Dabei wird klar: Digitale Vermittlung geht längst über klassische Medienstationen oder Audioguides hinaus. Heute geht es um hybride Besucherreisen, partizipative Formate und neue Rollenbilder für Museen, die sich zunehmend als aktive Wissenssender im digitalen Raum verstehen müssen.Aus der Diskussion geht auch hervor, dass digitale Vermittlungsformate nicht einfach die analogen ersetzen können und ein Bewusstsein für die Stärken der jeweiligen Medienformen entstehen muss. Dabei zeigt sich auch, dass sich digitale Elemente wie die MuseumsApp und der schon lange tot gesagt QR-Code doch etablieren konnten.Die aktuellen Herausforderungen nach einer experimentellen Phase während der Pandemie ist es nun, nachhaltige digitale Strategien zu entwickeln. Dabei spielt die Datenpflege und -archivierung genauso eine Rolle, wie die Frage von langfristiger Softwarehaltung. Museen stets eine Balance zwischen knappen Ressourcen, technologischem Fortschritt und inhaltlicher Qualität wahren.Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt sind die aktuellen Herausforderungen im Umgang mit Plattformabhängigkeiten und der Fragmentierung von Communities. Daraus ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit, digitale Produkte bewusst für die langfristige Nutzung zu entwickeln. The counts, dukes and ultimately kings of Württemberg had risen to the top by winning the genetic lottery. They are suddenly afflicted with the disease of dynasties, states inherited by babies and buffoons, some of them managing to be both. The Landtag, the Estates of Württemberg step in to protect the fledgling state, deposing buffoons when necessary and ruling on behalf of the babies. Building a database is a serious undertaking. There are just so many parts that you have to implement before you even get to a decent prototype, and so many hours of work before you could begin working on the ideas that would make your database unique. Apache DataFusion is a project that hopes to change all that, but building an extensible, composable toolkit of database pieces, which could let you build a viable database extremely quickly, and then innovate from that starting point. What is it like to be a prince? Well, not quite what it is set out to be, in particular when you are a smaller prince, not in stature, but in land.The margraves of Baden are such princes. In the 15th century their main territory, a slither of South-West Germany, just 60km long was too small to play on the European, even on the German stage, but too big to escape the need of massive palaces and warfare.What makes Baden so fascinating is that despite its handicap, it managed to become a medium sized state, one half of Baden-Württemberg. The way there was a long one, involving friendship and loyalty to the death, piratical princesses, alchemy, someone called the Türkenlouis, a sun-shaped city and some skilled diplomacy. Kassandra Kocoshis was raised in a musical family and has been playing percussion since she was eleven years old. She received her Bachelors of Music in Percussion Performance from DePaul University and her Masters of Fine Arts from California Institute of the Arts. In 2010, Kassandra relocated to Los Angeles to earn her MFA in World Percussion at California Institute of the Arts under the tutelage of Randy Gloss. Currently she is freelancing in Los Angeles playing with pop, R&B, soul, new music, rock and flamenco groups around the city. She is a current member of California soul band “Beat Mosaic" and the all female salsa band "Las Chikas". She has recorded with artists from an array of different genres including Meghan Trainor, Vahagni, Soul Scratch, Beat Mosaic, and many other artists.   Kassandra is an LP and Amplified Timber artist. St. Anselm (1033 - 1109 AD) was Abbot of the monastery of Bec, and later, Archbishop of Canterbury. He was the first of the medieval scholastics, and the first real systematic theologian. Between the time the first Nobel Prize was awarded in 1901 and 1933, a total of 31 were awarded to German scientists and politicians. To name just a few, Wilhelm Röntgen (1901), Max Planck (1918), Albert Einstein (1921) and Werner Heisenberg (1932) for Physics, Emil Fischer (1902), Fritz Haber (1918), Walther Nernst (1920) and Hans Fischer (1930) for chemistry, Emil von Behring (1901), Robert Koch (1905) and Otto Warburg (1931) for medicine, Theodor Mommsen (1902), Gerhart Hauptmann (1912) and Thomas Mann (1929) for literature and Gustav Stresemann for peace. The UK and France received 17 and 15 respectively, whilst the US picked up just 6 during that same period. How could German universities rise to such dominance during the 19th and early 20th century from very humble beginnings?
