At a certain level of success, dating stops feeling simple. When you are disciplined and used to leading in every room you walk into, attraction is no longer just chemistry. It becomes about polarity, power, and whether you genuinely respect and admire the person you are with. This Habits & Hustle episode breaks down the psychology behind dominance and attraction, and why some driven women lose interest the moment they feel like they are making every decision and carrying the mental load. We also get into the idea that equal doesn't always create desire and why many high-performing women are drawn to men who are stronger, decisive, and confident enough to lead. If you are building at a high level and realizing that leading everything is killing attraction, tune in. What's Discussed (00:38) Why some high-performing women want men “better” than them (01:58) Attraction to strength, success, and dominance in relationships (02:45) Why women lose attraction when they feel superior (05:05) Settling for easier partners vs real desire (07:05) Success shrinking the dating pool for ambitious women (07:46) How a confident man softens an alpha woman (11:21) Decision fatigue and wanting a partner who just handles it Thank you to our sponsors: Rho Nutrition: Try Rho Nutrition today and experience the difference of Liposomal Technology. This week, we're joined by comedian Keysha E for a fun, slightly chaotic, and very honest conversation about dating, attraction, and figuring out what we actually want. From celebrity crush debates to whether chemistry is just a toxic addiction (yes, we said it), we get into the difference between a good partner and a good time.We also talk about pretty privilege in comedy, dating in Atlanta vs. LA, finances in relationships, and why “safe” might not be as boring as it sounds. Plus, we answer a listener question about feeling lost in life and share a CockTales story that involves a FaceTime mishap you absolutely don't want to experience

She breaks down the difference between muscle size and strength, explaining how you can become incredibly strong without developing large, bulky muscles. Inside this episode: • The real difference between strength and muscle size • Why you don't need big muscles to be strong • How functional strength is built through dumbbell training • Why smaller, denser muscles can be more powerful • The difference between bodybuilding and strength training goals • How to train for strength, longevity, and confidence This episode is perfect for women who want to feel strong, capable, and confident — without the fear of getting “too muscular.” ✨ Follow Kim Constable online for more real talk and daily motivation:

your authenticity is a permission field for others to lean deeper into their authentic truth... but it could also be triggering for people who don't feel ready to open up, even uncomfortable & confronting. it's important to know that if you experience this it's never actually about you. your light & depth of self-love illuminates the shadows & lack of self love that someone has for themselves. it's an opportunity to see oneself clearly & to grow into their true nature.enjoy the episode :)

FREE 5 Day Email Series to Turn Your Family Into a Team: https://familyteams.com/transform/ --- Is it better to get a PhD, or have a child? I found this wild interaction on the "child-free" subreddit, and had to comment on it from our pro-family point of view here at Family Teams. There's a huge lie in the undercurrent of our society that has convinced so many young women to become hyper-individualistic and focused on self at the expense of children and family, and it's so tragic. This is a good way to showcase that lie and remind everyone to start celebrating kids and family. Join Lisa Whittle for an honest and courageous conversation about why the church must stand up and lead differently in today's cultural climate. In this episode, she unpacks the subtle ways fear-based messaging—whether through policies or social media narratives—can diminish women's identity and value in the church. Lisa discusses how the church's response to trends like "SkinnyTok" and the pressure to "stay small" often reflect a deeper issue of fear and a lack of biblical clarity. She calls the church to move beyond reactive policies and instead embrace a theology rooted in trust, respect, and the biblical understanding of men and women as co-heirs in Christ. Whether you're a leader or a believer longing for a healthier, more honest church culture, this episode offers hope, challenge, and a renewed call to lead with integrity and love. Strength training doesn't have to be complicated. But it can feel confusing when you're trying to figure it out on your own. Questions like how heavy you should be lifting, how to structure your workouts, or how to work toward a pull-up come up all the time. And in this episode, I answer some of the most common strength training questions I hear from my clients and coaching community so you can train with more clarity and confidence. Listen in this week to learn how to progress when the next dumbbell feels too heavy, how to know if the weight you're lifting is challenging enough, and how to protect your joints while still getting stronger. I'll also explain why soreness isn't required for progress, how long your workouts actually need to be, and how to structure your strength training across the week so it fits into real life. According to the UK Health Security Agency, five new cases of meningitis have been confirmed in Kent. Two people have died in the outbreak. Health Secretary Wes Streeting has described it as an 'unprecedented' outbreak although the risk of the disease spreading is low. So what are the facts parents and young people should be aware of? Dr Gayatri Amirthalingam, Deputy Director, Immunisations and Vaccine Preventable Diseases at the UK Health Security Agency, and GP Dr Ellie Cannon join Anita Rani.Today, the Football Association is launching new educational resources to tackle the barriers girls face in playing football in school. Sue Day, director of women's football at the FA tells Anita how we can get more girls onto the pitch, and how she kept playing sport as a teenager.MI5 will pay compensation and has apologised to a woman who was coercively controlled and attacked with a machete by one of its agents. The woman, who is being called Beth, made a legal claim following a BBC investigation four years ago, which showed that the man was a neo-Nazi misogynist who used his security service role as a tool of abuse. Joining Anita are Kate Ellis from the Centre for Women's Justice who represented Beth, and BBC investigations reporter Daniel de Simone.Have you ever stopped to think about how our gardens got to be filled with so many different plants and flowers? A new exhibition at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford answers exactly that question, taking visitors across the world. Anita talks to Dr Francesca Leoni, the co-curator of In Bloom - How Plants Changed Our World. Last year, MPs voted to decriminalise abortion for women in England and Wales, meaning a woman would no longer face prosecution for ending her own pregnancy. The amendment to the Crime and Policing Bill removes criminal liability for the woman herself, but medical professionals and others who assist an abortion outside the legal framework could still be held criminally liable. The Bill is still passing through Parliament, and according to research by the Guardian, women are still being arrested. We hear from Guardian reporter Hannah Al-Othman.Presenter: Anita Rani Producer: Kirsty Starkey
Storytelling is one of the most powerful tools we have to connect, inspire, and create change. Long before social media and digital platforms existed, stories were how ideas spread, communities formed, and movements gained momentum. They allow us to share not just information, but lived experiences that others can see themselves in. When we tell our stories, we give people permission to reflect on their own – and sometimes even find the courage to share them. In this episode of The Inside Story Podcast, I'm reflecting on the importance of storytelling as we celebrate both Women's History Month and World Storytelling Day. I'm sharing why women's voices matter more than ever and offering a few simple ways you can start sharing your story—no matter where you are on your journey. Join me today as I share with you: Why stories create connection faster than facts or information ever could The surprising reason many women still hesitate to share their stories How even small, everyday story shares can create meaningful impact A simple storytelling framework anyone can use to start sharing today Why speaking up in rooms where decisions are made matters more than you think The power of sharing your struggles—not just your successes How your lived experiences can encourage someone who is walking a similar path Your story doesn't have to be perfect, polished, or extraordinary to make a difference. The truth is, the experiences you've lived and the lessons you've learned could be exactly what someone else needs to hear right now. So I encourage you to think about one story you've been holding onto. Something that taught you a lesson, shaped your perspective, or helped you grow. If that story could help someone else feel less alone, maybe today is the day you share it. When you share your story, you shine a light – and that's exactly how you become a Lightbeamer in the world. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
