Send us Fan MailThis week, Christina sat down with international spiritual teacher Joanna Hunter. You are not going to want to miss this episode. Bring a notebook and a cup of tea, we are coming manifestation and what gets in your way of wholeness. As the channel for Skylar, bestselling author, and creator of the Million Dollar Experiment, she brings a precision to spiritual and energetic work that is rare  and everything she shared here lands straight in the body.We went deep on channelling, self-betrayal, the mechanics of manifestation, AI as a gateway for divine intelligence, and the one thing most people do that quietly shuts down everything they're trying to create. If her teachings are already familiar to you, this goes to new places. And if you're new here... buckle up.In this episode we explore:How Joanna was born with her spiritual gifts switched on; seeing spirit with the naked eye from early childhood, and what it cost her to shut it downThe moment at 23 that changed everything: walking into a spiritualist church and realising she was not alone in the worldWhat channelling actually looks, feels, and sounds like from the insideThe Unity Consciousness framework channelled from Skylar: Self, Soul, Service, and Source  and why the self is the non-negotiable first rungSelf-betrayal as the root disconnect from source energy  why saying yes when you mean no isn't just a boundary issue, it's a spiritual oneThe subtle but crucial difference between servitude and serviceThe "great exchange" a channelled model for co-creation using the shape of an infinity symbol to reframe giving, receiving, and desireWhat the void actually is, why the soul cannot experience it outside of human life, and why that makes being human a profound privilegeSkylar's teachings on AI  including the idea that we didn't invent it, we remembered it from the fieldThe Million Dollar Experiment: the world's largest metaphysical study with over 8,000 participants, where one in 268 hit a million-dollar goalThe three invisible gatekeepers to abundance: the combustible cynic, the blame-casting victim, and the assumption oracleWhy restricting the "how" blocks the universe from delivering what you wantThe radical permission work required to allow ease, joy, and flow to be your experience of successWhy howing blocks allowing  and how to stop negotiating yourself out of your own desiresThe 1% vs the 99%: what it means that source operates in the full spectrum while we can only perceive a fractionAbout Joanna HunterJoanna Hunter, an international Metaphysical Teacher, Best selling Author, Speaker, and Channel for the transcendent collective consciousness known as Skylar, is on a soulful mission. Most coaches hit this step and immediately think they need a website, a podcast, a blog, paid ads, and 10,000 Instagram followers. They don't. And chasing all of that before understanding who they actually need in the room is exactly why their group never fills. This is Step 3 in our 7-part series on scaling from one-to-one to one-to-many. If you haven't listened to Steps 1 and 2 on payoff and math, go back and start there first. This one won't land without that foundation. In this episode, Adam and Jess break down what "audience" actually means in the context of group coaching, why your follower count is probably lying to you, and how to use Pareto's Principle to get a real number you can actually work toward. What You'll LearnWhy the world doesn't care that you're a coach yet, and what to do about itHow Pareto's Principle (the 80-20 rule) translates to a concrete audience size you need to reach your group goalThe simple formula: multiply your desired group size by 5 to find how many real conversations you needWhy your Instagram followers, email list, and phone contacts are almost certainly not full of your ideal avatarThe difference between unknown, known, like, and trust audiences, and which ones actually matter hereWhy building a massive media empire won't get you to 500 warm avatars faster than showing up in the right roomsHow to audit what you already have and identify the gap between where you are and where you need to beWhy reconnecting with someone you haven't talked to in years is simpler than you thinkA preview of the next step: playing the contact sport in a way that actually fits who you areTimestamps00:01 Welcome to Step 3: Audience01:22 Why math and audience go hand in hand02:10 Pareto's Principle explained simply04:07 The group size formula: desired number x 505:15 Why you don't need a media empire to reach your number06:53 What "warm audience" actually means08:00 Why your follower count isn't your avatar count10:47 The four audience tiers: unknown, known, like, trust11:18 Being in proximity vs. cold outreach15:06 How to audit your existing warm audience16:15 The warm names list in the blueprint18:28 You have more avatars under your nose than you think21:21 Audience building is a contact sport22:12 Why how you play the contact sport matters as much as playing it24:15 Episode recap and call to actionQuotes From This Episode"The world does not care right now that you are a coach. WELCOME BACK TO ANOTHER EPISODE OF MAN VS MARRIAGE!Most men don't lose their way all at once. They drift.Pressure piles up. Expectations shift. Life demands attention. And if no one stops to decide who they're becoming, circumstances quietly make the decision for them.In this episode of Man vs Marriage, Quincy Moran confronts identity — not as a concept, but as a lived reality. This conversation isn't about motivation, hacks, or quick fixes. It's about deciding who you will be when everything is stripped away. Before habits change. Before effort increases. Before consistency matters.Identity must be chosen. This episode challenges men to slow down long enough to ask the question most avoid — and to answer it honestly:Who do you want to be… and is the man you are today becoming him?In this episode, you'll hear:Why most men drift instead of decideHow pressure reveals identityWhy “finding yourself” is the wrong goalThe difference between intentions and standardsWhy families experience who you are, not who you intend to beHow values must become the gatekeeper of emotionWhy identity creates stability in marriage and familyReflection questions:Who did I think I would be when I was younger? If nothing changes, who am I becoming?Where have I drifted instead of decided? What value must become non-negotiable?Who is shaping my identity — me or my circumstances? This episode isn't about becoming someone new. This is equal parts mindset, neuroscience, and deep personal truth—designed to help you step into 2026 with clarity, confidence, and excitement. In This Episode, You'll Learn:Why reflecting on your wins is a potent step before setting new goalsHow weekly “win tracking” helps you stop living in “not enough” energyThe quantum-inspired idea that your desires already exist as possibilities—and the real gap is programming, not potentialHow visualization trains your brain's Reticular Activating System (RAS) to notice opportunities aligned with your visionWhy “resistance” often isn't laziness—it's a lack of internal safetyThe difference between the happiness of pursuit vs. the pursuit of happinessHow to “insource” the feelings you think you'll get once you reach the goalThe surprising reason you may not have what you want yet: avoidance of unwanted emotionsWhat emotional mastery actually looks like: the ability to hold duality—desire and discomfort, joy and fearMentioned in This EpisodeAnnual Planning Retreat Replay + WorkbookYou can still access the full replay and workbook so you can take yourself through the planning process for 2026.

Dating in midlife isn't for the faint of heart. Maybe your marriage or a long-term relationship ended, you've healed, and now you're ready to date again—only to ride a rollercoaster of hope, disappointment, or those “fetal position on your bed” moments we don't always admit. But what if dating wasn't about forcing it or giving up—what if it was about trusting yourself, slowing down, and staying rooted in your worth? In this episode, I'm joined by Heidi Friedman—an accomplished attorney, writer, and debut author of Love Lessons. After surviving 104 dates (yes, you read that right), Heidi found her “do-over”—a healthy relationship built on mutual respect, care, and real connection. Her journey from single mom to thriving in love is both relatable and inspiring. We dive into the emotional reality of dating in midlife—what it takes to stay intentional, hold clear relationship expectations, why “don't settle” isn't just a slogan, and how to hold onto hope when you're a single mom dating. You'll learn:If the 104 dates were worth itWhy “don't settle” isn't just a catchphrase and how to embody itHow to approach dating as a path to growth, not just a goalThe mindset shift that kept Heidi open to loveWhat intentional dating looks like in practiceThe emotional toll dating can have and how to return to yourselfWhat emotional self-care looks like when dating feels discouragingHow self-work strengthens you for your future partnerIf you've ever wondered whether love is still possible for you, this conversation proves that it is—and that it can feel better, deeper, and more aligned than ever. Whether you're hopeful, healing, or exhausted by dating, this episode will remind you: you deserve love that feels like home. Cheers to finding love,LaurieClick here for a video on how to leave a review to receive a free somatic stabilization/grounding exercise. In this episode of All About Capital Campaigns, hosts Amy Eisenstein and Andrea Kihlstedt explain why a gift range chart is one of the most essential planning tools for any successful capital campaign. They break down what a gift range chart is, how to create one, and why it can guide your campaign from start to finish. You'll hear why setting the right top gift amount is critical, how your donor base size influences the chart's shape, and what percentage of your total goal should come from your largest gifts. Andrea and Amy share practical examples showing how different organizations—such as a large, well-known nonprofit versus a smaller, more specialized group—might structure their charts for the best results. The conversation covers:How to determine your campaign goal before building your chartWhy the top gift often needs to be 20–35% of your total goalThe relationship between donor base size and gift distributionCommon mistakes, like underestimating top gift size and overestimating small gift totalsHow to use a gift range chart calculator to test different scenariosWhy this tool is a guide, not a formula, and still requires your judgmentHow to identify potential lead donors based on past giving historyWhat to do if your donor base can't support your original goalThe role of feasibility studies in confirming gift potentialListeners will also learn why large gifts almost always come from people already connected to the organization—and why it's rare to receive a transformational gift from someone with no prior giving history. Amy and Andrea discuss how to set aspirational yet achievable targets, and how to adjust your campaign plan if early research shows that your original goal may be out of reach.By the end of the episode, you'll understand how a thoughtfully constructed gift range chart can help you anticipate challenges, guide donor cultivation, and keep your campaign on track from start to finish.Resources & Links Mentioned in This Episode:Capital Campaign Pro Gift Range Chart CalculatorFor more free capital campaign resources, visit https://capitalcampaignpro.com/campaign-resources.

In this episode, you'll also hear:How to tackle an overwhelming taskWhy you need a daily word count goalThe best way to make sure you reach your writing goalsOne simple action to take right now to help yourself focus on progress, not perfectionIs this you? You've been wanting to write a book for years; you have a great idea; you're passionate about the subject. But for some reason, you just can't seem to get started. Or maybe you have gotten started, but you can't seem to make any real progress. You just keep putting it off, telling yourself that you will start tomorrow, next week, or next month. But the day you're supposed to get started just never seems to come. If this describes you, you're in the right place. Because throughout this Do It Now series, you're learning practical strategies to help you get started and finish that book. One of those strategies is to focus on progress, not perfection. So here are a few ways to do just that.1. Break Your Goal Down into Small Steps When you think about writing a book, it can seem like a very overwhelming goal. But if you break that process down into smaller steps, it becomes much more manageable.Instead of thinking about writing an entire book, focus on writing one chapter at a time. Or instead of focusing on writing an entire chapter, you could focus on writing one page. Or, to take it a step further, instead of focusing on writing a page, focus on writing one paragraph at a time. You can keep going like this as long as you need to. The point is that when you break the big goal or task down into smaller steps, it doesn't seem so daunting anymore. 2. Set a Daily Word Count GoalOnce you've broken your task down into smaller steps, try setting an attainable goal for writing a certain number of words each day. It doesn't matter how small the number is; the important thing is that you're challenging yourself to make progress every day. This means setting a goal — be it 500, 300, 200, or even 100 words — and then meeting that word count goal every day, even if some days are harder than others. And remember: progress, not perfection. That means giving yourself permission to make mistakes and not striving for perfection in every sentence or paragraph. It also means remembering that your first draft doesn't have to be perfect — it just has to exist. You can always go back and revise it later. 3. Make It a HabitThe best way to make sure you reach your goal is to set aside some time each day to work on it. For many people, it's ideal to do this first thing in the morning, before things get crazy, people start vying for your attention, and your day gets off and running. Whenever you do it, set aside some time and treat it like it's an appointment that can't be moved or canceled. During that time, turn off your phone, close all the other tabs on your computer so you're not distracted, and then just start writing. The Key Is Progress, Not PerfectionRemember: the key to getting your book actually finished is to focus on progress, not perfection. As long as you're making some sort of progress each day, you're moving in the right direction. And before you know it, you will have finished your book. So what are you waiting for? It's time to get started! What action are you willing to take right now based on what we've just discussed? In this special kid's POV edition, Asher and I talk about having ADHD and goal setting, a topic near and dear to my heart, but also an issue we hear from parents about a lot. Asher is someone who always seems to have a lot of projects he's working on and he sets often ambitious goals centered around those projects. Yet because of the way Ash is wired, he can often get distracted or derailed, which results in him being frustrated with himself.I know a thing or two about goal setting — it's actually the topic of a book I wrote for teen girls in 2015 called Doable, and so I am committed to using what I know about goals to help Asher learn how to successfully set and reach his own goals while also developing his planning, organizational, and time management skills. If you have kids with lots of ideas for things they'd like to do but seem to get stuck before they finish, or maybe even struggle to begin in the first place, this would be a good episode to listen to with them. Debbie Reber is the founder and CEO of Tilt Parenting and the host of the TiLT Parenting Podcast. 11-year-old Asher is Debbie's child and is regularly featured on the podcast.  Things you'll learn from this episodeThe connection between ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and goal planningAsher's strategy for setting, measuring, and reaching goalsHow Asher uses both daily and weekly goal planning to keep him on trackWhat typically derails Asher when he's pursuing a goalThe power of the daily check-inAsher's tips for other kids looking to set and reach their personal goals Resources mentioned for ADHD & goal settingDebbie's book Doable: The Girls' Guide to Accomplishing Just About Anything by Debbie ReberA Conversation with 11-year-old Asher About His Game-Changing Morning Routine (podcast)Understood.orgProductivity Planner from Intelligent ChangeDownload a copy of Asher's Goal Planning WorksheetThe Color Run (series of 5k races)Support the show
