Musik Saaserton / Woodstock Dude / Stockkalpers Rache / Trio Kohlbrenner  Vinotainment - Weinbingo - 6FL gemischt für 90 CHF anstatt 120 + 1XHorny Herbs, 1XRisotto, 1 Rezept by Horny Chef.  Cave Fin Bec Sion, Cave la Chapelle Salgesch, M+M Weine Stalden, Diroso Weine Turtmann, Seewer Weine Brigerbad. www.radiosupersaxo.net/shop D` Änäta - Emil. Nun in Ehren. Was meinen Sie dazu? Nun gut. Anstatt Cherry gits da an Tribäl Slot. Anstatt Fruits Multi Lines git Wine Lines. Weinpoker - Walliser Wine Roulette. Waadtländer Weinbingo. Tessiner Merlot Jass. Auch für Fructarier eine tolle Location mit so Banana Bonanza ( Fairtrade ) Banana Joe Deluxe. Citrus Spin in Vitamin Vegas ( Verjus du Valais ) Fruity jamy Grapes Jackpot. Walliser Wein Lotterie. Squirting Extravaganza. Virtuell oder Real u so mit Restaurants - the Snow Room by Horny Chef…. Brotbrösmeli in Butter. Paniermehl. Butter? Also wenn ich das mit dem Alleinunterhalter weiterziehen will und fuck i`m running out of Time u wie heisst es - Swiss Time is running fast. Gottfried Supersaxo and himself. An Chue kit vam Himmäl. Irgendwo ist doch noch Cash left from the aufgelösten Kulturverein? QR Code ? Etc. Meine sehr geehrten Freunde des gepflegten Zungenkuss. Genau. Där alt Häntschu - an strengääää Winter so bisschen Mahnmal eben an Klima. Wertschätzung. Fairness. Isch ja bis jetzu a sehr aständigiii Sandig xsi u sorry, ja jetzu nid grad mega luschtigggg? Fertig. Nei jetzu isch jetzu wirkbi fertig obwohl ich chenti ja nu bitbi Wärbig machu fär mini Idee mim Wii - 6 FL gemischt fär 90 anstatt 120 Franken? U klar git nu as paar Chrütli - as bitzi Risotto u as Rezäpt derzeuh ? U ja Schnidbpäckli va Swiss Bliss gits fär 170 CHF . Fertig.

See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In addition, the present administration has put caregiving and the supporting infrastructure as an important part of their agenda. What if instead of removing people from our lives, we extended compassion to them? In this moving talk, Betty Hart shares a poignant story of her father and the unlikely friendship of Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Antonin Scalia. Betty advocates for curiosity, diversity, empathy, and valuing the whole of a person rather than individual aspects. Betty Hart is an actor, director, facilitator and woman of faith whose mission is to help create space for necessary, and sometimes challenging, conversations. In an era where canceling is so prevalent. Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Friday! This week's theme for the podcast is: How To: RestTaking the time to rest is SUPER important to prevent personal break down & burn-out. It's something we all need to accept as a necessity & start implementing into our lives.I hope this week's episodes are helpful on why rest is important & suggestions for how to implement it into your life are valuable! Here are some notes from today's episode:Rest can really help you better serve others in your life, but do not forget how important rest is for you alone. It can be tough as a people pleaser, perfectionist or just normal person to do something that is solely for yourself on the daily, but you have to know that it's crazy necessary.Someone else is not going to rest for you or probably push you to take rest when you need it or before you get to the burn out point.Don't wait until you are super overwhelmed & stressed & almost or at burn out point for you to rest. Yes, it will help to do it then, but engaging in rest before those things happen will prevent it & keep you going on your journey. The basic lesson here is to do things for yourself & know that it's ok to do so. You have to take care of yourself to have the ability to accomplish all your goals & dreams. And don't let anyone tell you caring for yourself & resting is selfish or unneeded. They either are jealous or misunderstanding the importance of rest in everyone's lives. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com or visit my website: www.sabrinajoy.comSee you for Next Week's episode!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Thursday! Here are some notes from today's episode:Taking rest is great, but if you don't recover your energy while engaging in rest you are missing out on an important opportunity.First, when you decide to take rest, make sure you know why you are taking rest & what you believe you are gaining from resting & how that will impact everything else in your life. Also, if you are someone that feels guilty about taking rest, just think about how much better you are able to serve everything & everyone in your life after taking necessary rest. Some really good ways to recover & restore your energy are first to take some time sitting in silence & quiet. Sometimes just taking the time to sit still & let any negative feels sort of release & your mind clear. Deep breathing can also be very calming & soothing.I find that hugging my pets really helps me to feel restored with energy. I don't want to go on too much about this because I know not everyone has pets, but it does help. And a classic activity that will help re-energize you is exercise. I know that most people, including myself gain so much energy after working out & pushing your body to perform.Taking naps is also a very traditional way to feel energized & restored. I know this might not have the same effect on everyone, but it can be something to try if you aren't already a nap person.Trying something different will also help. Switching things up can be really refreshing & help create new energy for yourself by just doing something a different way & changing the way you think about different tasks & experiences. To add onto that, getting more sleep will really help, especially if you change your sleeping schedule to get more sleep if you are currently lacking.Gratitude will always restore you. Practicing gratitude will humble you & set your mindset & perspective in the right direction if you are getting bogged down by negative issues & distracted by nonsense.Do something that will expend some of your creative energy or get you out into nature to appreciate the world around you.Accomplish something that will make you feel free, like emptying your email inbox, cleaning up that pile or room you have put off for so long or finish planning something you have procrastinated doing.Lastly, spend some time with people you love & enjoy, not people that suck away all your energy. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com or visit my website: www.sabrinajoy.comSee you for Friday's episode!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)

It's something we all need to accept as a necessity & start implementing into our lives.I hope this week's episodes are helpful on why rest is important & suggestions for how to implement it into your life are valuable! Here are some notes from today's episode:We all need rest. If we don't get it, we will break down.Rest isn't just taking a nap or relaxing, it's actually taking the necessary break from something for both your mind & body. I'm sure you've taken a nap & woken up just as or even more tired than you were when you went to sleep. You need to be able to get revived & restored so you can move onto the next thing with enough in you to actually accomplish it. You need to replenish your energy sources. Not only are you restoring your lost energy with rest, but you are ensuring you will be able to tackle your projects with the same intensity as before or more. There are many types of rest that we will discuss more in the coming episodes this week, but to name a few there is: mental, physical, emotional, social, spiritual & creative rest that you can take. There are also many ways you can activate & engage in rest in your life, like finding self care routines that would work for you, changing your mindset, creating your own ideas on how to make your life easier & schedule less. One of the biggest things to take away from this week's episodes is that you need to learn how to let yourself rest. Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Tuesday! This week's theme for the podcast is: Habits for HappinessThis week I want to talk about some important habits to include in your daily life to cultivate more happiness on the regular.Hopefully, these tips will assist you in whatever journey you are on in your life & make your experiences more enjoyable! Here are some notes from today's episode:One of the most important things for all of us to learn & accept is that not everyone will like us.True happiness will come from being confident in who you are, despite what others think of you.Sometimes it doesn't matter who you are, how nice you are or what you do for someone, they still won't like you.And please know that this is THEIR problem, not yours. If someone chooses to not like you, don't feel like you need to do anything about it. Unless you have wronged them in some way, which then you should right that wrong.Just know that you are not for everyone & everyone is not for you. I'm sure there are people you don't like & that's totally fine. It's not a crime to not like someone, it's normal. And I don't think it's a negative thing that some people don't like us & we don't like some people. There are all different types of people & not everyone is going to mesh like best friends. And if this is still tough for you to accept, this should be an indicator that you need to work on detaching from people pleasing skills. And don't try to convince someone to like you, either. This is a waste of your time & could also turn into a situation where someone knows you are trying so hard & will use that against you & take advantage of the situation. The best thing to do is to not take what other people say or think about you personally. Why would you want to leave your sense of worth in someone else's hands? That's what you're doing when you depend on what others think of you or whether them liking you or not, dictate how you feel about yourself. This is unhealthy & not you practicing self-confidence & knowing your own worth.Own who you are, despite everyone else. But please remember that even if someone doesn't like you & decides to show it openly, this is still NOT a reason to treat anyone badly or mirror their behavior back.Always treat others with kindness & respect, despite how they treat you.Being the bigger person is super hard, but it's necessary and will encourage others, over time, to be better, as well.Lastly, make sure you recognize the people that actually love you, really enjoy your company and who you are. Those people are the ones that really matter & that you should have your focus on.Being content in who you are & those that like you & enjoy your company are the things that will contribute to your happiness. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com or visit my website: www.sabrinajoy.comSee you for Wednesday's episode!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Monday! This week's theme for the podcast is: Habits for HappinessThis week I want to talk about some important habits to include in your daily life to cultivate more happiness on the regular.Hopefully, these tips will assist you in whatever journey you are on in your life & make your experiences more enjoyable! Here are some notes from today's episode:Finding & reminding yourself of your WHY for your life is one of the best ways to establish & cultivate happiness in your life because it continually reinforces your purpose & direction in life.Your WHY can also be referred to as your purpose in life. You are continuing to remind yourself what's more important & the reason you do most the things in your life.Ultimately, your WHY is the real reason why you are doing what you're doing.I have talked previously about how knowing your WHY relates to creating SMART goals & achieving said goals. But a few points for what you will gain when you know your WHY:First it helps you to stay focused on your goal. It's your own personal motivation & internal encouragement. It will also help you stay focused on achieving your goal & be pulled away by distractions.Knowing your WHY also contributes to becoming more passionate about your goals & not giving up when things get tough. You can see a faint picture of what the end result will be, which is exciting & reignites drive. And knowing your WHY will establish & flourish gratitude. It's hard to not be filled with gratitude when you are going after your purpose & passions. Being happy with your life & the progress you are making will cause your gratitude to overflow into other things & people in your life. Now let's talk about a quick overview of how to find your WHY.First, think about what interests you without having to think too deeply. This should be outside of work, unless you are truly in love with your work & it relates to your true interests. Also think about anything you naturally immerse yourself in & that really brings you joy while doing it.In addition to that, next ask yourself if there is anything that you do now that you could see yourself doing all the time. Like if you ever have any free time, what is the one thing that you always want to spend your time on.Next, what do you spend your time researching about, whether it be in books, podcasts, or videos.  It's likely what you spend your time learning more about is your purpose & your why.Your why doesn't have to be something you need to work at, necessarily. It can be something you are already naturally good at or have skills in. Lastly, what gives you a sense of value, pride, true excitement inside? These questions will also help you tap into what your purpose is. Maybe you haven't taken the time to really think these through, but if you do, you should see it clearly. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com or visit my website: www.sabrinajoy.comSee you for Tuesday's episode!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Wednesday! This week's theme for the podcast is: No More NegativityA lot of us spend more time talking, sharing & focusing on the negatives in our life, when we need to be spending more time highlighting the positives. This week I want to talk about some tips to rid yourself of negativity in relation to your thoughts, self-doubt, worry, perfectionism, control issues, and complaining habits.Hopefully these tips will help steer you toward a more positive mindset, become more aware of triggers that bring out negative emotions and focus less on gossipy problems and more on positive, happy stories. Here are some notes from today's episode:The negativity that perfectionism can bring down on you is purely from allowing yourself to believe that you could actually be perfect at everyone at some point.Perfectionism is not a real, achievable goal. But the fact that we talk ourselves into believing that it is turns into a negative cloud over our life.Even though perfectionism seems like you are heavily going after your goals & working hard to do your best, perfectionists still aren't completely satisfied in the end product, despite how well it turned out.Not to mention feeling weighed down by the fear of not being able to measure up to yours or others unrealistic expectations. Also, spending so much time obsessing over the any mistakes you have made for sure isn't bringing in any positivity into your life. And the fear of making anymore mistakes in the future will prevent perfectionists from trying new things in the future, for fear of failing. And one of the biggest things that will bring negativity in your life while living as a perfectionist is procrastination, which just brings unneeded stress & anxiety. Some might think that having control issues will actually help you prevent negativity in your life because you are trying to stay on top & in charge of everything, but trying to be in control of everything causes more stress, leading to inviting more negativity into your life.Continuously trying to make sure every situation turns out how you want it will prevent you from having spontaneous fun & adventures in your life.Always pushing yourself & others to follow the rules so everything will turn out how you want it to will hurt relationships, put fear into those in the relationship because they don't know what expectations you have, know they will disappoint you if they fall short of any high or unknown expectations & will just generate general conflict with the need to always control everything, including actions & behaviors of others, whom you are not responsible for.The best way to combat control issues & perfectionism is to ask yourself what these behaviors are masking & what fears & anxieties are actually causing you to have the need to be in control of everything & all need to be perfect. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com.See you for Thursday's episodes!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Tuesday! This week's theme for the podcast is: No More NegativityA lot of us spend more time talking, sharing & focusing on the negatives in our life, when we need to be spending more time highlighting the positives. This week I want to talk about some tips to rid yourself of negativity in relation to your thoughts, self-doubt, worry, perfectionism, control issues, and complaining habits. Here are some notes from today's episode:Self doubt & worry play into personal negativity pretty hard because these are emotions we are thrusting upon ourselves.Worry causes a spiral of fear & anxiety because it's the neverending anticipation of uncertain events & an unknown future.Try to pay attention to your thoughts. Be aware of what you are thinking about, what emotions those thoughts bring out of you, & how you are overall affected.Becoming more mindful will allow you to change your thoughts and spin it into something else. I always talk about the 5 Minute Reset and that is another way to combat worry. Take the actual worry out of it and take some time to regain peace & clarity, allowing you a better opportunity to problem-solve instead of dwell.I feel like social media brings up feelings in us we didn't even know we could worry or care about. And those in our lives that tend to burden us with their extra baggage can be an issue as well.  We need to establish boundaries, even with social media to cut out any extra worrying opportunities.Practicing gratitude is always a good option. It helps to humble you & set your mind in the right perspective.I know I always talk about being self aware, but it's super important and I am going to mention it here again. By asking yourself questions and finding out if your worrying is rational, necessary or productive, it will help to lessen it and redirect your mental energy to problem solving or letting go all together. Maybe it's just not your issue to deal with.Get it out on paper & go from there.Self doubt it not only coming after & questioning your current abilities, but also the potential for new ones in the future. It's kind of like holding ourselves captive for fear we won't succeed. Here are a few ways to break away from self doubt:First, remind yourself that you are capable of doing the things you are doing & have the ability & competence to try new things without the weight of winning or losing.Create a list of current accomplishments.Stop comparing yourself to others. Know that your efforts are totally worth it because even if you don't succeed, you will still learn & grow through the experience. And when trying new things, don't rush it. There is no timer, even if you feel like there is one and it's not a race. People who say there is are speaking directly from their pride.Make small changes along the way to become more confident & fearless. Build up to that mindset to prevent you from becoming overwhelmed.Lastly, keep trying, even when you make mistakes and don't have any regrets. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com.See you for Wednesday's episodes!Support the show

We always want to tell people what happened to us that was bad and barely mention the good. And I get that bad things are more gossipy and juicy stories to tell, but positive things are more uplifting and encouraging, to be honest. So if you struggle with negative thoughts, I am here to give you some things to think about to make a change in your life. Today I will give you some easy tips to recognize and cut negativity out of your daily life and through this week we will chat about how negativity is associated with self doubt, worry, perfectionism, control issues, and complaining. One of the biggest tips for combating negative thoughts is to be aware when you are drifting into a negative headspace. If you find yourself becoming negative, whether it's by yourself or within a group or multiple person setting, stop yourself immediately. And as awkward as it may seem, if it means you have to leave the situation you are currently in to do so, then do it.I encourage this to sustain the best mental health possible. Also, it's important to realize if certain people or groups of people bring out the worst in you. If that's the case, please reconsider spending time with those friends in general or until you are able to manage your emotions enough to not get caught up in their negativity. Sometimes it's very easy to feed into whatever everyone else is doing.Another way to keep your negativity in check is to be aware of your triggers. If you can identify people, places, topics, situations that bring out negativity in you, it should help you avoid, deal or manage it.If you have never heard of triggers, I encourage you to look into them and what it would mean to you.Triggers are things that cause you to feel and act a certain kind of way. If you've never taken the time to consider whether or not the same people, situations or topics are causing you to act out or be affected emotionally, i would highly encourage you to do so, as this will help you become more self-aware & on top of the management of your emotions.I want to end today's episode by talking about a couple more things that will help cut back on negative thoughts.Serving someone else will definitely help you humble yourself and stop focusing on your own negative thoughts & help someone else better their life. Also, 2 very great questions to ask yourself when you do have negative thoughts is, “How helpful is this thought?” and “Is this a real concern or blown out of proportion?”Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Support the show

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Friday! This week's theme for the podcast is: Creating SMART GoalsThe concept of SMART goals was created originally by George T. Doran in 1981. He was a consultant that wrote down the acronym for an article talking about management goals. This week I want to break down each step of the formula & what you need to know to create the best goals ever!Hopefully, this helps you spend a little more time creating the best & easiest goals to accomplish. Here are some notes from today's episode:This is our last step in the SMART goals formula! Yay!I believe this is the most important step in the process of creating goals because it's what will keep you in line and on track.Creating timely goals means you need to create a deadline for your goal. Having an open-ended goal will give you the freedom to never accomplish it, procrastinate & just never get anywhere.Creating milestones & actions that can be checked-off along the journey of your goal is so rewarding and encouraging. These milestones can really be the thing that continues to motivate you and push you to the next one. It can also give you a sense of pride and accomplishment every time you check one-off.Creating a timely goal also gives you something to look forward every single day, more so if it is broken down into multiple steps, which I HIGHLY suggest.Creating a deadline for your goal will also implement some accountability for yourself, which a lot of us need on the regular. But make sure you are choosing a reasonable amount of time to finish your goal. Don't get over zealous or ambitious with this. But also don't drag your feet on purpose.Lastly, creating a timeline for your goal can also help diminish distractions, because you are bound by the deadline you have created for yourself and can't be bothered with distractions. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com.See you for Next Week's episodes!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Thursday! Here are some notes from today's episode:I feel like this is going to be an easy one to talk about, but the idea of things being realistic is simple. You want to make sure your goals are realistic because there is no reason to stress yourself out over a goal that is actually unrealistic, but you decide to push yourself far beyond your actual capacity.Pushing yourself too hard or too far will only cause you to sabotage your goal.Along with setting realistic goals, make sure you aren't setting too many goals a once or you will end up overwhelmed. You will also want to ask yourself if this goal aligns with the rest of your goals & if this feels right to commit to.You will want to make sure it's a goal you actually want to pursue and the way to really know the answer to that ask yourself why you are wanting to go after this goal.Another question to ask yourself to know whether or not this goal is realistic for you is to ask yourself if it's worth going through all the effort & trouble for whatever the end result is.The last important thought is to decide whether or not pursuing this goal will prevent you from going after anything else that is important to you.Just make sure the goal is meaningful to you and something YOU actually want to do, not something someone else wants you to do. It will be very easy to fall off the wagon if you aren't truly committed to it.Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my Instagram page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com.See you for Friday's episode!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Tuesday! This week's theme for the podcast is: How to Create A Meaningful Morning RoutineI know a morning routine may not be for everyone, but it has been proven to be extremely helpful with those that suffer from anxiety, depression, BPD & several other mental health struggles. In general, having a routine is helpful for mental stability & setting yourself up for success & a positive mindset. Here are some ideas on how to create a meaningful morning routine that helps me best. Here are some notes from today's episode: I love to throw open the living room drapes and just soak in the sun for a moment before I get started on work. It gives me some energy to start the day with (I'm not a normal coffee drinker) & reminds me to be grateful for another day to be alive (cheesy yes, but important). If you have the opportunity to get outside and be in the morning air, I would suggest this. I generally only do this when I am letting the dog out in the morning, but it's still enjoyable.I am more of someone who likes to open the shades and soak in the sun that way, like a cat, kind of.I know a lot of people like to take walks in the morning to get them going, which is also something that I would recommend. Before quarantine, I would get up every morning before work and go to the gym. This was one of my favorite ways to wake-up and get the day going.I know not everyone is a morning workout person (I used to not be & only exercised at night), but I do believe everyone should give it a chance.I spent a long time working out after work or right before I would go to bed and it really got in my way of everything else I prefer to do in the evening. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my motivational page on Instagram @realpositivegirl or my main page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com.See you tomorrow for Wednesday's episode!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)

RealPositiveGirl - Weekly Encouragement & Mental Health

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Tuesday! This week our theme for the podcast is: EmotionsEmotions can be a tricky thing to navigate and understand, which is why I want to spend some time breaking down how to identify if you are struggling with something specific and my advice on how to tackle it for the better. Here are some thoughts & encouragement on how to combat tough emotions. Here are some notes from today's episode:Anxiety is something I struggle with on the daily. And sometimes my anxiety turns into a panic attack and everything feels downhill from there. But it's not if you can learn how to recover from these feelings.First off, anxiety can look different for everyone, but I wanted to highlight a few symptoms that can help you identify if you are struggling with anxiety & maybe don't know it.If you are constantly worrying about everything, you are struggling with anxiety. Not being able to set your worry aside & relax can be very exhausting & press non-stop stress. An increase in negativity & irritability can be a que that you are struggling with anxiety. Anxiety can really turn people inward, so thinking that people are against you and seeing everything as dark, negative and hopeless coincides with these feelings.Difficulty sleeping is another symptom. Every once in a while not sleeping well is one thing, but if it is happening all the time because you can't turn your brain off worrying over things is a whole other thing.Trouble concentrating is a big one. If you cannot focus on one thing because your brain is going back and forth from thought to thought, then anxiety could definitely be an issue,The last one I want to highlight is feeling out of control and sometimes transitioning into uncontrollable panic attacks. When you let your anxiety take control of you, you literally are not in control.Feeling overwhelmed with so many things to do and not being able to really express how you feel can cause you to experience that out of control feeling.Anxiety is manageable, but you have to know you can get through each day if you take it day by day & seek help if you need it.Some things that help me manage my anxiety are: find a way to ground yourself/come back to baseline, learn your triggers, keep everything in perspective, focus on the present, focus on what you CAN control and find a distraction.Anxiety is normal, nothing you should be ashamed of & again, very manageable.

Even after all the suggestions I have given this week, sometimes our final option is to just do it if it means enough to us.Sometimes you will need to ask yourself if you're comfortable getting behind on your timeline, missing out on possible opportunities if you get behind on your goals, whether or not doing what needs to get done will negatively impact you.Another option is to have someone that supports your & your journey to keep you accountable. (Nothing new here with this suggestion)Getting to know yourself, especially when you are going through a struggle, can really help you have a more open mind about what could be going on with you. It's important to explore what else could be going on in your heart & mind that could be getting in the way of what you are focusing on.Consider whether or not you are really invested fully in what you are trying to accomplish. Remember it is ok to change your mind.If your reason for not being motivated anymore is due to social pressures, feelings of judgment, fear, anxiety or anything of the like, just know your goals are about YOU. Not anyone else. I know that taking on judgment can be hard to deal with, but it's something we all need to work on & become stronger at sticking with it, going after our dreams & doing what we want to do, despite all the chatter around us.Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my motivational page on Instagram @realpositivegirl or my main page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com.See you tomorrow for Thursday's episode!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)

Hello Everyone & Welcome Back to the RealPositiveGirl Podcast!Thank you so much for joining me again!Happy Wednesday! This week our theme for the podcast is: Fear of SuccessFear of success can really hold us back from pursuing the goals we have been sitting on for the longest time. We can be so caught up in what changes success will bring to our lives and the uncertainty of the whole situation.I thought it would be really helpful to share some thoughts & encouragement on how to navigate through this fear & get over this insecurity. Here are some notes from today's episode:In addition to having a plan of what you need to do, having a plan to keep yourself accountable is just as important.Planning out the actual work is much easier than planning out ways to keep yourself going & positive through the whole processIf having outside support is helpful for you, enlist someone to be your accountability partner. Maybe you can trade check-ins with each otherSet alarms & reminders on your phone to get certain tasks doneIf you have trouble working for long periods of time, set a timer to work for an hour, then take a 20 minute break. Do this throughout your day and it should help.If you get distracted easily, put your phone in another room or don't work in front of the television or in a space where someone can easily pull you away from your work.Keep some sort of tracker so you can track your progress of the project or goals you have. Please share this podcast with anyone that may need this encouragement!Thank you again for listening & I hope this episode was helpful.Come visit me on my motivational page on Instagram @realpositivegirl or my main page @sabrinajoyperozzo to say hi!Have any questions, comments or feedback?  Send me an email at sjperozzo@gmail.com.See you tomorrow for Thursday's episode!Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/sabrinajoy)
