not an interruption but a welcome part of the discovery process."It tells you that Pinterest is not a place that people are going to swipe. They're going there to plan. So when they're going there to plan, they're searching with the intention of purchasing something or planning for something."3. Forget "Lookalikes," Pinterest Is About "Actalikes"Most digital advertisers are familiar with "lookalike audiences"—the targeting method used by platforms like Meta to find users who share demographic traits with an existing customer base. Pinterest offers a more powerful alternative: the "actalike audience."An actalike audience is a group of users targeted based on their active, intentional behaviors. These are users who are thinking, planning, processing, doing, and responding. Rather than targeting people who simply look like your customers, you target people who act like them. This is a critical distinction. An actalike audience is inherently composed of users with proven intent and behavioral patterns that align with conversion. It targets an active mindset, not just a passive profile, suggesting a much higher probability of a positive outcome for advertisers.4. Your Content's Lifespan: A Marathon, Not a SprintThe ephemeral nature of social media content is a constant challenge for marketers. A post that takes hours to create can disappear from feeds in a matter of hours. Pinterest operates on a completely different timeline. The lifespan of content on Pinterest presents a stark contrast to its social media counterparts:• Pinterest Pin: 3.5 to 5 months• Instagram Post: 19 to 72 hoursContent on Pinterest functions less like a fleeting post and more like a long-term asset. Each pin acts as a durable entry point to your brand, continuing to drive traffic, discovery, and conversions for months on end. This turns content creation from a short-term sprint into a sustainable, long-term investment with compounding returns, much like traditional SEO.5. The Surprising Truth About Media OwnershipOn platforms like Instagram and TikTok, you are a perpetual tenant. You build your presence on rented land, but you never truly own your content or the space it occupies. Pinterest offers a unique and powerful path to digital property ownership. When you claim your website on Pinterest, you establish 100% ownership of your media on the platform. This is made possible by the Pinterest Tag—a piece of code on your website that connects your property to the platform, tracks conversions, and solidifies your ownership. This transforms your Pinterest business account from a simple social profile into a claimed media asset. The platform even provides a powerful tool to leverage this ownership. You can connect your Instagram business account and pull the last 365 days of content directly onto Pinterest. Think about the implications: you didn't own your content on Instagram, but now you have Instagram's content building an owned asset on Pinterest, all because you've claimed your website as a digital property."You don't own 100% of your media on Instagram... with Pinterest it's a beautiful place because when you claim your Pinterest account and you claim your website on Pinterest. What you've technically done is that you've claimed a property on an asset that you don't own but now you own..."--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Conclusion: Rethinking Attention vs. IntentionFor years, the digital marketing world has been obsessed with the attention economy—a relentless race for more screen time, more views, and more hours spent scrolling. Pinterest proves that there is a more valuable currency: intention. Its true power lies not in capturing endless hours of passive attention, but in connecting with a high-value audience during their most decisive planning and purchasing moments. The platform's unique combination of high intent, powerful demographics, action-based targeting, and content longevity makes it an unparalleled tool for businesses. As you plan your next marketing strategy, ask yourself this: What could your business achieve if you focused less on the attention economy and more on the intention economy?See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Environmental groups want a halt on new datacenters as power prices spike, and the industry is starting to look financially radioactive, with opaque financing schemes, hidden debt, and trillion-dollar infrastructure bets that could vaporize household wealth. Regulators are pushing back too: the EU is fining X, probing Google over training data, and floating a statutory licensing scheme for AI scraping, while Disney dives in with a billion-dollar bet on “responsible” AI storytelling that mostly translates to fewer humans on payroll.Meanwhile, everyday tech dystopia rolls on. Uber is monetizing your movement data, Instacart is quietly price-discriminating groceries, Waymo is spinning a robotaxi birth as a feel-good story, and crypto fraud finally earns real prison time. Add in AI-generated marketing slop, government sites hijacked by SEO porn, billion-dollar festival scams resurrected, and Congress kneecapping right-to-repair, and the takeaway is simple: the machines are hungry, the adults are absent, and the vibes are aggressively bad.Sponsors:CleanMyMac - Get Tidy Today! Denver, real talk, if you run a business here right now it can feel like the whole game just flipped. Google keeps changing, AI is suddenly your customers' new best friend, and half the agencies in your inbox are promising the moon while quietly handing your account to a junior who barely knows Colfax from Colorado Boulevard. Today I brought in two guys who actually live in the numbers and the neighborhoods. Michael and Jason from TelescopeMapping.com. They are a full funnel growth team that outranks NASA for the phrase "telescope mapping" and they act like a fractional marketing and sales department for Denver businesses. In this episode we get super practical. We are talking how to fill the top of your funnel, how to actually turn that attention into revenue, how to show up in local search, AI search, and those Google Business reviews that decide where people spend their money. If you are a Denver founder, brick and mortar owner, marketer, or just a DIY operator trying to grow without getting burned again, this one is for you. You will learn which channels actually matter for Denver locals right now, what "AI search" really means for small businesses, how to use events, email, and local SEO together, and how Michael and Jason think about being true partners in your growth story, not just another vendor. Before we dive in, if you love this kind of very Denver, very useful conversation, make sure you are on the list at realgooddenver.com. That is where we send the weird events, the secret spots, and the tactical playbooks from conversations like this. Think of it as your weekly cheat sheet for making Denver smaller, more interesting, and more profitable, all in one email, at realgooddenver.com. And if this episode helps you, go tap those stars and leave a review like you are leaving a love letter to your favorite local business, it helps more Denver folks find the show. https://telescopemapping.com/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/jason-butler-telescope/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/michael-walters-b0b715120/overlay/photo/
