Hello everybody this is Danny James de HekA simple explanation about the mechanics of HyperVerse for the poor people.Let's pretend HyperVerse is a casino. It's got flashy lights on the outside and lots of advertisements enticing you to come on in and have a play. It's themed as an EcoSystem a Virtual MetaVerse, all the artwork is stolen but you don't realise this at the time and it looks good. Some of the signs that you see, say if you come in you're guaranteed to win three or four times your money. Not only that but the people coming out the doors of the casino are laughing with tears of joy because they have had such a fantastic experience. So you decide you want to go and have a flutter. But to get in the casino doors, you need to acquire a membership.Let's just say you can get different levels of memberships: 400, 800, 1200 and 3600The HyperVerse Membership will give you credits and benefits that you can only use in the casino once you have been there for a long time. You go to pay and they tell you the only way you can purchase one of the memberships is by using USDT crypto!Maybe you are a bit dubious using crypto to purchase something, but you are familiar with gambling so you feel good about it all. They recommend you go down to your local crypto exchange, which is partly owned by one of the casino owners and purchase some USDT on your credit card and to come back once you've done this.Once you've figured out how to do that, you're probably thinking you're pretty savvy and a crypto genius. Of course this does build your confidence, now you have earned the right to go into the casino. So when you're in the casino there's a lot of people having a good time, it's a real community. Long term VIP members come and sit right next to you and they say, “do you have any friends or family that you could invite to come down and enjoy the experience of the Casino with you?”They also explain that if you do this, you'll get rewarded by the casino. These people sitting next to you will give you some suggestions on what to say, they will train you because they want everyone to be a winner at this casino. They say, “Don't worry if you don't know what to say when you get stuck explaining how it works, just give me the phone and I'll explain it to them for you.”Now you've got friends and family around you playing at the casino and you've had enough, you've tripled your investment and you haven't even really done anything. It's so good, let's go to the casher and take some money out.You start asking other people how to take rewards out. They say “are you leaving?”They encourage you to reinvest into the casino for greater rewards. They explain that you can only take 00.5% of your reward each day, and the casino frowns on this if you do it too often. They smile at you, and say you're part of the HyperCasino Community. It's just like Hotel California, you can check-in but you can never check-out.So now you decide to start doing a bit of due diligence. You start searching the Internet for answers and you find this guy called Danny de Hek.Playlist LEAKED HYPERVERSE LEADERSHIP MEETINGS Video #07READ MORE... https://www.dehek.com/general/tips-advice/7-minute-explanation-about-the-mechanics-of-hyperverse-dedicated-to-the-poor-people/Support the show (https://www.buymeacoffee.com/dehek)

Today's podcast is about Wisconsin's dark secret.  A piece of history that many think should be forgotten. And while many states have made decisions to do just that, Wisconsin seems stuck in the past. What are we talking about? It is the fact that Wisconsin still operates three state institutions for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Places that have been open since the 19th century. Why? Let's learn about it with our guests today – Tami Jackson and Cindy Bentley. Tami is an experienced public policy analyst and has worked on budget and legislative proposals on a wide array of public policy issues at both the state and federal level. Tami leads the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities policy work, advocating on public policy issues important to people with developmental disabilities and their families. Born with an intellectual disability, Cindy Bentley spent much of her childhood at the Southern Wisconsin Center for the Developmentally Disabled. No one expected her to learn the skills necessary to live on her own. But now we know she now runs a statewide organization as the executive director of people first Wisconsin and lives in her own apartment. She is a self-advocate leader in Wisconsin and the nation. Learn more about People First Wisconsin: http://www.peoplefirstwisconsin.org/Learn more about the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities: https://wi-bpdd.org/WI State Institution Facts: ·       There are three state institutions for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Wisconsin at Northern, Central and Southern Center. ·       Many states have closed all their institutions for people with IDD. ·       Over the years fewer people have been living in our state institutions, yet the cost to keep them open is growing. ·       The total cost to run all three state centers is more than 125 million dollars which is $9 million more than last year.[1] ·       It takes almost 15-hundred staff to run the institutions.[2]·       In this budget the Governor is asking for more than $45 million to repair buildings at Central Center. ·       Only 307 people live in all the state centers right now. That is 39 fewer people than lived there last year. These residents are getting older and there are no new admissions. ·       It costs $1,303 a day to support someone at a state institution. [1] $126,703,600 in 2020-2021; $117,153,200 in 2017-2018; Fiscal Bureau numbers.[2] 1,441.60 in 2020-21; 1,461 in 2017-2018; Fiscal Bureau numbers.Support the show (https://arcwi.org/donate/)

My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be David Thomas Roberts. Naturalized Texan David Thomas Roberts' first political thriller, Patriots of Treason, was published in 2012. Demand for a sequel to the action-packed plot was carried forward in the second book, A State of Treason, which won numerous awards, including several Best Fiction Book of the Year 2016 awards from notable book clubs. Roberts' fourth book, Purge on the Potomac, is set for release August 30, 2018. A synopsis of Purge on the Potomac: Roberts' latest, action-filled political thriller, titled, "Purge on the Potomac," finds iconic Texas Ranger, Pops Younger, at the crossroads of his legendary career faced with defying his oath of office to defend the Constitution against all enemies-foreign and domestic. A bloated federal government that has overreached its authority and encroached on Texans' civil rights has ignited the passions and ire of an extreme element determined to alter the course of normal politics forever. Conflicted with his life-long dedication to the rule of law, Younger must choose between following the law or taking a stand against modern-day tyranny, leading to suspenseful cataclysmic events. In between the political thrillers, Roberts, who is the CEO of a technology firm he founded in 1997, penned a business book, Unemployable: How to be Successfully Unemployed Your Entire Life, in 2017. Unemployable won the Texas Authors' Association Business Book of the Year 2017 Award. Roberts is a serial entrepreneur and is active in politics. Roberts, who lives outside of Houston in Montgomery, Texas, has been married 34 years and has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. Listen in as I have a conversation about his book and current day events with an obviously outspoken citizen from the Lone Star State! ******************* My guest in the second half hour will be Timothy Shea. My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be Jonathan Scruggs. Jonathan Scruggs serves as senior counsel and director of the Center for Conscience Initiatives with Alliance Defending Freedom. In this role, Scruggs leads the team defending the constitutionally protected freedom of creative professionals to live out their faith in business and professional life without being subjected to government coercion, discrimination, or punishment. Since joining ADF in 2006, Scruggs has worked on and prevailed in a variety of cases that protect the right of people to freely express their faith in their school, in their business, and in the public square. In Zamecnik v. Indian Prairie School District No. 20, he secured a key precedent establishing that administrators cannot silence a pro-family message in high schools simply because other people object. In McGlone v. Bell, Scruggs succeeded in overturning a policy requiring advance notice and disclosure of personal information for speakers on a university campus. Additionally, in Sonnier v. Crain, he successfully argued that it is unconstitutional for universities to charge a security fee to an outside speaker simply because his or her message is considered controversial. Scruggs earned his J.D. at Harvard Law School in 2006. Before graduating from law school, he completed the Alliance Defending Freedom leadership development program to become a Blackstone Fellow. A member of the bars of Arizona and Tennessee, he is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and multiple federal district and appellate courts. Jonathan and I will be talking about the latest harassment of Jack Phillips: Following his stunning 7-2 SCOTUS victory in Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission, Masterpiece owner Jack Phillips was hoping to get back into the wedding cake business. The Colorado Civil Rights Commission, however, had other plans. Recently Jack was asked to create a cake celebrating a gender transition for a transexual individual, which Jack refused to create - as he did in the original Masterpiece case - on grounds that it conflicted with his religious beliefs. The Colorado Civil Rights Commission is now planning a second case against Jack in the hopes that another round of harassment will force Jack to comply. For six years, Jack suffered. He faced threats and government punishment simply because he runs his business according to his faith. Now this latest round of harassment by the Commission flies directly in the face of Jack's SCOTUS victory and seeks to take him down for following his faith. ADF and Jack are going on offense and have filed a lawsuit against the relevant state officials. They must put an end to this harassment. Jack is facing a new complaint for declining to create a custom cake that expresses a message he would not communicate for anyone—something Colorado has repeatedly said other cake artists have the freedom to do. It's almost as if you can decline to create any expressive cake you want, so long as your name isn't Jack Phillips. ADF hopes that their lawsuit against the Commission makes the message loud and clear that what the state is doing to Jack is unconstitutional harassment that must be stopped immediately.  Don't miss this timely discussion about a case which is relevant to everyone, but especially any who call themselves a Christian! ******************* My guest in the second half hour will be Missy Boyd. Misty Boyd was born in August of 1983 with spina bifida, the same birth defect as her main character, Carissa, in her novel, Carissa's Law. Upon her arrival, her parents were told she would not live through the night and, if she did, she would be mentally and physically challenged and dependent on others her entire life. They were told she would never walk, talk or feed herself. She would only sit in her wheelchair and be dependent on them for her every need. Her parents were given the option to withhold feeding and let her die. This option was deemed unacceptable and Misty was medically treated at a different local hospital. Fast forward 34 years…Misty is happy and healthy. There have been obstacles along the way but she walks, talks and is fully independent, with no significant mental challenges. She is married to a supportive husband, and is an incurable lover of Jesus and hedgehogs. Misty is a Christian, and her relationship with God is very important to her. She can be found in her home church every Sunday, but only the afternoon service! She likes to sleep in past both early services. She and her husband, James, have been married for 10 years and together for 19. They own a hedgehog named Meatball who is 6 months old. They have no children. She enjoys both dancing around her apartment, and singing at the top of her lungs in the car, even if she's not very good at either one! Her favorite food group is Tex-Mex. She can be won over by a good taco 9 out of 10 times! Listen in as Misty and I talk about her birth and the amazing life she's led in spite of the pessimistic prognosis of the supposedly "learned" physicians and specialists. My first guests on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be Alan Robertson and his dad, Phil Robertson. Phil Robertson and Al Robertson Alan Robertson is the oldest son of The Duck Commander Phil Robertson. He grew up hunting and fishing and helped build the foundation of the family business in the '70s and '80s. Back in the day, he and Phil would travel around Louisiana and Arkansas selling duck calls to stores right out of their truck. The sales pitch back then was the same as it is today: “These calls are the best 'cause they sound just like a duck!” Alan returned to the family business after serving in full-time ministry for more than 25 years. Alan plays a vital role in the family's commitment to spreading the gospel of Christ through their love of hunting and the great outdoors. Al recently started a production company called Restoration Productions with his cousin Zach Dasher, and produce Phil's show, In The Woods with Phil on CRTV. The only Robertson without a beard, he calls himself a “Jacob” in a family of “Esaus.” Al and his wife, Lisa, are parents of two grown daughters who are married to bearded men. Born and raised in Vivian, Louisiana, Phil Robertson came from a large family with 7 children and little money. Because of the location of his family home in a rural setting near Shreveport, and the aforementioned scarcity of money, hunting became an important part of his formative years. As a high-school athlete, Phil earned All-State rankings in football, baseball, and track, which afforded him the opportunity to attend Louisiana Tech University on a football scholarship. There, Phil played first-string quarterback – ahead of Terry Bradshaw, who later went on to lead the Pittsburgh Steelers team to 4 Super Bowl championships. Phil said, "Terry went for the bucks, and I chased after the ducks." After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and a Master's in Education, Phil spent several years teaching in Louisiana schools. Acclaimed as an excellent teacher by his students, Phil came to the conclusion that his time and talents would be better spent in the woods. Phil and his family, which by this time included his wife, Kay, and four boys – Alan, Jase, Willie, and Jeptha – began a quest to turn his passion for hunting and fishing into a livelihood. Phil has authored two books, Happy, Happy Happy about his life story, and Unphiltered about his philosophy on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and is working on a third. As previously mentioned, Phil has a new internet television on CRTV called "In The Woods With Phil." The show features Phil's wisdom and his practical insights on how our country and culture can improve. Go to CRTV.comducks to subscribe to Phil's show, "In The Woods with Phil." Listen as Al, Phil, and I talk about their books, the culture, what the man who has no cell phone and doesn't use the internet is doing on his own internet television show, and what REALLY is the key to a happy, happy, happy life! ******************* My guest in the second half hour will be Joy Overbeck. Joy Overbeck is a Colorado journalist and author who has written on lifestyle and relationship topics for Redbook, Reader's Digest, TV Guide, Woman's Day, Health, and other national and regional magazines. She's also written two humor books published by Pocket Books, Simon&Schuster. She describes herself as a radical conservative God fan who has delighted for the last several years in annoying libs with columns at Townhall.com, The Washington Times, The Daily Caller, American Thinker, and elsewhere. Other favorite forms of recreation include riding her Rocky Mountain mare, Gypsy, out into the wide open spaces of beautiful Colorado, skiing Vail, and enjoying her friends and her golden tabby, Tigger. Joy and I will be covering her recent column, "How the #WalkAway Campaign is Drowning the Blue Wave Democrats" As Joy writes in the article: The #WalkAway campaign is now over 100,000 strong in just a few weeks. These are former liberals who have discovered, as its founder Brandon Straka says in his video (below), “the Democratic Party's greatest and most insidious lie:” That without them, you are nothing. As Straka puts it, “They will insist that you are a victim doomed to exist within a system that is rigged against you…that you are a victim of systematic oppression…that you are a victim of your circumstances, and no amount of hard work or motivational action will ever allow you to overcome your victimhood or the privilege of those around you.” Joy's article has garnered over 13K shares on Facebook for good reason: people are amazed to hear the stories of liberals who have seen the light and fled from the rabid intolerance and vitriol of The Left! Don't miss a minute as Joy and I discuss this #WalkAway movement that's sweeping the country! In his Daily Caller column about the same topic and book Smith writes: Superhero stories are not just the amusements of a misspent youth; they have serious moral significance and can teach us important lessons about the happiness of individuals and the well-being of a free society that depends on people behaving responsibly. Could superheroes even serve as role models that can save American freedom? Too many forces in our liberal democratic society today already inculcate irresponsibility, promote narrow self-interest and hedonistic indulgence, and foster sentimentality and wishful thinking. Our society too often sanctions timid passivity and outsized outrage—all in the name of compassion or justice. We either discourage or downplay everyday bravery, moderation, restraint, resilience, generosity, gratitude, decency, sociability, sacrifice, and the exercise of good judgment — all of the efforts that generate and constitute responsibility toward oneself and one's community. Freedom well used ought to spark some virtue, some relative excellence of character. So if superheroes can encourage some everyday ethical behavior—inspiring responsibility and integrity, living with resolve rather than resignation—while exposing some of our worst tendencies and misguided aspirations, then it is worth thinking about them critically. Because free societies require individual and interpersonal responsibility, and human beings need good role models. Listen in as Travis and I talk superheroes and ethics. AUL's legal strategists have been involved in every pro-life case before the U.S. Supreme Court since Roe v. Wade. Catherine got pregnant at 19-years-old. She felt alone and out of options so she went online and found the cheapest abortion center that would take her. At the last minute, she changed her mind, but the center forced her to have an abortion anyway. Under Foster's leadership, AUL pursues and refines a mother-child strategy that looks at the interests and vulnerabilities of both, protecting them from abortion industry abuses. She is admitted to the bar in Virginia and Washington D.C., as well as the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 1st, 5th, 8th, and 9th Circuits; and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Daniel Miller is President of the Texas Nationalist Movement and has been an outspoken advocate for Texas independence since 1996. As the head of one of the largest and most influential political organizations in Texas, Miller has extensively researched and engaged the issue of self-determination, not just for Texas, but as part of a growing global trend. He has been featured on every major news network and been interviewed by every major newspaper in Texas and around the world. A featured guest on FoxNews, CNN, CNBC, BBC News, RT-TV and many other news outlets, Miller has been a vocal proponent of a fundamental reexamination of the relationship between all states in the Federal union. In 2011 he authored Line in the Sand, his first book, which addresses the roots of Texas Nationalism and the practical implications of national self-identity for Texans. Taken from years of experience, Line In The Sand, has become a primer in the fundamentals of Texas Nationalism. Miller, a sixth generation Texan, was born and raised in Northeast Texas and currently resides in Southeast Texas with his wife, Cara. Both avid Texas Music fans, Daniel and Cara operate Radio Free Texas, one of the first online outlets for independent music created in Texas. Daniel has a new book out, Texit: Why and How Texas Will Leave The Union, which we'll be talking about! Texit is the first thoroughly researched nonfiction book to delve into the motivations, the process, and the practicality of a modern-day Texas 'peaceful' exit from the United States. Channeling his 20 years of experience on the issue, Miller takes the reader through the historical and cultural foundations of "Texit," its impact on mainstream politics, and plainly lays out the grievances expressed by many Texans that drive their support for an independent Texas. Texit also addresses the most common objections with the facts and sheds light on what a future Republic of Texas could look like. Don't miss this conversation about the future of the great state of Texas! #DontMessWithTexas ************************** My guests in the second half hour will be Larry Lopata. Larry Lopata is the CEO of GunDynamics.com. Gun Dynamics was formed out of the need to launch a revolutionary 1911 trigger and evolved into a calling against the hypocrisy that some in this great Nation of ours have towards the gun industry. The intent was to create a place where gun related entrepreneurs can freely launch their projects and gun enthusiasts can back and buy the latest technologies from companies large and small. As noted at their site GunDynamics.com: We live in such a magical time where a good idea developed in someone's garage can be the next big thing. The fact that gun focused products can't compete on mainstream crowdfunding sites as other products is a travesty, but at the same time an opportunity. So as opposed to complaining, we here at GD got to doing. Over the next year we will be rolling out a variety of gun related content that we hope you will find enjoyable. Larry Lopata is an entrepreneurial visionary that has been on the cutting edge of innovative technology for over 20 years. Lopata first started in the firearm industry 5 years ago and has numerous projects currently under development. One of first projects that Mr. Lopata worked on was the ST1911 adjustable trigger for the legendary 1911 handgun. From there he founded Gun Dynamics, a crowdfunding platform which will serve as the catalyst for new gun related technologies for the firearms community. This will be a fun conversation, right in my bailiwick as a shooter with Robar Guns as one of my show sponsors! Listen in as Timothy and I discuss Iran, Syria, North and South Korea (aka Rocket Man), the White House Correspondents' Dinner and more! ********************** My guests in the second half hour will be David and Jill Stowell. Beginning with a single struggling student in 1984, former school teachers David and Jill Stowell began a work which now has them running two companies: a learning center that transforms the lives of bright but struggling students, and a training company that licenses their proprietary systems to business owners who want to make a big impact on their local communities. Jill developed the clinical systems that dramatically improve or completely correct learning and attention challenges, including Dyslexia. David is the “business guy” who helps licensees build a profitable, heart-centered business using their proven procedures. Together they're out to change the lives of students and their families across the country. David holds a B.A. from Pepperdine University while Jill holds a B.S from Pepperdine and an M.S. from Cal State Fullerton. They live in Chino CA. They own two learning centers that together employ 35 employees and deliver 400 – 500 client hours of service each and every week. They also support a national network of a dozen centers they've trained. They're looking for more people who want to join this work. They're recent bestselling book, The Dyslexia, Learning, and Attention Challenges Solution outlines the huge problem our schools and society are facing, who's responsible, and what can be done to correct these issues that affect 15,000,000 current K-12 students. My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be Kate Anderson. Kate Anderson serves as legal counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, where she is a key member of the Center for Conscience Initiatives. Since joining ADF in 2015, Anderson has focused on protecting the conscience rights of individuals being unjustly compelled to forfeit their beliefs under threat of government retaliation, heavy fines, or other punishment. In Country Mill Farms v. City of East Lansing, she has defended the constitutionally protected right of a farmer to express his beliefs without fear of losing his license to serve customers at the city's farmer's market. In 303 Creative v. Elenis and Amy Lynn Photography Studio v. City of Madison, Anderson has counseled creative professionals in pre-enforcement challenges to laws that would force them to promote messages contradicting their core beliefs. Her litigation practice has also included Privacy Matters v. United States Department of Education, one of several ADF challenges to the Obama-era federal mandate that denied students, parents, and community members the fundamental right to bodily privacy. Prior to joining ADF, Anderson was an associate attorney with Ellis, Li & McKinstry, PLLC, in Seattle, where she litigated both civil and criminal cases. She served on the trial team in Stormans v. Wiesman, a pivotal case in defense of freedom of conscience for pharmacists in the state of Washington. She also advised churches, religious organizations, and private schools on employment, church discipline, statutory and regulatory compliance, and other issues. Anderson obtained her law degree magna cum laude in 2009 from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she served on the Gonzaga Law Review. She also completed the ADF leadership development program to become a Blackstone Fellow. Anderson is admitted to the state bars of Arizona and Washington, the U.S. Supreme Court, and several federal district and appellate courts. Kate and I will be talking about two young artists Joanna Duka and Breanna Koski are fighting for their rights in the Arizona Court of Appeals. The current ordinance forces the artists to create content for same-sex weddings, which is against their religion. The longer they stand by their religion, the longer they extend their time behind bars. Their hearing today will determine whether the women can go back to their business or towards a jail cell. Read about the case, "What Happens in a State Court Doesn't Stay in a State Court. Filing a lawsuit was not on Breanna Koski and Joanna Duka's checklist when they began making preparations to open their own custom art studio, Brush & Nib. But facing jail time for running that business according to their faith was not really something they anticipated, either. You know when I have an ADF lawyer "in the house" we'll be talking precedent-setting law that should be important to all conservatives and Christians! ********************** My guest in the sceond half hour will be Joy Overbeck. Joy and I will be covering her recent column, "Are Teachers More Dangerous Than Mass Murderers?" as well as other current news topics. My guest in the first 1/2 hour tonight on The Tami Jackson Show* is Phil Kerpen. Phil Kerpen is president of American Commitment, a nationally syndicated columnist, chairman of the Internet Freedom Coalition, and author of Democracy Denied. Prior to joining American Commitment, Kerpen served as vice president for policy at Americans for Prosperity. He has also worked as an analyst and researcher for the Free Enterprise Fund, the Club for Growth, and the Cato Institute. A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., Kerpen resides in Washington, D.C., with his wife Joanna and their three children. Phil joins me tonight to talk about his recent article, "FDA Tobacco Policy Faces Key Test." Kerpen writes: Shortly after Scott Gottlieb took over as the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, he announced a paradigmatic shift in the agency's approach to regulating tobacco products centered on harm reduction – the idea that smokers who can't quit outright can get nicotine from products other than cigarettes and dramatically improve their health outcomes as a result. The first test of the extent to which things have really changed at the FDA comes with the application of a product called IQOS from Philip Morris, an electronic device that heats tobacco enough to release nicotine – but without combustion and all of the health harms associated with the products of combustion. Listen as Phil and I discuss the future of tobacco and the surprising hostility to these moves away from nicotine addiction. Most of my listeners know if Phil Kerpen's "in the house," they'll be hearing substantial facts and good, sound argument on a topic that most likely won't be covered in Mainstream Media. ***************** In the second 1/2 hour I'll be flying solo, talking (ranting) about a couple hot current topics! What in the world is happening with media and social media censorship of conservatives? How is it affecting the information you actually read and hear daily? The latest MRC in depth report, "CENSORED! How Online Media Companies Are Suppressing Conservative Speech is stunning," but no surprise to those of us who work daily fighting the good fight in the digital media world. The report begins: Like it or not, social media is the communication form of the future — not just in the U.S., but worldwide. Just Facebook and Twitter combined reach 1.8 billion people. More than two-thirds of all Americans (68 percent) use Facebook. YouTube is pushing out TV as the most popular place to watch video. Google is the No. 1 search engine in both the U.S. and the world. War is being declared on the conservative movement in this space and conservatives are losing — badly. If the right is silenced, billions of people will be cut off from conservative ideas and conservative media. Click here to order the (free) full report from MRC. And I will also be talking about my latest investigative article, "Planned Parenthood: Killing the Preborn and Perverting the Already Born." The material is abhorrent, but vital for parents and grandparents everywhere. Planned Parenthood and other anti-conservative, anti-Christian groups are angling to propagandize America's children with radical and perverse sex ed. This is definitely adult information, but it's dire and you'll want to know what's going on in education. My first guest tonight on The Tami Jackson Show* is Cole Sherman. Cole Sherman is finishing high school in America's “Heartland”. He was only two months old when the Twin Towers fell. Cole has found himself at odds with his generation of “Tide Pod” champions but is driven to prove that conservative views are alive and well in America's youth. Cole enjoys rock climbing, outdoor activities, maintains a 4.0, and plays five instruments. Cole and I will discuss the "March for Our Lives" and David Hogg in light of Cole's terrific article, "11th Grade Patriot Decries the Tide-Pod Eating Gun Control Lies." Cole writes: Most think my generation are a bunch of entitled losers. The image is that we play video games all day and eat Tide Pods for fun. I would start by saying that I am not a Tide-pod eating, emotionally-driven child like the gray-haired generations before me would like to think, and I'm not alone. Just because the media is showing many students happy to “Walkout” don't for a second think it represents all of us. Unlike what some may think, I'm not going to “walkout” like liberals would want. I am completely fed up with the Democrat Party and those in favor of stripping guns away from Americans by using the latest tragedy. It's becoming painfully obvious that the left is using the students of this country to push their own political agenda. . . . Social media is suddenly full of signs, posters, hashtags, and rallies being drawn and formed saying things like “F*ck the NRA” or “Gun Control Protests won't go away this time”. Sure, that is all fine and good. In America, everyone is allowed to express their free human rights guaranteed by the First Amendment, no matter who disagrees with it. Something is different with this latest round of anti-gun rhetoric. This “walkout movement” is different from all the other instances because this time the power players behind it have used students my age as the face of change. We are suddenly useful to the old people of America. Many of those my age have no idea they are being played as fools. They are literally tools for a movement they know almost nothing about. You'll want to read the entire article and listen as Cole inspires and gives hope as a stellar representative of a young generation -- they're not all listening to the Socialist Left! Some young folks are actually listening to their patriot parents and reading the Constitution! And shooting guns in the way our Founders intended! ********************** My second guest tonight will be Timothy Shea. Graham is a rising star, as a prominent young conservative and 11 year Army veteran with two combat deployments who is speaking out on issues that are important to him namely, protecting the Second Amendment, conservative voices being censored on social media, and securing our religious freedoms. In addition to being featured on Fox & Friends discussing NFL protests, Graham has gained a huge social media following as “The Daily Rants Guys” where he discusses pop culture and news of the day. His YouTube channel has hit over 32,000 subscribers and his Twitter has surpassed 10,000 followers. At the end of the month, Graham is taking his unique brand of conservative commentary to join the ranks of Mark Levin, Dan Bongino, Michelle Malkin, and others at CRTV to further his message that conservatives need a greater voice in our national dialogue. His new show "Rant Nation," debuting March 27 on CRTV, aims to be the voice for conservatives who can't make their voices heard because of their jobs, communities, or because they feel like their values are no longer accepted in an increasing politically correct America. This show will strive to advance conservative values across the generational divide, offering a unique brand to the next generation of conservative leaders while appealing to our nation's conservative heroes who have safeguarded our nation. After 11 years of fighting for American citizens' freedom to speak their mind, he's going to use that freedom himself. My first guest tonight on The Tami Jackson Show* is Perry Marshall. Perry Marshall is an author, speaker, engineer and world-renowned business consultant in Chicago. With a decade of research, he brings a fresh perspective to the 150-year old evolution debate. Bill Gates of Microsoft and the founders of Google revolutionized software and the Internet through their status as outsiders. Similarly, Perry's book Evolution 2.0: Breaking the Deadlock Between Darwin and Design harnesses a communication engineer's outsider's perspective to reveal a century of unrecognized research and discoveries. Perry writes: What I discovered was the untold science story of the century – the miracle of evolution. I discovered organisms cut, splice and re-arrange their DNA, performing astonishing engineering feats in real time… feats that put even the world's smartest software coders to shame. I came to this conclusion: Darwinists underestimate nature. Creationists underestimate God. Nature is astonishingly more sophisticated than either side was telling us. And both sides were omitting the most tantalizing parts of the story. Darwinists were deliberately “dumbing down” the science to make living things look random, purposeless and accidental. Nothing could be further from the truth. Perry's books include 80/20 Sales & Marketing, Ultimate Guide to Google AdWords, and Industrial Ethernet. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering. He's consulted in over 300 industries, from computer hardware and software to biotech and health care. Listen on as Perry and I (an affirmed creationist!) discuss his take on the evolution v. creation (and intelligent design) debate! ********************** In the second 1/2 hour I will be joined by Ron Davis Sr. Ronald Davis is a former professional football player who left that game in his prime to impact the youth! The oldest of six children, Davis' mother raised them through entrepreneurship and hard work. The lack of mentorship and a male influence led him to live a dual life as a top athletic prospect and a lost young man full of trials and tribulations. Although having early encounters with the law, racism and student-athlete success, Ronald was able to overcome many obstacles to earn a full-ride to Alabama State University. Sports was Ron's lifeline. Davis was undrafted in 2011, but endured tenaciously until becoming a pro athlete in the spring of 2013. He then took the time away prior to his pro career to develop a health and wellness training company, as well as a youth organization dedicated to young athletes in Fairfax, VA. Battling the professional industry within the NFL, CFL, and Arena level, Ronald was able to make it as a practice squad level player in both the NFL and CFL. His arena career was nothing short of impressive totaling 54 touchdowns in only a total of 26 games and awarded him an Arena Championship in 2016. Following the season, at age 28, Davis left the sports world to devote his full time attention and efforts to his youth program (Optimum Prep, USA), continued philanthropy, and his 3 young babies. His latest endeavor -- the #MakeAnImpact Tour -- will bring pro athletes from various sports, civil leaders from our government and armed services, corporate groups and volunteers from various backgrounds, to aid in the development of student-athletes 7-17 yrs of age across the country. DIG (Davis Integration Group) was founded in Fairfax, VA in 2012. Working with youth, health, and wellness, as well as the sports and entertainment Industry, has allowed the group to touch lives and communities all across the US. DIG has worked within 17 states and put in over 25,000 + hours of community service, impacting roughly 1,000 kids per year. Over his 20 years in Naval Special Warfare he transitioned from: an enlisted SEAL sniper specializing in communications and intelligence to a junior officer leading assault and sniper teams in Iraq and Afghanistan to a platoon commander practicing counterinsurgency in the southern Philippines to commanding a Special Operations Task Unit in the most Iranian influenced section of southern Iraq throughout the tumultuous drawdown of U.S. Forces. Jack retired from active duty in 2016. Check out his FULL (and impressive) bio: Listen as Jack and I talk about his tremendous first novel which debuts next Tuesday, The Terminal List. Brad Thor writes of Carr's freshman outing in the author world: "Absolutely awesome! So powerful, so pulse-pounding, so well-written – rarely do you read a debut novel this damn good." Chuck Norris writes of The Terminal List: "An extremely unique thriller! Absolutely intense!” As a huge fan of the late Vince Flynn, I'm here to tell you, you will love The Terminal List! Jack Carr and I will talk about being a Navy SEAL, and how that obviously plays into the story. As described at Amazon: A Navy SEAL has nothing left to live for and everything to kill for after he discovers that the American government is behind the deaths of his team in this ripped-from-the-headlines political thriller. On his last combat deployment, Lieutenant Commander James Reece's entire team was killed in a catastrophic ambush that also claimed the lives of the aircrew sent in to rescue them. But when those dearest to him are murdered on the day of his homecoming, Reece discovers that this was not an act of war by a foreign enemy but a conspiracy that runs to the highest levels of government. If you're a fan of the special ops thriller genre, this will be in your strike zone! Don't miss one minute of the interview with a name you'll hear a lot in the future, Jack Carr. *************** In the second 1/2 hour my guest will be Mark Weinberg. Mark Weinberg is a former speechwriter and advisor to President Ronald Reagan. He served on the 1980 Reagan campaign traveling staff, all eight years in the Reagan White House, and two years thereafter as Reagan's spokesman in his post-presidency office in Los Angeles. Mark is an experienced executive communications consultant who has held senior management positions at Fortune 500 corporations and the federal government. Weinberg currently runs his own communications consultancy, Weinberg Communications. Weinberg lives in New Jersey with his wife and their two children. Mark and I will be talking about his terrific book, Movie Nights with the Reagans: A Memoir, which debuts TODAY! As written on the Amazon book page: Former special advisor and press secretary to President Ronald Reagan shares an intimate, behind-the-scenes look inside the Reagan presidency—told through the movies they watched together every week at Camp David. Over the course of eight years, Mark Weinberg travelled to Camp David each weekend with Ronald and Nancy Reagan. He was one of a few select members invited into the Aspen Lodge, where the First Family screened both contemporary and classic movies on Friday and Saturday nights. Movie Nights with the Reagans is a nostalgic journey through the 1980s and its most iconic films, seen through the eyes of one of Hollywood's former stars: one who was simultaneously transforming the Republican Party, the American economy, and the course of the Cold War. Listen as Mark recounts his time spent with one of America's most beloved presidents and his adoring wife. Weinberg paints a warm picture of the Reagan's as only a trusted advisor could. Not only is this a wonderful memoir, it's also the perfect book as we enter Oscars week! He has served as a Town Meeting Member, Town GOP Committee Member, and state convention delegate in Massachusetts. The former host of Radio RedNationRising, he is a political commentator and essayist. Timothy and I will be talking about what in the world is going on with "the memo." How big is this scandal and why are the left telling us "nothing to see here, move along"? Is Hillary paying for a warrant to dig up dirt on Trump and his campaign a big deal? Watergate big? We will also discuss this article by friend, Kurt Schlichter, "Who needs Principles? Lynch Mobs Are Cool If They Derail Donald Trump!" Schlichter writes: Pardon me if I'm spoiling the lynch party, but I'm old school conservative. I think if you want to punish someone you need to prove your charges in a forum where the accused gets to tell his side of the story. Sorry if that gets in the way of your short-term partisan advantage, but I'm committed to blind justice no matter how uncool and inconvenient you think it is. Except this has nothing to do with justice. This manufactured outrage over Porter is a perversion of the right of due process into one where “credible accusations” – they are always credible if they help the liberal or Fredocon agendas – are enough to trash third party political opponents who refuse to play along. This whole uproar is designed not to deal with Porter, who none of us heard of before the media needed to change the subject last week, but to try to stop Trump's momentum. This will, of course be a fun show as Timothy and I rehash what has been one of the most interesting years in my lifetime. I will also save a little time at the end for a rant of my own concerning immigration! Over those 20 years, John has given thousands of hours to various volunteer groups in his community. John was elected to two terms on the Mira Mesa Community Planning Group, serving as Secretary for five years and Chairman for three. John has a proven track record of practical solutions and successful community advocacy at all levels of government. His unique background gives John an unmatched grasp of how local problems span multiple levels of government. Practical solutions require leadership which is willing to work across both the political aisle as well as across various levels of government. Hannah Strege is the world's first Snowflake Baby! As written at the Whittier Daily News: In many ways, Hannah Strege is the typical teenager on the verge of adulthood. The 19-year-old is a college freshman who likes to listen to music, go shopping with her mom and out to the movies — preferably romantic comedies — with friends at the spur of the moment. But her entry into this world was anything but typical. Twenty years ago, she was the first frozen embryo to be adopted. Hannah's parents, John and Marlene Strege, had been through a long process of trying to have a child. They discussed treatment options with their physician. Since the advent of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) fertility clinics have been assisting patients to achieve pregnancy through a treatment known as in vitro fertilization (IVF). Often, more embryos are created for the IVF treatment than are eventually used by the patient, thus creating a surplus of cryo-preserved embryos. Marlene asked her clinic if they had available embryos in frozen storage. Hannah with Dr. James Dobson Marlene and John had already determined that they were not comfortable with creating more embryos through IVF, especially if it meant using donated human eggs. But this idea of using embryos that were waiting in frozen storage was intriguing. Marlene decided to seek out advice from a life-long friend and experienced adoption attorney, Ron Stoddart and from several spiritual advisors, including Dr. James Dobson, to determine if using donated human embryos should be considered at all. Simply being assigned anonymously donated embryos from a fertility clinic was not the procedure John and Marlene wanted to follow. They worked with Mr. Stoddart to develop the first embryo adoption program in the world, now known as the Snowflakes® Embryo Adoption Program. The Streges and Stoddart decided to name the program Snowflakes because like a delicate snowflake each embryo is frozen, unique and a gift from God. The program was officially established in 1997 as a division of Nightlight® Christian Adoptions. Hannah was born in December 31, 1998, and this year is a freshman at BIOLA University. He also an author, philanthropist and especially, a believer in the sovereignty of America, of Oregon, and of the individual. In Carpenter's words at the Sam Carpenter for Oregon site: As a resident of Oregon for over 40 years, I've watched mind-boggling change in every aspect of my Central Oregon region and throughout the rest of our beautiful state. Here's why I'm running for governor: it's my view that the people of Oregon should not be asked to endure continued progressive far-left leadership…and due to some unique personal attributes and life-experience, I find myself highly qualified, not just to be governor but to actually DO what is necessary to reverse the downward economic and social trajectory of this great state. She and her husband Patrick, who is a medical doctor, author, and movie producer, have been pro-life ministry leaders for many years and home educate their 10 beautiful children. The growing threat to America's children and the vicious attack on religious liberty is what dynamited Elizabeth out of her comfort zone to inspire a nation of belittled conservatives and Christians to “come out of their closets” and boldly take their country back. Elizabeth daily triggers the left by confronting the lies of abortion, feminism, Islam, and the homosexual agenda with wit and snark like only she can, and she regularly posts viral commentary videos (find them at the Activist Mommy site) which have netted over 70 million views. Elizabeth has been featured on many major media outlets, such as Fox & Friends, The New York Times, The Blaze and Christian Broadcasting Network, as she has become a thought leader on topics of importance to families. The pulse behind all her activism and cultural commentary is her love for her family and her Savior, Jesus Christ. Play Episode Listen Later Jan 17, 2018 61:17

Another Tuesday night and I have two heavy hitters on the Tami Jackson Show*! In the first 1/2 hour I will be speaking with frequent guest, Rich Botkin. Rich, a retired Marine officer, served four years active, eleven in the reserves. Botkin is the author of Ride the Thunder: A Vietnam War Story of Honor and Triumph, a magnificent work of military history centered on the Easter offensive and the American and Vietnamese Marines. The tome highlights many brave men, including: Col G.H. “Gerry” Turley, Col John Ripley (“Skipper”), and Maj Le Ba Binh, who fought in a war demonized and undermined by the Mainstream Media and The Left. Ride the Thunder tells the story of American Marines, Covan, and the TQLC, a story not well-known by so many Americans, and made the USMC Commandant's Reading List (required reading for Marines). The 603 page book offers a sweeping view of the conditions throughout Indo-China prior to the Vietnam war, including the war between the Viet Minh and French forces, the Geneva Agreements begun in May 1954, the apportionment of the north as the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (Communist), the south as the Republic of Vietnam (non-communist). When people such as Jane Fonda and Donald Sutherland spoke of Vietnam and the war, they never mentioned the bloody Communist purges between 1953 and 1956. Botkin's book recounts the history through the eyes of the American and South Vietnamese Marines and their wives, personalizing a much misunderstood conflict. Richard writes on page 17: No accurate details exist for the number of people disposed of during this period, nor was there a record of those eliminated during their attempts to leave or intimidated from moving to the south. As there was little in the way of press coverage, news of massive purges were only gathered by word of mouth when it reached the south and given scant attention in Western media. Ride the Thunder is the result of 5 years of writing and 4 trips to Vietnam, and was made into a motion picture in March of 2015. You can follow the movie progress at RideTheThunderMovie.com. Rich wrote an article in October 2017 titled, Will Ken Burns' Twisted Version of Vietnam War Endure? The article begins: “No event in American history is more misunderstood than the Vietnam War. It was misreported then, and it is misremembered now.” Richard Nixon's 1994 post-war observation remains as prescient as ever. With the release of the Ken Burns/Lynne Novick epic 10-part PBS documentary on the war last month, it is safe to say that the misreporting and misremembering have only been compounded and exacerbated. Sadly, the American taxpayers have funded the Burns/Novick series which only continues The Left's distorted narrative of the Vietnam War. Click the picture to go to the Amazon video page! Botkin writes in his article: If nothing else, the release of the Burns/Novick work has ignited a firestorm of passionate response from those men who honorably served. And it was their stories, including those of our South Vietnamese allies, that went largely untold in 18 long, tortuous hours. Ride the Thunder movie is NOW available on Amazon video: the HD digital movie is free to Amazon Prime members (or can be rented or purchased by those who are not Prime members). In addition, Ride the Thunder movie DVDs can be purchased at Amazon. Our hope is that perhaps a backlash will occur, that thousands will obtain copies of the Ride the Thunder movie, and that the light of truth will reveal the Burns series to be a terrible misrepresentation of the war and those who honorably served. ******************* In the second 1/2 hour I will be talking to Michael Farris. Michael P. Farris is President, CEO, and General Counsel of Alliance Defending Freedom. In January 2017, he became only the second person to occupy that position in the organization's 23-year history. He brings to the role a remarkably diverse background as an effective litigator, educator, public advocate, pastor, and communicator, and wide recognition for his successful work on both the national and international stage. Farris was founding president of both the Home School Legal Defense Association (1983) and Patrick Henry College (2000) and continues to serve as chairman of the board of HSLDA and chancellor emeritus of PHC. He graduated from Western Washington State College, magna cum laude, with a bachelor's degree in Political Science, followed by a Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University (with honors). At Gonzaga, he was articles editor of the Law Review and winner of the Linden Cup Moot Court Competition. He also earned an LL.M. in Public International Law (with honors) from the University of London. Farris has specialized in constitutional appellate litigation. In that capacity, he has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court, eight federal circuit courts of appeals, and in the appellate courts of 13 states. He is also the author of numerous amicus briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court. Farris also has substantial experience in international human rights advocacy. He served for nearly a decade on the board of Christian Solidarity International—a Swiss-based human rights organization. He served as International Vice President of CSI for a number of years and participated in missions to the former Soviet Union and Romania. He has also engaged in private diplomatic missions to China and the Czech Republic. Farris is nationally known as a pioneering leader of the modern homeschooling movement. His leadership of HSLDA has taken him to nearly every state and a growing number of other nations. As the founding president of Patrick Henry College, he helped launch a highly regarded Christian educational institution founded on a strong commitment to biblical truth and the classical liberal arts, the twin pillars of education for the founding generations of the United States. At PHC, Farris has taught constitutional law, public international law, and coached the Moot Court team to nine national championships between 2004 and 2016. Farris is the author of over 15 books, as well as law review and other scholarly articles, and countless pieces for the popular press. Michael and his wife, Vickie, have 10 children and 20 grandchildren. Listen in as Michael and I discuss the victory of the Trinity Lutheran Church v. Comer SCOTUS ruling: the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 7-2 in favor of ADF's client Trinity. Mike and I will talk about the repercussions of the ruling on, Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission, and about President Trump's proclamation recognizing Jan. 16 as Religious Freedom Day. Farris commented: Americans have always treasured their ability to freely live out their faith. The president's proclamation of Religious Freedom Day today comes at a time when that freedom has perhaps never been more threatened, so we join him in encouraging all Americans to consider the importance of religious freedom—and to celebrate it. As the president's proclamation says, ‘No American—whether a nun, nurse, baker, or business owner—should be forced to choose between the tenets of faith or adherence to the law.' That's precisely why we recently argued on behalf of cake artist Jack Phillips before the U.S. Supreme Court. Americans should be able to peacefully live and work according to their beliefs without fear of punishment by the government. In the first 1/2 hour of The Tami Jackson Show* I will be talking to Tim Constantine. Tim is a radio host and the spokesman for Rethink Ethanol, a coalition of environmentalists, small business, and industry that advocate to relax or repeal completely the Renewable Fuel Standard. Tim Constantine hit the airwaves at age 13. At the time, his deep voice didn't match his skinny frame and sneakers, but through the magic of radio, it really didn't matter. As a young man he worked in Rock and Top 40 Formats. Later, while serving in elected office, Constantine returned to broadcasting, this time in the Talk Format. Today Constantine broadcasts from Washington DC to listeners all across the United States. He combines his background in TV and Radio, his experience in public office, his controversial fall from grace and his hard-nose business approach with his understated sense of humor for one of the most entertaining radio programs anywhere. Tim and I will be talking about the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS): Congress created the renewable fuel standard (RFS) program to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and expand the nation's renewable fuels sector while reducing reliance on imported oil. This program was authorized under the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and expanded under the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007. Some important points we'll cover: Thanks to the swamp, Americans pay more and more for food each year. This is because of a government mandate called the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) written by and lobbied for by special interest groups. RFS mandates that 10% of gasoline be mixed with ethanol, a product of corn. As gasoline companies complied with the mandate, the price of corn skyrocketed affected livestock farmers who depend on corn to feed chickens, cows, and pigs. Farmers were forced to increase their prices dramatically, and American consumers are left to pick up the bill. Even environmentalists who originally advocated for the ethanol-gasoline mix are now advocating against the mandate, saying the the huge influx of corn productive is extremely harmful to the environment with excess nutrient running off from Midwest states to flow down the Mississippi river to the Gulf of Mexico, where dead zones affect commercial and recreational fishing and tourism - huge industries for Gulf States. This is a conversation that affects each one of us and our daily lives -- don't miss one word and be sure to check out the Rethink Ethanol website for constantly updated articles, research and legislation! *********************** My guest for the second 1/2 hour will be Gary Byrne Gary J. Byrne served in federal law enforcement for nearly thirty years, in the U.S. Air Force Security Police, the Uniformed Division of the Secret Service, and most recently as a Federal Air Marshal. While serving as a Secret Service Officer, Gary protected President Bill Clinton and the First Family in the White House. Gary has received letters of commendation and praise from Bill Clinton's Chief of State, the Secret Service, and the acting director of the Federal Air Marshal Service. Gary Byrne authored the Hachette Book Group bombshell, Crisis of Character: A White House Secret Service Officer Discloses His Firsthand Experience with Hillary, Bill, and How They Operate. Byrne has a brand new, revealing book out, Secrets of the Secret Service: The History and Uncertain Future of the U.S. Secret Service, that enumerates the failings within the Secret Service itself: lack of leadership, lack of financial budgeting and accountability, and most importantly, critical failures in protecting presidents and other protectees. Gary and I will talk a bit about his tenure in the Clinton White House, which gives Gary a unique viewpoint on the challenges facing Secret Service detail with President Trump. We'll also talk about any inside baseball on Hillary's opinion and treatment of the Secret Service. But most importantly, we will talk about his new book and what must be done to make the U.S. Secret Service great again! Don't miss a minute of my conversation with Gary Byrne! At its core, Nine Line is a give-back organization, forever striving to be their brother's keeper, and encouraging others to do the same. We support a multitude of initiatives beyond raising awareness, and financially back organizations that help those in need. From first responders to military charities to disaster relief initiatives, Nine Line is committed to ongoing support of charitable initiatives. No matter the circumstances, we've got your six. A day that will live in infamy is a day where, soon, we will have no more living Pearl Harbor survivors. On that day does our national memory erase the Pearl Harbor attack as well? Does that provide those who wish to eliminate our history with the ability to do precisely that? Time will tell. Tonight we spoke to Tami Jackson about her article "The 47 Bodies Left In the Wake of Hillary Clinton."

My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be Arthur Herman. Dr. Arthur Herman (Ph.D. Johns Hopkins, 1985) is the author of the New York Times bestseller How the Scots Invented the Modern World, which has sold a half million copies worldwide, and Gandhi and Churchill, which was a 2009 finalist for the Pulitzer Prize. His six other books include To Rule the Waves: How the British Navy Shaped the Modern World, which was nominated for the UK's prestigious Mountbatten Maritime Prize; Freedom's Forge, named by the Economist as one of the Best Books of 2012; and Douglas MacArthur: American Warrior. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute in Washington, DC. Educated at the University of Minnesota and Johns Hopkins University in history and classics, Dr. Herman is a frequent contributor on defense, energy, and technology issues to Commentary magazine, the New York Post, National Review, and the Wall Street Journal. He was also the first non-British citizen to be named to the Scottish Arts Council from 2007 to 2009. Listen as Arthur Herman and I talk about his brand new book, 1917: Lenin, Wilson, and the Birth of the New World Disorder. Covered in 1917: President Woodrow Wilson's idea to create a world “safe for democracy” ultimately failed as the world's most powerful dictatorship rose from the ashes of World War I - the Soviet Union. While his idealism was well-intentioned it established the United States as the “world's policeman,” paving the way for later U.S. mishaps in Vietnam and Iraq. Simultaneous to Wilson's moves on the world stage, Vladimir Lenin executed both his plan to reshape the world in his Marxist image and all those who opposed it. In the name of “liberating humanity,” Lenin overthrew Russia's post-czar democratic revolution with his own murderous dictatorship. The world Wilson and Lenin created still affects our politics and the international order we see today. Without Wilson's League of Nations, we would not have the supranational United Nations we know today nor would we have Moscow and Beijing as the epicenters of power in the East. It is these men that have set the stage for the international adversaries that dominate foreign policy a century later. Nicholas Reynolds, author of Writer, Sailor, Soldier, Spy: Ernest Hemingway's Secret Adventures, 1935-1961, notes: Arthur Herman's parallel biography of Lenin and Wilson will make the reader stop and think — about the great man theory of history and the cataclysmic events of 1917. Analyzing their legacies, Herman issues a clarion call for us to cast a wary eye on ideologues who want to remake the world, in 2017 as in 1917. This will be fascinating as Arthur and I talk history and philosophy -- Wilson was a prominent Progressive (Socialist) and it's critical that Americans to understand the roots of Socialism, Marxism, and Progressivism, and the role they played in WWI. ********************** In the second 1/2 hour my guest will be Stephen Strang. Stephen E. Strang is an award-winning journalist and successful businessman who began his career as a newspaper reporter at the Orlando Sentinel before founding a Christian publishing house and media company. Strang has interviewed and written about nearly every Christian leader in the country over the past four decades. He is author of the book, God and Donald Trump. He joined other Christian leaders who campaigned for Trump's election. As written in the front cover: Donald Trump is an enigma, a brash self-promoter, casino owner, and a man of the world. Yet he is also a devoted husband and father who has surrounded himself with men and women of faith and has made religion a key component of his image. God and Donald Trump is a powerful first-person account of one of the most contentious elections in American history, with exclusive interviews and insightful commentary from the men and women who were there. Strang remarks: Most evangelical Christians did not support Donald Trump when he announced he was running for President in 2015. Why should they have? He had made a fortune in gambling. He was thrice married, and he was known to use some pretty salty language at times—hardly the model politician the religious right could enthusiastically support. As it turned out, however, most evangelicals did get behind him in the 2016 election, giving Trump 82 percent of the evangelical vote—reportedly the highest percentage ever. Since then his support from the Christian community has remained steady. Stephen Strang is CEO of Charisma Media and founder of Charisma magazine. Charisma Media also publishes Ministry Today, the Spanish magazine Vida Cristiana and Christian Retailing. Steve and I will discuss Donald Trump and HOW he won 82% of the evangelical vote and what role faith now plays in his administration. Following law school, he clerked for Judge Alice Batchelder on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Alt graduated with his B.A. in political science and philosophy magna cum laude from Azusa Pacific University where he won the Outstanding Senior Award in Political Science. Robert and I will discuss his informative article, It's Time For Public Sector Workers To Be Given A Voice And Choice. As written in the article: Every morning, hardworking men and women in every state drink their coffee and diligently go to work on our behalf—in our neighborhoods as public school teachers, home care workers, engineers, and in agencies protecting the environment. Unfortunately, while these civic-minded professionals go to work for us, the labor unions that they must join in order to teach our children or serve our communities do not always work for them. Once a public-sector union is certified, it remains the workers' representative—potentially forever. In Ohio, for example, the Columbus Education Association has represented Columbus public school teachers since 1968—back when the Beatles were still together and before many of today's teachers were even born. Heirloom unions inherited from the Nixon-era are depriving today's public workers and civil servants of any meaningful voice or choice in their workplace. Ninety-four percent of union workers have never had the chance to vote for or against their unions Read more at The Buckeye Institute's project site Worker Voting Rights. My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be Michael Franzese. Michael Franzese grew up as the son of the notorious Underboss of New York's violent and feared Colombo crime family. At his most affluent, he generated an estimated $5 to $8 million per week from legal and illegal businesses. It was a life filled with power, luxury…and deadly violence. In 1986, mafia boss, Michael Franzese was named one of the biggest money earners the mob had seen since Al Capone, by Vanity Fair. At the age of 35, Fortune Magazine listed him as number 18 on its list of the “Fifty Most Wealthy and Powerful Mafia Bosses”, just 5 behind John Gotti. Avoiding traditional mob domains, Michael masterminded brilliant scams on the edge of the legitimate business world. From auto dealerships and union kickbacks, to financial services and the sports and entertainment industries, to a multi-billion dollar gasoline tax scheme, he earned millions in cash every week at his peak. Not surprisingly, Michael quickly became the target of Manhattan's famed federal prosecutor, Rudy Giuliani. After promising Michael 100 years behind bars after indicting him on racketeering charges, Rudy only came up empty handed. Escaping four more indictments, it seemed Michael Franzese truly was invincible. While producing Knights of the City, a break dance movie filmed in Florida, Michael met a beautiful dancer from Anaheim, California, named Camille Garcia, whose innocent beauty and faith turned his world upside down. After falling in love and eventually marrying Cammy, Michael took the rap on racketeering charges. He pled guilty, accepted a 10-year prison sentence and vowed to do the unthinkable – walk away from the mob. Nobody of his rank had ever just walked away – and lived. Until now. Michael is currently starring in Kevin and Sam Sorbo's terrific new movie, Let There Be Light. -- he plays Pastor Vinny. Listen in as Michael recounts his past as a "made man" and his encounter with the amazing grace that set him free, his part in Let There Be Light and his ministry. ********************** My second guest tonight will be Patrick Van Horne. Patrick Van Horne, a former USMC Captain, is the founder and CEO of The CP Journal, a behavioral analysis training company. His firm provides training support to the U.S. military, federal and local law enforcement agencies and the private security industry. He served in the Marine Corps for seven years as an infantry officer, earning the rank of Captain following his two deployments to Iraq. In addition to serving as a platoon commander, company executive officer and company commander, Patrick served as the officer-in-charge of a training team in the Combat Hunter program. Following his service, he returned to the private sector, founded the company and co-authored Left of Bang. I am convinced that, not just Marines or operatives, but every American should read this book. With the recent church shooting in Texas, with the threat of Islamic terrorism now in country, Americans face danger, and not just down range. Left of Bang is the ultimate guide to situational awareness tactics. What does "Left of Bang" mean? You'll have to listen and find out! Freddie is the President/Owner of Robar Companies, Inc.® and instructor at Lt. Col. Jeff Cooper's Gunsite Academy. Freddie and I will talk about ROBAR Companies commemorative RC-50, which debuts on or about this Friday -- Veteran's Day! Some info you'll want to know: The RC-50 features a precision CNC-machined customized bolt-action system of operation and feeds from a 5-round detachable magazine inserted into the underside of the receiver in the usual way. The gun weighs a hefty-yet-manageable 25lbs and sports an overall length of 36 inches with a barrel measuring some 29 inches long (a 24-inch barrel is also available). Like others in its field the RC-50 is chambered to fire the massive and powerful .50 BMG which gives it good penetration against light armor and fortified structures. Such weapons are useful in disabling armored vehicles by targeting specific components in their design – sensors, track links, driver positions, etc…. Effective range of the RC-50 system reaches out to 2,000 meters and sighting is primarily through a 16X telescopic scope. The receiver is designed to accept a plethora of after-market scope types to suit mission and operator requirements. All you firearms aficionados out there, get a front row seat and pay attention -- this rifle is something special and will be a very, desirable addition to anyone's long gun collection. ************************ In the second 1/2 hour I will be talking to Raheel Raza. She has received many awards for her work on women's equality including the City of Toronto's Constance Hamilton award. Raheel is the voice of Clarion's short film "By The Numbers" and stars in "Honor Diaries." Raheel and I will talk about her article, ISIS Halloween Terror – Ordered Last Thanksgiving? As she writes at The Daily Caller: Once again evil has struck New York City. ISIS terrorist Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov used a rented truck to run down and kill 8 innocent people and injure at least a dozen more. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims and those injured. But we cannot say we did not see this coming. Last year, ISIS urged its followers in the West to use rented trucks to murder innocent people in New York, singling out the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade as an “an excellent target.” Less than a year later, a terrorist rented a truck and murdered people in the name of ISIS, mere steps from the World Trade Center. The terrorist shouted “Allahu Akbar,” announcing to all who would listen the reason for his cowardly terrorist attack. He did it in the name of Jihad. He did it in the name of ISIS. He did it in the name of my religion. He is a soldier in the ongoing “war on the West” declared by radical Islamists. But he is not a “lone wolf,” as many in the media have described him. There is no such thing as a “lone wolf.” He did not sit alone in the woods and then – one day, out of the blue – come up with the idea of renting a truck and running down innocent people while shouting “Allahu Akbar.” That was an instruction given by ISIS last year. You won't want to miss this interesting conversation with Raheel -- she knows what she's talking about when it comes to radical Islamic Terrorism and we would do well to listen intently! Another Tuesday night and you know that means great guests on the Tami Jackson Show*! In the first 1/2 hour I will be speaking with Rich Botkin. Ride the Thunder tells the story of American Marines, Covan, and the TQLC, a story not well-known by so many Americans. Ride the Thunder is the result of 5 years of writing and 4 trips to Vietnam, and was made into a motion picture in March of 2015. Rich and I will talk about his new article, Will Ken Burns' Twisted Version of Vietnam War Endure? The article begins: “No event in American history is more misunderstood than the Vietnam War. It was misreported then, and it is misremembered now.” Richard Nixon's 1994 post-war observation remains as prescient as ever. With the release of the Ken Burns/Lynne Novick epic 10-part PBS documentary on the war last month, it is safe to say that the misreporting and misremembering have only been compounded and exacerbated. Sadly, the American taxpayers have funded this new Burns/Novick series which only continues The Left's narrative of the Vietnam War. Listen as Rich and I debunk what Ken Burns and Lynne Novick assert. Botkin writes in his article: If nothing else, the release of the Burns/Novick work has ignited a firestorm of passionate response from those men who honorably served. And it was their stories, including those of our South Vietnamese allies, that went largely untold in 18 long, tortuous hours. Our hope is that perhaps a backlash will occur, that thousands will obtain copies of the Ride the Thunder movie, now available in DVD and Blu-Ray, and that the light of truth will reveal the Burns series to be a terrible misrepresentation of the war and those who honorably served. ******************* In the second 1/2 hour I will be talking to Doug Ibendahl. Doug Ibendahl is a Chicago attorney and former General Counsel of the Illinois Republican Party. In 2000, he was named Illinois Coordinator for Young Professionals for George W. Bush (YP4W), a national volunteer coalition of the Bush-Cheney 2000 campaign. Doug also served on the Bush-Cheney legal team in Florida during the 2000 Presidential recount. Before starting his own law and consulting practice, Doug was an attorney with one of the world's largest law firms, Mayer Brown LLP in Chicago. His practice concentrated in the firm's corporate, finance and government groups, and included Fortune 500 corporate clients, as well as governmental entities. Ibendahl is the Co-Founder of Republican Young Professionals (RYP), an all volunteer grassroots organization dedicated to introducing younger people to political and community involvement. Doug and I will be talking about President Donald Trump, his successes, his adversaries, and the controversy over Trump's condolence call to Myeshia Johnson, the widow of Sgt. My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be A.F. Branco, political cartoonist. Antonio F. Branco, founder/owner of the site Comically Incorrect, was born in 1956 in Fort Bragg, California, and raised in a small California logging town (in the Mendocino county) called Point Arena. He joined the US Army MP Corps in 1975 and was honorably discharged in 1978. Branco attended Woodland Hills college briefly before moving to the Northwest. His beginnings in cartooning came while working at a sawmill in Sedro-Woolley Washington. His ability to frame life in picture created a humorous environment, depicting his bosses and coworkers in exaggerated, but realistic scenarios. Signing “Guess who” kept the cartoons a mystery. Following the yearnings of entrepreneurship, he decided to take his creations to the next level in the formation of A.F. Branco Designs. His political passion would be displayed on t-shirts and hats. Other projects he was involved in were musical. His band Tony and the Tigers, played at gigs all over the Pacific Northwest. Flash Forward to today, A.F. Branco has taken his two greatest passions, (art and politics) and manifested them into the cartoons that have been seen all over the country, in various news outlets including “Fox News” and “The Washington Post.” He has been recognized by such personalities as James Woods, Sarah Palin, Larry Elder, Lars Larson, and even the great El Rushbo. Branco describes himself as “somewhere between the Far Side and the right side of every issue.” He sits at his desk daily crafting comically and politically-incorrect cartoons that say with humorous satire what conservatives really think, but lack the opportunity to say to a broad audience. After years of listening to the squeaky wheel of the left advancing the cause of radicalism, Branco decided to use the power of his bully palette to advance the conservative movement. Conservatives worldwide can be glad he did. According to Branco, “The art and humor of political cartoons has since the dawn of the Republic been a way to sway those who might not otherwise be persuaded.” Listen in as Antonio "Tony" Branco and I discuss how he fell into cartooning, and timely topics and how they inspire him. ******************************** My second guest tonight will be my friend, pundit Jeff Dunetz. The conservative voice from the People's Republic of New York, Jeff Dunetz is a bit of a fish out of water: a New Yorker, a Jew, and a conservative. Jeff often mixes a dash of shpiel political theory, religion, and New York attitude in his political news and commentary which can be found at at his own sites, Lid Blog  and Lid's Vids , at MRCTV.org, and at his weekly political column in The Jewish Star. Phil and I will be chatting about American Commitment's new petition telling President Trump to end the illegal Congressional Obamacare exemption to give Congress a powerful incentive to get its act together and move a repeal bill forward that can command majority support so Americans can finally be free of Obamacare. The Obamacare law included—at the demand of the American people—a provision dropping the previous coverage members of Congress and their staff had and requiring them to sign up for Obamacare and pay their own premiums….Barack Obama gutted that provision and allowed Congress to enjoy an illegal exemption from Obamacare….This is unacceptable. We cannot allow Americans to continue facing skyrocketing premiums, dwindling health care options, and punitive taxes while members of Congress are exempt…. Congress should live under the law they wrote until they repeal it for everyone….Tell President Trump to End Congress's Illegal Obamacare Exemption! Listen in as Phil and I discuss Congress's Illegal Obamacare Exemption, and your article, "Trump Should End Congress's Illegal Obamacare Exemption" ************************ In the second half hour I will be joined by Dr. Michael Brown. Michael is the host of the nationally syndicated talk radio show The Line of Fire. My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be Laura Carno. Laura Carno is a Colorado citizen who understands that politicians are not kings, endowed with some birthright to parcel out our freedoms in tiny doses as they see fit. Carno knows it's not the job of hired civil servants to tell us what size soda to drink, which light bulbs to buy, or what kind of insurance our family needs. Laura believes instead that we're all adults who don't need to be told how to live, who need to stand our ground when government gets the relationship with its citizens upside down. When elected officials forget whose money they are spending and whose rights they are eroding, when they forget who's the boss and who's the public servant—then it's up to citizens to speak out and reset the balance. Laura is the author of the book, Government Ruins Nearly Everything: Reclaiming Social Issues from Uncivil Servants. In the book description: What government touches, it breaks. So why do we ask it to solve our most pressing and personal issues: abortion, schools, guns and marriage? Has its failures with VA hospitals, the war on drugs, farm subsidies, the IRS, NSA leaks, and the war on poverty given us any reason to trust them? Laura's also the subject of a terrific article that's right up my alley at The Daily Signal, "Meet the Colorado Woman Training Teachers to Use Guns to Stop School Violence." The article begins: This fall, some Colorado teachers will return to school armed with knowledge—and guns. Laura Carno, author of “Government Ruins Nearly Everything: Reclaiming Social Issues from Uncivil Servants,” is bringing advanced firearms training to school teachers. Listen in as Laura Carno and I have a conversation about the over-reach of big government and the vital importance of the Second Amendment! ************************ My second guest will be John Biver. A fixture on Capitol Hill for over 30 years, Farris has testified many times before both the House and Senate. He was an executive committee member of the Coalition for the Free Exercise of Religion that successfully lobbied Congress for the passage of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993, and served as co-chairman of the drafting committee that wrote the law. Listen in as Michael and I discuss his substantive work in advancing legal protections for the homeschool movement and talk about the momentous victory of the Trinity Lutheran Church v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission, the court complexion with Justice Gorsuch, and the possibility of one or two more SCOTUS appointments during President Trumps enure. ******************* In the second 1/2 hour I will be joined by Henry Olsen. Henry Olsen is an elections analyst and political essayist who studies conservative politics, both here and abroad. He looks at election returns and poll data to understand why people vote the way they do and how conservative politicians and thinkers can best advance their ideas in the climate they face. Olsen is a senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center. Prior to that, he was a vice president at the American Enterprise Institute, a vice president at the Manhattan Institute, and president of the Commonwealth Foundation. He has also been a lawyer at the firm currently known as Dechert, a clerk for the Honorable Judge Danny J. Boggs on the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, a staffer for the California Assembly Republican Caucus, and an associate at the political consulting firm of Hoffenblum-Mollrich. Olsen graduated with a B.A. in political science from Claremont McKenna College, and received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Olsen is the proud father of two children, a twelve-year old son who likes Vivaldi and a sixteen-year old daughter who likes Eminem. He passionately supports the New York Yankees and Tottenham Hotspur. Henry and I will have a conversation about his new book which is debuting TODAY, The Working Class Republican: Ronald Reagan and the Return of Blue-Collar Conservatism, and how how Trump can build Reagan's lasting, working-class coalition. Book highlights: Reagan developed a unique conservative philosophy that accepted rather than opposed the New Deal's basic promise: that government should help Americans earn comfort, dignity, and respect -- provided they work to the best of their ability. Contrary to conventional wisdom, Reagan was not a supply-sider on economics. In fact, he explicitly rejected the idea that conservatism belonged only to ideologues and activists. Throughout his career, Reagan held true to his belief in the importance of organized labor. Reagan, like Trump, believed strongly in the preservation of Social Security and other entitlement programs designed to protect society's most vulnerable. Lawrence Schonbrun, who is an attorney in the case, contends that it is a court of appeal opinion so full of errors, both factual and legal, as to make one wonder if our legal system is losing its commitment to the rule of law itself. If rulings like this can be issued by the second-highest court in California—a highly influential legal arena—then we could be witnessing a phenomenon that will soon sweep the nation. Don't miss this conversation -- the judiciary in America has been loaded with "Living Constitution" adherents and we're reaping the consequences. ********************** In the second 1/2 hour my guest will be Scott Jones. My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* will be Timothy Shea. Tim SheaTimothy Shea has been active in GOP politics deep behind enemy lines in the Northeast for over 40 years. He has served as a Town Meeting Member, Town GOP Committee Member, and state convention delegate in Massachusetts. The former host of Radio RedNationRising, he is a political commentator and essayist. Timothy and I will be talking about the National Popular Vote. There is a big push right now amongst disgruntled folks to ditch the Electoral College and pass a NPV bill. Why is that a bad thing? How would a popular vote affect the balance of power in America? Why didn't the Founders establish a national popular vote? Why a constitutional republic? Timothy Shea will break it all down for us and make it clear, such that all of us can defend constitutional faithfulness and our electoral process. Timothy is a favorite of mine and my top-shelf listeners, and, per usual, this will be fast-paced and too much fun to be legal! ******************** My second guest tonight will be Senator Mike Lee. Elected in 2010 as Utah's 16th Senator, Mike Lee has spent his career defending the basic liberties of Americans and Utahns as a tireless advocate for our founding constitutional principles. Senator Lee acquired a deep respect for the Constitution early on. His father, Rex Lee, who served as the Solicitor General under President Ronald Reagan, would often discuss varied aspects of judicial and constitutional doctrine around the kitchen table, from Due Process to the uses of Executive Plenary Power. He attended most of his father's arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court, giving him a unique, hands-on experience and understanding of government up close. Lee graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, graduated from BYU's Law School in 1997. He served as law clerk to Judge Dee Benson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and then with future Supreme Court Justice Judge Samuel A. Alito, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Lee spent several years as an attorney with the law firm Sidley & Austin specializing in appellate and Supreme Court litigation, and then served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Salt Lake City arguing cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Lee served the state of Utah as Governor Jon Huntsman's General Counsel and was later honored to reunite with Justice Alito, now on the Supreme Court, for a one-year clerkship. He returned to private practice in 2007. Today, Lee fights to preserve America's proud founding document in the United States Senate. He advocates efforts to support constitutionally limited government, fiscal responsibility, individual liberty, and economic prosperity. Lee is a member of the Judiciary Committee, and serves as Chairman of the Antitrust, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Subcommittee protecting business competition and personal freedom. Senator Lee has a new book out that is must reading for, well, every American, titled, Written Out of History: The Forgotten Founders Who Fought Big Government. Senator Mike Lee and I, in light of upcoming Father's Day, will discuss the impact his dad had on his life and worldview. We'll talk about the Gorsuch hearings and the acrimony present in those judicial hearings. And of course we'll discuss his terrific new book and a few of the people he highlights in the book -- such as Aaron Burr, Mercy Otis Warren, Iroquois Chief Canasatego -- and the contributions they made to the U.S Constitution and founding. My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be Steven L. Hays. Steven L. Hayes graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas and the University of San Francisco Law School. As a self-described “recovering” tax attorney he spent considerable time and resources investigating alternatives to the income tax. Based on his research, including interviewing tax practitioners, business owners, employees and economists, he determined the best solution was to eliminate the income tax and the IRS and replace them with a national retail sales tax collected by the states. In 1990, Mr. Hayes joined and became President of Citizens For An Alternative Tax System (CATS), a non-profit 501(c)(4) lobbying organization, which was the first organization dedicated to the idea of replacing the federal income tax with a national sales tax. He was also instrumental in forming the Florida FairTax® Educational Association, Inc., (FFETA) and currently serves on the FFETA board of directors. Hayes has appeared on hundreds of radio and television shows, had numerous articles published in newspapers and magazines, and regularly speaks to groups of citizens around the country about why we must eliminate the income tax and the IRS and replace them with a national retail sales tax. Steve is the Chairman and President at FairTax.org and we'll discuss all that is going on with Trump/Congress' pending tax reforms in the budget, tax reform/cut package of legislation and AHCA legislation. Will these reforms take hold or will the media/Democrat Party thwart any and all efforts in Congress and the Executive to push forward the President's legislative agenda with the current controversy regarding Russia? Gregg Keller is widely regarded as one of the preeminent public affairs professionals in the country. Before founding Atlas Strategy Group, Keller helped lead two national public policy organizations, directed a national coalitions program for a presidential campaign and managed a nationally-watched U.S. Senate campaign. Previously, Keller served as the National Executive Director of the Faith & Freedom Coalition (FFC). Founded by Ralph Reed, FFC is one of the country's largest social conservative public policy organizations, with more than 700,000 members and affiliates in 30 states. In 2010 FFC helped turnout the largest electoral participation by social conservative voters ever seen in a non-Presidential election. Under Keller's leadership, FFC executed 58.8 million voter contacts to social conservative households in 2010, educating and turning out their voters in 24 states and 111 races. A Missouri native, Gregg married his high school sweetheart, Lorie, his wife of 15 years. They have three children: Bobby, Eleanor and Elizabeth. Citizens Against Corporate Bailouts (CACB) is a coalition of New Yorkers who have united to fight back against Governor Cuomo's so-called 'Clean Energy Standard' mandate - a massive tax hike that went into effect on April 1st, 2017. This brand new tax increase of $7.6 billion will be hidden on our electric bills, making us pay more to keep the lights on. Even worse, it will be used to bailout upstate nuclear plants owned by Exelon, a big Chicago corporation, that is already making billions of dollars a year in profits. The profits are so large, that Exelon's CEO's salary was nearly $16 million last year. CACB believes it is wrong for our hard earned money to be sent back to Chicago to line the pockets of a CEO. Even Exelon shareholders believe their CEO is paid too much. New Yorkers already have some of the highest electricity bills in the country. And thanks to Governor Cuomo's hidden tax, your bill just got higher. Governor Cuomo is standing up for wealthy billionaires in Chicago. CACB is standing up for YOU. Gregg and I will discuss the CACB new campaign against Cuomo's nuclear bailout that will have national implications—becoming a model in other states across America. In Gregg's words: Governor Cuomo's $8 Billion energy tax hike to prop up failing upstate nuclear plants is the largest middle class tax increase in decades….New York Senate Republicans have done nothing to stop this disastrous tax and it's past time for them to stand up and fight it. CACB's significant television ad buy targeting New York City, Long Island, and Albany will ensure that citizens demand action from Senators Joseph Griffo, John Flanagan, Elaine Phillips, and Carl Marcellino on this crucial issue. ***************** My second guest tonight will be pundit, Timothy Shea. Phil and I will be chatting about “Net Neutrality” and why it should be ended. Phil Kerpen argues that Obama's Washington's takeover of the Internet—a disaster for free speech, commerce, and the future of the Internet as a sphere of innovation—should be reversed. For over a decade, professional liberal organizers and agitators—backed by a tidal wave of big liberal foundations and Silicon Valley corporate money—have told a bizarre scare story that without heavy-handed government regulation, Internet service providers (ISPs) will start blocking what websites you can go to and impeding free speech on the Internet. No such thing happened in the approximately two decades that ISPs were unregulated “information services” under the 1996 Telecom Act. Indeed the opposite occurred as robust competition between phone and cable companies—and later wireless companies—drove speeds dramatically higher and consumers benefited from an Internet that innovated beyond our wildest dreams. Listen in as Phil and I discuss the internet and free speech in the era of President Trump, and his article, "The Net Neutrality Noise Machine." ******************************* In the second 1/2 hour I will be joined by Kellie Fiedorek. Kellie Fiedorek serves as legal counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, where she is a member of the Alliance Advancement Team. Since joining ADF in 2012, Fiedorek has defended religious liberty, marriage, and the family against legal attacks. She has authored federal and state legislation, and advised members of Congress, governors, state attorneys general, state legislators, and policy organizations on how to preserve First Amendment freedoms. Fiedorek has testified before state legislatures across the country on the importance of safeguarding religious liberty, free speech, the sanctity of life, and the right to privacy. She has also litigated cases defending the constitutionally protected freedom of citizens to live and work according to their conscience. Her appellate advocacy practice has included authoring and coordinating amicus briefs for pivotal U.S. Supreme Court, federal court, and state court appellate cases. Fiedorek earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2009. Before graduating from law school, she completed the Alliance Defending Freedom leadership development program to become a Blackstone Fellow in 2008. She is a member of the state bar of Florida, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Supreme Court, and multiple federal appellate courts. Kellie and I will have a conversation about: Most Americans, including nearly 25% of those identifying as Democrat, favor common sense restrictions on Abortions. DNC Chairman Tom Perez's comments on Friday are out of step with most American's views on the sanctity of life. The evidence is indisputable that a pre-born child is a human being. To those who pretend there's still doubt: why do you err on the side of death? Every innocent life deserves to be protected. Pro-Choice is anti-woman. Abortion is not a one-time event; women have testified and research shows that it is an ongoing, painful struggle. Close ties between the DNC and the abortion industry should concern women. If you think the tobacco industry has glamorized dangerous behavior that leads to disease and death and is only concerned with profit, take a look at the abortion industry. Just as Americans don't want taxpayer money going to Big Tobacco, every American should be outraged that Big Abortion has received billions in public funds from politicians aligned with the DNC and its chairman. My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight be Captain Roger Hill. Captain Roger Hill is a West Point graduate, combat veteran and Bronze Star recipient who had dreamed of being a soldier since he was six years old. In 2007, Hill takes command of Dog Company, an 89-man unit of the famed 101st Airborne. The unit is full of rough-and-tumble men who are brilliant in combat but undisciplined at home. Through tough love, Hill and his First Sergeant, an old-school former drill instructor named Tommy Scott, turn the company into the top performers in the battalion. In 2008, Hill and Scott lead Dog Company into combat in Wardak, the most violent province in eastern Afghanistan. For six months, the unit faces off against the Taliban. They survive ambushes, rocket fire and IEDs almost daily, and the number of wounded cuts into Hill's unit by a third. Meanwhile, Hill himself battles his own battalion commander, a charismatic but archly political man who threatens to relieve Hill at every turn. After two Dog Company soldiers die in combat, Hill, Scott and a counterintelligence team learn the reason for the mounting casualties: A dozen Taliban spies posing as local national workers have infiltrated their base. After he captures the spies, Hill is abandoned by his higher command, setting off a ticking clock: he has just 96 hours to either release the spies and expose Dog Company to further casualties — or defy the Army's rules on prisoner treatment. In a true story that weaves the combat action of Band of Brothers with the military courtroom drama of A Few Good Men, Hill and Scott must ultimately choose: Sacrifice their careers or sacrifice their men. Capt. Hill and Lynn Vincent detail the true story in a new book, sure to be a best seller, Dog Company: A True Story of American Soldiers Abandoned by Their High Command. Listen as Capt. Hill and I discuss how current Rules of Engagement (ROE) are politically motivated and represent a grave danger to troops on the ground. This segment is guaranteed to make every patriot steaming mad! ******************* In the second 1/2 hour I will be joined by Christiana Holcomb. Christiana Holcomb, Esq., serves as legal counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom, where she is an invaluable member of the Center for Christian Ministries. Since joining ADF in 2012, Holcomb has worked to protect the freedom of churches, Christian schools, and Christian ministries to freely exercise their faith without government interference. She also advocates for these issues as an Alliance Defending Freedom Regional Legal Academy faculty member and as a conference speaker throughout the country. Holcomb earned her J.D. at Oak Brook College, graduating summa cum laude in 2010. She also completed the Alliance Defending Freedom leadership development program to become a Blackstone Fellow in 2010. She is admitted to the bar in California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Christiana will be Erik Stanley's Deputy on the “The Playground Case,” the biggest case left on the SCOTUS docket, which will be heard on Wednesday, April 19. Trinity Lutheran Church of Columbia, Inc. v. Pauley, dubbed “The Playground Case.” ABC called it “the most anticipated case in the April sitting.” Fox further described it as “arguably the biggest church-state case in recent memory.” Trinity Lutheran Church of Columbia, Inc. v. Pauley involves a Lutheran preschool in Columbia, Missouri that was denied state funds to improve its public playground due to a law prohibiting government aid to religious schools. This case needs to be watched particularly closely because it will be the barometer for years worth of rulings striking at the heart of America's culture and political war. In fact, on Monday, April 17, just two days before "The Playground Case," the Supreme Court "DISTRIBUTED for Conference" the extremely controversial Masterpiece Cakeshop v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission for possible hearing later this fall. Behind the case representing Trinity Lutheran (and Masterpiece Cakeshop) is Erik Stanley of Alliance Defending Freedom. This will be such a timely discussion: Eric Stanley, Christiana Holcomb, and the rest of the ADF legal team have been working tirelessly on this case, scheduled on the SCOTUS docket for tomorrow morning, Wednesday, April 19. And now that the High Court is at full complement with newly sworn in Associate Justice Neil Gorsuch, Americans will eagerly await the court's opinion. Follow Capt. Roger Hill on Twitter at @CPTRogerHill, Dog Company Book at @DogCompanyBook, Christiana Holcomb at @ChristianaADF, and me at @tamij AND tweet your questions/comments during the show using hashtag #tjrs. *Sponsored by Rentacomputer, your premier source for Server Rentals , by ROBAR® Guns, a True Custom firearms and firearms finishing shop located in Phoenix, AZ, and found online at RobarGuns.com, and by Dispatches, your site for the BEST conservative resources to fight and win the information war.

So, Clint AND Soko were both off on this show. That left Sack Head Shaun to do what he wanted! So, considering he isn't much of a planner, he replayed some of our older clips. He did pose a question of the night for callers and chat room listeners - "With the recent air space violations over Guam (the day of President Obama's State of the Union), California and Alaska (Not to mention a Russian Sub in the gulf of Mexico for 30 days), what is Russia trying to do? Is President Putin trying to cause a conflict? If so, why? We had some fun and interesting input. Tami Jackson of RightVoiceMedia.com and the405radio.com joined us for her insight and input. Also, Rooster from Conservative Outcry joined us, and along with Tami, provided his insight. Then, near the end, Caller Evan joined the show. Evan, a self proclaimed Socialist and Gun Lover (um.....huh?) made the most BIZARRE case we have heard. He was passioanate about it, to the point that Sack Head Shaun had to get LOUD(er)! Enjoy the show!
