The Future of HR team advises, implements, and helps business and HR leaders drive business and workforce outcomes through Deloitte's knowledge and practical understanding of HR operating models, processes, AI and automation capabilities, HR technology and vendor partner strategies, and evolving HR skills and capabilities. Forrest also serves as the dean of Deloitte's Next Generation CHRO Academy, bringing together senior HR leaders aspiring for the CHRO role to advance their careers. Takeaways: 1. The AI Conversation Has Moved On — and That's a Good Thing A year ago, every conference session was about AI features. In 2026, the more important question has taken center stage: what should humans be doing? Organizations that are answering that question well are investing in the uniquely human capabilities — creativity, presence, novel thinking, relationship-building — that AI cannot replicate. 2. No Generation Is Primarily Motivated by Pay Alone Deloitte's research across all four workforce generations is consistent: salary is table stakes, not a differentiator. Purpose, mental wellbeing, financial wellness, and a sense that the company cares about the whole person are what actually move the needle on attraction and retention. 3. Mental Wellbeing Benefits Are Now a Business Outcome, Not a Perk The link between employee stress and productivity is well-documented. Organizations that invest in mental health benefits aren't just being compassionate — they're protecting output, engagement, and retention. Gen Z's comfort with this dialogue has accelerated adoption across the board. 4. The Sandwich Generation Is the Next Big Benefits Frontier A growing number of employees are simultaneously raising children and caring for aging parents. This dual caregiving burden creates stress, distraction, and leave risk that compounds over time. Benefits that help employees navigate elder care — not just time off, but actual guidance and support — are going to become a significant differentiator in the next few years. 5. Women's Health Benefits Have an Underserved Second Chapter The fertility benefits conversation has expanded — but Kyle points to a significant gap: supporting mothers through recovery, healing, and the early transition to parenthood after birth. There is growing investment in this space, and the companies that get ahead of it will have a meaningful advantage. 6. How a Company Handles Pregnancy Loss Is Now Part of Its Employer Brand Word travels fast — especially on social media. How an organization supports an employee through the loss of a pregnancy or a failed IVF cycle is the kind of story that gets shared widely. It's become a visible signal of company culture and values that candidates and current employees pay attention to. 7. Benefits ROI Lives in Attrition and Time-to-Hire Data Kyle's framework for building the business case: calculate the cost of slow hiring and high attrition, then show how the right benefits mix moves those numbers. Unfilled roles have a direct revenue impact — and retaining the right people means not missing out on sales, delivery, or growth. 8. Performance Psychology Coaching Is the Most Interesting New Benefits Category Drawing on decades of research in elite sports, performance psychology coaching helps employees handle high-pressure moments, navigate stress, and show up at their best — consistently. It's distinct from traditional mental health services and addresses a different, underserved need in the workforce. 9. Asynchronous Interviewing Is Democratizing the Candidate Pipeline Tools that let candidates complete interviews and skills assessments on their own time — at 5:30 AM before work or after putting the kids to bed — are surfacing qualified candidates who would have otherwise been filtered out by scheduling friction. Companies using these tools are finding people they would have missed. 10. Modern HR's Job Is Strategy, Not Inquiry The more benefits navigation and routine HR questions can be handled through technology and concierge services, the more HR professionals can focus on what actually moves the business: partnering with leaders to personalize benefits for their specific workforce mix, build better teams, and make smarter people decisions. CHAPTERS: 00:00 – Welcome Back, Kyle Adam welcomes Kyle Forrest back for his third appearance and sets up what's different about Transform 2026 compared to previous years. 02:00 – The Shift: From AI Features to Human Value Kyle's big observation from the conference circuit: last year was about AI products; this year is about what work should remain human — and why that's the more important conversation. 04:30 – What AI Still Can't Do The uniquely human capabilities that no model can replace: being present in the room, generating novel ideas, building real relationships, and innovating in ways that go beyond the existing body of human knowledge. 07:00 – Four Generations, One Workforce, Zero Agreement on Pay Deloitte's generational research shows that across Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, and Boomers, salary alone is not the primary motivator — and what that means for how companies structure total comp. 09:30 – Mental Wellbeing as a Business Outcome How Gen Z's comfort with mental health dialogue has pushed organizations to take wellness benefits more seriously — and the research linking stress reduction directly to productivity and engagement. 12:00 – The Sandwich Generation Problem A growing segment of the workforce is simultaneously caring for kids and aging parents. Kyle makes the case for why navigation benefits for elder care aren't just nice to have — they're becoming critical. 15:00 – Benefits That Remove Burden from HR How smart benefits design reduces the volume of questions HR has to field — freeing people professionals to spend time with business leaders on strategic workforce decisions instead. 17:30 – The Modern Role of HR Kyle's take on how the HR profession has evolved over nearly 100 years — and where it needs to go next: less inquiry-answering, more personalized workforce strategy in partnership with business leaders. 20:00 – Fertility Benefits and the Overlooked Healing Journey The growing investment in women's health benefits — and the often-missed opportunity to support mothers not just through the fertility journey, but through recovery, healing, and the transition to parenthood. 23:00 – Supporting Loss in the Workplace A candid moment: how companies show up for employees who experience pregnancy loss or failed IVF is becoming a visible differentiator — and word spreads fast, in both directions. 25:30 – The ROI Case for Benefits Investment Kyle's framework for justifying benefits spend: tie it to time-to-hire, attrition rates, and the measurable revenue impact of unfilled roles and disengaged employees. 28:00 – Performance Psychology Coaching One of the most interesting emerging benefits: coaching that applies lessons from elite sports psychology to help employees navigate stress, pressure, and high-stakes moments at work. 30:30 – TA Tech Innovation: Interviewing on Your Time The candidate experience innovation Kyle is most excited about: asynchronous interview and skills assessment tools that let candidates go through the process at 5:30 AM or after bedtime — and the pipeline results companies are seeing. 33:00 – Where to Find Kyle & Deloitte's Research Kyle points listeners to Deloitte's Insights to Action platform and his LinkedIn for the latest research and workforce intelligence.

This episode unfolds as a candid Q and A, exploring some of the most common and often confusing questions women have about menopause, menopause hormone therapy MHT, and what it really means to age well as a woman. By the time women seek help, many feel unlike themselves. Common symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, anxiety, irritability, and a noticeable decline in mood. Libido often drops. Weight gain can feel sudden and unexplained. Hair may thin. Skin becomes dry, and eyes can feel gritty. Vaginal dryness can lead to discomfort and even pain with intercourse. When women seek care, they are often met with what has historically been considered standard treatment, synthetic hormones, frequently in the form of birth control pills or hormonal IUDs. In some cases, therapies used in older studies such as the Women's Health Initiative are still being prescribed, despite those studies being widely reanalyzed and often misunderstood. This is where understanding the difference between bioidentical and synthetic hormones becomes critical. Bioidentical hormones, such as estradiol and progesterone, are chemically identical to the hormones produced by the human body. Synthetic hormones are structurally different. Over time, research has increasingly suggested that these synthetic compounds may carry more risk, while bioidentical hormones appear to be significantly safer. MHT has been shown to support cardiovascular health, reduce the risk of osteoporosis, and protect cognitive function. There is growing evidence that it may even reduce overall mortality when used appropriately. This reframes the entire conversation. Instead of asking how do I get through menopause, the question becomes how do I support my health for the next 30 to 40 years. A helpful framework is to think in five year increments. Every five years, a woman can reassess. Am I still benefiting from this. Do I want to continue protecting my bones, heart, and brain. For many women, the answer is yes. Others may choose to stop later in life as priorities shift or new health concerns arise. The key is ongoing, informed decision making. Another increasingly common scenario involves women who are well into postmenopause, sometimes 10, 15, or even 20 years beyond their last period, who are just now learning about hormone therapy and wondering if it is too late. We know that starting hormone therapy within 10 years of menopause offers the most significant cardiovascular benefit. Starting later may still help with symptoms, but the protective effects are less clear. There may also be a slightly increased risk of cardiovascular events, particularly when using oral estrogen. When it comes to safety, bioidentical hormones, especially when delivered through the skin via a patch, gel, or cream, carry a very low risk of blood clots. Oral estrogen has a slightly higher risk, which is why transdermal options are often preferred, particularly for women with additional risk factors. That said, no medical treatment is entirely without risk. What matters most is understanding the data, weighing the risks and benefits, and making an informed decision that aligns with personal health goals. Menopause is not simply an end point. It is a transition into a new phase of life. With the right information, support, and care, it can be a time of strength, clarity, and renewed health rather than decline. If you're a woman in your 30s, 40s, or 50s feeling like your body is betraying you, this episode reveals the hormonal, gut, and environmental triggers behind perimenopause that most doctors never address, and exactly what you can do about it. -Watch this episode on YouTube for the full video experience: https://www.youtube.com/@DaveAspreyBPR Host Dave Asprey sits down with Cynthia Thurlow, a nurse practitioner, CEO and founder of the Everyday Wellness Project, and a globally recognized expert in intermittent fasting and women's hormonal health. Her TEDx talk on intermittent fasting has surpassed 10 million views, and she brings over 20 years of functional medicine clinical experience to one of the most underserved conversations in longevity and human performance. Together, they tear apart the outdated medical narrative around perimenopause and menopause, exposing how a lack of knowledge, not biology, is destroying relationships, careers, and quality of life for millions of women. Dave and Cynthia dig into the gut microbiome's role in every symptom women experience in midlife, the mold toxin that is 10,000 times more potent than human estrogen and directly linked to hormonal chaos, and why biohacking your hormones as early as 35 could be the most important longevity move a woman makes. They also cover why statins are wrecking women's metabolism, how trauma accelerates ovarian aging and mitochondrial decline, the surprising connection between histamine reactions and hot flashes, and why GLP-1 micro-dosing alongside hormone replacement therapy is a game-changer for body composition and anti-aging. This episode is essential for listening for anyone serious about biohacking, sleep optimization, functional medicine, longevity, brain optimization, supplements, metabolism, human performance, and smarter not harder approaches to women's health. Elon Musk is widely regarded as the benchmark of elite human performance. From a neuroscience perspective, he is something else entirely: by his own self-documentation across interviews and social media, he has become the most thoroughly traceable case of elite cognitive deterioration ever observed in real time. The same biology eroding his decision-making carries categorically different, and far more dangerous, consequences for a specific hormonal architecture, with a 15 year delay on the damage. In this solo episode, I conduct a forensic neuroscience breakdown of what chronic, extreme output actually does to the brain. I examine why the 100 hour workweek punishes rather than rewards the prefrontal cortex, how the glymphatic system clears neurotoxic byproducts like amyloid beta only during deep sleep, and what chronic cortisol does to the hippocampus, including measurable volumetric reduction visible on MRI. I walk through the 2025 Framingham Heart Study showing that elevated midlife cortisol predicted increased amyloid deposition 15 years later, but only in postmenopausal women, then break down the biomarker blueprint for sustained cognition (morning cortisol, HRV, fasting insulin), the three inputs that build a real cortisol buffer, and the first principles operating system that lets Musk run six companies without the context switching cost that would break most executives. In this episode, hosts Scott Woodward, Casey Griffiths and Lisa Tait explore the powerful and often overlooked theme of Joseph Smith's vision of women as part of a “kingdom of priests.” From the earliest days of the Restoration in 1830, Joseph Smith taught expansive ideas about spiritual authority, inviting women into sacred spaces like the temple and organizing the Relief Society with language that echoed priesthood power, purpose, and covenant identity. Women in the early Church blessed the sick, participated in temple ordinances, and understood themselves as active contributors in building God's kingdom—not just as supporters, but as partners in a divine work rooted in shared access to heavenly power. As the Church grew and developed through the 19th and 20th centuries, the way these teachings were interpreted and practiced shifted, leading to a more formal distinction between priesthood office and women's roles. Yet the original vision of a covenant community—where women and men alike are endowed with spiritual power—continues to shape conversations today. This episode traces that journey from Joseph Smith's Nauvoo teachings to the present, highlighting both the continuity and the tension in how Latter-day Saint women relate to priesthood authority, and inviting viewers to reconsider what it means to truly become a “kingdom of priests” in the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.

You'll discover what's really happening inside the gut when symptoms like bloating, brain fog, and weight resistance show up. Cynthia explains the role of the estrobolome, leaky gut, and inflammation in driving hormone imbalance. She also unpacks why many women feel worse in perimenopause—and what that signals about overall health. You'll also learn practical strategies to support your gut and hormones without overcomplicating your routine. Patrick answers bold questions from callers, draws out wisdom on why the Church is called the Bride of Christ, reflects on the mystery of the Tree of Knowledge, and unpacks the rationale for infant baptism. Along the way, he weaves real-life stories about weddings and their expenses, even noting how modest celebrations often last longer in memory and in marriage. Ever the entertainer, Patrick reads complaint emails about tacos and transforms them into music, blending humor with genuine conversation. Scott - The Church is referred to as the bride of Christ but also referred to as Christ Body which is a man's body. Is the Church male or female? This sems to be a contradiction. What does attribution bias have to do with women adopting AI? Research has shown that women are more reluctant to embrace these new technologies than men and that this discrepancy is creating a whole new kind of workforce gap. One big reason for this reticence is a belief that using AI is somehow “cheating.” As an April 2026 study from Lean In shows, this assumption is backed up by a whole lot of concrete evidence. If you've been avoiding AI and can't quite put your finger on why, this episode might shed some light. Women are no strangers to attribution bias, and the ever-growing rise of this tech is a whole new field for unequal expectations to play out on. Workers who use AI tools see big productivity and career benefits. However, we can't just dive into AI and expect the playing field to even itself out. We must also address the root causes of women's reluctance and opposition to this new technology. Fight the bias and reap the career rewards by learning more about: The glaring difference in how credit and blame are assigned to men versus women; How competence penalties are unequally doled out for female AI users; The internal factors at play when we see AI as “cheating”; Three ways you can start to push back against the attribution bias and the AI gender gap. We loved co-hosting another live show at the Boston Marathon with our co-host Cherie Louise Turner, host of Women's Running Stories. Our phenomenal guests this year did not disappoint. Two days after our live show, Mary and Lisa raced the Boston Marathon. Amazingly, Mary was the third woman to cross the finish line on Marathon Monday, finishing in 2:20 at age 37! Lisa crossed the finish line in 2:32 at age 47!More about Mary and Lisa:In addition to being internationally competitive runners, Mary and Lisa also have careers outside of running, and they are moms: Mary is the founder of the Nala Track Club for girls in Kenya, and Lisa is a banking executive. We were excited to explore not only the expertise these athletes possess in running, but also their experiences and perspectives as role models, leaders, and moms. Among the topics we asked Mary and Lisa about: how their running and non-running careers have influenced each other; how they approach and structure their training while managing obligations outside of running; how they manage stress and expectations, particularly in competitive situations; and much more. We also learned about their running backgrounds and their leadership roles outside of running. You will be inspired! Mary Ngugi-Cooper first started running in primary school, and has been competing internationally for 20 years. Among her many accomplishments, Mary earned a bronze medal in the 5000 meter event at the world junior championships in 2006, and then in 2014 she earned silver at the world half marathon championships. In 2016 she won the prestigious Houston Half Marathon, and in 2019 she debuted in the marathon here at Boston. With this year's running, Mary has competed in the Boston Marathon a total of seven times: she has always finished within the top 11 runners, and with this year's 3rd place finish, she's been on the podium for a total of three times: in 2021, 2022, and this year, 2026. These days, Mary, who is now 37, continues to compete at the highest level of the sport, going after her own personal goals and also to inspire the girls she coaches, as well as her daughter.Lisa Weightman has a long career as a marathon runner: she's represented Australia at that distance four times at the Olympics—her first Olympics was in 2008. Lisa has won several marathons, including the Melbourne Marathon and Nagano Olympic Commemorative Marathon, and she's been on the podium twice at the Commonwealth Games. Lisa continues to compete at the highest level of the sport, now at 47 years old, and she has a passion for, as she says, demonstrating that perseverance leads to real change and leadership is about leaving a lasting legacy. How to Keep Up with Mary Ngugi-Cooper and Nala Track ClubMary on Instagram: @maryngugiNala Track Club on Instagram: @nalatrackclubHow to Keep Up with Lisa WeightmanInstagram: @lisaweightmanWays to Connect with Run Farther and Faster Instagram: @runfartherandfaster Facebook: facebook.com/RunFartherFaster Website: runfartherandfaster.com Ways to Connect and Engage with Women's Running Stories Instagram: @womensrunningstories Website: womensrunningstories.comWRS Instagram: @womensrunningstoriesWebsite: womensrunningstories.com

Leslie Bosserman shares powerful insights drawn from her new book, "Emotional Endurance." With Stephanie, she explores her personal journey, the necessity of emotional endurance, and practical strategies for developing this crucial skill set from a Christian perspective. NOTE | We are giving away 3 copies of Leslie's book, "Emotional Endurance." Sign up at https://www.gospelspice.com/lesliebossermangiveaway today! Leslie Bosserman defines emotional endurance as a “dynamic inner capacity to keep going and rise above your circumstances as you deal with life's stresses and challenges”. It is not a one-size-fits-all solution but a set of skills and tools that can be developed and customized to each person's needs, rooted deeply in faith, self-awareness, and lived experience.Emotional endurance is a lifelong journey—dynamic, adaptable, and deeply rooted in our walk with God. Leslie offers a hopeful, practical, and theologically rich path for us to develop greater endurance in the face of life's challenges.Leslie's journey began with a drastic life change: after only four weeks of marriage, Leslie and her husband moved to the Middle East to serve with a non-profit—an experience that profoundly shaped her understanding of endurance, faith, and the necessity of resilience in unfamiliar and challenging environments. Through cultural adaptation, crisis, and change, she learned the importance of inner strength, flexibility, and spiritual grounding.Leslie organizes emotional endurance into six alliterative principles, each with actionable skills:1. Fortitude to Fail: Embracing failure as a necessary step in growth; learning that God has designed us for recovery and redemption, not perfection.2. Resilience to Rise: Applying the science of resilience to rise above difficulties, using setbacks as opportunities for persistence and learning.3. Hope to Heal: Building sustainable hope, even in times of discouragement, by integrating psychological research and Christian theology.4. Courage to Change: Leaning into bravery to accept the need for change and transformation in alignment with God's purposes.5. Energy to Engage: Managing one's energy—both physical and spiritual—to avoid burnout and remain engaged in life's calling.6. Purpose to Persevere: Connecting daily actions to a deeper sense of purpose and legacy, fueling perseverance in long-term challenges.Leslie Bosserman breaks each principle into three actionable skills, allowing for a customized, non-linear journey. This approach encourages small, manageable steps rather than overwhelming change. For example, an essential first step Leslie Bosserman recommends is developing margin—the space between your “load” (responsibilities and stresses) and your “power” (resources and capacity). When margin is lacking, growth and endurance become even more difficult. Cultivating healthy margins means intentionally reducing overload and creating space for God's work in and through us.Another example is the key difference between a fixed mindset (believing abilities and circumstances are static) and a growth mindset (seeing challenges as opportunities to learn). As Stephanie says, we are “half-baked masterpieces”—in progress, growing, and continually shaped by God.By focusing on small, intentional steps and embracing both faith and self-awareness, anyone can begin building the resilience necessary to live out their God-given purpose.MORE ABOUT “EMOTIONAL ENDURANCE”Learn how to come back stronger and keep going when you experience setbacks and disappointment. Why do some people bounce back from adversity while others stay stuck? We all face stress and setbacks, but not everyone recovers the same way. What makes the difference? Executive leadership coach, educator, and TEDx speaker Leslie M. Bosserman has spent decades helping people answer that question. Through research, experience, and her own personal journey, she's identified the key: emotional endurance. In Emotional Endurance, you'll develop the mindset and skills to face life's hardest moments and come out stronger, wiser, and more grounded. Based in psychological research and biblical truth, this practical and hope-filled guide offers a framework for building resilience that lasts. Soon you won't just survive adversity; you'll bounce back stronger with the skills to keep going.Emotional Endurance offers practical tools and transformational results, including how todevelop inner strength and grit through six core principles and eighteen actionable skills;recover from failure, turn it into a source of strength, and use it to fuel your growth;build resilience that lasts beyond a single crisis;access hope to heal from emotional wounds;replace fear and paralysis with courage and clarity;learn to manage your energy by anticipating what drains you and making space for what restores you; andfind strength to endure challenges by standing firm in your clearly defined purpose. This book is a perfect gift for anyone going through a difficult season, friends facing burnout or transition, graduates stepping into uncertain futures, small groups or book clubs focused on personal growth, or leadership retreats and team-building sessions.Real strength isn't about avoiding hard things. It's about moving forward with emotional steadiness when life gets tough. Emotional Endurance equips you with the mindset and resilience to keep going, keep growing, and come out stronger on the other side. Your bounce-back starts here.MORE ABOUT LESLIE BOSSERMANLeslie M. Fertility Docs Uncensored Today's episode of Fertility Docs Uncensored is hosted by Dr. Carrie Bedient from the Fertility Center of Las Vegas, Dr. Susan Hudson from Texas Fertility Center, and Dr. Abby Eblen from Nashville Fertility Center, and in this episode, they welcome Anne-Marie Pereira, a fertility and wellness therapist practicing in Portugal. She explores the emotional and subconscious aspects of infertility and how they can influence treatment experiences and outcomes. What emotional patterns are common in infertility patients? Many women are conditioned to be highly independent, making it difficult to ask for help, which can affect how they navigate fertility challenges. How can subconscious beliefs impact fertility decisions? Through techniques such as hypnotherapy, Anne-Marie helps patients uncover past experiences that may shape current behaviors, such as delaying childbearing due to early family dynamics. Why do hormonal transitions trigger emotional responses? Major hormonal shifts and fertility treatment failures can bring unresolved subconscious thoughts to the surface. What is the goal of fertility-focused therapy? Her aim is for patients to gain emotional independence within 90 days, improving both well-being and potentially fertility outcomes. How do couples process infertility differently? Women tend to be more expressive, while men may be less communicative, which can lead couples to cope separately. She emphasizes the importance of positivity, limiting negative online influences, and fostering connection. Dr. Shade's vast depth and breadth of knowledge, passion for healing, and intuitive understanding of chemistry and biology are reflected in Quicksilver Scientific's well-designed detoxification protocols, unique supplement delivery systems, and patented mercury speciation test. We'll talk with Dr. Shade in this episode about his revolutionary work with nanoparticle-based hormone formulations and how they've transformed the landscape of hormonal health. Dr. Shade also explains the delicate relationship between hormones, such as estrogen and progesterone, and the body's detox pathways. We hear about the dangers of heavy metals such as mercury and cadmium on health, critiquing traditional heavy metal chelation methods and exploring more effective modern protocols. In this episode we discuss: How Dr. Chris Shade's personal experience of seeing women with perimenopause influenced his focus on hormone therapy. Why nanoparticle-based hormone formulations revolutionize hormonal health and detoxification. Why nanoparticle delivery systems offer smoother detoxification and fewer side effects. How progesterone's effects on GABA receptors can promote calmness and relaxation. Why heavy metals like mercury, cadmium, and arsenic impact anxiety, fatigue, and thyroid function. How traditional chelation methods compare to modern protocols like EDTA and glutathione. Why ongoing detox efforts are crucial, especially for conditions like Lyme disease and insulin resistance. How high doses of lipoic acid can disrupt metal balance and glutathione levels. Why Dr. Shade dislikes Andy Cutler's chelation protocol and its impact on patients. How substances like cilantro and chlorella vary in effectiveness for natural chelation. What role heavy metals in vaccines may play in the development of autism. Why administering vaccines individually and during good health is important. Why hormone optimization is vital before starting detox treatments. How heavy metals like lead and cadmium can contribute to insulin resistance and hormone dysfunction. How environmental toxins and xenoestrogens may be linked to the rise of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). In this episode, I'm speaking straight to the women who know they're called to build. Not every woman has this calling—and that's okay—but if you've always felt that pull to create, lead, and bring something into the world, this is for you. I share what it actually means to be a "builder," how this goes way beyond just business, and why ignoring this calling can feel like something in you is slowly dying. I also walk you through the three seasons every builder goes through and how to recognize where you are so you can make aligned decisions. And finally, I'm inviting you into a room I created specifically for women like you—the Call to Build Summit—so you can step fully into what God is asking you to carry in this next season. __________________________________________________________ Ready for more? DEATS with Deanna: Discussions around Food & Entrepreneurship
If you've ever walked out of a doctor's appointment feeling dismissed, confused, or like something was missed… this episode is going to change how you think about your healthcare. In this episode, I'm sitting down with Nikki Sapiro Vinckier, a former OB-GYN physician assistant turned reproductive health advocate and founder of Take Back Trust. Nikki pulls back the curtain on what's actually happening inside the healthcare system, why so many women feel unheard, and what it really takes to advocate for yourself in a system that wasn't built with you in mind. If you've ever felt like you needed to be a "good patient" instead of an informed one, this conversation will show you how to take your power back—and why that matters now more than ever. Tune in to hear: Why the healthcare system is designed for emergencies—not everyday quality of life The biggest gaps in women's health (and why they're still being overlooked) How insurance models quietly impact the care you receive The difference between "good" providers, "bad" providers, and systemic issues Why you may need more than just your OB (and what other support to consider) The truth about weight stigma in healthcare—and what should happen instead What consent-based care actually looks like in practice The most overlooked stages of women's health: adolescence and perimenopause Why talking about perimenopause and miscarriage changes everything How Nikki built a platform by speaking honestly (without fear-mongering) The mindset shift from being a "good patient" to becoming your own advocate Why your healthcare should be a collaboration—not a one-size-fits-all solution The three things every woman should know about her body How empathy (not division) is the path forward in women's health Connect with Nikki: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nikkivinck/ Website: https://www.nikkivinck.com/ Nikki's book: We Deserve More: Why Reproductive Healthcare Is Broken and What You Can Do About It Instagram: @dietitiandeanna and @online.entrepreneur.academy Want my help and strategies to have $30, $50 or $100K launches of your online program?
