The gang debates a galaxy-shaking matchup — The Incredible Hulk vs. Darth Vader — and things get weird fast. Along the way, we argue about the glory (or disgrace) of grits, uncover the Florida couple selling “tickets to ????,” moan our way through a “What Feels Better?” segment, and roast each other's questionable fashion choices. Oh, and there's plenty of Florida Man chaos, red-light rants, and friendship trust trees getting burned to the ground. This one's unhinged in all the right ways.
In this Healthy Mind, Healthy Life episode, host Sana sits down with Mridula Agarwal, creator of the Soul Rebirth Process and founder of the iReAwake Method, to explore why so many people still feel stuck despite therapy, meditation, and self-help tools. Mridula shares her deeply personal journey from building a wellness empire to facing collapse, depression, and the challenge of her son's autism diagnosis — and how these experiences led her to uncover the deeper layers of healing often overlooked. We dive into energy blocks, subconscious scripts, ancestral wounds, and why lasting transformation requires clearing all levels of the mind, body, and spirit simultaneously. This conversation challenges the belief that “time heals all wounds” and reveals how you can truly break free from cycles of pain, overwhelm, and stagnation. If you've been “doing all the right things” yet still feel stuck, this episode is your map to uncovering the root cause and reclaiming your full potential. About the Guest: Mridula Agarwal is a healer, energy worker, and creator of the Soul Rebirth Process and iReAwake Method. Drawing on over 24 years of experience in energy healing, she helps people release deep-seated emotional pain, karmic imprints, and subconscious conditioning to live in alignment with their true selves. Her work spans chakra clearing, ancestral healing, Akashic record insights, and guiding clients through profound life transformations. Key Takeaways: Most people carry energy blocks—unresolved emotional imprints, karmic memories, and ancestral patterns—that keep them stuck despite therapy or mindfulness practices. Healing requires addressing all layers simultaneously: subconscious mind, chakras, past life imprints, and ancestral wounds. Surface-level solutions can bring temporary relief but rarely remove the “root knife” causing ongoing pain. High achievers often feel blocks more intensely because pushing past limits triggers deeper life tests. Everyone's energy script is different—your challenges match your soul blueprint and destiny. The iReAwake Method blends energy attunements, soul part retrieval, and subconscious reprogramming for lasting results. True transformation happens when you integrate all parts of yourself—logical, intuitive, strong, and empathetic—rather than living in fragments. As a healer, maintaining energetic boundaries is critical to avoid absorbing clients' trauma. The universe often conspires with your unacknowledged desires, even if it looks like loss or breakdown at first. Recognizing and breaking toxic self-help myths (“just endure,” “it's your karma”) is essential for reclaiming your agency in healing. Boundaries are how you prove to yourself that you mean what you say. Every time you keep one, you reinforce that your word matters. Every time you break one, you weaken your own trust and you usually don't notice until the consequences pile up. They're more than time management. They're about who you are when no one's watching. They keep your character intact. They give your ambition room to grow without burning you out. They protect the work and the impact you want to leave behind. When you break a boundary, it's not just about skipping the workout, saying yes when you meant no, or taking a deal you knew was wrong. It's about slowly eroding your self-respect. Do it enough, and you stop trusting yourself. And when you don't trust yourself, you start second-guessing, hesitating, and holding back because you know deep down you won't follow through. But when you hold a boundary especially in private you build self-trust that can't be faked. You start moving like the person you say you are. That's where confidence comes from. That's how excellence stops being something you chase and starts being who you are. Kate Hastings | Mental Health Coach

This Isn't Therapy... it's the episode about one of the things that robs kids of a care-free childhood: being parentified. When kids are forced to grow up too soon and become adults in childhood, kids can take on adult-like responsibilities and burdens. In this episode, we talk about the difference between healthy responsibility for kids and parentification and talk about the impact of having childhood stolen from us and being burdened before we're developmentally ready.Article: Were you a ‘parentified child'? Behind the towering legacy of Victor Hugo lies a lesser-known, haunting tale—that of his youngest daughter, Adèle. Born into privilege and brilliance, Adèle possessed a vivid mind, a gift for writing, and an independent spirit. Yet her life took a tragic turn, marked by obsessive love, defiance of societal norms, and an unrelenting battle with mental illness. In this episode, we explore Adèle Hugo's remarkable yet heartbreaking journey—from her childhood in the literary salons of Paris, to her daring pursuit of a British officer across oceans, to her final years in silence and seclusion. Her story is one of passion, rebellion, and the price of living in the shadow of greatness. On this week's episode of The 1 Girl Revolution Podcast, we welcome Leia Hunt — cancer survivor, inspirational speaker, author, and founder of Leia's Kids - a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families battling cancer. Leia's own cancer journey began when she was just two years old, after being diagnosed with a rare form of eye cancer. She endured 26 surgeries and multiple rounds of chemotherapy, ultimately losing sight in one eye. But instead of letting her struggles define her, Leia turned her pain into purpose — speaking at the White House, working alongside the American Cancer Society and the Eye Tumor Research Foundation, and inspiring countless others through her story. At just 18 years old, while still in high school, Leia founded Leia's Kids — a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families battling childhood cancer. As a survivor herself, Leia knows firsthand the challenges these children and their families face. Her organization provides financial grants, hosts dream parties, organizes mental health retreats, and so much more — offering not just support, but joy, hope, and a sense of community during some of life's hardest moments. In this episode, you'll hear: ✨ Leia's incredible journey as a child with cancer and now as a cancer survivor; ✨ How her childhood experiences inspired her to start Leia's Kids at just 18; ✨ The heart and mission behind Leia's Kids — and the life-changing impact they have on families; ✨ Stories from the dream parties, retreats, and programs she's created; ✨ How faith and resilience have guided her through challenges; ✨ What she's learned about life, hope, and community from the children she serves; ✨ And so much more!

Today's episode of The Filmmakers Podcast takes a slightly different turn. Instead of focusing on a particular film, this conversation dives deep into a topic that affects all creatives - mental health. Host Dom Lenoir is joined by director Conor Boru and former filmmaker Matt Follows for an open, honest, and insightful discussion on what it means to take care of your mind while navigating the challenges of the creative industries. After 20 years as an award-winning creative director and writer at agencies like Wieden + Kennedy and M&C Saatchi, Matt transitioned from advertising to filmmaking, directing commercials and branded content for Nike, MG, and Gymbox, among others. He also wrote screenplays, sitcoms, and a sports documentary featuring Paralympic champions Ade Adepitan and Stacy Kohut. Realising the production life wasn't quite paradise, he retrained in NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and advanced psychotherapies, becoming a Complex Trauma Specialist in Harley Street. Today, he's a sought-after coach, trainer, and speaker for major brands like FOX, Bentley, and Toyota, helping top creatives unlock performance and resilience. In this episode, Dom, Conor, and Matt explore why mental health is just as important as talent or hard work, share practical strategies for getting through tough times, and even offer simple tricks - like how to put your phone away to focus on creative projects. Send us a textWhat happens when a police officer and a counselor not only share their professional expertise but also their marriage journey? In this candid, powerful conversation, Ashley and Dustin Wright bring a unique dual perspective to the challenges facing first responder marriages.Marriage requires resilience for everyone, but for those in law enforcement, the stakes are particularly high. "Resiliency in law enforcement is super important," explains Dustin, "because we're going to have troubles, struggles, and we need to bounce back pretty quickly." With divorce rates among first responders reaching a staggering 60-75%, the Wrights share practical strategies that have helped them navigate both professional pressures and relationship challenges. The conversation delves into several crucial aspects of relationship health: the importance of preparing emotionally before crises hit, distinguishing between having a safe partner and using them as an emotional dumping ground, and extending grace to partners who witness society's darkest moments. Ashley offers particularly valuable insights for first responder spouses: "We do not realize the amount of images, sounds, smells, things that they're taking in on a regular basis," she explains, highlighting why intentional communication and decompression time are essential.Perhaps most compelling is their discussion about supporting each other's growth journeys. When one partner embraces therapy or spiritual development, the other can misinterpret this as abandonment rather than opportunity. "How do we partner in that," Ashley asks, "rather than feeling insecure or putting the other person down?" Their answers provide a roadmap for couples facing similar challenges.Ready to strengthen your relationship while navigating the unique demands of first responder life?
