This enables retailers to adjust strategies and approach to deliver a personalized and tailored experience for each customer. For instance, when a store experiences a high influx of customers, real-time data analytics can alert employees to crowded areas, allowing them to allocate additional staff members to manage queues and provide assistance. This ensures that customers do not have to wait for extended periods and receive prompt service. Moreover, real-time data analytics helps retailers identify peak traffic hours, enabling them to plan non-selling tasks such as restocking or cleaning during slower periods. This ensures that employees are available to assist customers during peak times. Additionally, real-time data analytics assists in optimizing operations by providing insights into staffing levels. By analyzing the data, retailers can determine the appropriate number of employees needed at different times of the day or during specific events, such as holiday shopping. This ensures adequate staff coverage to meet customer demands and provide a seamless shopping experience. Overall, real-time data analytics empowers employees by equipping them with the necessary information to make informed decisions and effectively meet customer needs. By leveraging this technology, retailers can enhance the customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and stay competitive in the ever-evolving retail landscape. Real-time data analytics also plays a crucial role in making better staffing decisions and adapting to changes in traffic and occupancy. By utilizing real-time data, retailers gain a clear understanding of their store's current situation and can make informed decisions about staffing levels. For example, if there is a sudden surge in customer traffic, an alert system can notify store employees to allocate additional associates to manage queues and ensure a smooth shopping experience. Additionally, real-time data analytics helps retailers identify peak traffic hours, such as during the holiday season, enabling them to plan non-selling tasks accordingly and avoid disruptions during high-traffic periods. Overall, real-time data analytics empowers retailers to optimize their operations by efficiently managing staffing levels and adapting to fluctuations in customer flow. Effective use of real-time data analytics requires cross-communication and collaboration among different teams responsible for different parts of the customer experience. It is not just one team, such as operations or visual merchandising, that is responsible for utilizing the data. Instead, it is important for all teams involved in the customer experience, including marketing, advertising, and clearance areas, to utilize the data to drive the desired behaviors. For example, the data can be used to direct customers to specific parts of the store where key products are located, showcase certain advertisements or new displays with new products, or highlight clearance areas. By working together and utilizing real-time data analytics, retailers can optimize their operations and create a seamless and personalized customer experience.

Establishing a strong and purposeful employee experience in your organisation can take an incredible amount of time, dedication, and invested energy. So, if you could find all the People tools and resources that you needed packaged up in one platform, backed by science and data, how much easier would that make your life as a leader and give you the confidence to know that you were giving your organisation the best possible advantage? Well, today's guest is here to tell us that this is possible. Damon Klotz, who has what could be described as one of the coolest titles, is a Work Culture Evangelist at Culture Amp, a market-leading employee experience platform. I first discovered Damon and his podcast Culture First, in the midst of the pandemic tuning into his episode with Jen Sauer-Klein, an experience designer in the States. This singular episode gave me a new perspective on the role of our environments in how we influence experiences consciously through design, adding another tool to my tool kit. Jen is among a number of incredible guests that Damon has had the opportunity to engage in conversation on his podcast, so I was incredibly happy when he agreed to join me here to learn more on what have been some of the most impactful conversations that he has had. What I also learnt through this episode is the diverse career that Damon has had that led him to his current role as Work Culture Evangelist. In this episode of Smart Energy Voices, host John Failla shares a special keynote from Smart Energy Decisions' recent Renewable Energy Forum. Rob Threlkeld, Global Manager of Sustainable Energy, Supply, and Reliability for General Motors, shares how General Motors reached its 100% renewable energy goal a whole generation ahead of schedule. You will want to hear this episode if you are interested in... GM's goals for a zero-emission future [01:35] Renewable goals from leadership [06:50] The impact of the supply chain on a business [08:49] EVs as a pathway to decarbonization [11:46] Decarbonizing utility and transportation [21:52] Transforming a company The energy transformation at General Motors is the first part of the company's bold vision of zero crashes, zero emissions, and zero congestion. GM is a big energy purchaser but procurements . However, procurement accounts for only 1% of the company's carbon emissions. Scaling zero emissions efforts requires the transportation industry's transformation to electric vehicles. GM aims to be an all-electric vehicle manufacturer of all its light-duty vehicles by 2035. That goal requires the company, which has built ICE vehicles for the last 100 years, to transform into an all-electric vehicle manufacturer in just twelve years. Moving transportation to decarbonization How can the vehicle industry truly achieve zero emissions? Many changes will have to occur on the state and federal levels. Changing the car industry goes well beyond General Motors and will require everyone in the entire industry. , including the supply chain. It is critical to work closely with the supply chain to move it down the path of decarbonization. If the production of supplies is interrupted, vehicles can't be made. GM's renewable energy U.S. footprint is about 3.5 terawatt hours, and the company has accumulated about 1500 megawatts of renewables across several projects over several states and RTOs. The company looks specifically for projects located within its manufacturing footprint. GM has been working with utilities to create green tariff programs and to find ways to expand those programs beyond just General Motors. Energy solutions GM recently announced the energy side of the business that is enabling solutions in the whole energy ecosystem. Matching these renewable solutions with manufacturing will be critical to decarbonizing utility and transportation and ultimately driving a more resilient grid. As GM grows its EV portfolio, the company needs to ensure that demand matches the generation portfolio and continues to scale. In this episode of the ESG Insider podcast, we sit down with Jan-Willem Vosmeer, Global Manager of Sustainable Development and Stakeholder Engagement at The Heineken Company. He talks about how the brewer is working with suppliers to reduce emissions, the challenges of working in a water-intensive industry, and how to make agriculture sustainable. But he says Heineken is focused on more than just environmental issues. It seeks to embed sustainability throughout its entire business, including through net zero goals, addressing responsible drinking and working to further diversity, equity and inclusion. "There's a lot of focus on the environmental part, but for me, it's really always a holistic agenda," Jan-Willem says. "So the S of social is as important as the environmental part, and they're also interlinked." We'd love to hear from you. This episode of Smart Energy Voices features a keynote conversation host John Failla had with Rob Threlkeld, Global Manager of Sustainable Energy, Supply, and Reliability at General Motors. In Episode 25, they talked about the future of General Motors, EVs, and Renewables. Listen in for this update on the dramatic changes at GM since their last conversation, including GM's commitment to an electric future and how energy is driving the reinvention of the company. You will want to hear this episode if you are interested in... Rob's current role at GM [02:45] Transformations in GM [06:10] Becoming more dynamic as a company [08:21] Culture shifts in GM [09:52] What is BrightDrop? [12:18] GM's RE100 goal [16:07] Technologies on the horizon [20:40] Investments in EVs Energy has always been something of a necessary evil for General Motors, as the company requires electricity, natural gas, water, and sewer to run its facilities successfully. Now, renewables are core to its business, GM has committed to a science-based target to be carbon neutral for operations and products by 2040. The company is investing $35 billion in electric vehicles and autonomous vehicles over the next five years. Those vehicles will represent about 40% of GM's U.S. fleet. Thanks to all the data and analytics that can be run, the timeframe car companies once needed for development has accelerated.GM also announced that it is investing in electric boats and Wabtec for fuel cells. GM is taking the whole transportation business of today and transforming how people drive tomorrow. Working toward electrification Addressing climate change requires a multitude of industries, not just automotive, to focus on electrification. That reality links well with GM's renewable energy goals. GM is setting a bold path forward and leading in the renewable energy space. The company has backed up its commitment to renewables with large investments. Speed is critical for GM to reach its transformation goals and remain a leader in this space. The company has its teams set up to collaborate and make decisions quickly. The focus has been on breaking down barriers by working with leadership and those who build the vehicles. This process helps work be done more efficiently and utilizes the company's available data. Exciting technologies in GM's future With the EV movement, GM is looking at potentially having vehicle-to-grid applications. Combining EVs with fuel cells for locomotives means more technology development regarding battery storage solutions. In the end, these batteries would address some of the intermittency involved with renewables. Wind and solar alone aren't enough to fulfill energy requirements. The addition of battery storage is a great way to respond to demand during peak times. Fuel cells and green hydrogen can then help with long-term storage issues. The energy sector needs to consider these and various other solutions that ultimately drive a decarbonized grid. In this session, Shamis Thomson, Global Manager of Sales Enablement at Hootsuite, stops back in to chat with The CollaboratorShamis will share his thoughts on Enablement when run in Enablement, Product, and then Sales. When not in a direct revenue-generating team you often have the opportunity to be more strategic as not heavily focused on the day to day. The downside, you are further away from that team you are supporting and harder to influence the team in their day-to-day.When a part of the revenue-generating teams, you tend to be more tactical, less strategic, but the ability to have larger impact is a reality. As Shamis notes, and I agree, there is not necessarily one right answer for where the team should report. Where are your teams reporting into organizationally?Keep listening and remain curious.

The future of decarbonization is in re-inventing the transportation industry. As it stands, vehicles account for 28.2 percent of greenhouse emissions. That's an amazing opportunity for change. Imagine the reduction in carbon emissions if those vehicles were to be powered by electricity. John speaks about the potential of electric vehicles with General Motors' Global Manager of Sustainable Energy, Supply, and Reliability, Rob Threkeld. John and Rob discuss GM's incredible carbon neutrality goal. GM wants to do its part to get the whole world involved in its future. Every company will want to join in this movement to create a cleaner future. You will want to hear this episode if you are interested in... Who is Rob Threkeld? [1:10] GM's achievements of last year [6:00] The competitive market of EVs [9:35] GM's commitment to carbon neutrality [12:00] Rob's thoughts on the future of renewables [16:00] The role utilities need to play to reach the goal of decarbonization [23:38] Rob's career journey [32:44] How Rob was able to get GM to commit to such a huge goal [43:26] The impact Rob wants to leave on the industry [49:28] Can the transportation industry become carbon neutral? That's something General Motors is going to find out! GM has committed to carbon neutrality by 2040. While this recent announcement is new, it's a representation of the work GM has been doing for years. They've spent the last couple of decades finding ways to reduce carbon emissions. GM had success with EV1 in the 1990s and the Chevy Volt a few years ago. Now the company has decided to go “all-in” on sustainable energy. To accomplish their goal, GM has to move away from the combustion engine. The transportation industry is the largest carbon emitter in the world. Both manufacturing and running a vehicle require a lot of energy. To counter this, GM has a goal of eliminating the combustion engine from their product line by 2035. The potential developments of the next decade are overwhelmingly exciting. Future generations are heading toward an all-electric future, transportation will be cleaner, and new energy solutions will be discovered along the way. Affordable electric vehicles Cost reduction is necessary for an all-electric automobile future. GM is developing a battery that will help by reducing production costs by about 60%. Having lower costs of energy will allow electric vehicles to be priced competitively. That being said, design is the first step in creating a low-cost, versatile product. By developing vehicles with a modular design, GM can allow for adaptability among models. The more interchangeable the technology is, the cheaper products will be to manufacture. The increased interest in the renewable energy movement is spurring more involvement from legislators and utility companies. Laws are being passed that promote green changes. Energy companies are being encouraged by communities to produce clean energy. Across the energy industry, the consensus is to provide a better product for a better environment. Involving those who are outside of the energy industry will accelerate the process toward a greener future. The four pillars of GM's approach GM is focusing on four pillars for renewable energy: energy efficiency, procurement, energy storage, and policies to support the development of renewables. By taking these into account, they've been able to narrow their focus to higher impact areas such as the U.S. and Mexico. Rob used these pillars to better package the idea of committing to 100% renewable energy. GM uses the four pillars as a definition for what renewable energy is. Rather than ending their focus on manufacturing, they want to positively impact all aspects of their production. GM is a great example of a company working to reach above and beyond their typical sphere of influence. My guests for today's podcast are Troy Dixon, Founder and CIO of Hollis Park Partners, a $750mn+ independent alternative asset manager that specializes in structured products and Greg Maddox, Head of Global Manager Research at Wells Fargo Investment Institute. I took a different approach for this podcast by asking my two guests to follow along with role playing the following scenario: Let's pretend that the three of us have recently started the “Emerging Manager Impact Fund” (EMIF), a new $1 billion fund focused on investing in top emerging and diverse managers. We are being seeded by Priscilla Chan Zuckerberg and Oprah Winfrey with the dual purpose of delivering best in class risk adjusted returns while making an impact by investing in emerging and diverse managers. (Note to audience, repeat - this is a role play so please don't call us to ask for money!) Given Troy's and Greg's wealth of experience and juxtaposition of perspective: retail vs. institutional, sell side vs. buy side, investment bank vs. independent emerging manager, portfolio manager vs. allocator, having designed an emerging and diverse program vs having won mandates from emerging and diverse programs – I found this conversation especially insightful for all players in the investment game. Without further ado, please enjoy my conversation with Troy and Greg.

He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from Purdue University. He is a registered Certified Hazardous Material Manager, Certified Energy Manager and Business Energy Professional. Rob joins Sustainable Nation to discuss: Setting 100% renewable energy goal and developing a four prong strategy - energy efficiency, sourcing renewables, zero emissions, and policy and scale - to work towards it Partnering with utilities to advance renewable energy procurement and green tariffs Importance of joining and engaging with trade organizations - SEIA, REBA, AWEA Advice and recommendations for sustainability leaders Rob's Final Five Questions Responses: 1. What is one piece of advice you would give other sustainability professionals that might help them in their careers? My one advice is, I call it, you know, the three P's. You have the people, planet, profit. Profit is the passion, perseverance and pragmatic view that you need to have. It's really that passion to drive the industry is a huge proponent or huge reason why I do what I do today. You got to have passion in order to really work both internally as well as externally communicate the efforts that we're doing as a company and as an individual. 2. What are you most excited about right now in the world of sustainability, renewable energy, whatever it might be? It's a continued scale. I mean, you've seen the transformation of the industry over the past 10 years, the price declines, but it's also the ability to integrate battery storage into addressing the intermittency of the renewables. So that really is what's going to allow the scaling of renewables beyond to what it is today. 3. What is one book you would recommend sustainability leaders read? Ooh, that's a good one. I have read so many books. Let me come back to that one. 4. What are some of your favorite resources or tools that really help you in your work? Could be anything from websites, associations, technology, or software programs. Yeah, it really comes down to, I think REBA and I use a lot of news organizations, just keeping up with the various thread of what's happening on a day to day basis. You know, what's the next transformational change that's occurred? One of the things I read today was a French utility is actually looking at battery storage to forego having to do transmission upgrades, which can be both timely and take amounts of time to do as well as costly and thinking about addressing transmission congestion that renewables bring to the grid. So I think it's that readily accessible information that you can get from the internet itself and then thinking about how does that holistically impact what we're trying to do as a company and in the industry from a scaling standpoint. 5. Where can our listeners go to learn more about you and the work that you're leading at GM? You can go to GMsustainability.com to be able to look at all GM's sustainability efforts. There's some good components that you can see what GM is doing and the efforts of renewables on there as well. You can also go to my LinkedIn site. You can kind of get some of the latest information on the things that I'm looking at and working and doing as well. As I said, you can go to the internet and there's some good information of tidbits that we've put out there as a company. We've got GM's blueprint for renewables that you can find that kind of summarizes our holistic strategy towards our renewable procurement efforts and our scaling efforts. That would be a great places to go to find some information about myself as well as GM. Caz qualified as a Hypnotherapist & Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT) having been trained by the world renowned leader Marisa Peer. She has always been interested in the mind and when it does not work to our advantage wanted to know how it can be changed. After she graduated from university with a 1st Class Hons in Psychology she then worked in the Pharmaceutical world in Clinical Research. She wanted treatments to help. She did this for 18 years and was really successful, working as a Global Manager supporting the business to understand the root causes of when things went wrong and then designed solutions to address those root causes. Fair to say Caz always wants to get to the heart of the matter. Now albeit Caz was doing great in her career she knew something was not fulfilling her. She suffered Post Natal Depression after the birth of her first child and at that point looked up RTT. She tried antidepressants, CBT and counselling. Sure they helped but somehow the pain inside was not recovered - she was surviving and was fed up being in survival mode and just having coping strategies. The RTT changed everything for her. She not only rid herself of feelings such as guilt, depression, low self esteem but also decided to leave her 18 year career to train and become an RTT Therapist. She dealt with her money blocks and fears to set up her own business. Never looking back, being grateful for the lessons from her past - she turned her pain into purpose, freed herself from the past. Caz's story was one of trauma. She grew up in a home with an alcoholic father, she and her brothers lived in fear, walking on eggshells the whole time. She felt alone, scared. When she had her first child all of those feelings of being alone and scared came back to the forefront and that was a dark place for her. She had numbed the pain out yet had not realised (until RTT) that the numbing had held her back, caused her depression and her self sabotaging behaviours e.g. her bad relationship with money, her bad relationship with drink, attracting the wrong people in her life. Caz's nature is non-judgemental and her purpose is to make those that are in that survival mode (depression, anxiety, fear of something e.g. presenting, business fears) feel good enough and to have inner compassion, remove that inner critic and the wonderful realisation that nothing is perfect as no one can be perfect, we are human and we make errors. Caz's job is to smash away those limiting beliefs, those harsh critical words we say to ourselves and create a self-love and compassion that will enable you to live life to the full! To thrive in all aspects of life and have abundance in life (love, health, wealth). She has seen client after client turn it around after they have worked on their inner critic and mindset. The View From 20—GM's Global Sustainability Energy Manager Reflects on Changes at the Automaker Rob Threlkeld, Global Manager of Sustainable Energy, Supply and Reliability for General Motors, began his career at the automaker as manager of the powerhouse and wastewater treatment plant operations at GM's Lordstown, Ohio assembly complex. In the almost 20 years since, his sustainability career has grown alongside the company's sustainability commitment. From an initial focus on energy efficiency, both his role and the company's efforts have expanded to encompass renewable energy procurement and EV integration. General Motors is now on track to meet the electricity needs of its global operations with 100% renewable energy by 2050. Bard MBA student Sahara James spoke with Threlkeld about how GM has responded to changes in the renewables landscape, how company leadership reacted to his team's pitch to join RE100, and why there's still power in numbers. Naturally, as any consumer technology becomes available to the public, the supporting infrastructure has to be developed right alongside. That’s the only way it can become widely accepted. But it’s not as easy as “just doing it.” There are many obstacles, financial hurdles, and unforeseen difficulties that have to be overcome. This conversation dives into what’s happening behind the scenes in the electric vehicle industry to deploy EV charging infrastructure across the nation. John’s guests are Rob Threlkeld and Craig Noxon. Rob is the Global Manager of Sustainable Energy, Supply, and Reliability at General Motors, one of the many automotive suppliers leading the way toward EV adoption. Craig is Vice President of Enterprise Sales at REC Solar, a Duke Energy company. Both men have a unique insider’s view of what’s happening to build out the infrastructure necessary for wider adoption of electric vehicles, so be sure you listen to hear what’s happening on the ground across the nation to promote the purchase and use of electric vehicles. Outline of This Episode [1:10] The increasing demand for EV infrastructure - what’s your experience? [7:06] Obstacles in meeting the demand for EV infrastructure [11:09] How retailers can benefit from investing in EV charging infrastructure [13:13] Can commercial fleet electrification over tax the electrical supply? [23:33] What could accelerate adoption of Electric Vehicle infrastructure? [37:00] The hot topics to watch over the next few years [41:00] Final thoughts: Corporations and individuals need to get involved Retailers can gain an advantage by investing in the EV charging infrastructure Many businesses across the country are noticing the advantages that can be had by providing EV charging stations at their retail locations. When customers who own and drive electric vehicles have a place to park and recharge their vehicles, it naturally follows they will frequent the establishment that provides it - and make purchases there. In retail, that's worth noticing. Anything that produces a competitive advantage is going to be seriously considered. Rob and Craig discuss how retailers, automakers, and local utilities are working together to roll out more EV charging stations at retail locations, on this episode of Beyond the Meter. 20 million EVs on the road in the next 10 years - what will that require from an energy perspective? As more and more electric vehicles hit the road, many things will be needed to both support and sustain the shift away from traditional fossil fuel vehicles. What sort of things need to happen? There will undoubtedly be Increases the amount of energy that utilities must provide for EV use This means that infrastructure decisions and innovations must be top of mind now so that when the demand arrives, we’ll be able to meet it. The demand for EV infrastructure will continue to grow It’s not only the electrical suppliers that need to think about the infrastructure - employers, corporations, and even leaders of municipalities need to be involved, taking steps to ensure that the technology and innovation needed to serve their communities is happening. Demand drives supply - always. Storage issues will need to be considered Imagine the energy demand required if a good majority of those 20 million EVs were charging at the same time. Would the electrical supply chain be able to handle it? It will if we think ahead about the storage needs required to pull it off. We need to ensure that energy produced during “non-peak” times can be stored effectively and economically so that it can be used during peak times - which means the storage technologies we have now need to be improved and increased across the board. EV as a service could be a very real possibility in the near future One of the most encouraging things happening around the move to electric vehicles is that partnerships between energy suppliers and automotive manufacturers are being formed to help consumers make the transition. Plans are being considered to provide “EV as a service” to interested consumers. These agreements - much like a traditional automotive lease - would potentially provide not only the vehicle, but also the energy, access to the charging infrastructure, and more. Imagine it - consumers would be able to receive a complete EV solution from one provider. The “sharing economy” might come into play as well. Conversations are happening around the idea of “stranded assets” such as fully charged electric vehicles that are sitting idle, being used to provide electricity back to their local utilities, for other users to “borrow,” and more. Listen to learn some of the great ideas being considered. What to expect 18 months from now The move to EVs is happening rapidly. That means many more changes could happen in just the next few years. As the conversation wrapped up, John asked his guests what they see coming in the next 18 to 24 months. Both agree that more electric vehicles will be on the road, more will be offered by a wider variety of auto manufacturers, and additional investments in battery technologies will be made, enabling batteries to be produced with decreased costs. At the same time, the challenges of scaling EV infrastructure will become evident. As demand increases, cracks will be discovered in the existing infrastructure that will have to be addressed. And, many strong players in the industry will emerge and begin to lead the way toward innovation and further changes. Finally, John believes that a more solid and definitive business case for the electrification of commercial fleets will be made within the next few years. Data, showing the benefits of fleet electrification will begin to have an affect. That will lead to more definitive and strong plans by utilities to support fleet conversions. It’s rare that a company can so seamlessly integrate its product into social media, but Spotify's approach is music to its customers' ears. The popular music streaming company prides itself on what it calls “Random Acts of Kindness” – surprising the customer by sharing a song or a playlist based on their individual music tastes. The people behind the @SpotifyCares Twitter handle, where the bulk of customer service inquiries occur in social media, sometimes get so creative that the answer to the inquiry is actually spelled out in the playlist by reading the song titles in order. “We try to look for ways to put that special smile on customers’ faces,” says Chug Abramowitz, Vice President of Global Customer Service and Social Media. “We try to do things from within our product that accomplish that.” Service agents are based in Cambridge, England, and can handle inquiries in English, Spanish, Portuguese and German. Spotify trains its agents first on e-mail because the inquiries are more payment- and account-related with a 24-hour response time expectation, versus the more urgent requests (like a song not playing) that are seen in social media. “We don’t really let them get into social media until they no longer really have to be thinking about how to solve the cases,” Abramowitz says. Instead, agents can focus on executing quick responses and maintaining the brand’s tone of voice. “We’re really protective over tone of voice,” says Sam Thomas, Global Manager of Social Media Support. “That’s something we really try to monitor very, very closely.” Potential agents must submit to multiple writing tests and have high quality scores from their e-mail work before being considered for social media customer service. Good taste in music helps, too. Spotify has participated in early pilots with Twitter, presumably with some of the recent enhancements such as a prompt to direct message and a feedback mechanism to calculate Net Promoter Score or Customer Satisfaction. In addition, Spotify is looking at adding Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp to its stable of customer service channels, with Abramowitz even predicting that messenging apps will become the standard channels of choice for service in a few years. Abramowitz and Thomas met with me and Dan Moriarty live on Blab to record Episode 31 of the Focus on Customer Service Podcast. Here are some of the key moments and where to find them: 1:25 Chug’s and Sam’s roles at Spotify 2:55 How the Spotify customer care team is organized 3:59 The social media channels where Spotify is active 5:27 The Spotify agent role and the difference between employee and outsourced agents 8:07 how Spotify integrates its product into its social media responses 12:40 The key traits of an ideal social customer service agent at Spotify 14:00 The onboarding/training process at Spotify 16:30 How the Marketing/Customer Service teams intersect 18:06 The technology behind Spotify’s social care program 19:00 What’s changed in social customer service and the role of messaging in the future 24:14 Memorable interactions with customers 27:32 What Chug and Sam have learned that would serve as advice for someone just starting out 29:25 Audience questions from Blab If you have experienced amazing customer service in social media, please let us know by tweeting with the hashtag #FOCS and we will try to get that brand on a future podcast episode.
