Julia schmiert sich jetzt regelmäßig Senf in ihre Schleimhäute, damit ihr Leben erträglicher wird. Ihr findet, diese Aussage klingt widersprüchlich? Verständlich. Julia macht das jetzt aber trotzdem, denn eine Flughafenmitarbeiterin hat ihr das geraten und dann muss das ja auch stimmen. Während Julia sich an der Sicherheitskontrolle über ihre Senfbehandlung informiert hat, war Joey im Fitnessstudio bei 34 Grad Außentemperatur und hatte den sehnlichen Wunsch, all seine Klamotten bis auf seine Unterhose auszuziehen, weil ihm so warm war. Irritierender Weise wollten die anderen Gym-Besucher das nicht und entsprechend muss Joey heute seine ganze aufgestaute Wut ablassen. Vielleicht hätten wir ihn diesen Sommer doch einfach in's Nudisten-Camp schicken sollen… Wir lernen heute, dass alte Männer viel räudiges Fleisch essen, pinkeln uns fast ein vor Lachen bei Joeys neuer Ausgabe seines Traumtagebuchs und verbraten unsere letzten Gehirnzellen im lang ersehnten Mülltrennungsquiz. Sie erzählt, wie sie sich aus den Extremen zwischen Fressattacken, strikten Diäten und Sportzwang befreien konnte und zu einem entspannten Essverhalten zurückgefunden hat. Yvonne ist bereits als Kind „pummelig“ und wird in ihrer Familie liebevoll „Dickerchen“ genannt. Was als nicht böse gemeinter Spitzname gedacht ist, führt jedoch dazu, dass Yvonne schon früh den Schluss zieht, dass ihr Körper nicht richtig zu sein scheint. Das Resultat: Schon mit 11 Jahren wünscht sie sich statt eines Spielzeugs einen Stepper zum Geburtstag und meldet sich gleichzeitig in einem Fitnessstudio an. Es folgt eine jahrelange Diätkarriere, geprägt von strikten Phasen mit eingeschränkter Ernährung und viel Sport, die immer wieder zu Fressattacken führen – ein Teufelskreis, der die strikten Diäten noch verstärkt.
