In meinem Interview mit Silke Aichhorn tauchen wir in ihre Welt als Harfenistin ein und lernen dabei nicht nur das Instrument besser kennen, sondern hören auch wunderbare und überraschende Geschichten von und über ihr Leben und ihre Arbeit.Musik gehört schon früh zu ihrem Leben. Sie spielt Klavier und singt im Chor und ist generell schnell für etwas zu begeistern. Sie ist zehn Jahre alt, als sie zu ihrer Mutter sagt: „Ich will Harfe spielen." Es dauert zwei Jahre, bis sie endlich eine Harfe bekommt. In der Musikschule sagt ihre Lehrerin schon in der dritten Stunde zu ihr: „Du wirst Harfenistin."Doch Silke hat erst nicht genug Zeit zum Üben. Ihre Lehrerin fordert und fördert sie, so dass sie in die Schweiz geht und dort studiert. Sie muss dort ihre Handhaltung völlig neu lernen. Es dauert vier Jahre, bis sie so spielen kann, wie sie es wollte.Silke erzählt, wie sie sich und ihr Spielen entwickelt hat und sagt: „Ich möchte, dass eine Harfe singt." Sie beschreibt, wie ihr das gelingt und welche Möglichkeiten sie hat, einen Ton zu kreieren. Sie räumt mit den gängigen Bildern über Harfenistinnen auf und nimmt uns mit in ihre Welt, zu ihren Konzerten und zu ganz besonderen Orten.Zwischen Bühnenglamour und dem normalen LebenSie spielt über 100 Konzerte im Jahr, unterrichtet und betreut Mentees. Dazu engagiert sie sich als Hospiz-Botschafterin. Sie sagt, dass sie all das unter einen Hut bekommt, weil sie extrem schnell ist. Sie schiebt wenig weg und hinterfragt nicht viel, sondern macht einfach. Sie sagt, dass das von Anfang an da war, weil sie als älteste von sechs Kindern schon immer sehr selbstständig war. Silke hatte schon früh das Vertrauen, dass sie den richtigen Weg einschlägt. Ein Vertrauen, das ihre Eltern ihr in die Wiege gelegt haben.Wir sprechen darüber, wie wichtig ihr das „normale" Leben zu Hause ist, welche besonderen Erlebnisse sie bei ihren Konzerten hat und warum ihr jemand gesagt hat: „Du musst mehr Diva sein". 378: Aufstellungsarbeit wandelt sich gerade. Und ich sage dir, warum. Es gibt immer wieder neue Methoden, um tief, energetisch und aufräumend mit Menschen zu arbeiten. Und so gibt es auch Stimmen, die sagen, Aufstellungsarbeit sei inzwischen überholt. Ich sehe das anders: Die Aufstellungsarbeit erfindet sich gerade neu.

In diesem Gespräch werden zentrale Gleichnisse Jesu aus Matthäus 13 tiefgehend analysiert und aus prophetischer Sicht gedeutet. In der Zeit vor Weihnachten locken uns etliche Angebote der Einzelhändler und Onlineshops zum Kauf vieler schöner Dinge. Es ist ein gutes Gefühl, sich mal etwas vielleicht lang Ersehntes zu gönnen oder den Liebsten ihre Wünsche zu erfüllen. Sehr oft allerdings lässt man sich zum Kauf von Waren verleiten, die man überhaupt nicht braucht. Eine Shoppingtour oder ein temporärer Kaufrausch führt nicht gleich zur Kaufsucht, obgleich von der psychischen Störung Oniomanie (Kaufzwang) ca. sechs Prozent der Deutschen betroffen sind. Sie leiden unter dem Drang, ständig einkaufen zu müssen. Ihr impulsgesteuertes Kaufen ist nicht mehr rational kontrollierbar. Noch mehr verbreitet ist der sogenannte Konsumismus, bei dem Betroffene die Tendenz haben, sich mit Produkten zu identifizieren und ihr Selbstwertgefühl davon abhängig zu machen. Bevorzugt schmücken sie sich mit statushebenden Gegenständen und Markenprodukten, um sich mit gleichgesinnten Menschen zu umgeben, was ihrer Meinung nach ihr soziales Ansehen verbessert. Schlimm wird es, wenn sie sich überschulden, was zu Verarmung führen und negative Folgen auf das soziale Umfeld haben kann.Gott weiß um die Dinge, die wir zum Leben brauchen (siehe Tagesvers), doch er möchte uns noch viel mehr geben. Er will, dass wir unsere Sicherheit nicht an unserem Besitz festmachen, unser Glück nicht an Konsumgüter hängen und unsere Hoffnung nicht auf Reichtum setzen. Denn das alles bleibt ungewiss und unbeständig. Stattdessen sollen wir uns »Schätze im Himmel sammeln« (Matthäus 6,20), was bedeutet, dass wir uns auf die Dinge konzentrieren, die man nicht mit Geld kaufen kann: Hilfe für Bedürftige, der Beistand für Trauernde, das Gebet für die Kranken usw. Ramona Ding und Dagmar haben zusammen über tausend Shops gesehen: Etsy-Shops, eigene Onlineshops, Handmade-Labels in Kursen, Audits und Beratungen. Und sie beobachten seit Jahren dieselben Gründe, warum jemand von seinem Shop leben kann oder nicht. Nicht die Faulen bleiben stehen. Die Fleißigen, die das Falsche tun. In his speech he outlines the work he and his fellow workers at Cardarelli hospital (in Napoli/Naples) have done to show solidarity with the healthworkers under attack in Gaza. And he talks about how this work has helped to form a permanent collective within the hospital whose aims have become broader. On the one hand, they focus on the problems faced by their hospital and those who work and are treated there. But they also try to look further and to place those problems in the broaded social and political context. As Roberto puts it: "Our hospitals' problems are the consequence of political problems, so we're also discussing this and starting to try to find political solutions. “We mustn't leave every hospital to try to save itself, every department to save itself, and every worker to think about working only for himself. As unprecedented numbers of workers in the west become increasingly cynical towards the system, its politicians and its media mouthpieces, the ruling class is working overtime to misdirect our distrust and to encourage us to extend our cynicism towards ourselves. If we don't believe in them, we should also not believe in ourselves as a force capable of achieving anything. Garland and Joti discuss various strategies in use by the ruling financial oligarchy to keep our attention diverted and our energies midirected, including: 1. Presenting us with a 'new' / 'nicer' leader for the system every few years (when anger at the status quo is reaching boiling point, blame somebody in 'high office' and replace them, have him/her make a bunch of promises, rinse and repeat. 2. Making sure the leaders not only of mainstream parties but also of working-class organisations of resistance (trade unions, antiwar organisations etc) are always working to maintain the status quo. 3. Creating fake 'protest' organisations through which to channel activity and make sure it remains harmless to their rule (a plethora of astroturfed opposition movements makes clear the ruling class's desire to channel and manage our dissent). 4. Redoubling their efforts to pipe anticommunist prejudice into the minds of the workers – through mainstream politicians, through our own movement's tame leadership, through history books and through conspiracy/alternative media, both 'right' and 'left'. Essentially, we are being cajoled and pressured into remaining inactive, cynical and disunited. The one thing the ruling class fears is an active and organised working class. That is why it works so hard to ensure that we don't come together to create an effective and meaningful movement for revolutionary change. Bad actors, reactionary media commentators and politicians manipulating reports of sexual violence by racialising the information and associating it with the immigrant communities in Britain who are victims of imperialism in their own countries. By adopting such a framing, these bad actors and their ilk are attempting to divert attention from the real institutional and economic failures of our system onto migrants. This is just one of the many problems that are pinned on to migrants; others include: overstretched services, falling wages, deteriorating living standards, et cetera. This week I spoke with Garland Nixon about the growing militarisation of western economies and societies: what is driving it and how is it impacting our lives? We talked about the huge propaganda drive against Russia, the constant talk about war spending and conscription and the multitude of ways in which the talk of existential threats and increased war spending are being normalised. We also talked about the threat that is posed to British imperialism by the anti-genocide movement, which, at its core, is an anti-imperialist movement. The need to suppress such activities explains the efforts the state put into to rig the trial of the Filton Six (who took direct action against the Zionist/Imperialist war machine in Britain) as well as the draconian targeting of health workers who oppose genocide in Britain. It is in this context that Dr Ranjeet Brar and the Right to Protest organisation have launched a judicial review to try to overturn NHS England's decision to adopt the IHRA 'definition of antisemitism' – a device which allows managers to discipline and even fire health workers who express support for Palestine and opposition to Israeli genocide.
