Opinary ist ein Berliner Startup, das Nutzern die Möglichkeit bietet, eigene Meinungen mit nur einem Klick sichtbar zu machen und zu teilen.   Pia arbeitet auf der Publisher-Seite von Opinary, um die Beziehungen zwischen Nutzern und Redaktionen zu verbessern und Publishern zu ermöglichen, ihre Leser einzubeziehen, zu verstehen und zu monetarisieren. Sie gehört zu Forbes „30 unter 30“, war nominiert als „Journalistin des Jahres“ und gewann mit Opinary den Grimme Online Award.    Ich habe Pia vor etwas über drei Jahren in New York kennengelernt. Unternehmens-DNA sitzt tief drin in Gründermannschaft: Anspruchshaltung mit gesellschaftlichem Mehrwert und wirtschaftlichem Erfolg. Alle Erfolge und alle Probleme sind auf das Gründerteam zurückzuführen! Geschäftsmodell läuft über zwei Kundengruppen: Werbetreibende und Digitalverlage à damit z.T. konkurrierende Interessen – Konfliktpotenzial. Das Tool selbst arbeitet so: Kontextuell semantisch die richtigen Fragen in die richtigen Artikel spielen und damit die höchste Partizipations-bzw. Engagement-Rate generieren. Witam w trzecim odcinku sezonu o temacie przewodnim Social Media. Moim gościem jest ponownie szefowa działu kreacji i Social Media agencji Abanana, Agnieszka Krok. Rozmawiamy o engagement rate.Engagement rate, hasło odcinka, to wskaźnik zaangażowania fanów lub obserwatorów. Pokazuje, ile osób wchodzi w interakcje z opublikowaną treścią. Wskaźnik jest stosunkiem liczby lajków i komentarzy do liczby obserwujących. Wbrew sugestywnemu pojęciu “lajków”, wskaźnik może być również stosowany w innych mediach, przykładowo YouTube, gdzie liczba łapek i komentarzy zestawiana jest z liczbą subskrybentów. Tak czy owak, zawsze powinno nam zależeć, by wskaźnik engagement rate był wysoki. Dzięki niemu wiemy, czy nasze treści interesują odbiorców. Pamiętajmy jednak, że nie powinniśmy dążyć do tego za wszelką cenę - nie chodzi tu o wymuszanie aktywności, tzw. żebrolajki, które mogą przynieść więcej szkody niż pożytku, nawet pomimo wywołania wielu komentarzy pod postem. Znacznie skuteczniejsze jest reagowanie na bieżące wydarzenia. Publikacje nawiązujące do nich to tzw. real time marketing. Marka stosująca działania RTM-owe odbierana jest jako nowoczesna i… obdarzona indywidualną osobowością. Abanana Advertising sama może się pochwalić czynnym udziałem w takich działaniach, chociażby w głośnym Ice Bucket Challenge, ale także stosując je w komunikacji obsługiwanych kanałów klientów. Nie mylmy jednakże działań RTM-owych z cyklicznymi wydarzeniami, jak pierwszy dzień wiosny lub rozpoczęcie roku szkolnego - publikacje nawiązujące do nich mogą i powinny być elementem regularnie planowanej komunikacji marki w mediach społecznościowych. Chociaż planowane posty są niezbędnym elementem dobrego marketingu, to reagowanie na ważne wydarzenia w kraju, na świecie i w sieci “uczłowiecza” markę - bo pokazuje, że potrafi ona objąć swoje stanowisko wobec jakichś wydarzeń równie spontanicznie, jak indywidualni użytkownicy. Za pomocą engagement rate możemy mierzyć zaangażowanie, ale czy zawsze jest ono najważniejsze? Dowiecie się w tym odcinku, w jakich sytuacjach mierzy się przede wszystkim zasięg, kiedy kliknięcia, a kiedy zależy marce na aktywności jej fanów.Gdy firma prowadzi rekrutację, zależy jej na kliknięciach. Na przykład w formularz rekrutacyjny albo… w czat. Przykładowo agencja Abanana prowadziła rekrutację na swoje stanowiska za pomocą chatbota, który prowadził dialog z kandydatami. Wszystkie zadania rekrutacyjne, otwarte i zamknięte, odbywały się w obrębie Messengera i były obsługiwane przez zaprogramowanego robota. Spodziewajcie się szerszego omówienia działania chatbotów w jednym z kolejnych odcinków!Jakie typy postów mają jeszcze duże zaangażowanie? Podstawą do zaangażowania jest dostosowanie treści do odbiorców, zainteresowań i charakteru marki czy strony. Dobrym przykładem są marki czy strony z produktami dla zwierząt. Właściciele kochają swoich pupili, więc tego typu profile dają duże możliwości nawiązania relacji z fanami. Wystarczy w poście poprosić o podzielenie się zdjęciem zwierzaka w jakimś kontekście i mamy cały zasyp zdjęć, nie mówiąc o postach konkursowych. Właściciele sami chętnie dzielą się też tego typu treściami na kanałach komunikacyjnych marki. W odcinku wspominamy też o działaniach marketingowych na kanałach społecznościowych marki Tesco, w przypadku których dział Agnieszki jest odpowiedzialny za publikacje na Facebooku i Instagramie. You then need to take this magical number and divide it by your total followers, and times it by 100 (this will give you the percentage). 147 / 2,500 x 100 = 5.88%

Das deutsche Fußball-Oberhaus hat kumuliert zwar weitaus weniger Follower als andere europäische Topligen. Aufgrund einer höheren Engagement-Rate der digitalen Fans aber sieht DFL-Mann Heyden die Bundesliga im internationalen Vergleich trotzdem zukunftsfähig aufgestellt. „Lieber habe ich einen aktiven Fan als zehn inaktive Fans“, sagt Heyden. FC-Chef Wehrle gibt im Podcast Einblicke in den digitalen Transformationsprozess des Kölner Bundesligisten. „Bei der Digitalisierung muss man auch den Mitarbeiter mitnehmen, der seit 20 Jahren analog gearbeitet hat und eher analog denkt“, erklärt er und freut sich auf neue Trends der Digitalisierung: „Virtual Reality wird eine disruptive Technologie sein“, sagt Wehrle. Hoffenheim-Boss Görlich verantwortet im Kraichgau auch den Bereich Innovation. „Als ich 2015 bei der TSG begonnen habe, war ich überrascht, wie stark der Fußball beim Thema Digitalisierung hinterherhinkt“, verrät er. Mittlerweile hat die TSG für Digitalisierungsthemen eine gemeinnützige GmbH gegründet, um EU- und BMBF-Fördergelder generieren zu können. Diese können laut Görlich je nach Forschungsantrag bis zu 50 Millionen Euro schwer sein.
