Before we move forward with each episode and get into the specifics of how to pray and practically make prayer a transformational part of our everyday lives, today's episode will lay a strong foundation as to why prayer is so vital in the first place.Key Takeaways:•Prayer is God's purpose and command for believers to communicate with Him to receive power from Him, victory through Him, and access to Him.•Prayer is our connection to heaven that enables us to realize even heaven here on earth. It is our access to receive God's power to do things we could never have imagined possible had we not asked Him.•Prayer is one of the greatest weapons God has given believers to combat spiritual warfare•Not only do we have access to God, but we can approach Him confidently.Resources Mentions in This PodcastDownload Christina's Free 5 Day Prayer Guide at www.belovedwomen.org/prayer-guide to help you put into practice the powerful habit of prayer.Connect with Christina:Website: www.belovedwomen.orgYouTube: www.youtube.com/BelovedWomenTVInstagram: www.instagram.com/BelovedWomenFacebook: www.facebook.com/BelovedWomenScriptures in the Podcast are from NIV, ESV or NKJVEpisode Image Credit: Getty/mhatzapa Discover more Christian podcasts at lifeaudio.com and inquire about advertising opportunities at lifeaudio.com/contact-us.

Teach Us to Pray

In the Christian life, prayer is powerful. Through the power of prayer, lives are changed, bodies healed, and hearts transformed. The good thing about prayer is it doesn't have to be complicated. The five-minute prayer at the sink washing dishes can be just as effective as the hour prayer in your prayer closet. The effectiveness of your prayer does not have to do with rituals, long length, and big words. In today's podcast, we discuss five practical and simple ways that lead to more effective prayer. Editor's Note: We're bringing some of our favorite episodes of Teach Us to Pray out of the archives for you to discover or rediscover again. This episode originally aired in August 2020.Key Takeaways:• Once we pray about it, we need to let the worry go, and trust that whatever we prayed about is safely in God's hands. • Prayer schedules take the pressure off feeling like we need to spend 12 hours praying for everything at once by conveniently breaking up our prayer time.• When we don't place limits on when we should pray, it becomes a natural rhythm in our lives, and we become less likely to skip this powerful discipline. Telling your kids and you're getting a divorce is scary and hard.  The world as they know it is about to forever change and feel like it is falling apart.  In many cases regardless of the conflict between the parents, they can rally for the sake of the kids.  In deeply high conflict situations, this isn't always possible. So when do you tell, what do you tell, do you tell all the kids together, and how do you determine if you should tell them with your soon to be ex or by yourself.  My golden rule is you always do what is best for the kids, not what's best for you or your spouse. Today we get to hear guidance, advice and wisdom from one of the top experts in the field!!Christina McGhee is a divorce-parenting expert AND coach with 20+ years of experience, Christina is passionate about providing parents and professionals with information that helps keep the focus where it belongs – on kids. She is the author of the highly acclaimed book, Parenting Apart: How separated and divorced parents can raise happy and secure kids and the creator of a Co-Parenting Specialist Certification Training Program for divorce professionals.  As a child of divorce and a bonus mom (aka stepmom), Christina has had lots of opportunities to practice what she preaches.   Together she and her husband have four "adultish" children (2 bonus, 2 bio) and live outside of Houston, Texas, with three rescue dogs, several cats, and a ridiculous number of chickens.   What advice do you have for parents about how to tell their kids they're getting a divorce?  When should parents tell kids?  ( ie. right away? wait till they file or are closer to completing the process? right before the other parent moves out? )What if parents can't transition into two homes right away?  What should parents do?   I know you believe words are powerful. What kind of language do you recommend parents use with their children when they talk about divorce? How should parents answer the question "Why?"What if co-parents have older children - teens or tweens? How much information should they have? What about really young children?  like toddlers? What should parents do or say for them?More ways to connect with Christina:Website: divorceandchildren.com  Instagram: @divorceandchildren Facebook: @divorceandchildren Linkedin: @christinamcghee Free +25 page Co-parenting Resource Guide: https://divorceandchildren.com/guide/This free +25-page comprehensive guide put together by Christina McGhee is filled with a treasure trove of carefully curated resources to help you access supportive information for you and your kids.Journey Beyond Divorce Resources mentioned in this episode:Book a Free Rapid Relief Call: http://rapidreliefcall.com  Reclaim Your Mind: Evict Your Spouse from Your Mental Space: https://www.jbddivorcesupport.com/reclaimyourmindSoberlink:  www.soberlink.com/jbd

In this episode, I'm joined by Ryan and Christina Louise McBoyle as they share their story of rebirth and refinement and coming together in Union. This is an exciting interview as Christina has been on the show two times now and it is an honour to be able to have her here, joined by her beloved, Ryan, to share their story of marriage, Sacred Union, and traditional masculine/feminine dynamics. Ryan's journey of coming into Union with Christina. Coming into external Union requires a deep initiation of Self. The mirror journey of meeting oneself at a soul level. How Ryan's kingdom building stage led him to Christina. Christina's experience of surrendering and letting God lead her to her beloved. How Christina's body and soul received Ryan on a level like none other.  The importance of marriage for both of them. The connection between marriage and Sacred Union. How to seal the covenant of marriage. The power of having God at the center of your marriage and Union. What the process of a man surrendering to God looks like. What Sacred Union is at its core and where polarity comes into play. The hard lessons and surprises they've faced since getting married. The biggest lesson learned in going from maiden to wife. What it feels like in your body to say, “I belong to this man” and “I own this woman. ”Harnessing the warrior energy as a man to show up as a true leader. Receiving a man's sword and respecting their authority. What the collar represents in their relationship and the power of symbols. Ryan and Christina's upcoming offerings and what they're co-creating. Their biggest lesson in love. Guest Bio: Ryan & Christina Louise McBoyle are lifelong students, and now stewards & teachers of Union. Their whirlwind romance culminated in them anchoring their sacred Union in two different marriage ceremonies in two different countries only 11 weeks after meeting, initiating them more deeply into their shared Vision of serving God and the world through the vehicle of their devotional Love. They are passionate advocates for the rebirth + refinement of Sacred Union and traditional masculine/feminine dynamics that return men and women to their core essence and anchor them into the truth of their primordial nature in life & covenantal love. In today's show of The Greatness Machine, Darius interviews leading behavioral change expert, Christina Harbridge who shares with us her thoughts on conflict, discomfort, and resolution. Christina is the Founder and CEO of Allegory Inc. Most human beings behave irrationally….in a way that suits their discomfort. But understanding your operating system can prevent this and help you adopt a more rational demeanor. Once you learn to look inwards and evaluate your behavior, you should strive to make an effort for conscious communication. This resulting communication might cause discomfort – but this discomfort is an offshoot of change. It is an indication that something right is happening. We also discuss the intense debate surrounding the “Black Lives Matter” movement and call out the political entities who are pouring gasoline to further fuel the “us vs. them” ideology. This movement has certainly forced everyone to question their beliefs on diversity and bias. As a practiced observer of human behavior, Christina shares how seamless communication also leads to solid core values – which is the invisible thread that binds an organization together.  In today's show, you will learn how “coordinating” rather than “collaborating” can help employees live up to their innate abilities. Other topics discussed in today's show include tips for dealing with complex emotions and the importance of recognizing and disregarding feedback that originates from fragility. Topics include: Sitting with discomfort and allowing the feeling  How to recognize and deal with complex emotions  Getting out of your head during a conflict  How seamless communication leads to solid organizational core values  And other topics… Connect with Christina: Website: https://christinaharbridge.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/christina-harbridge/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/charbridge  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/christinaharbridge/ Connect with Darius: Website: https://therealdarius.com/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/dariusmirshahzadeh/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/whoompdarius/ YouTube: https://therealdarius.com/youtube Book: The Core Value Equation https://www.amazon.com/Core-Value-Equation-Framework-Limitless/dp/1544506708 Learn more about your ad choices. Does the whole team feel that way? Everyone truly walked away feeling very good. So, very positive energy and accomplishment. And of course, there are always things that we can work on and do better, but you know, the team walked away. feeling very proud of what we did and as they should. What were your top three wins from the Switchback space? Switchback at the running event was space on the trade show floor, but it was also networking opportunities. We did a breakfast with the Conservation Alliance and we did a trail cleanup. It truly was an experience and, we walked away feeling very happy with what we accomplished in year one. What was the feedback from the brands? Our number one objective is can we create a space for business to happen. And, that is what happened in the Switchback space and the TRE space. We have received, very positive feedback from brands in the switchback space and. Saying again, "Hey, we're behind you. This concept is going to work and we will support you moving forward. We found value this year and we believe that there will be even more next year." Was there anything you were a little worried about that, but came off as fantastic? The first that comes to mind is our education program. We have heard more feedback on our education program than any other year, and it wasn't by accident. I will say the team this year, we were so deliberate and intentional with every piece, and education was a big focus of ours. So as your first time as the head honcho, how'd that feel? It felt great. It really did. You know being on-site, it's my favorite week of the year. There's no question. Just seeing all the smiling faces, all of the energy, people are learning, and truly, my team thrive. She creates space for others through cooking classes, lifestyle programs, and retreats, to explore what it means to live consciously and how to live life more from the heart. It is through yoga that she found a path of sharing what it means to be a conscious vegan – understanding that it's not just about what we eat but more about living life in alignment with our ethics and morals. These guiding compassionate principles are what can make this world a better place. The actions and choices we make are not just for animals, but equally as much as this planet and people, acknowledging the reciprocity between Mama Earth, communities, and our body, minds, and souls. The Second Phase Podcast - Personal Branding & Brand Marketing and Life Strategies for Success for Female Entrepreneurs

Looking For A Way to Create Passive Income? Christina Scalera Answers The Question, What is Digital Commerce? And Shares How To Use It For Passive Income!   About Christina Scalera Christina is the attorney and founder behind The Contract Shop®, a contract template store for creative entrepreneurs, wedding professionals, and coaches. In addition, she is the founder of D-Commerce, standing for digital commerce, a term she not only coined but Trademarked. In 2014, Christina found herself dreaming of pursuing a more creative path, and she started to look for alternatives to her in-house legal job. She explored everything from teaching yoga to becoming a freelance graphic designer to opening an Etsy shop. In the process, she ended up coming full circle by creating a business that brought the benefit of her legal training to help her fellow creatives. She's now teaching others how they too can create an online shop phenomenon, create daily income, and get out of the client-getting hustle with her course, Products on Tap®. The Importance of Connection When Starting a Business Christina connected with The Rising Tide Community and the live webinar is what gave Christina her start to success. A great start to creating an email list and presenting yourself to the world. There is No Linear Path to Success Christina's journey is an example of taking a risk to find happiness in your work. Don't expect your path to be linear, there will always be transition and bumps in the road.  The journey to success is about taking wrong turns to learn and then create. Each mistake or failure will teach you something you can use for your next step. Think of it as an opportunity to lead you and support you on your journey. It's so hard to be known for a thing. Just get out there and do something because that will start you on your journey. Let life unfold as you go through it and tuck each experience away to refer to it later. The Pull to Leave What You Are Doing, Despite the Degree Not happy in the 9-5?  Afraid of what other people are going to say? No longer going to have the benefits? It's time to stop letting external influences make your decisions. Evaluate how you react to things from an internal perspective, not the external comments and beliefs. Start to change the input you are getting. You can't ignore the people in your life, but you can rephrase it in your mind to make the final decisions for yourself. The only way to move away from the negative influences is to take action and do the things you feel pulled to do. You have to change the internal dialog to convince yourself that what others are saying is not accurate. Remind yourself of the truth. Logistics of The Digital Commerce Shop Etsy is a platform that enables digital downloads. It is a place to start. Square Space is a great site to start a digital shop. It is inexpensive and easy to use. Shopify has a steeper learning curve. Shopping on one of these platforms is similar to shopping at Target on-line, except that the product is delivered via email. Zapier is a great tool that connects your shop to the delivery source. The key is to have an automated and reliable platform to sell from. What is Digital Commerce (D-Commerce)? Digital downloads sold through an online storefront. It doesn't include courses and group coaching. A digital product is a digital product, not a course. Examples of digital products include ebooks, an audio file zipped, templates, workbooks, stock photos, any kind of download. Digital products are different than courses because courses are housed on a website and you are going there to learn.  A digital product is a download that provides immediate results. An online course takes time to implement. A digital download will provide results within 10 minutes of downloading it. Digital downloads solve a problem and save you time. What is E-Commerce? Selling items through Amazon or drop shipping items.  Etsy is a form of E-Commerce but is also a D-Commerce platform. Building a Personal Brand The key is to build a personal brand even when you have a product. If you don't, your product could become commoditized. It's important to build your personal brand to differentiate your product or service. Your product is not your brand. Trust determines buying practices and if you haven't created a personal brand you can't build trust. Use analytics to determine sales and building your audience. Keys to Digital Sales Evaluate analytics to determine where your buyers are coming from. If you can get people off of Etsy to your own platform, you can learn more about the customer journey These things are important to increase average order value and conversion. The 4 Metrics to Focus on As a Shop Owner Traffic is the first and most obvious. If you don't have traffic, evaluate conversion rates. Conversion rates.  A good conversion rate for D-commerce products is 1 to 3%. Average Order Values. If you don't have a lot of traffic and if your conversion rates aren't high, look at the average order value. If the average order value is high enough, you can focus on driving traffic and conversion. Lifetime Customer Value.  Look at the customer journey and ensure repeat buyers and referrals. On our first episode of the Teach Us to Pray Podcast, we're talking about what prayer is and the importance of prayer. Before we move forward with each episode and get into the specifics of how to pray and practically make prayer a transformational part of our everyday lives, today's episode will lay a strong foundation as to why prayer is so vital in the first place. Key Takeaways: • Prayer is God's purpose and command for believers to communicate with Him to receive power from Him, victory through Him, and access to Him. • Prayer is our connection to heaven that enables us to realize even heaven here on earth. It is our access to receive God's power to do things we could never have imagined possible had we not asked Him. • Prayer is one of the greatest weapons God has given believers to combat spiritual warfare • Not only do we have access to God, but we can approach Him confidently.

Was daran so wertvoll ist?
