Alla är besvikna, Carlos Sainz är en sellout och Aston Martin kan inte ens göra en burn out. Warum du deinen Job wechselst – und trotzdem wieder am gleichen Punkt landestDu kennst das vielleicht:Du bist eigentlich gut in deinem Job.Du kannst vieles. Du hast Verantwortung übernommen. Vielleicht macht dir deine Arbeit sogar Spaß.Und trotzdem bist du ständig angespannt.Du denkst nach Feierabend noch über Situationen aus dem Büro nach. Du grübelst über Gespräche. Eine kritische Bemerkung beschäftigt dich tagelang. Du willst alles richtig machen, gibst 120 oder 180 Prozent – und irgendwann kommt der Gedanke:„Vielleicht muss ich einfach den Job wechseln.“Und vielleicht stimmt das manchmal auch.Aber was, wenn du dieses Muster schon kennst?Was, wenn du schon einmal dachtest: In einem anderen Unternehmen wird es besser – und du irgendwann wieder an einem ähnlichen Punkt landest?Dann lohnt sich ein anderer Blick.Denn häufig ist nicht nur die äußere Situation das Problem. Ach, ist das bitter. Das letzte Play des Spiels, die 2-Point Conversion, soll nicht aufgehen und so verlieren die New Orleans Saints knapp ihren Season Opener gegen die Detroit Lions mit 31:30. Dabei sah es langezeit eher nach einer deutlichen Klatsche für die Saints aus. Einmal mehr schaffte man es nicht zügig in das Spiel zu starten. Doch in der zweiten Halbzeit und vor allem im 4th Quarter erhöhte die Mannschaft rund um Kellen Moore und glichen dann spät nochmals aus. Grund genug für Hoffnung? Diese Frage, sowie ob Mike Pereira mit seiner Aussage die NFL in den nächsten Skandal schleuderte, das und vieles mehr besprechen Julez und Phil in der ersten Ausgabe der Overtime für die neue Saison. A new report by CyberSafeKids has shown how seemingly ineffective laws brought in last year to improve child safety on social media have proved to be. Liam Walsh, who’s originally from The Spa, Tralee, is part of a campaign group in the UK seeking to hold social media platforms to account. He’s fighting for information about what social media content was being shown to his daughter Maia before she died at the age of 13 by suicide.
