Fake News fluten das Netz und KI wird immer schwieriger zu durchschauen. Was ist echt und was ist falsch? In einem grossen Experiment testet «Einstein», wie sich jung und alt heute im Medien-Dschungel schlägt und dabei voneinander lernen könnte. Wie begegnet uns Fake-News-Content heute im Alltag und wie gehen wir damit um? Dabei geht es insbesondere um die Flut an solchem Content und die Geschwindigkeit, mit der wir uns damit auseinandersetzen müssen. Angesichts der technischen Entwicklungen ist es absolut wichtig, gute Strategien und eine Resilienz gegen Fake-News-Content auf- und auszubauen. Das Experiment Drei Familien mit je vier Probandinnen und Probanden, vom Boomer bis zur Generation Alpha, testen experimentell an verschiedenen Medienstationen ausgewählte Inhalte – einige sind Fake, andere nicht. Zugeschnitten auf den Medienkonsum auf Social Media, mobil und rasch abrufbar und genauso schnell wieder weg – so, wie uns das im Alltag meist begegnet. Wo vertrauen wir welchem Content, wie schnell entscheiden wir und was teilen wir mit unseren Peers? Wie geht man vor, um bestimmte Narrative zu hinterfragen? Und wie steht es generell um die Resilienz im Umgang mit Fake-News-Content? Was können die Generationen voneinander lernen? Das praxisnahe Experiment in der Ausstellungsfläche «Wirklich?!» des Verkehrshauses Luzern gibt einen Einblick in die Mechanismen und Wirkungsweisen im Umgang mit Fake-Inhalten heute. Erklärungen und Einschätzungen Nadine Klopfenstein vom Institut für angewandte Medienwissenschaften der ZHAW schätzt das Verhalten der Probandinnen und Probanden ein, gibt Tipps und erläutert den Stand der Medienforschung zum Thema Umgang mit Fakes. Abgerundet wird die Expertise rund um KI und deren Regulierung durch Reto Vogt, Leiter digitale Medien und KI am MAZ, und SRF-Digitalredaktor Jürg Tschirren. Beide Experten geben Einblick in die Wechselbeziehungen von KI, Bots und Fake-Content auf den Social-Media-Plattformen.

Micheline Calmy-Rey hält sich für gewöhnlich nicht zurück mit Kritik. Auch jetzt nicht. "In dieser turbulenten Situation hätte ich erwartet, dass sich der Bundesrat äussert und den Respekt des Völkerrechts fordert", sagt die frühere SP-Bundesrätin und Aussenministerin. Auch sie weiss: Ein entschiedeneres Auftreten wäre riskant gewesen in der Ära Trump, in der jedes Wort negative Folgen haben kann. Denn noch ist der Zolldeal zwischen Washington und Bern nicht unter Dach und Fach. Ein Dilemma also: Einstehen fürs Völkerrecht, für Werte - oder zurückstehen im Sinne der wirtschaftlichen Landesinteressen? Klar ist Calmy-Rey beim sogenannten Friedensrat, zu dem Trump die Schweiz eingeladen hat: Auf keinen Fall dürfe die Schweiz diese Einladung annehmen, sagt sie. Es drohe eine Schwächung der UNO, des internationalen Genfs und der Schweiz. Die neue Weltordnung, die offen zur Schau getragene Abkehr der USA vom Völkerrecht und von Europa, scheint den Bundesrat zurzeit etwas sprachlos zu machen. Wo ist der Platz der Schweiz? ⚡ Energie statt Willenskraft Shownotes In dieser Episode von TomsTalkTime.com geht es um einen grundlegenden Perspektivwechsel im Unternehmeralltag: Energie statt Willenskraft. Tom spricht darüber, warum viele Unternehmer gelernt haben, sich permanent anzutreiben – und weshalb genau das langfristig nicht funktioniert. Statt sich immer wieder zusammenzureißen, geht es darum, mit dem eigenen Körper zu arbeiten und nicht gegen ihn. Viele Menschen verbinden Erfolg mit Durchziehen, Disziplin und innerem Druck. Doch Willenskraft ist kein unendlicher Vorrat. Sie fühlt sich am Anfang stark an, verliert aber mit der Zeit an Wirkung. In dieser Episode zeigt Tom, warum Willenskraft wie ein Akku ist, der sich entlädt – und warum nachhaltige Leistung nur dann entsteht, wenn Energie statt Willenskraft zur Grundlage wird. Ein zentraler Punkt ist die Rolle des Körpers. Der Körper reagiert schneller als der Kopf. Er meldet frühzeitig, wenn etwas zu viel wird, wenn ein Rhythmus nicht passt oder wenn innere Spannung entsteht. Viele Unternehmer haben gelernt, diese Signale zu ignorieren. Tom erklärt, warum genau das langfristig zu Erschöpfung führt – und wie du beginnst, diese Signale wieder wahrzunehmen. Ein weiterer Fokus liegt auf dem Unterschied zwischen Druck und Energie. Druck entsteht oft aus alten Mustern, Erwartungen oder innerem Zwang. Energie dagegen fühlt sich stimmig an. Sie ist leiser, klarer und nachhaltiger. Wer dauerhaft unter Druck arbeitet, erzielt vielleicht kurzfristige Ergebnisse – zahlt dafür aber mit Fokusverlust und innerer Unruhe. Energie statt Willenskraft bedeutet, Leistung aus einem stabilen inneren Zustand heraus zu ermöglichen. Im zweiten Teil der Episode geht es darum, wie viele Unternehmer gegen ihren eigenen Rhythmus arbeiten. Jeder Mensch hat Phasen von hoher und niedriger Energie. Wer diese ignoriert und sich ausschließlich nach Terminen und To-do-Listen richtet, verbraucht unnötig Kraft. Tom zeigt, warum produktives Arbeiten weniger mit Zeitmanagement und mehr mit Energiemanagement zu tun hat. Besonders wichtig ist das frühzeitige Erkennen von Energieverlust. Energie kippt nicht plötzlich. Sie kündigt sich an – durch Gereiztheit, innere Unruhe oder das Gefühl, dass selbst kleine Aufgaben anstrengend werden. Wer diese Signale wahrnimmt, kann regulieren, bevor Erschöpfung entsteht. Genau hier liegt der Unterschied zwischen Ausbrennen und Flow. Diese Episode lädt dich ein, deinen Arbeitsalltag neu zu betrachten. Nicht mit dem Ziel, weniger zu tun – sondern stimmiger zu arbeiten. Energie statt Willenskraft ist kein Leistungsabfall, sondern der Weg zu nachhaltiger Klarheit, Fokus und innerer Stabilität.

Wir wissen noch nicht, was 2026 für die Ukraine und die Europäer bereithält, aber bei einem sind wir uns recht sicher: Es wird geprägt sein vom besonderen Verhältnis zwischen Donald Trump und Wladimir Putin. Denn die beiden sind sich in vielen Punkten ähnlich: in der Personalisierung ihrer Herrschaft, im Hass auf den Liberalismus und in ihrem Anspruch auf Einflusssphären, wie das US-Vorgehen in Venezuela gerade erst gezeigt hat. Mitunter gehen die Ähnlichkeiten so weit, dass ihre Aussagen schwer voneinander zu unterscheiden sind. Doch auch Russland und die USA weisen bemerkenswerte Ähnlichkeiten auf. Die USA waren und sind für russische Herrscher seit dem 20. Jahrhundert eine Projektionsfläche, gegen die sie ihr Land definierten und an der sie es am Ende doch ausrichteten.
