In this episode, I share one of the most synchronistic client stories I have ever heard that shocked me!  It began with a client simply hearing about Canada. Then she kept hearing about Banff. Then Reiki kept coming into conversation. One connection led to another until she found my podcast, or should I say my podcast found her. My episode randomly started playing in her car. Every step felt connected, intentional and mind blowing.  I receive messages often from people sharing the unexpected ways they find my podcast, but this one truly shook me. The synchronicities were undeniable. This episode is a reminder that sometimes you do not find a podcast by accident. Sometimes it finds you. I believe that if you are here listening, you are here for a reason. Whether you are developing your intuition, stepping into Reiki, or deepening your spiritual path, you are not here randomly. One thing I know for sure, is my podcast will find you when you need it.  If my work has found you, I trust there is something here meant to support you on your development journey. Public School Failure In Baltimore: Is It Spreading Like Cancer

Public School Failure In Baltimore: Is It Spreading Like Cancer Across America? In an era where news travels instantly across Facebook, Instagram, and every major digital platform, stories about struggling public schools often fade quickly from the national spotlight. Baltimore City Public Schools operates with enormous financial resources. In 2024 alone, the district managed a $1.7 billion budget. Yet despite the funding, only about 10% of students tested proficient in math, a statistic that shocked parents, policymakers, and educators alike. The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast social media like their Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Medium and other social media platforms. But investigative journalist Christopher Papst believes what is happening inside Baltimore's classrooms is not just a local crisis, it may be a warning sign for the rest of the country. The Podcast is available and shared for free on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, also on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and most major podcast platforms. Papst, widely known for his reporting with Fox45 News Baltimore, spent nearly a decade investigating Baltimore City Public Schools. His findings ultimately became the foundation of his book Failure Factory, a deep dive into what he describes as systemic issues inside one of America's most heavily funded yet lowest-performing school systems. Supporting articles about this and much more from Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast in platforms like Medium , Blogspot and Linkedin . “This isn't simply about one city,” Papst has said in interviews promoting the book. “It's about a system that has shifted away from educating children and toward protecting bureaucracy.” Public School Failure In Baltimore: Is It Spreading Like Cancer Across America? A System Under Scrutiny Papst's reporting followed the money trail, examining how funding decisions, administrative policies, and accountability measures impacted real classroom outcomes. His investigation uncovered patterns that he claims prioritize appearances over performance. According to Failure Factory, students were sometimes promoted despite failing grades, academic metrics were adjusted to maintain graduation rates, and disciplinary incidents were underreported to make schools appear safer. Available for free on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, also on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Youtube and most major Podcast networks. “Failure Factory raises the question,” wrote Barbara Dezmon, Ph.D., of the Maryland State Conference NAACP, “are children failing school or are schools failing children?” The Cost of Investigative Journalism Papst's reporting did not come without consequences. During his investigation, he faced death threats, accusations, and multiple complaints filed against him, challenges he says often accompany attempts to hold powerful institutions accountable. Public School Failure In Baltimore: Is It Spreading Like Cancer Across America? “Educational institutions have evolved into a new bureaucracy,” Dezmon noted. “Chris Papst demonstrates the courage to challenge powerful bureaucracies by holding those at the top accountable.” For Papst, the backlash reinforced the importance of investigative journalism in modern media. As traditional television reporting merges with podcasts, streaming platforms, and digital news consumption through Apple and Spotify, long-form investigations are finding new audiences eager for deeper context beyond headlines. Look for The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast on social media like their Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Medium and other social media platforms. Data Over Students? One of the central arguments presented in Failure Factory is that public education has undergone a significant philosophical shift. Papst argues that schools increasingly value data metrics and funding stability over individual student success. The book details claims that grades were sometimes changed to passing marks, disciplinary actions reduced on paper, and academic standards adjusted to maintain positive statistics. Critics say such practices create the illusion of progress while leaving students unprepared for college or careers. Public School Failure In Baltimore: Is It Spreading Like Cancer Across America? For many educators, teaching remains a calling rooted in service. However, Papst suggests a growing culture within some districts treats education as an administrative enterprise rather than a student-centered mission. “As enrollment declined, budgets increased,” Papst writes, pointing to rising six-figure administrative salaries even as student performance struggled. Available for free on their website and streaming on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Youtube and other podcast platforms. A National Warning? The most controversial question raised by Papst's work is whether Baltimore represents an isolated failure, or a preview of a national trend. Supporters of his reporting argue the issues are not unique to Maryland. Large school districts across the country face similar pressures: declining enrollment, rising costs, political oversight, and demands for improved performance metrics. “What's happening in Baltimore schools is not unique; it's ubiquitous,” Papst warns in his book. “That new educational mindset is spreading across the country with equally dire consequences.” Public School Failure In Baltimore: Is It Spreading Like Cancer Across America? The idea has sparked debate across social media, where discussions about public education regularly trend on Facebook and Instagram. Parents, teachers, and policymakers continue to argue over whether systemic reform or increased funding is the answer. It is discussed across News platforms and shared on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Apple, and Spotify, where audiences continue to get their content. Beyond the Headlines Papst's work extends beyond a single book. Alongside Failure Factory, he has authored Devolution and Capital Murder, continuing his focus on investigative storytelling. His reporting has also expanded into podcast discussions and long-form media conversations, allowing audiences to explore education issues outside traditional television news formats. Many readers have described Failure Factory as both a warning and a call to action, a free exchange of ideas meant to spark community conversations about accountability in education. The Bigger Question If you don't live in Baltimore and think this doesn't apply to you, you may be right, or it could already be spreading like a cancer to a school system near you. As debates about public education intensify nationwide, Papst's investigation leaves communities with a difficult question: Are failing outcomes the result of underfunded schools, or has the structure of public education itself changed in ways that no longer prioritize students? You can find the show on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn, as well as read companion articles and updates on Medium, Blogspot, YouTube, and even IMDB. For parents scrolling through news feeds, listening to podcasts on Spotify, or watching investigative segments on television, the conversation is no longer confined to Baltimore. It is becoming a national dialogue about transparency, accountability, and the future of American education. Public School Failure In Baltimore: Is It Spreading Like Cancer Across America? And as Papst's reporting suggests, the answer may determine whether the next generation inherits opportunity, or a system already in decline. Book Guest Spots Strategically: Pitch 1-2 podcast, webinar, or medical society appearances quarterly; lead with your lead magnet and end with a signup CTA. Leverage alumni networks for easy yeses, targeting 200-800 subscribers over 6 months from trust transfers. Australia is best known for its Shiraz. Big bold Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, and Coonawarra. These are all from South Australia. We have talked about Western Australia (Margaret River) known for Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.Yarra Valley in Victoria is a cooler region known for its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.Tasmania is off the south Coast of Australia and is an island. This is a cooler region and produces sparkling wines, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay.Riesling is normally dry and crisp and best known for coming from the Clare Valley and the Eden Valley. Barossa Valley: Famous for bold Shiraz.Coonawarra: Renowned for rich Cabernet Sauvignon.Margaret River: A key region for elegant Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc blends.Clare Valley: Known for world-class, dry Riesling.McLaren Vale: Produces excellent Grenache, Shiraz, and GSM blends.Yarra Valley: A cooler climate region well known for quality Pinot Noir. Tonight, we are tasting:2020 Koonunga Hill, Shiraz Cabernet. Penfolds Wines South Australia. The winery is one of the best known in Australia and was established in 1844. Deep purple color, sweet dark dense berries, chocolate. Medium acidity, full-bodied, 14.5% alcohol. Flavors of vanilla bean creaminess and warm spice. Dried rosemary and sage might give appearance of earthiness. I purchased at Costco for $8. I mostly saw this wine running around $11, but I did see an online clearance sale (at Fine Wine and Good Spirits) for $4.33 (it said $11.26 off). The wine comes from the South Australia, but is a multi-regional blend. 65% Shiraz and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon.2020 Max's Shiraz Cabernet Penfolds. I purchased this wine at WineStyles for $17.00. Wine Enthusiast says aromas of blackberry jam, cherry cordial, pencil shavings and sweet vanilla bean-and-dark-chocolate oak influence. Rich, balanced acidity with tannins in the background. Could benefit from a few more years of aging. The wine scored a 92 from Wine Enthusiast. 70% Shiraz and 30% cabernet Sauvignon. 14.5% alcohol.2021 Bin 28 Shiraz Penfolds. Purchased at Wall to Wall Wine for $30. Wine Enthusiast says dense, ripe and powerful with quite a bit of oak. Chocolate with dark fruit and pepper spice on the nose. Flavor is rich and luscious, muscular tannins support rather than overpowers. Could age for a few more years. The wine was scored a 93 from the Wine Enthusiast. The wine is aged in American Oak for 12 months. 14.5% alcohol. We both liked #2 Max's Shiraz/Cabernet the best, and we thought this was the best buy of the night. I also liked #3 Bin 28 Shiraz, a very powerful fruity-oaky wine. I felt it lost a little balance because of the amount of oak, Denise didn't care for it's finish. Neither of us really cared for #1 Koonunga Hill, Shiraz/Cabernet. Next week we are exploring white wines of Australia.

Zarathustra transmits 5th Dimensional Quantum frequencies in each episode with transformational tools while discussing different topics to help you maintain this new frequency in your daily life. Zarathustra has created a practical system of transmitting the truth to his audience allowing transformation and freedom from suffering. Spiritual development requires an open heart. It is virtually impossible for a seeker to advance to higher consciousness if they don't love themselves. The belief system which has been ingrained in our cellular memory from childhood that we are not good enough results in a conditioned mind. The conditioned mind holds the false belief that there is something missing in our lives, that we are incomplete, that we need to gain something in order to become happy and whole, which is not true. After a life time of searching, Zarathustra has blended a practical system of Eastern and Western methods and techniques to help the Academy members to free themselves from anxiety, negative thoughts, lack of self-love and self-acceptance and destructive emotional patterns through a systematic way to raise your vibration to 5D Vibrational Frequency, which enables you to live a vibrant life of freedom and happiness. The Key Elements To Freedom: Zarathustra recognizes continuity and consistency are the key elements to freedom. In order to help you achieve your spiritual goals, it's best to have a highly effective spiritual practice, free of dogmas, false beliefs and superstition that helps you raise your vibration to 5D Vibrational Frequency as well as the ability to maintain this newly found higher level of consciousness. This translates to a life filled with inner peace, self-love and happiness which is the goal of every spiritual seeker. New knowledge and benefits are gained with each replay. Have you ever wondered why it's so hard to say "no" or set a boundary without feeling a wave of guilt? What if finding your voice and reclaiming your self-trust is the key to the healthy, connected relationships you've always wanted?   In this episode of Kaleidoscope of Possibilities, Dr. Adriana Popescu is joined by Michelle Farris, a psychotherapist and expert in codependency and anger management. This episode is a dive deep into the patterns of people-pleasing and the underlying struggle for self-worth that often drives codependent behavior. Michelle also shares her professional and personal journey—from an 11-year-old seeking her own healing to a seasoned clinician—to explain how codependency is often a survival strategy rooted in childhood. Together, they explore the vital difference between helping and enabling, the role of suppressed anger as a messenger, and the practical "how-to" of setting boundaries without the crushing weight of guilt. This conversation is an invitation to stop managing everyone else's "internal weather" and finally reclaim your own self-trust and agency.   In this episode: Defining Codependency: Understanding it as a loss of self and an over-focus on others. The Power of Boundaries: Learning how to say "no" as a form of self-respect rather than a rejection of others. Anger as a Signal: Exploring how suppressed emotions often manifest as resentment or outbursts. The Journey to Self-Trust: Practical steps to stop seeking external validation and start trusting your own gut.   Resources mentioned in this episode: Michelle's Website: Counseling Recovery: https://www.counselingrecovery.com/ YouTube Channel: Relationships That Work with Michelle Farris: https://www.youtube.com/%40MichelleFarris&authuser=1 Free Resource: The 4-Step Resource on Codependency https://www.counselingrecovery.com/   About Michelle: Michelle Farris is a licensed psychotherapist, codependency expert, and anger management specialist based in San Jose, California. Police Shot At and Investigating Violent Crime: The Truth. In today's nonstop Social Media environment, from Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to YouTube, Apple, and Spotify podcasts, conversations about policing often focus on headlines rather than reality. Viral clips and breaking News stories frequently highlight moments when officers fire their weapons or when suspects are shot. Far less discussed, however, is a critical perspective: what happens psychologically and physically when police are shot at. The Podcast is available and shared for free on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, also on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and most major podcast platforms. That is exactly the conversation explored in this Podcast episode featuring retired Texas law enforcement leader Charles “Chuck” Andrews, a former chief of police who spent decades handling violent incidents, including shootings where victims were struck multiple times. The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast social media like their Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Medium and other social media platforms. “The public often sees the final seconds,” Andrews explained. “They see the moment an officer fires. What they don't see is everything leading up to it, especially the reality of being shot at and having to make decisions in fractions of a second.” Supporting articles about this and much more from Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast in platforms like Medium , Blogspot and Linkedin . The Reality Officers Face When Bullets Fly Discussions surrounding use of force typically center on policy, legality, and accountability. Andrews says those discussions are necessary, but incomplete. Police Shot At and Investigating Violent Crime: The Truth. “We talk a lot about when officers fire their weapons,” he said. “We also talk about when officers are shot and wounded. But rarely do people talk about what it's actually like when rounds are coming toward you.” According to Andrews, the experience is both physiological and psychological. Officers must process threat recognition, environmental awareness, and survival instincts simultaneously while protecting others nearby. Available for free on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, also on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Youtube and most major Podcast networks. “When you're being shot at, your brain is processing danger faster than conscious thought,” he said. “Training takes over because there isn't time for debate.” The Science Behind Being Shot Understanding shootings requires understanding what a bullet actually does to the human body, a topic often misunderstood in movies and online debates. Police Shot At and Investigating Violent Crime: The Truth. A gunshot wound involves a rapid transfer of kinetic energy from a projectile into human tissue. The damage is determined largely by velocity, not simply size. Energy Transfer: Because velocity is squared in physics calculations, faster rounds deliver exponentially greater destructive potential. Permanent vs. Temporary Cavities: A bullet crushes tissue along its direct path while also creating a temporary cavity, a shockwave that stretches surrounding tissue. High-velocity rounds can cause severe internal damage far beyond the visible wound. The Momentum Myth: Contrary to Hollywood portrayals, bullets do not knock people backward. The momentum transfer is minimal compared to body mass, meaning individuals typically collapse due to physiological failure, not impact force. “People expect dramatic knockdowns,” Andrews said. “In reality, incapacitation usually comes from blood loss, nervous system disruption, or organ damage, not from being thrown backward.” Look for The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast on social media like their Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Medium and other social media platforms. Different tissues respond differently to ballistic trauma. Elastic tissues such as muscle may stretch and recover, while organs like the liver or brain are far more vulnerable to catastrophic damage. Bone impacts frequently result in fragmentation, creating secondary projectiles inside the body. Police Shot At and Investigating Violent Crime: The Truth. Bullets may also yaw or fragment after entering tissue, increasing injury severity. Supersonic Reality: Why You May Never Hear the Shot One of the lesser-known truths Andrews discusses involves sound and perception during shootings. Most modern rifle rounds, and many handgun rounds, travel faster than the speed of sound. These supersonic projectiles create a sonic crack as they break the sound barrier. Available for free on their website and streaming on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Youtube and other podcast platforms. “If a round is supersonic, it hits before you hear the gunshot,” Andrews explained. “That surprises people, but physics doesn't wait for perception.” Rifle rounds commonly travel thousands of feet per second, well beyond the speed of sound. Many handgun rounds, including common 9mm ammunition, are also supersonic. Subsonic ammunition travels slower than sound, meaning the gunshot may be heard before impact. Police Shot At and Investigating Violent Crime: The Truth. Because of this, officers under fire often react to impacts, debris, or instinct, not sound. “That's part of why these encounters are so chaotic,” Andrews said. “Your senses don't behave the way people expect.” Investigating Violent Crime: Complexity Behind the Scenes Beyond the moment of force, Andrews emphasized the intricate and often misunderstood process of investigating violent crime. It is discussed across News platforms and shared on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Apple, and Spotify, where true crime audiences continue to get their content. Every officer-involved shooting triggers layers of examination, forensic analysis, witness interviews, ballistic reconstruction, and policy review. “The Truth is investigations are extremely detailed,” he said. “Every movement, every decision, every angle gets analyzed. It's not quick, and it shouldn't be.” He noted that investigators must balance objectivity with the realities of human performance under extreme stress. Police Shot At and Investigating Violent Crime: The Truth. “You're analyzing decisions made in milliseconds with the benefit of months of hindsight,” Andrews said. “That's why experience matters.” From Policing to Influence: A Career Beyond the Badge Today, Andrews applies his law enforcement and security expertise globally as a security strategist and influencer. His Book, Yes S.I.R.: The Security Influencer's Guide to Success Using Strategy, Intelligence, and Relationships, outlines how professionals can build careers through networking, leadership, and collaboration. The book has earned praise across the security and law enforcement communities, with industry leaders describing Andrews as a pioneer and connector within the profession. “Relationships are everything,” Andrews said. “Whether you're investigating crime or building a career, success comes from strategy, intelligence, and trust.” Changing the Conversation As discussions about policing continue across digital platforms and Social Media, Andrews believes education is key to bridging public understanding. Police Shot At and Investigating Violent Crime: The Truth. You can find the show on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn, as well as read companion articles and updates on Medium, Blogspot, YouTube, and even IMDB. “People deserve transparency,” he said. “But they also deserve context, the science, the psychology, and the reality officers face.” In an era where viral clips can shape public perception within minutes, deeper conversations, through podcasts, long-form discussions, and educational content, may help audiences better understand the complexities behind deadly force encounters. “The goal isn't to justify or criticize,” Andrews added. “It's to understand. Because understanding is where better conversations begin.” Charles is also heavily involved with a 5019(c3) charity that helps children of Law Enforcement Officers and Military. It is called Gratitude Initiative. Established in 2013 they honor the sacrifices of our Military and Law Enforcement families by helping their children succeed in college, their career, and life.  His message is available across The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, their facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, where professionals related to his honest discussions. Phonophany, or the All-Revealing Medium dramatises the manifestation of occult and hidden mediation processes present in both audio technologies and Zande magic practices. As a composition, it works from a field recording of a Zande revelation song used to detect witches, employing audio mediation to allow the listener to experience a progressive unfolding of the recorded voice from initially unintelligible, noisy signals. In doing so, the work reflects on how to move beyond preconceptions of audio as a purely documentarian medium that simply “captures” reality. Rather than treating sound recording as transparent representation, the composition foregrounds mediation itself — specifically in the form of electromagnetic noise — as a way of listening oriented toward gradual aural revelation. This approach seeks to expand the capacity of audio media and recording technologies to articulate concepts and probe the audio field, thereby reframing our perception of media and their sensory environments.Phonophany, a term of my own coinage emerging from this work, designates a process of approaching sound in ways that render the otherwise unhearable manifest, including the revelation of occult and hidden mediation processes. The term does not refer exclusively to microphonic technologies, but also to modes of attention that privilege the emergence of new physical or immaterial dimensions of sound. In this sense, phonophany proposes a shift away from audio naturalism toward an understanding of sound as something that becomes meaningful through layers of mediation, interference, and transformation. To dramatise the historical and ideological entanglement between hidden processes in audio technology and Zande witchcraft — while also responding to Evans-Pritchard's invitation to attend to relationships between actors and mediators — the composition treats the medium as an authority, a technology, and a protocol through which things emerge, become transparent, and acquire clarity. In practice, the work employs the field recording alongside two telephone coil microphones, used mutually as carriers through vocoders. A vocoder operates by analysing the spectral and amplitude characteristics of an input sound, often speech, and imposing those characteristics onto another sound, typically a sustained tone or noise. It does so by splitting both signals into frequency bands, extracting the modulator's envelope in each band, and using those envelopes to shape the carrier, producing the distinctive fused effect often described as speech passing through a synthesiser.Within this setup, the telephone coil is significant not only for its association with overhearing, surveillance, and technological transparency, but also for its ability to capture normally unhearable electromagnetic impulses and convert them into audible signals. Applying a vocoder to each track allows the channels to speak into one another: when the microphone picks up electromagnetic noise, the revelation song becomes hearable; when the song is sung, electromagnetic noise is unleashed. Through this reciprocal process, the revelatory power of microphonic devices and witch doctors' songs becomes aesthetically entangled as a shared act of unveiling mediation through the senses.Ultimately, Phonophany, or the All-Revealing Medium proposes audio artefacts as sites of both transparency and opacity: outcomes of social processes, entanglements, and mediations that reveal with one hand while concealing with the other.Zande witch doctor song reimagined by Luigi Monteanni.———Part of the project A Century of Sounds, reimagining 100 sounds covering 100 years from the collections of the Pitt Rivers Museum at the University of Oxford. The use of the "liminal veil" as a metaphysical threshold is a compelling symbolic anchor, deepening the narrative beyond a haunted house cliche. The inclusion of generational trauma, grief, and psychic-medium inheritance gives the story emotional weight and thematic resonance.' J.R. Medium & Messages With Host: #FFFCertifiedMedium Joe Perreta and Guest:FFFCertifiedMedium Kym Durham Kym Durham is a second-generation psychic medium who possesses the unique ability to see, hear, and feel connections to those who have crossed over. Her warm, witty, and candid personality has people from all over the physical and spiritual world reaching out to her. When she's not doing private readings or captivating those at larger events, she can be found working with law enforcement agencies across the country. Kym utilizes her unique skillset to assist investigators by helping locate missing persons, describing crime scenes, and aiding in solving cold case crimes. This episode of Signs of Life Radio features host Joe Peretta and guest medium Kim Durham, exploring the survival of consciousness through personal stories and live evidential mediumship. The discussion highlights the intersection of psychic abilities with forensic investigations and provides comfort to callers through specific messages from deceased loved ones. The Path of a Second-Generation Medium Kim Durham discussed her lifelong connection to the spiritual world, having grown up in a household where mediumship was a professional staple. Her mother, a pioneer in the field since 1974, worked on over 240 murder and missing persons cases, often consulting with the V-Doc Society and retired FBI specialists. Durham herself was recently certified by the Forever Family Foundation in 2025 and continues this legacy by utilizing her skills to assist investigators in locating missing persons and describing crime scenes. She noted that her abilities often manifest as seeing events before they happen, a trait she first displayed as a child. Live Evidential Readings and Spiritual Connections The core of the episode focused on live readings for callers across the United States. Durham provided specific "evidential" markers to validate connections, such as describing a "wiener dog" on a leash for a caller in Florida and identifying a specific "British green" convertible for a caller in California. Common themes included spirits acknowledging physical changes made by the living—such as moving a recliner or lighting specific candles—and providing comfort regarding the circumstances of their passing. Durham emphasized that these messages are intended to prove that loved ones remain present in the daily lives of those they left behind. Healing Through Shared Experience The show also touched upon the community aspect of the Forever Family Foundation. Host Joe Peretta and Durham discussed the importance of "witchy" upbringings and the comfort found in like-minded communities. They highlighted upcoming foundation events designed for those exploring non-physical realities and those seeking grief support, emphasizing that these gatherings provide a safe space for sharing unexplained visionary experiences and finding a path toward healing. This episode serves as a bridge between the analytical world of forensic investigation and the emotional realm of spiritual healing. By providing specific, verifiable details, Kim Durham and Joe Peretta reinforce the foundation's mission: to provide evidence that consciousness survives physical death and that the bond of love remains unbroken. Bringing You Evidence of An Afterlife Since 2004 Forever Family Foundation is a global 100%volunteer non-profit, non-sectarian organization that supports the premise that life does not end with physical death, furthers the understanding of Afterlife Science and survival of consciousness, and offers support to the bereaved. Among the active members of the organization and the executive board are scientists, researchers, medical doctors, philosophers and educators who have devoted substantial parts of their careers to the investigation of the survival hypothesis - an existence beyond this physical world.

Welcome to Episode 159 of Praestabilis: Excellence in Marketing Welcome to Episode #159 of “Praestabilis: Excellence in Marketing” In this episode, the topic is “Artificial Intelligence: Have You Embraced This Tool?” I love AI and began learning how to use it at the beginning of 2023. Many people are fearful of AI and imagine that it will be negative for the world. Now I write books and create courses using artificial intelligence and can’t imagine living without it. Where do you stand on this topic that has become so controversial? Would you be open to me interviewing you about this? I am sharing a live session of my “Really Simple Authority Blogging” ongoing training course with you and know you will benefit from the marketing strategies I am sharing and teaching here. Be sure to connect with me at https://ConnieRagenGreen.com or on X at https://x.com/ConnieGreen so I may serve you in the areas where my help could make a huge difference in your results. I’m going to share with you how much fun I’m having with creating simple courses using AI (Artificial Intelligence) in about 30 minutes. I know you can do the same thing. Keep it simple, and add the short course you create to a page on your existing website/blog. In this episode I’m discussing how to use keywords and search engine optimization (SEO) to grow your business. Your prospects and future clients, customers, and colleagues are waiting to connect with you, but if they can’t find you online it will never happen. Make it simple for your target audience to find you by using the keywords and phrases they are most likely to be searching for on Google, Bing, and the other search engines. The Power and Gift of Change”- We are all changing throughout each day, and I think we must embrace this change in order to grow and move forward. Changing can take many forms, and if you look back through your life you will come to understand that you are not the same person you were even a year ago. Here is a quote about this you may resonate with… “Growth lives outside the comfort zone. If it feels uncomfortable, you’re probably doing it right.” ~ Marie Forleo I believe that our businesses are based on the concept of serving others. When you start on online (or even a brick and mortar) business, your goal is to serve others with what you know and to benefit in multiple ways, including by earning an excellent income. I’m sharing several examples in this podcast about my own and experiences with clients over the years. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ This morning I was reading the message written by outgoing Surgeon General Dr. Vivek Murthy. In it, he stated that his “parting prescription” for the American people is to cultivate a strong sense of community to help themselves and others. He added, “Relationships, service, and purpose are the time-tested triad of fulfillment that stands in contrast to wealth, fame, and power which define the modern-day triad of success.” Here are some other questions I want you to ask yourself: What is your commitment to yourself and to others close to you? Why are you focused on the things that are taking up your time? When will you begin to focus on goals that will allow you to create and leave a legacy? Whom do you trust to get you there? Perhaps my “Monthly Mentoring Program” is right for you. Motivation and Inspiration: What It Takes to Get Your Spark Back” During 2024 I went through a period where I wasn’t as motivated as I had been accustomed to being for many years. This gave me time to explore why I was feeling this way and to hopefully learn something that would help others. My inspiration to do all of the things I love in my business, including writing, creating, marketing, and mentoring was waning and I wasn’t sure why. Within a couple of months I was back on track and this is what I learned… Life isn’t easy, but then it isn’t supposed to be. Being challenged in so many ways on a regular basis makes us stronger and perhaps more appreciative and grateful for what we already have and what we know we can achieve if we believe in ourselves and have even one other person who knows we are special and tells us that as often as possible. Marie Forleo wrote a book titled “Everything Is Figureoutable” – https://ConnieLoves.me/FigureOutAble – Her precept is that if you’re having trouble solving a problem or reaching a dream, the problem isn’t you. It’s that you haven’t yet installed the one belief that changes everything. I’m at conniegreenhouse at yahoo dot com and want to hear from you on this topic, or on anything else. “Merging Your Life with Your Business” as a strategy. We aren’t creating a business we need a vacation from. Instead, we’re creating a “lifestyle by design” where we have the time and financial freedom to live in a way that few people are able to, and with choices around everything we do. If you’ve met me in person, heard me on my podcast, or read any of my books, you know that I am a very positive person. No matter what situation or circumstances arises, I truly believe there will always be a positive outcome on the horizon, and sooner rather than later. But I wasn’t always this way. This is a journey that continues… My first year online was 2006, and very quickly I connected with people I’m still part of a Mastermind with in Austin, Texas. I was invited to speak at an event there a couple of years later. It was hosted by Joe Vitale and Mendhi Audlin was also there. She shared a concept she had come up with that she calls “What If… UP!” The premise is that there is truly a silver lining in everything negative that occurs. I liken this to Newton’s Third Law of Motion: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. My precept and general rule for life is that we can achieve anything we want and feel that we deserve. Others want to help us to achieve our goals, but many times we get in their way by telling ourselves stories that aren’t true. Mendhi’s precept aligns with mine, and a year or so after I first met her she published a book on this… “What If It All Goes Right?: Creating a New World of Peace, Prosperity & Possibility” by Mendhi Audlin reveals the secret to turning possibilities into a tangible reality. It works! https://ConnieLoves.me/WhatIfUp I’m discussing the importance of being willing to “Better Your Best” during this new year, as well as recommending that this be the year you finally embrace AI – Artificial Intelligence – for your business. I have been a student of and someone who uses AI almost daily since February of 2022, and I’m learning from experts Andy O”Bryan and Denise Wakeman in their ongoing AI Success Club. Asking “How Are You Defining Success?” Creating a business as an entrepreneur allows you to live a lifestyle by design, with both time freedom and financial freedom. Think about how you want to live each day and then take action to make it happen. Over the years I’ve changed many things, while others have remained the same. Instead of making changes just for the sake of change, think about what you could change up and what makes sense to remain at least mostly the same. Years ago, I used to put together my blog posts on a single topic, like copywriting or list building or creation digital products into a simple document that I referred to as a ‘Focus Guide’ and gave them away to my list and to my prospects. Each of these documents contained resources and an ‘About the Author’ page that helped me to build my credibility, visibility, and profitability. For the first time ever, I am recommending that you write a book about yourself, your niche topic, and how you serve others. I first did this in 2009 and now I have written and published twenty-eight full-length, non-fiction books on the topics of entrepreneurship, personal, development, and authorship. Life can be messy. Are their ways you can keep moving forward when your personal life is turning upside down? Yes! Finding joy in helping and serving others, as well as compartmentalizing what is currently going on in your life are just two of the ways to deal with change and situations outside of your control. I recommend that you choose two social media platforms to use for the sole purpose of helping your prospects find and connect with you online. My favorite is X – formerly known as Twitter, and I also use LinkedIn and YouTube as my favorite social media sites to grow my business. Please connect with me on these sites and let me know how I may best serve you as you build and grow your profitable business. Is your list of what you are willing to do longer than your list of what you don’t want to do? I recommend a mile-long “to-do” list and a daily schedule of no more than four things that you will work on each day in your business. Find a mentor who believes in you and get started with creating a lifestyle by design that you want and deserve. I’m recommending James Clear’s “Atomic Habits” – https://ConnieLoves.me/AtomicHabits – as a book to help you alleviate your fears. We all have hopes, dreams, goals, and fears regarding our life experiences. I have found that if we build up our confidence and have faith that everything will turn out in a way that will be beneficial to all, we can continue to move forward without negative effects. Having an online business requires confidence. These are some questions to ask yourself: Who will you serve? What are your prospects pain points? What’s your idea? How will it be created, and then delivered? How will you sell it online? Creating a simple product or online course is the beginning of living a lifestyle by design. Reach out to me any time at conniegreenhouse at yahoo dot com if you’d like to know more about getting started as an online entrepreneur. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ My first online course back in 2006 was a simple one with three audio trainings and a workbook. Then, I began creating more sophisticated, but not more complicated courses. I’ve used the “Really Simple” branding for many courses at least 25 times, as well as using other terms and phrases based on the keywords I am optimizing for with each new course. Having your own online course on a topic you want to become known for will give you leverage to grow your business exponentially over time. It’s interesting to me that we as humans sometimes take things for granted that later on we know we should have appreciated in the moment. What I’m referring to here is having an online business you can run from home, or from anywhere in the world. There’s a window of opportunity that isn’t always open, and right now this window is wide open to everyone. A lot of it depends upon economic factors. I almost went back to graduate school two years ago to study economics, but decided against it because of the film and television writing I’m pursuing, but that’s a story for another time. Someone I work closely with had posted this quote from Richard Branson the other day: “Business opportunities are like buses, there’s always another one coming.” This does NOT apply to online business, but instead refers to starting a physical, brick and mortar business. I know several people in both of my cities who borrowed against their homes, cashed out retirement savings, and sold family heirlooms to start businesses in the community, only to go bankrupt a couple of years later. What I’m saying here is that this is the time to get your online business off the ground and up and running profitably. It’s so inexpensive in comparison, and the biggest expense I incur is what I pay mentors to guide me in the right direction. Yes, I still have a mentor and recommend you do as well. This isn’t coaching, but instead a personal relationship you’ll build over time that could lead to strategic alliance partnerships and lifelong friendships. I’m at conniegreenhouse at yahoo dot com if you want to know more about mentoring with me. The four widely accepted learning modalities (or modes) are known by the acronym VARK: Visual, Auditory, Reading/Writing, Kinesthetic. They are sometimes inaccurately referred to as “learning styles” which implies that each learner has a “style” of learning that should be maximized in all learning situations. Focusing on consistency, productivity, and creativity makes sense for all online entrepreneurs in 2024. I’m also sharing some effective and time-proven strategies with you here that will make a difference in your business, as well as in your personal life experience. Each day I focus on writing, creating, marketing, and teaching/learning/mentoring. My writing began as short and simple blog posts and blossomed into more than twenty-five full-length books. My writing is my oeuvre, my body of work that is my legacy to family, friends, colleagues, and those who follow me. During 2023 I wrote and published more than 400 thousand words. This breaks down to one full-length book, Self-Directed: Inspire, Motivate, and Empower Yourself to the Greatness That Lies Within; the current book on marketing that is more than halfway written; 8 short reports on topics of interest to the people I work with online; one hundred thirty-eight blog posts on three different blogs I maintain; and 382 email messages to my online community. These are  practical strategies for effective time management, emphasizing the importance of creating a balance between work and personal life. Achieving work-life harmony requires effective time management strategies that allow you to balance professional and personal responsibilities. Here are some strategies to help you manage your time more efficiently: 1. Set Clear Priorities: Identify your most important tasks and priorities for both work and personal life. Focus on what truly matters and allocate time accordingly. 2. Use a Time Management System: Choose a time management system that works for you, whether it’s a digital tool like Todoist or Trello, or a physical planner. Organize tasks, set deadlines, and track your progress. Schedules vs To-Do Lists 3. Prioritize Tasks with the Eisenhower Matrix: Categorize tasks into four quadrants: urgent and important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and neither urgent nor important. Prioritize tasks based on these categories. 4. Batch Similar Tasks: Group similar tasks together and tackle them during specific time blocks. This reduces the mental load of switching between different types of activities. 5. Time Blocking: Allocate specific blocks of time to different activities. This includes work tasks, personal commitments, and breaks. Stick to the schedule as much as possible. 6. Learn to Say No: Be selective about taking on new commitments. Saying no when necessary helps you avoid over-committing and allows you to focus on your existing priorities. 7. Delegate When Possible: Delegate tasks that others can handle. This applies to both professional and personal responsibilities. It’s okay to ask for help. 8. Practice the Two-Minute Rule: If a task takes less than two minutes, do it immediately. This prevents small tasks from piling up and becoming overwhelming. 9. Limit Multitasking: Focus on one task at a time. Multitasking can reduce efficiency and increase stress. Complete one task before moving on to the next. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ You’re starting a conversation with your emails, and building a relationship with your prospects, customers, and clients over time. I’ve been online as an entrepreneur, marketer, and writer since 2006, and while much has changed, I believe that more has remained the same. Here, I’m discussing how we marketed in those early days, and why email marketing still remains top of mind. Most recently, I’ve co-hosted an Advanced Email Marketing Conference with Ellen Finkelstein. In April of 2023, I hosted my latest live marketing event in Los Angeles, and more recently I’ve hosted my Santa Barbara Retreat for those I mentor and teach. But like everyone else, I began by attending live events, and eventually virtual events in order to find my voice, connect with other like-minded people, and learn more about building and growing my online business. Guerilla marketing is a way to drive publicity and, as a result, brand awareness by promoting using unconventional methods designed to evoke surprise, wonder, or shock. Guerrilla marketing is the creating use of novel or unconventional methods in order to boost sales or attract interest in a brand or business. These methods are often low- or no-cost and involve the widespread use of more personal interactions or through viral social media messaging. This marketing method has increased in popularity with the rise of ubiquitous mobile and connected technologies that can amplify messaging and focus on target groups of consumers. Some consumers may be more attracted by guerrilla marketing campaigns as they may be more interesting and daring, while others may be turned off because of the perceived “disruptive” aspects of this style of marketing. Please subscribe and leave me a review. And connect with me at https://ConnieRagenGreen.com. Find out more about me HERE. Becoming an online entrepreneur was the best decision I ever made. I’ve been online since 2006 and now help others all over the world to do the same or something similar. We all have times where we are feeling a little down, lost, or confused. Life isn’t easy, and no one makes it out alive! These are my recommendations for how to get back on track and feeling more happy and optimistic about your future… Write! Whether you’re already a writer or are just beginning to think about sharing your thoughts, ideas, and experiences with others, writing makes sense. I write every single day and publish much of my writing as blog posts, short reports, and full-length books. Writing opens your mind to what you want in the future, by allowing you to explore the past through your memories. You can also retell and reframe your stories in a way that will serve you going forward. Start a new project! I usually create products and courses as new projects, but this can also manifest as something you build or create with your hands. I have family members on two continents that love to put together complex jigsaw puzzles. They look forward to these as a new project on a regular basis. Volunteer! Before I started my online business, I promised myself I would volunteer my time and donate money to charitable causes… as soon as I had the time and the money to do so. Once I had my own business, I realized that I had some time and a little money to do this all along. Spend time with new people! As a part of the volunteering I now do regularly, I’ve spent time with very young children, veterans, women starting over after being in a domestic violence situation, and more. This work continues to make a difference in my life. As you can see, there are many ways to get back to your “Why?” and I hope this has been helpful to you. What’s the best niche topic to cover in your blog? I know you don’t what to hear me say “It depends.” so I won’t. Lean in, and I’ll share the very best niche for you, and it’s one that is also the most profitable, will feel more like you’re just having fun, will never go out of style, and will be the one that has absolutely zero competition. Which niche topic and target audience could it possibly be? I won’t keep you in suspense any longer. I learned when I began online 17 years ago that the best niche for anyone is the one that makes your heart sing and is probably a topic you take for granted. I had been teaching school for twenty years and my students were mostly Spanish and Tagalog native speakers. I told them if they wrote just a few sentences every single day – weekends, holidays, and school breaks included – their writing would improve. Those who followed my advice excelled, while those who didn’t floundered. During all those years, I seldom wrote anything unless it was required for my work as a teacher or for my part-time work in real estate. Fast forward to 2006, and I realized not only that I needed to write in order to succeed online, but also that what I’d done with my students would apply here as well. My niche for the next eighteen months was around helping others to write, publish, market, and sell eBooks. I wrote one on real estate farming – choosing and area close to home to connect with people who may need your services – as an example and sold it on my website. Back then, you had to sell eBooks on your own websites, as Amazon had not yet entered the world of self-publishing. My niche and website became “eBook writing and marketing secrets” and this topic took me to six figures. I was learning right along with the people who were learning and buying from me. I then moved that site over to https://ConnieRagenGreen.com to make a name for myself and to branch out to other topics. The bottom line is that you must begin by sharing what you already know something about and love. Blogging is the direct path to the visibility, credibility, and profitability you wish to have in your business. In my business, every idea begins as a blog post. This is where I think and research and brainstorm what’s on my mind in the very beginning. The blog post is ground zero for what could, and many times does become a product, course or program. Blog posts, while based on your idea, can be created with original content, private label (PLR) rights content, guest content, or curated content. While I immediately share my published posts on social media as “micro content” you’ll want to wait at least 24 hours before syndicating your content on Medium. I also teach this syndication strategy in my popular and ongoing Syndication Optimization training program. Next up in your content creation and content marketing strategy is a short report, which you may sell online or give away as a lead magnet. I teach all of this in my Really Simple Short Reports training. This is what we refer to as “cornerstone” content that is extremely valuable. The final step is creating “authority content” by publishing your writing as a Kindle or paperback book to increase your visibility and build your reputation as an expert on your topic. I typically discuss time management and productivity in regards to entrepreneurs, marketers, and authors, and I’ve even co-authored a bestselling book on this topic, entitled “Time Management Strategies for Entrepreneurs: How to Manage Your Time to Increase Your Bottom Line” where we outline in great details the steps you may take to reach a level of optimal productivity and time management as an entrepreneur. But what about everyone else? Doesn’t every person deserve to live the lifestyle they want and deserve, where they enjoy financial freedom and the time to enjoy every moment to the fullest? Of course they do, and that’s what I’m sharing during this podcast. When I began online as a new entrepreneur in 2006, I realized immediately I would need help with technology and graphics, as these were the areas where I had no experience or talent. I bartered for these services for the first year or so, and then began to put together a team of people to support me so my business could grow. When I look back over my lifetime, I see that I have always had a team supporting me, whether it was while I worked as a classroom teacher, or in real estate as a broker and residential appraiser. Even while I was growing up, I was surrounded by people who supported me, from family, friends and neighbors to teachers, clergy, and people in the community. Put together your team and watch your business grow exponentially! When it comes to your visibility as an entrepreneur, where may we find you to see what you’re doing? This expert status comes from your writing, videos and audios, and your social media presence on the most active platforms for your target audience. My three popular and active blogs are at ConnieRagenGreen.com, HugeProfitsTinyList.com, and at MondayMorningMellow.com. Credibility is about what you already know and what you are learning. We all started our online businesses as adults, so we brought our knowledge and experiences with us. It made sense for me to help people write, market, and publish eBooks in the beginning, because I had worked as a classroom teacher for twenty years prior to coming online, and was learning about marketing and self-publishing. Profitability means that you must ask “What’s for sale?” every day in your business. Create your own simple products and courses, recommend others with affiliate marketing, and look into buying the resale rights to sell other people’s products as your own like I continue to do in my own business. The final part of this information on your expert status as an entrepreneur includes productivity, consistency, and attention to detail. Get everything in place as quickly as possible, and your online business is sure to grow exponentially! During my first couple of years online, beginning in 2007 I connected with mentors Alex Mandossian and Raymond Aaron. When I inquired as to what they were doing together as strategic alliance partners, they gave me a brief explanation and told me that I was not yet ready to move up to this level. Over the next two years they helped me to grow and elevate my business and my mindset as an online entrepreneur so that I could connect with others in this way. Seek out the people and groups you wish to be involved with and show them that you have moved past tactics and on to strategies. It will make all the difference and as you uplevel everything you’re doing online in your business, your free time and disposable income will increase exponentially! When I work with people in my Incubator Mastermind Mentoring program, the goal is to move them into position to become a strategic alliance partner with me and others to share their message in a bigger way. WHY did you choose the career you started your working life with? WHY did you get married, have children, and move into your first home? WHY did you make the conscious decision to leave your career at some point and start your business? WHY do you want to be an author or entrepreneur, or coach? WHY do you get up every single day and do the work required to become more successful on an ongoing basis? Everyone must have a WHY and there are no right or wrong answers here. But if you find yourself unmotivated to work or if you find yourself procrastinating on projects, then it's time to re-examine the main reason for your business. Name Your Reason – or Your WHY – for Starting a Business Focusing on your WHY can help motivate you, so write down your reason for starting a business on a regular basis. Did you want to fill your free time? Did you want to earn some play money or contribute to the family finances? Did you want to pay the medical bills of an aging parent or a sick child? Did you want to pay for your child's higher education or private school tuition? In my case, my answer to “what's your why?” was always around having enough income to live life on my terms. Over time, I came to the realization that every choice I was making, and each time I could not do something that had meaning for me, was all related to me needing to earn a paycheck or a commission from the classroom teaching and real estate work I was involved with each day. I missed just about every family event, vacation, and other activities because I was working 60 or more hours a week in order to cover my bills and other expenses. I wasn't angry or resentful because I believed that I didn't deserve to have a better life during those decades. This all changed in 2005 when I began reading books and attending events based on self improvement and personal development principles. Writing these reasons down – no matter what they are because every person's WHY will be different – should help motivate you to work hard. You should feel driven to make your business a success. You should be willing to tackle things outside your comfort zone because you know the end result will help your business. If you're not feeling motivated, then you need to dig deeper. I worked closely with a woman who was struggling to make her online business become profitable, and she continued to tell me that she had no problems or struggles in her life, currently or during her younger years. Then, one day she told me about her granddaughter who had passed away at age twelve and the floodgates opened. We got to the bottom of things, she discovered her why, and her business grew by leaps and bounds, almost overnight! Be Open and Willing to Examine Your Inner Feelings Life is fluid and ever-changing so it stands to reason that your WHY would change over time as well. Even if you started your business because you didn't know what to do once your kids were in full day school, you can change that WHY to something more meaningful now. A mentor once shared with me that she started a service business because she was a single mom and needed to earn money to survive. She was responsible for lodging, food, and clothing for herself and her child. She didn't have anyone to rely on except herself. THIS is enough to make you cry and to hustle for work, knowing that if she wasn't working, she wasn't eating. What are you passionate about that will get you hustling? Are you passionate about a cause or charity that can benefit from your financial assistance? Do you need to pull yourself up out of financial despair? Don't be afraid to own that reason and fight for your business. This is how you will continue to get closer to understanding and recognizing the answer to “what's your why?” Don't be Afraid to Switch Business Gears to Discover Your “Why” One of my mentees admitted to me early on that even though she has been in a service business for over ten years, that she hadn't been motivated to create any classes or products as a source of passive income. She blamed her indecision on a lack of new ideas and a feeling and belief that everything she knew had already been said and done, but I questioned if it was because she didn't feel attached to her particular niche of online marketing. After some more discussion, she agreed and has since modified her services that align better with what she enjoys. I still suggested that she explore a deeper WHY but this is a step in the right direction. Plenty of businesses add or subtract products or services or modify their mission statement. If something about your business doesn't feel right, don't be afraid to make changes. I'm bestselling author and online entrepreneur Connie Ragen Green, and now I can confidently answer the question “What's your why?” with enthusiasm and conviction. My “why” is around the concept of helping others to achieve their goals and dreams with writing and having a profitable online business so they may follow their dreams and passions without having to do work that doesn't make their heart sing or worry about meeting all of their financial obligations with grace and ease. You can double your productivity and be success with a business, or with anything you choose to accomplish in your life, if you are willing to implement what you learn and take decisive action on a consistent basis. Many people come to me to learn how to successful and profitable as an online entrepreneur. But some of them end up saying “I already know that” and moving on to something else. I know that I am able to do more than I ever thought would be possible in my life because I am willing to learn, implement, course correct, ask questions, take massive action and keep moving forward with consistency. Others may be smarter or more knowledgeable, but if they hesitate to take action they will not achieve the results they are hoping for in their business or with anything else. As long as you are specific and intentional with what you want to achieve, you can do it all as an entrepreneur, just not all at once. And we must throw perfection out the window. I have a new saying… The more perfecter your goal, the less purfeckt your results. “Everything we do in our lives is preparing us for something that will arise in the future, even though we don’t yet know what that will be.” ~ Connie Ragen Green Our stories are the fabric of our life. A story sets you apart from everyone else, makes you unique and memorable, and is all you have when it's all said and done. When I was a young child a neighbor girl, seven or eight years old at the time, interrupted my mother in the middle of a story she was telling to ask, “Why do you have so many stories?” My mother hardly skipped a beat, informing the girl that “You'll have stories too, when you get older.” On that evening a part of me became a storyteller in training. Sure enough, it wasn't long before I was telling stories about everything from what I did in school that day to what happened in the neighborhood. I wore my storyteller's hat with pride and now I see that this one aspect of my life was preparing me for what I now do in my business and derive great joy from every single day. The word “praestabilis” is from the Latin and means outstanding, excellent, and extraordinary and this is the goal for you as you make your way in the online world. It took me until age 50 to step into the light and live an empowered life. I achieved this by leaving a job – classroom teaching – and a career as a real estate broker and appraiser to come online as an entrepreneur. I have no regrets about waiting so long, as everything unfolds once we are open to receiving it. There are three top strategies to help you move closer to an empowered life and they include… Writing – Every day, I want you to write! This includes blog posts, outlines, emails to your prospects, clients, and potential joint venture partners. Also, write short reports and white papers to show others who you are and what you know. Finally, write a book to solidify your expertise in your niche, and follow that up with additional books over time. Writing is crucial to our process of standing out from the crowd by sharing what we know and believe. Reach out to me if you’re interested in coming aboard for my “10 Week Author” program. Speak about yourself and your topic to anyone who will listen. I began by speaking at my Rotary Club and I continue to recommend service organizations as a way to break in to speaking. Now I speak all over the world, in person and virtually on a variety of topics. Masterminding – Connecting with others for the sole purpose of reaching your full potential is crucial to life success. The PESO Model evolves for the AI era (and why your website isn’t dead)

The PESO Model has been guiding smart communications strategies for over a decade, but the tactical landscape underneath it keeps shifting. In the latest evolution, Gini and her team have completely revamped the PESO Model Certification to address how AI and large language models are fundamentally changing visibility in 2026. In this episode, Chip interviews Gini about the newly updated certification and what’s changed in how organizations should think about paid, earned, shared, and owned media. The conversation centers on “visibility engineering”—the intersection of owned and earned media where LLMs are scraping information and making decisions about who appears in AI-generated answers. Gini explains why owned media remains the foundation (without content on your own properties, there’s nothing to demonstrate to journalists, creators, or LLMs what you’re about), but the recommended path has shifted from owned-then-earned-or-shared to a more deliberate owned-then-earned-then-shared-then-paid sequence. This evolution reflects how AI systems verify information by comparing what’s on your website against what credible third parties say about you. They also tackle the persistent “X is dead” headlines that plague the industry—whether it’s websites, PR, or press releases. Chip and Gini push back hard on the notion that websites are becoming irrelevant, pointing out that your owned content hub becomes more valuable in an AI-driven world, not less. It’s your source of truth, the fuel for custom AI assistants, and the foundation that persists even as social platforms come and go. The conversation covers practical questions about implementing PESO in smaller agencies, whether you need to be full-service to deliver on all four pillars, and how the certification meets communicators at different experience levels—from college students to seasoned professionals. If you’ve been treating PESO as just four columns of tactics rather than an operating system for communications, this episode clarifies what you’re missing. Key takeaways Gini Dietrich: “Owned is still the foundation because without your own thought leadership, your subject matter experts, your content, all of that, there’s nothing to demonstrate to a journalist, a creator, a newsletter author, a podcast host, what you’re about and how you’re different.” Chip Griffin: “In a world where you’re able to start customizing your own versions of LLMs for your internal or external audiences, huge value exists there. So having that central repository, I think is actually of increasing value today, not decreasing.” Gini Dietrich: “We are in a zero click world. And so how does that affect the work that we’re doing? It’s really how are we helping to inform humans, search engines, and LLMs so that we’re showing up no matter if it’s a human looking, if it’s Google surfacing information or if it’s an AI surfacing information.” Chip Griffin: “Having your content in a world where you’re able to start customizing your own versions of LLMs for your internal or external audiences, huge value exists there. That would not be possible without a thousand plus articles and videos because that is the fuel for that tool.” Turn ideas into action Audit where your owned content actually lives. Open a spreadsheet and list every place you’ve published content over the past two years—your website, Medium, Substack, LinkedIn articles, guest posts, anywhere. Mark which platforms you own versus rent. This awareness exercise reveals how vulnerable your content strategy is to platform changes and algorithm shifts. Map one content piece through all four PESO pillars. Take your next webinar, speaking engagement, or major thought leadership piece and plan the full PESO path before you execute: owned content on your site summarizing key insights, pitching earned media opportunities based on those insights, creating social distribution that doesn’t just promote but educates, and identifying where paid amplification makes strategic sense. This forces you to think about PESO as an integrated operating system rather than disconnected tactics. Dive deeper into the PESO Model. Visit spinsucks.com/peso-model-certification to learn more about the newly updated certification program. Whether you’re looking to formalize your team’s approach to integrated communications or simply understand how the model has evolved for the AI era, the certification provides a structured path from foundational concepts through practical implementation. Please listen to the audio to confirm accuracy. Chip Griffin: Hello, and welcome to another episode of the Agency Leadership Podcast. I’m Chip Griffin. Gini Dietrich: And I’m Gini Dietrich. Chip Griffin: And Gini, I, I’ve heard that you might be involved with this thing, I think it’s called the PESO Model. Gini Dietrich: Oh, maybe. Chip Griffin: You may you use that, right? That’s, yeah. Just you found it and you said this should, this is something we should use. Gini Dietrich: Yeah. Something I just found and thought we should use it. Yeah. Chip Griffin: Yeah. Yeah, no, in all fairness, you are in fact the inventor of the PESO model, which is widely used throughout the PR and communications world, and it has been evolving with the times as we all should be. And so I, I think we have some, some new news that you’ve been sharing around the PESO model. Gini Dietrich: Oh, well, according to a couple of people on the internet, it has not evolved at all because they are not able to use Google or AI to say, has the PESO model evolved since 2014? Perhaps. It has. And you know, all of last year I spent a good amount of time, especially on the blog and the Spin Sucks podcast, talking about visibility engineering, which is where owned and earned media meet because that’s where the LLMs are getting their information, right. We’re finding more and more that they’re scrubbing websites and then they’re comparing that to earned media, to the things that media not, and not just traditional media, newsletters, podcasts, things like that, that they’re saying about the brand and looking to see if they match. And if they do, then they’re appearing. You’re, you start to appear in AI answers. So I spent a good amount of time last year exploring that and understanding that and, you know, using the blog and the podcast as my sandbox to learn more about it and teach the industry about it and understand what was happening. As part of that, I said, okay, it’s time to do a big refresh of the certification. Because we did the certification in 2020 and then we did a small update to it in 2024. And this one is a completely revamped certification that shows you how exactly AI is… how exactly you’re showing up in AI answers and doing that via the PESO model. So we start with owned, we go to earned, then we use shared and paid. There’s integration and measurement and it brings it all together. So I’m actually, I said to my team, not to brag, but this is really good. It’s a really, really good course. And we hired, last March I hired a chief learning officer who has helped me build it into something that’s more effective for an adult learner. So it’s really specific to, you know, you can get the work done while you’re also a working professional. So she has done a really nice job of bringing that element into it. It has AI prompts so that you can use the PESO AI that we built to help you do the work. And it’s, it’s pretty good. I’m, I’m really proud of it. I’m really proud of the work we did. Chip Griffin: Well, I mean, it really is something that, that fuels most communication thinking in smart organizations today, whether that’s agency side, client side, that sort of thing. Now it’s not always as well understood it should be. Some people just throw the term around. A little bit willy-nilly. Yes. You know, without really thinking it through. Of course there are other people who claim that it’s also their invention, which is, you know, but we’re not gonna go down that path ’cause we’re staying positive today, Gini. Gini Dietrich: Yes, yes. We’re gonna stay positive. Positive, yes. Chip Griffin: But I think to, you know, to me, one of the things that, when I look at the PESO model, I think is, you know, it’s great because it is an overall set of principles and framework that is effectively timeless when it comes to communications. And then it’s the implementation side of it. The tactical side of it. That’s the piece that needs to evolve. The, I mean, the four letters are still the same. It’s not like you, right? Yes. The evolution has not been to change PESO to something else. Gini Dietrich: Nope. Chip Griffin: It, it’s really just saying. Okay. All of these different components, the paid, earned, shared, and owned have evolved over the last 10 or 15 years. Yeah. And so how we implement it needs to adapt to that. Gini Dietrich: Yeah. It’s very much, I mean, when we did it in 2020, it was very much like how, how you’re using content marketing really to inform your contributed content through earned and then sharing that link through, through social and then putting some money behind it to boost it. And that was, you know, that was six years ago, and it worked back then, right? It’s still, social still worked from the perspective that you could post a link and people would follow that path back to your website. Well, people don’t do that anymore. You know, we are in a zero click world. And so how do, how does that affect the work that we’re doing? So, you’re right, the paid, earned, shared, and owned doesn’t change. That model stays the same. It’s the pieces on top that, that have evolved. And so now it’s really how are we helping to inform humans, search engines, and LLMs so that we’re showing up. No matter if it’s a human looking, if it’s Google surfacing information or if it’s an AI surfacing information, we show up no matter what. And it’s really, that’s what it’s really about is how do you engineer that visibility? How do you make sure that you’re showing up in the right places at the right time to the right people? Chip Griffin: And so if you’re, if you’re thinking about leaning into the PESO model for your communications needs. You know, where should you be starting today? Is it owned? Is it social? Is it, you know, how, has it changed? If at all from that standpoint over the last decade? Gini Dietrich: Owned is still the foundation because without anything, without your own thought leadership, your subject matter experts, your content, all of that, there’s nothing to demonstrate to a journalist, a creator, a newsletter author, a podcast host, what you’re about and how you’re different. So that’s the foundation. There’s nothing do than to just create that distribution layer through shared, and there’s certainly nothing to amplify through paid. So that’s always been the foundation. There are of course exceptions if you’re selling widgets or your, you have an Amazon store or something like that, then I would probably start with paid, but that’s the exception to the rule. For the most part, most organizations need to start with owned. And we used to say that then you could go to earned or shared. Depending on your goals. Now we’re saying actually the best path for engineering that visibility is owned, then earned because you need that credibility, so the LLMs can cite that information. Then you build your distribution layer, and then you amplify your work. Chip Griffin: So I, think what I’m hearing you say is that websites are not dead despite all of these, you know, headlines that you like to see people’s, Gini Dietrich: No, they are not. Chip Griffin: The, the rise of LLM, websites are dead. You’re not even gonna need a website in five years. Gini Dietrich: No, we still need a website because otherwise the LLMs don’t have anywhere to get the information about you. Humans don’t have any, I mean, we still go to websites. We might not go, you know, a direct click like we used to, but we still go to websites to get information. So yeah, you still need a website. I hate the, such and such is dead. The PR, there’s one that PR is dead right now. Like PR is not dead. Come on. You can’t do, you’re not going to show up in AI answers if without PR. So PR is not dead. Chip Griffin: No, the X is dead has always been one of my pet peeves when it comes to, I mean, that, that really is something that, that took off during the start of the social media era. Yeah. Whether it was the press release is dead. This is dead, whatever. I mean, and, you know. Just, it’s not true. I mean, we, you know, I always used to say back 20 years ago, you know, people used to say that radio was dead. Radio is still very much around, and radio is still around in certain forms. I mean, when I’m driving around, I listen to radio. Yes. Is it terrestrial radio? No, it’s satellite radio. Gini Dietrich: Right. Chip Griffin: But guess what? It’s still radio. Gini Dietrich: It’s still radio. Yep. Chip Griffin: Right. Podcasts are effectively radio. Transmitted in a different fashion. Yep. And so, you know, I think that the people need to understand that the underlying technology may evolve, some of the tools will evolve, but Gini Dietrich: absolutely Chip Griffin: the, principles and concepts will largely remain the same. Doesn’t mean that everything stays. Yeah, certainly some things, you know, do go away, or become so small that they’re irrelevant, but you know, I think we need to be careful about those things. And, to me, with a website, to me, the other value is it still is a great place to be the central repository of all your information as all of these things change around you. I mean, if, for the last 10 or 15 years you’ve been using your website as your content hub and housing at least your most important, most valuable stuff there, it doesn’t matter whether medium or substack comes or goes. It doesn’t matter whether people move from X to LinkedIn to whatever. Yep. You still have a source of truth for your own information, which becomes even more valuable in the world of AI and LLMs. Gini Dietrich: That’s exactly right. I mean, we, have preached for years, we’ve all preached for years that you should not build an audience or content on rented land because to exactly your point, the rented land goes away. X has become something that nobody wants to hang out on. We’ve moved to LinkedIn. Lots of people have moved to Substack. So, those pieces will change. So don’t, I think that theory, philosophy stays the same. Because you have, you are building something that you own, that you control, and allows you to control that narrative and be, tell the story the way you want to, and then you rent that out to other places versus building on rented land where it will go away. Chip Griffin: Well, and I think that there are a lot of avenues that are opening up to organizations with, you know, particularly those that have more content already, but also by building it up. And I think in particular of the AI assistant I built on the SAGA website. Mm-hmm. Yep. That would not be possible without a thousand plus articles and videos and that kind of stuff because that is the fuel for that tool. Yep. And, and if I was trying to do it based off of, see what you can find that I’ve posted on LinkedIn or Twitter or things over the years, and it’s just not gonna work. And so having that in a world where you’re able to start customizing your own versions of LLMs for your internal or external audiences, huge value exists there. So having that central repository, I think is actually of increasing value today, not decreasing. Gini Dietrich: Yeah, that’s actually a really good point. I was talking to a client last week and she said that one of the goals for 2026 is they have 17 different brands. So each brand has its own chief executive. And what she has, what she wants, the comms team for each of those brands to do is build an AI agent that helps them with that CEO’s voice. And they can’t do that without content. They can’t do it without the executives’ speeches, webinars, podcasts, appearances, media relations, like they have to have all of that content, blog posts that they’ve written or articles that they’ve written for the website. They have to have that to be able to feed that and train the AI. So without it, they don’t have any, to your point, fuel that will allow them to do that. So 100% that is accurate. Chip Griffin: So as, we’re thinking about implementing PESO properly, so not just, I heard the term, it sounds cool. I made a list of four columns of each, and I just started just chucking stuff in there. Gini Dietrich: Mm-hmm. Chip Griffin: I mean, how do I go about learning it the right way? And I’m, you know, we’re not turning this into a QVC Gini Dietrich: Are you throwing me a softball? Chip Griffin: you know, show here. But at the same time, I, think it is valuable for people to understand what is out there in a more formal sense, to understand and, adopt the process for their own organization. Gini Dietrich: I mean, obviously the PESO model certification is the place to get the information because one of the, one of the things we see is exactly what you said, that people create their four columns and they say, okay, well we’ve got some content and we’re doing some media relations, and we’re throwing that on social. And all right, we’ll put some, budget behind some of our organic social, and we’ve got the PESO model. And that’s, not the PESO model, that’s a list of tactics. So what the certification does is it walks you through exactly. There’s this, a scientific layer to it. It walks you through that scientific layer that allows you to embed an operating system, that let that foundation of your work so that as things evolve and the industry changes and your business goals change, you’re able to change the tactics on top of it. We also hear, well, gosh, my, you know, my clients can’t afford to do a full PESO program, so what should I do? And in fact, they can afford it. You’re just thinking about it as this huge, overwhelming thing. And so the certification walks you through if you’re a solopreneur or a small agency, that walks you through if you’re a midsize, and it walks you through if you’re a large corporation or an enterprise organization. And I will say for small organizations, which are most of our listeners. It’s really about how do you take one piece of content and repurpose it. So let’s say that you do a webinar. How do you take that webinar and create some content around it that, from what the webinar was, not promoting it, not trying to get registrations, but saying, okay, here’s what we learned in the webinar. So we’re gonna create some how-to or thoughtful content for that. And then we’re gonna take pieces of the webinar and we’re gonna break it down for social posts. And then yeah, we’re gonna put some money behind some of it. And we’re also gonna go to some of our trade media and we’re gonna say, Hey, listen, our subject matter expert or our chief executive just did this webinar and here’s what they talked about. Are you interested in some contributed content? So it allows you to do that in a really interesting, effective way without you having to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars or have a large team. You can do it without a lot of resources. I mean I built the PESO model framework for my agency and we were not, at the time, a big agency. Mm-hmm. So that’s what it was built for, is to make it so that we could do more with less and do more with less resources and, less time and less people and less budget and all the things. So it is definitely, definitely feasible. So that’s what it teaches you how to do. Chip Griffin: So I, you know, I think one of the other concerns that, some particularly smaller agencies have when it comes to PESO is not just the, clients and their budget, but, their own capabilities and, you know, so is it realistic for a small agency to be able to, you know, deliver? We, we talk all the time about being careful about being a full service agency. Yep. But to, implement PESO, do you have to be a full service agency? Gini Dietrich: You do not. That’s the other thing that the certification walks you through is if you have the capability yourself in house. Or you yourself can do it. Then here’s how you do it. If you are building it for an external team or an external agency, here’s how you do it. If the client has a team that can do it, here’s what you’re going to do to build the strategy and the creative brief, and then you’ll hand it off. But here’s what is expected for. Here’s, what’s expected of you to deliver, and here’s what the expectation is for the output from the client team or the agency team, whatever happens to be. So it has those three paths depending on where you are. So yeah, that’s a really good point. It doesn’t the, certification expects you to, build the plan and the strategy, and then based on where you are, it meets you where you are. So if, you have a team that you can execute or that you can delegate it to, great. If your client has a team you can delegate it to great. But it meets you where you are so that you don’t have to be the expert, you don’t have to be the strategist, you don’t have to be the influencer, but you do have to build the plan and the strategic path to be able to help the team get there. Chip Griffin: Mm-hmm. Um, and I mean, let’s talk through some of the logistics around the certification. I mean, how long does it take to get certified? Is this, you know, I, do a weekend course and I’m done. Is it an ongoing process? Is it, you know, is it the equivalent of a master’s degree? I gonna spend two years with, you know, countless hours? What exactly does it look like? Gini Dietrich: It’s built to be done in eight weeks, but I will tell you that most working professionals do not do it that fast. I would say most working professionals do it between 10 and 12. Each module is, so you have the intro earned or owned, earned, shared, paid, integration, measurement, and then the operating system and how to embed that. So it’s eight modules and each module has between 6 and 12 lessons, and each lesson is like 8 to 10 minutes. So, you know, you’re looking at an hour to an hour and a half of learning of content and then you have the exercises for each lesson. So I would venture to guess it’s, you know, if you use the AI prompts effectively, that are in there, it’s between two to five hours a week probably. Chip Griffin: And, who is the certification best for? Is it someone who’s got, you know, prior experience, is this, Hey, I’m fresh outta college and I want to have this so I can use it to, you know, improve my, my job prospects. You know, what, kind of experience are they expected to have, or knowledge are they expected to have coming in? Gini Dietrich: It’s, we built it for any level of expertise. The interesting thing about it, of course, if you have more experience, it’s easier for you to grasp the concepts and implement it quickly. But we also use the certification in a hundred plus universities and the kids, the students go through it. So we find that they… It’s different for them because they have to use a fake business where you can use your own business or you can use your client’s business, right? They have to kind of create the business as they go. But it’s really fun to see what kinds of things come out of that. So it’s built for every level of expertise. It’s a different way of thinking about communications. So it’s not like you have to have 20 years of experience or only a year of experience. It’s because it’s teaching you something new. Chip Griffin: Gotcha. And is the, are the certifications only at the individual level? Are there agency certification programs? What exists in that frame? Gini Dietrich: Yeah, we’ve, that, that’s a great question that we evolved too. So it used to be, it was individual based and now we’ve built it so that you can put a team through it, you can put the whole agency through it. The certification itself goes with the individual because it comes through Syracuse University. So it is, so if you have a team member that you wanna put through it, if they leave the certification goes with them. So you cannot say that you do the PESO model anymore if they leave. So we always recommend, I mean, you know, I’m an agency owner, so I’d love to see the agency owner themselves go through it, but I also know that that’s not always doable. So, but if you want the certification to stay with your agency, that’s the way to do it. Chip Griffin: Mm-hmm. And it, you know, I guess as, we’re winding up here, you know, where do you see the, PESO model headed in, the years, you know, in front of us? I would assume it will continue to evolve. Does your crystal ball tell you anything about, you know, what that evolution will look like? Gini Dietrich: It will continue to evolve. I have not looked into my crystal ball yet because I’ve been so heads down deep into developing the content for this that I haven’t been able to forward think yet, but I’m very much looking forward to being able to go back to my regular job and, start to think about the future, but I’m not there yet. Chip Griffin: I, I, guess that’s fair. I guess asking you for the, next version before this version is even fully out in the wild may, Gini Dietrich: I’ve literally been like blinders on, heads down, creating all of this content. Chip Griffin: I had to try at least, you know, see if I could get the inside a scoop on where the industry is headed so that I can… Gini Dietrich: Ask me in a month. Chip Griffin: I can get there before everybody else, or at least before everybody else accept you. Alright. If someone, wants to learn more about the PESO model or the certification or any of that kind of stuff, where’s, the best place for them to go for that? Gini Dietrich: I feel like we just did an interview. Chip Griffin: Well, that, that was not the intent going, but it made the most sense to me. And I, you know, me, I, follow the thread wherever it feels like it goes. That’s fair. Some of these were questions I actually didn’t know the answer to, so I thought I would ask them. Gini Dietrich: Yeah. Alright. spinsucks.com. There’s a PESO model certification page. I think it’s actually PESO-model-certification. Chip Griffin: You love your hyphens on that website. Gini Dietrich: I don’t know why it’s that way. That’s just what they do. Chip Griffin: Oh, well. Gini Dietrich: Ask our web firm. Chip Griffin: I’m, sure people can end up finding it. Gini Dietrich: PESO model certification. Spin sucks.com. Chip Griffin: There you go. Excellent. Well, I, think this was good information and I think we, you know, we do talk a lot about the importance of, you know, agencies continuing to adapt. Particularly in, in this age of AI. And, if we are standing still, you know, we are gonna lose our jobs to AI and the other enhancements and improvements that are out there. I think this is one of many ways that you can, make sure that you are not getting left behind and, so, certainly something that most agencies should be at the very least learning more about, if not actually directly implementing within their businesses. Gini Dietrich: Yep. Yeah, and, like I said, it has AI baked in, so if you’re still on the fence about AI, it’s a good way to dip your toes in the water. Chip Griffin: And if you’re still on the fence on AI, why? Gini Dietrich: It’s so much fun! Chip Griffin: It really is. It can be a time suck at times, but it’s, yeah. It’s also fun and, frankly useful. I mean, I think that’s the… But anyway, that when this is not an AI show, this is a PESO show. Gini Dietrich: Right. So, right, right. Chip Griffin: We, will come back and bash you on AI again in the future. Not, you, but you the listener. You the listener. Gini Dietrich: Yeah. Chip Griffin: Alright. With that we’ll wrap up this episode of the Agency Leadership Podcast. I’m Chip Griffin. Gini Dietrich: I’m Gini Dietrich. Chip Griffin: And it depends.

Join Here: https://ow.ly/msoH50WCu0KIn this segment of Notorious Mass Effect, Analytic Dreamz explores the artist background of Tame Impala, the psychedelic rock/psych-pop project led by Australian multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker. Since 2008, Parker has written, produced, and performed most material solo under the Tame Impala moniker. The sound evolution traces from garage-psych roots on Innerspeaker (2010), to polished pop-infused textures on Currents (2015), groove/pop hybridization on The Slow Rush (2020), and the latest genre blend of psychedelic, disco, house, and pop on Deadbeat, released October 17, 2025. Deadbeat debuted at #4 on Billboard 200, #4 on Official U.K. Albums Chart, and #2 on ARIA Chart.Tame Impala boasts numerous Grammys, ARIA, APRA Awards, and one BRIT Award, with massive streaming success—e.g., “The Less I Know the Better” exceeding 2.2B Spotify streams—yet waited nearly two decades for a first Hot 100 entry.Focus shifts to standout single “Dracula,” released September 26, 2025, as the third from Deadbeat. This third single delivers a bouncy, disco-leaning groove with a “party-until-dawn” narrative using vampire metaphors for nightlife embrace. Praised for its infectious groove, earworm chorus, and Halloween-adjacent energy, it drew mixed reviews (e.g., Medium 6.5/10) but strong community response in outlets like Atwood Magazine.“Dracula” marked Tame Impala's breakthrough: first Billboard Hot 100 entry debuting at #55 (October 2025), peaking at #30; #1 on Alternative Airplay (January 2026, returned #1 February 7 chart); #2 Adult Alternative Airplay; #23 Rock & Alternative Airplay. It ranked #3 in Triple J Hottest 100 (2025), amassed ~221M Spotify streams by February 2026, with debut week U.S. metrics of 6.5M streams, 1.7M radio impressions, and 1K digital sales. It peaked Top 40 on UK Singles Chart over 16 weeks. An early February 2026 remix featuring BLACKPINK's JENNIE added new vocal layers, verse content, and lyric nods to Parker, blending K-pop with psych-pop. Released post-Parker's JENNIE merch sighting at the February 1, 2026 Grammys—where Tame Impala won Best Dance/Electronic Recording for “End Of Summer” (second consecutive in category)—the remix boosted visibility, demographic reach, and chart momentum, sparking follow-up Hot 100 entries like “Loser” (#91) and “My Old Ways” (#56).Analytic Dreamz analyzes “Dracula” as a streaming-driven radio crossover, U.S. chart gateway, and cross-genre platform linking psych-pop and K-pop ecosystems, reinforcing Parker's hybrid legacy amid a 2026 European tour (April 4–May 13, covering major markets like Madrid, Paris, Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Dublin).Tune in for in-depth insights on Tame Impala's evolution, breakthrough success, and strategic significance in modern music.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/analytic-dreamz-notorious-mass-effect/exclusive-contentPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

What do you see when you close your eyes? In this episode, we explore the Aphantasia Scale, a one to five spectrum that describes how vividly you visualize in your mind's eye, and how that directly influences your mediumship and intuition. Many people assume that being intuitive means seeing clear mental images, but that is not necessarily true. Visualization exists on a spectrum, and intuitive information can come through in many different ways depending on your natural strengths. I discuss why understanding where you fall on the scale matters and how it helps you stop forcing your intuition to look a certain way. Your ability to visualize does not determine your intuitive ability. When you understand how your mind works, you can develop your gifts with greater confidence and clarity. This episode offers reassurance for anyone who has questioned their intuitive ability because their inner world does not look cinematic or crystal clear. Your mind's eye does not determine your capacity for connection. How you understand and strengthen your natural way of receiving information is what truly matters. She Thought She Knew About Trauma and Stress, Until Jail: A Nurse Speaks. For years, she believed she understood trauma and stress. As a registered nurse, she had already witnessed illness, injury, and emotional hardship both personally and professionally. But nothing, she says, truly prepared her for what she would experience working behind the secured doors of a correctional facility. The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast social media like their Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Medium and other social media platforms. Now a retired RN and founder of 3R Strategic Life Coaching, LLC, Laura Bulbitz is sharing her journey publicly through the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast, it's social media platforms like facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Hoping her story resonates with correctional professionals, nurses, police officers, and other first responders facing silent burnout. The Podcast is available and shared for free on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, also on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and most major podcast platforms. A Calling Born from Personal Trauma Long before she stepped into a jail medical unit, Bulbitz's path toward nursing was shaped by deeply personal experiences. Trauma within her own family, including serious illness and a devastating accident involving her husband and son, became the catalyst that pushed her toward healthcare. Supporting articles about this and much more from Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast in platforms like Medium , Blogspot and Linkedin . “I wanted to help people survive the moments that change everything,” she said. “When your world flips upside down, healthcare workers are often the first faces you see.” Nursing became more than a career, it became a mission. She worked in demanding environments and eventually transitioned into correctional healthcare, attracted by strong benefits and stable employment opportunities. At the time, it seemed like a practical decision. “It looked like a good move financially and professionally,” she recalled. “I thought I was prepared.” Inside the World of Correctional Nursing Correctional nurses, often called jail nurses, serve as registered nurses (RNs) or licensed practical nurses (LPNs) responsible for providing healthcare to incarcerated individuals in jails, prisons, and detention centers. Their role is critical but frequently misunderstood. Available for free on the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, also on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Youtube and most major Podcast networks. Unlike traditional hospital settings, correctional healthcare combines medicine with security protocols and high-risk environments. Daily responsibilities include: Conducting intake assessments for new detainees Managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension Administering medications and monitoring treatment plans Responding to emergencies, injuries, and mental health crises Collaborating with correctional officers and outside specialists The work requires autonomy, critical thinking, psychiatric awareness, and adaptability, often with fewer resources than hospitals provide. Look for The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast on social media like their Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Medium and other social media platforms. “It's fast-paced, unpredictable, and emotionally intense,” Bulbitz explained. “You're treating patients while constantly aware of safety and security.” She quickly realized the emotional weight of the job extended far beyond clinical care. “You're seeing trauma every single day, addiction, mental illness, violence, despair,” she said. “And you carry those stories home whether you want to or not.” When Compassion Meets Burnout Over time, the cumulative stress began to take a toll. Correctional nurses frequently operate in environments where emergencies can escalate rapidly, and emotional detachment becomes a survival mechanism. For Bulbitz, years of exposure combined with her own unresolved personal trauma created a perfect storm. Available for free on their website and streaming on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Youtube and other podcast platforms. “I didn't notice it happening at first,” she said. “You just keep going because that's what nurses do.” Eventually, exhaustion turned into burnout, emotional fatigue that no amount of rest seemed to fix. “I realized I wasn't the same person anymore,” she shared. “The compassion was still there, but I was drained. Completely drained.” After years of service, she made the difficult decision to retire from nursing altogether. “It felt like losing part of my identity,” she admitted. “But I also knew I couldn't keep pouring from an empty cup.” A New Mission Emerges Leaving nursing did not mean leaving service behind. Instead, Bulbitz began transforming her experiences into something new. Today, she works as a life coach specializing in corrections professionals, law enforcement officers, healthcare workers, and first responders, people she believes often carry invisible emotional burdens. It is discussed across News platforms and shared on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Apple, and Spotify, where true crime audiences continue to get their content. A life coach, she explains, differs from a therapist. Rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, coaching focuses on present goals and future growth. “A life coach helps people move forward,” she said. “It's about clarity, accountability, and building strategies to improve life now.” Her coaching approach emphasizes: Goal-oriented planning Actionable strategies for career and personal balance Accountability and motivation Active listening and powerful questioning “Many first responders don't want therapy,” she noted. “But they do want tools to regain control of their lives.” Though life coaching remains an unregulated industry without formal licensing requirements, Bulbitz combines professional experience with specialized training and firsthand understanding of high-stress professions. You can find the show on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn, as well as read companion articles and updates on Medium, Blogspot, YouTube, and even IMDB. “I've lived the burnout,” she said. “I speak their language.” Sharing the Message Publicly Determined to reach a wider audience, Bulbitz began sharing her story online. Her message quickly gained attention across The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast website, their facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, where professionals related to her honest discussions about stress, trauma exposure, and career transitions. The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast, is available on their website and platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube and most major podcast platforms. She expands conversations through longer-form discussions focused on resilience and personal transformation. “A Nurse speaks,” she often says at the start of her talks, a reminder that her perspective comes from lived experience, not theory. Free on their website and streaming on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Youtube and other podcast platforms. “The goal isn't to relive trauma,” she explained. “It's to learn how to move forward without letting it define you.” Turning Pain Into Purpose Looking back, Bulbitz says her journey has come full circle. The trauma that once pushed her into nursing eventually guided her toward coaching, helping others navigate the emotional realities of service careers. “I thought my nursing career ending was a failure,” she said. “Now I see it was a transition.” Through 3R Strategic Life Coaching, LLC, she now helps professionals rediscover balance, redefine success, and rebuild resilience after years of high-pressure work. The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast on social media like their Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn , Medium and other social media platforms. Her message is simple but powerful: “You can care deeply about others without losing yourself,” she said. “But you have to learn how to take care of the caregiver too.” For Bulbitz, the lessons learned behind jail walls continue to shape her mission today, proving that sometimes the hardest chapters of life become the foundation for helping others heal. Online business acquisitions aren’t won by the highest bidder - and they’re definitely not lost for the reasons most buyers think. In this episode of the BOB Podcast, Jaryd Krause sits down with Ryan Condik - serial entrepreneur, M&A advisor at Quiet Light, and founder of Let’s Buy a Business - to unpack what actually determines who wins (and who loses) in competitive acquisition processes. Most buyers assume it all comes down to price. Just offer more and you win, right? Not exactly. In real-world M&A, things like certainty, speed, positioning, and creativity often matter more than a bigger number. Ryan shares behind-the-scenes stories from competitive deals, including why some buyers lost over small term differences, how one buyer won simply by building a genuine relationship with the seller, and why “certainty of close” can be far more powerful than offering an extra 10%. You’ll learn: Why sellers often choose lower offers - and what they’re really evaluating How certainty, speed, and clean deal structures give buyers a serious edge Why trust and relationships can outweigh valuation The common buyer mistakes that quietly kill deals How creative structuring (including equity rollovers) can change the outcome Why knowing your value-add before submitting an LOI shifts the entire negotiation Whether you’re buying your first online business or competing for premium assets in a crowded market, this episode breaks down what separates serious acquirers from hopeful bidders. In M&A, price gets attention - but certainty wins deals.

EVEN MORE about this episode! What happens when divine guidance moves through music, creativity, and the courage to trust your calling?Join Julie Ryan and Broadway star Pamela Bob as they explore spiritual channeling, divine timing, singing as sacred expression, and how play and creativity reveal why we incarnate. In this heartfelt and inspiring episode, Pamela opens up about the sacred vulnerability of singing, why performing for an intimate room can feel more terrifying than a packed theater, and how music aligns with our unique energetic vibration. From the emotional force of shows like Ragtime to a childhood moment of divine recognition—“I think this is God”—this conversation dives deep into artistry as a spiritual calling.Listeners will be captivated by Pamela's jaw-dropping story of channeling June Carter Cash during a nightly, unscripted improvisation—an experience so powerful that Julie reveals June herself chose Pamela in the audition and guided her through every performance. Pamela also shares the brutal truth behind elite performing arts training, where she was repeatedly told she couldn't sing, yet trusted her inner knowing enough to persevere when others were cut. That same guidance later led her from a lucid dream to creating the award-winning Livin' On a Prairie, as the right people and opportunities appeared at exactly the right time. This episode is ultimately a love letter to play, joy, and remembering who you were before the world told you who to be. Pamela reflects on the transformative power of creativity through stories like Encore, where adults rediscover themselves through performance, and offers a simple yet profound invitation for anyone feeling stuck: return to what you loved as a child. The conversation closes with a tear-filled reflection on why we incarnate at all—sparked by a dying woman's final words: “It was so much fun.”Guest Biography:Pamela Bob is a multifaceted actor, singer, and award-winning screenwriter whose career spans Broadway, Off-Broadway, film, television, and podcasting.
